Knowledge of thin films mechanical properties is strongly associated to the reliability and the performances of Nano Electro Mechanical Systems (NEMS). In the literature, there are several methods for micro materials characterization. Bulge test is an established nondestructive technique for studying the mechanical properties of thin films. This study improve the performances of NEMS by investigating the mechanical behavior of Nano rectangular thin film (NRTF) made of new material embedded in Nano Electro Mechanical Systems (NEMS) by developing the bulge test technique. The NRTF built from adhesively-bonded layers of basalt fiber reinforced polymer (BFRP) laminate composite materials in Nano size at room temperature and were used for plane-strain bulging. The NRTF is first pre-stressed to ensure that is no initial deflection before applied the loads on NRTF and then clamped between two plates. A differential pressure is applying to a deformation of the laminated composite NRTF. This makes the plane-strain bulge test idea for studying the mechanical behavior of laminated composite NRTF in both the elastic and plastic regimes. An exact solution of governing equations for symmetric cross-ply BFRP laminated composite NRTF was established with taking in-to account the effect of the residual strength from pre-stressed loading. The stress-strain relationship of the BFRP laminated composite NRTF was determined by hydraulic bulging test. The NRTF thickness gradation in different points of hemisphere formed in bulge test was analysed.
Films of the 1960s in both Korea and Egypt share many common characteristics. These include the main trend of such films' in addition to some of the political situations. This trend mainly relates to the adaptation of novels into films. In the late 1940s, Andre Bazin wrote his ideas about a similar phenomenon in Europe and the United States. Based on Bazin's thoughts and other examples for films adapted from novels in the 1940-60s, I found that the trend in both Korea and Egypt can be explained as an international phenomenon, in which film developed to a further stage due to a dialectic between content and form after the increase in the development of film techniques. The trend in Korea is believed to have led to the so-called golden era of Korean movies, while in Egypt films adapted from literature were not able to earn high profits, even though in a 1996 list of the best 100 Egyptian films, 23 had been adapted from novels. To explain the reasons behind this phenomenon, I looked into the internal demand from filmmakers themselves to further develop the industry through the articles written at that time. In addition, I explored the different situations and policies that influenced film production in both countries in the 1960s. I found that political situations and policies could have helped in the continuity of such trend, but it is difficult to consider these as the main reason for its creation, in contrast to the internal demand, which I believe is the main reason for the creation of such direction.
The animation film , which became a worldwide sensation with its theme song 'Let it go', did not only rank first in the U.S. box office - it was also the greatest box office hit in the history of Disney animation. Why did , recreated into a musical animation, become a worldwide success and what were the characteristics of its materialized hybrid visual direction technique? In order to look into this, firstly, literature on musicals and animations were studied, and secondly, analysis standards were drawn for musical characteristics of musicals and direction techniques of animations. Thirdly, analyzation and investigation will be conducted on hybrid visual direction techniques based on the research above with as the example. Through this study, it's known that realizes its musical features such as 'exaggerated acting,' 'delivering the meaning of circumstances', 'dramatic expression of emotion' and etc. through animated characters and that its background music is aided by 'narrative features' through its musical composition. Besides, its snow effect through animated VFX composing scenes along with its musical characteristics realizes hybrid image direction. It can be said that image directing effects of musical animations through hybrid grafting and the characteristics of image aesthetics generate public demands worldwide.
Peking has peculiar features as capital city, and has gone through various transformations, with its name changed from Peking to Peiping to Peking. Even when it did not serve as a capital city, it still played an unrivaled role in cultural aspects. Laoshe, a great writer of 'Peking flavour' literature, is famous for works full of cultural charms of Peking. In his works, which show the manners, norms, art, culture and optimistic life style of Peking, Peking culture is described as an extension of cultural traditions of Qiren. In addition, his critical view of reality is also expressed in the works. Linhaiyin's literary works show ordinary hutongs she experienced in the 1920s in Chengnan, the southern part of Peking, and the quiet and simple life of warm-hearted people living there. Her vague memories of Peking, along with her nostalgia for the city, let her describe the city with recreated happy memories of it instead of the harsh critical view. Her works express the city in her recreated memory full of hope, with her dark memories of the city being glossed over. As seen above, Laoshe realistically described the tragic and difficult life of low class people in hutongs of Peking as well as lower middle class people of the city. Meanwhile, in ChengnanJiushi, Linhaiyin expresses the daily routine and ordinary life of people in Peking from the perspective of middle class people. In addition, she showed the sympathetic view of middle class citizens towards their low-class neighbors. In Peking Menghualu, Wangdewei mentioned that the 'castle of memory' which old Peking people in Taiwan tried to establish fills an important gap for the continuity of Peking cultural history and cultural imagination. This indicates that the 'Peking castle of memories,' which Linhaiyin, a Taiwanese writer well known for 'Peking flavour,' has established plays a big role in filling part of such gap. ChengnanJiushi, Wuyigong's film based on Linhaiyin's novel of the same title, also describes the daily sceneries and culture of the southern Peking in the 1920s, which both Taiwanese and Chinese people miss, through sophisticated images with 'profound yearning tinted with calm sadness', accomplishing an artistic achievement different from that of the novel.

In particular, the factor of theaters flourishing during the Renaissance was because a newly emerging class, bourgeoisie, who held the capital emerging from a policy for middle class led to a box office hit through founding theaters and drama company and selling tickets and performing plays by themselves. Like this, the movie depicted the time led by plays to a industrialization. Moreover, Social aspects in the late 1500s were revealed in this movie through a depiction of the cinemas and the city of London. The depiction of the city of London reflected a social situation of an initial capitalism rapidly developed in trade and commerce. The social aspects such as conflicts between social classes based on getting richer and poorer, mammonism, a corrupted love between the male and the female, a immortality with growing brothels, religious and political conflicts with the foundation of the church in England were closely linked with characters' daily routine at that time in London and were reflected in this work overall. Yun Dong - ju's poetry and his representations are used in various visual and dramatic media. According to its medium and genre characteristics, Yoon Dong - ju's representations and his poems are selected and changed. It is also the process of reading what the text is trying to convey to the public through a single person. In this study, Yoon Dong - joo's poetry was compared with other poetry of poetry. Particularly, the discussion was focused on the creative actor . If the creative drama is transmitting the feelings of Yoon Dong-ju through the city, the film conveys the poem of Yoon Dong-ju. Gamuplays are more restrictive than the movies because of their genre. As a result, the emotional expressions of the characters are more intense, the progress of the narrative is also dramatic, and the aspect of Yun Dong - ju, a poem illuminated by the movie and the drama, also differs. If the film aims to portray poet Yoon Dong-ju as a genuine literary youth, the creative poet reinterprets Yun's poetry as having a meaning of resistance.

Currently, we stand between computers as creative tools and computers as creators. A new genre of movies, which can be called a post-cinema situation, is emerging. This paper aims to diagnose the possibility of the emergence of AI cinema. To confirm the possibility of AI cinema, it was examined through a case study whether the creation of a story, narrative, image, and sound, which are necessary conditions for film creation, is possible by artificial intelligence. First, we checked the visual creation of AI painting algorithms Obvious, GAN, and CAN. Second, AI music has already entered the distribution stage in the market in cooperation with humans. Third, AI can already complete drama scripts, and automatic scenario creation programs using big data are also gaining popularity. That said, we confirmed that the filmmaking requirements could be met with AI algorithms. From the perspective of Manovich's 'AI Genre Convention', web documentaries and desktop documentaries, typical trends post-cinema, can be said to be representative genres that can be expected as AI cinemas. The conditions for AI, web documentaries and desktop documentaries to exist are the same. This article suggests a new path for the media of the 4th Industrial Revolution era through research on AI as a creator of post-cinema.
Researchers are making contradictory claims through the concept of superstars and long tails about how the development of IT technology affects demand distribution. Unlike previous studies that focused on changes in demand from a macro point of view, this study explored whether the relationship between a company's marketing activities and consumer response differs depending on the product location (i.e., superstar vs. long tail) from a micro point of view. Based on the marketing mix framework, hypotheses were developed based on the relevant literature. In the case of empirical analysis, 2,835 daily data from 63 Korean films were tested using the quantile regression method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the influence of marketing mix factors on sales varies depending on the location of the product. Specifically, the appeal breadth of the film and the effect of owned media are enhanced in superstar products, and the effect of acquisition media in long-tail products is enhanced and the negative effects of competition are mitigated. Unlike previous studies that focused on macroscopic changes in demand distribution, this study suggested marketing activities suitable for practitioners through microscopic analysis.
Serviceability and durability of the concrete members can be seriously affected by the corrosion of steel rebar. Carbonation front and or chloride ingress can destroy the passive film on rebar and may set the corrosion (oxidation process). Depending on the level of oxidation (expansive corrosion products/rust) damage to the cover concrete takes place in the form of expansion, cracking and spalling or delamination. This makes the concrete unable to develop forces through bond and also become unprotected against further degradation from corrosion; and thus marks the end of service life for corrosion-affected structures. This paper presents an analytical model that predicts the weight loss of steel rebar and the corresponding time from onset of corrosion for the known corrosion rate and thus can be used for the determination of time to cover cracking in corrosion affected RC member. This model uses fully the thick-walled cylinder approach. The gradual crack propagation in radial directions (from inside) is considered when the circumferential tensile stresses at the inner surface of intact concrete have reached the tensile strength of concrete. The analysis is done separately with and without considering the stiffness of reinforcing steel and rust combine along with the assumption of zero residual strength of cracked concrete. The model accounts for the time required for corrosion products to fill a porous zone before they start inducing expansive pressure on the concrete surrounding the steel rebar. The capability of the model to produce the experimental trends is demonstrated by comparing the model's predictions with the results of experimental data published in the literature. The effect of considering the corroded reinforcing steel bar stiffness is demonstrated. A sensitivity analysis has also been carried out to show the influence of the various parameters. It has been found that material properties and their inter-relations significantly influence weight loss of rebar. Time to cover cracking from onset of corrosion for the same weight loss is influenced by corrosion rate and state of oxidation of corrosion product formed. Time to cover cracking from onset of corrosion is useful in making certain decisions pertaining to inspection, repair, rehabilitation, replacement and demolition of RC member/structure in corrosive environment.

Using an electrolyte additive, we examined, for the first time, a novel self-ordering regime of 160~200 V in high-field anodization which had been used for a fast fabrication of self-ordered anodic alumina nanotemplate. FE-SEM analyses conducted after the high-field anodization, pulse detachment and chemical widening of pores showed the relationship of 2.2 nm/V in this voltage range, which was identical to the previously reported one in the literature. The growth rate of the alumina film was about 60 um/hr, which was 30 times faster than that of phosphoric acid mild anodization. This study provides a new process for the fast fabrication of nanotemplates with interpore distances larger than 300 nm.
