This study examines email records management patterns of undergraduate students and their perceptions of university email policy. The research collected data from 317 undergraduate students using a survey based on the five essential elements of email records management: common elements, email creation, email management, email preservation, and perception. Also, an in-depth interview was conducted with 6 undergraduate students, according to the method of university email service: Google, Microsoft, and in-house webmail. As a result, undergraduate students used email as an address book, cloud storage, file storage, and collaboration tool, and they had difficulties in systematically managing the email records according to the records lifecycle. Also, there was a tendency to prefer using an external email platform that can use additional functions to in-house webmail that has limitations in mobile service and preservation of attachments. Thus, this study suggests ways to help undergraduate students manage their email records, including maintaining graduates' email accounts, providing sufficient email storage, and providing email records management training and guidelines for undergraduate students.

The web service companies develop the App support technique of the HTML5 base in the smart media system and smart TV competitively while the Web platform of the HTML5 base is legislated with the next generation national standard. It is essential to the web kernel, which is the common library of the operating system including the file, window, resource and network management is provided in order to support the various app developments of the HTML5 base effectually. Additionally, the web application program can support UI/UX function of the desktop user using the web browser and JavaScript drive and administration, window management function, and etc. is needed.

Recently, by developing many training systems in battle field, the demand for interconnecting and internetworking between Live, Virtual, Constructive training systems has been increased to support efficient data distribution and system control. But, there are lots of problems for them to interwork, because the existing researches only support L-L, V-V, C-C Interoperability. Therefore, we propose L-V-C gateway to provide interoperable simulation environment based on HLA and DDS between them. First, we illustrate FOM Management that parses RPR-FOM XML file to acquire Data information to be shared between them, and generates common data structure and source code used for L-V-C Gateway. L-V-C Gateway created from FOM Management supports Data Conversion and Quality of Service between HLA and DDS. HLA Federate and DDS Domainparticipant in L-V-C Gateway play a role of logical communication channel and relay data from HLA Federation to DDS Domain and vice versa.

Illegal reproductions and subsequent copyright infringement have curtailed development of digital content industry. Many DRM systems have been developed and utilized for this purpose. However, current DRM system allow only authorized user to access the contents, and as such, redistribution to other user without getting license again entails cumbersome process. Currently, super-distribution system which can be used for redistribution of downloaded contents in more streamlined fashion is being widely conducted. But for streaming type content, it is still very difficult to redistribute with super-distribution system because the client must directly connect to streaming server to access the content. Accordingly, a new DRM streaming service structure is required to allow streamed contents to be redistributed as easily as the downloaded contents. In this paper, we proposed the relay file structure that can connect the streaming server and the user for super-distribution of the streaming contents.

We propose and implement a flexible secure peer-to-peer(P2P) file sharing scheme which can be used for data sharing among closed user group (CUG) members. When a member wants to share data, notification messages are sent to the members with whom the member wants to share data. Each notification message includes one-time password encrypted with the receiver's public key. A member who received the notification message can download the data by using the one-time password. The proposed scheme provides selective sharing, download confirmation and efficient storage management. In terms of security, the proposed scheme supports authentication, entity privacy, replay attack protection and disguise prevention. We also implement the proposed system and find that the system is very useful among P2P service of closed user groups.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 B2B시장이 엄청난 속도로 증가추세를 드러내고 있는 가운데 국내 전자상거래 시장은 예상만큼의 기대치에 부응하지 못한 채 큰 발전을 보지 못하고 있는 상황이다. 이는 인터넷상에서의 효율적인 결제시스템의 부계와 전자상거래 시장의 특성인 신뢰성의 부재에 그 원인이 있다고 보아진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 비대면의 전자적인 결제시스템에 따르는 신뢰성 문제해결을 위한 방안으로 Escrow계정을 이용하는 B2B 결제시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 Escrow Service시스템은 전자결제시스템의 걸림돌이었던 제품보증과 결제보증에 관한 문제를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 체계적이고 안정적인 방법으로 해결할 수 있는 EDI를 이용한 B2B ESCROW 결제서비스를 만드는 것이다. 구매기업과 판매기업간에 매매행위가 발생되면서 양사의 합의에 따른 Escrow사항들을 표준화된 데이터베이스 형식을 갖고 있는 EDI에 저장하고 거래 데이터베이스를 수행하면서 자동적인 EDI File Update를 통해 가장 실시간의 정보를 참조할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 기존의 B2B 결제시스템에 있어서의 Escrow 기능이 계좌이체를 이용한 결제시스템에만 제한적으로 이용돼 왔었으며 또한 Escrow 시스템 수행이 수동적인 프로세스에 의해 움직여졌기 때문에 신뢰성과 이용도면에서 문제점이 있었다. 하지만 EDI를 이용한 Escrow시스템 구현은 프로세스의 자동화뿐만 아니라 계좌이체 및 기타 대출을 이용한 결제시스템에도 다양하게 적용할 수 있으며 또한 History관리가 가능하므로 전자상거래 결제시스템의 효율을 한층 더 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Since presidential overseas trips are carried out as the head of state representing the Republic of Korea, the resulting records of such trips have high academic and historical significance and value both in contemporary times and for future generations. This study analyzes the status of production and service of overseas trip records, focusing on whether the records of the president's overseas trips are being produced properly and provided sufficiently to the public, and examines development plans for improvement. Currently, as a result of examining a total of 282 overseas trips provided by the Presidential Archives website, it is difficult for users to understand which records are being produced for even the basic records regarding the trips are not posted. In addition, the website is provider-centered, making users feel alienated rather than being considered in terms of search and provided records. In this study, for the production of high-quality overseas travel records, the "Presidential Overseas Trip Records Production Guidelines" established during the 'Participatory Government' will be supplemented, improved and applied. This archive policy will not be subject to any external variables, including changes in the government, and is suggested that it be consistent and unaffected. In addition, in order to improve the service provided, the following is proposed: first, provision of 'comprehensive information' that allows users to understand the overall context of the trip; second, use of the "file-record" layer and hyperlink function; third, a system that allows the stages of production and service of overseas trip records to be interconnected. In order to carry out these tasks, it would be essential to establish and operate an organization dedicated to records, such as the Secretariat of Archives and Records Management during the 'Participatory Government' period.

In this paper, we design thin-client framework capable of application sharing & data access on the Internet, and apply related skills, such as X windows system, pseudo server, CODA file system, MPI(Message Passing Interface). We suggest a framework for the thin client to access data produced by working on a server optimally as well as to run server side application, even in the case of network down. Additionally, it needed to reflect all local computing changes to remote server when network is restored. To design thin client framework with these characteristics, in this paper, we apply distributed pseudo server and CODA file system to our framework, also utilize MPI for the purpose of more efficient computing & management. It allows for implementation of network independent computing environment of thin client, also provide scalable application service to numerous user through the elimination of bottleneck on caused by server overload. In this paper, we discuss the implementing method of thin client framework in detail.

SIn this paper, we introduce our experience for designing and implementing new concept of a global XML-based Peer-to-Peer (P2P) engine to support various P2P applications, and interconnection among PC, Web and mobile computing environments. The proposed P2P engine can support to heterogeneous data exchanges and web interconnection by facilitating with the text-base XML while message exchange are necessary. It is also to provide multi-level security functions as well as to apply different types of security algorithms. The system consist of four modules; a message dispatcher to scheduling and filtering the message, a SecureNet to providing security services and data transmission, a Discovery Manager to constructing peer-to-peer networking, and a Repository Manager to processing data management including XML documents. As a feasibility test, we implement various P2P services such as chatting as a communication service, white-board as an authoring tool set during collaborative working, and a file system as a file sharing service. We also compared the proposed system to a Gnutella in order to measure performance of the systems.
