구강방사선 실습내용에 관한 분석 (Analysis of oral radiography practice)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine students' difficulties in the process of oral radiography practice, to raise awareness of the importance and necessity of oral radiography and decipher, and to provide some information on effective ways of oral radiography practice. Methods : The subjects in this study were 285 dental hygiene students at K college, who included 153 sophomores and 132 graduates-to-be from June to November, 2010. Results : 1. The parts of the anatomy structure that they found it most difficult to decipher were maxillary molar(25.3%) and lower molar(22.1%). 2. They made during oral radiography was an improper film positioning(35.1%). 3. The part of bisecting technique was adjusting vertical and horizontal angles(53.0%). 4. The part of paralleling technique was positioning XCP in the oral cavity(44.2%). 5. The part of bite-wing technique was adjusting vertical and horizontal angles(38.2%). 6. The part of occlusion technique was positioning film and tube head(36.5%). 7. The part of panorama technique was finding out program setting(42.5%). Conclusions : The findings of the study indicated that in terms of anatomy structure decipher, it's especially difficult to decipher maxillary molar and lower molar, and that film positioning was difficult to do in the process of oral radiography. What difficulties they faced in applying each kind of oral radiography techniques and which part of the oral cavity they found it hard to radiograph were analyzed as well in this study. Given the findings of the study, more intensive practice is required to help students to acquire accurate oral radiography techniques to ensure their successful job performance in the future.

마멸 전극 기법과 교류 임피던스법으로 연구한 스테인리스강의 합금원소(Cr, Mo, N)가 재부동태 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Alloying Elements(Cr, Mo, N) on Repassivation Characteristics of Stainless Steels Studied by the Abrading Electrode Technique and A.C Impedance Spectroscopy)

  • 마멸전극기법과 교류 임피던스법으로 스테인리스강의 합금원소, Cr, Mo, N가 합금의 재부동태 특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. Fe-Cr, Fe-Cr-Mo, 304, 304LN, 316, 316LN등의 스테인리스강을 시편으로 사용하였으며 각 합금의 부동태 피막의 전기화학적 특성은 in-situ시험 기법인 d.c와 a.c전기화학적 기법을 각각 이용하였다 스테인리스강이 국부부식에 대하여 강한 저항성을 가지려면 부식 환경에서도 치밀한 부동태 피막을 유지해야 하고 피막의 파괴가 발생하더라도 재부동태 속도가 빨라야 하기 때문에 합금원소가 시간에 따른 재부동태 전류밀도와 재부동태 속도에 미치는 영향을 마멸 전극 시험법과 교류 임피던스 시험법으로 알아보았다. 부동태 피막의 안정성, 재부동태 속도 그리고 합금원소 사이의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 실험결과를 분석하였다.

  • A new thin film deposition technique of piezoelectric ZnO film and its successful application for film bulk: acoustic resonator (FBAR) devices are presented. The two-step deposition used seems to be able to deposit ZnO film with a highly preferred orientation. The FBAR devices with the ZnO films show an excellent return loss of $35{\sim}50$ dB at $1.5{\sim}2$ GHz.

  • 이 논문에서는 초현실주의 회화의 다양한 기법이 애니메이션에서는 어떻게 표현되는 지를 분석하였다. 특히 초현실주의의 꼴라쥬는 아무 관련성 없는 사물과 기법을 재배치함으로써 무의식 속에 잠재되어 있는 환상의 세계를 일깨우며 매체의 변화와 더불어 그것은 전혀 다른 물질이나 형상끼리의 우연한 만남에서 오는 새로운 이미지의 형성한다. 이러한 초현실주의의 기법의 확장을 라울 세르베의 작품<밤의 나비들>에서 논의해보고자 한다. 라울 세르베는 <밤의 나비들>에서 기존의 가치를 전복하는 새로운 접근방식을 통해 인간의 인식 구조에 보다 다차원적인 변화를 가져온 것이다.

그리비어 옵셋을 이용한 메탈 그리드 메쉬 필름 제작 기법 (Fabrication Method of Metal Grid Mesh Film Using the Gravure Offset Printing)

  • Previously fabricated electronic devices were used for vacuum manufacturing processes such as conventional semiconductor manufacturing. However, they are difficult to apply to continuous processes such as roll-to-roll printing, which results in very high device manufacturing and processing costs. Therefore, many developers have been interested in applying continuous processes to contact printing or noncontact printing technologies and they proposed various continuous printing techniques instead of conventional batch coating. In this paper, we proposed improved gravure offset printing process as one of the contact printing technique. We used etching pattern geometry with soft core blanket roll for printing of ultra fine line below the 10um.Using this technique we obtained flexible metal grid mesh film as transparent conductive film.

  • BaTiO$_3$thin film capacitor were prepared on Pt(100)/SiO$_2$/Si(100)wafer by RF sputtering technique. Dielectric and electrical characteristics of the thin film capacitor are investigated. The Dielectric constant and loss were about 683 and 5[%], respectively. We found that the leakage current of thin film capacitor is depend on RF power during deposition. Because of increase of activation energy, leakage current inclosed at high RF power and sheet resistivity of the films was decreased. Swithching voltage of thin film capacitor was 4.4[V]

  • Chalcogenide glassy semiconductors(CGS) can be obtained by the melt quenching technique. We have investigated the thin film heterostructures : metal-chalcogenide glassy semiconductors, where metal is copper, and chalcogenide glassy semiconductors are glasses of the system As-Se. Cu/CGS film heterostructure were produced in the vacuum evaporator by the method of vacuum thermal evaporation. Doped films are very sensitive to external actions, and this property allows developing supersensitive precision sensors of temperature, humidity, illumination, and etc. based on them. Cu/CGS film has shown that resistance strongly depend on the temperature. The slop of temperature and resistance shows linear.

Electrostatic Spray Deposition Technique for Thin Film Fabrication

  • Electrospray deposition (ESD) technique is fast finding its applicability in the field of thin film device manufacturing processes and the ease and cost efficiency attached to ESD process with possible integration with batch manufacturing technologies is the potential future of thin film device manufacturing. As the name suggests, the deposition phenomenon should solely be a spray achieved through electrostatic forces. In fact it is an imbalance between the surface forces arising because of the surface tension of the liquid to be sprayed and Maxwell stresses which are induced because of the electric field, that pull the liquid downwards from the capillary into a stable jet which further disintegrates into smaller droplets because of coulomb forces and hence a cloud of charged, mono-dispersed and extremely diminutive (sometimes up to femtolitres) droplets is achieved. The present talk is going to be exclusively about the electrospray process concepts, generation and possible applications.

  • We fabricated the conventional silicon tips coated with a diamond-like carbon (DLC) film. The DLC films are prepared by the filtered cathodic vacuum arc (FCVA) technique. With increasing nitrogen content in DLC film, the work function($\phi$) and the turn-on voltage decrease and the emission current increases. This phenomenon is due to the fact that the Fermi-level moves to the conduction band by increasing nitrogen doping concentration. We have tested on the stability of the DLC film coated silicon tip during 2 hours at 500V.
