제로에너지시티 계획을 위한 건물에너지 수요 예측 방법론 개발 및 자립률 산정에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Methodology of Building Energy Consumption Estimation and Energy Independence Rate for Zero Energy City Planning Phase)

  • In response to the rapid climate change, in order to save energy in the field of buildings, the country is planning not only zero energy buildings but also zero energy cities. In the Urban Development Project, the Energy Use Plan Report is prepared and submitted by predicting the amount of energy demand at the planning stage. However, due to the activation of zero-energy buildings and the increase in the supply of new and renewable energy facilities, the energy consumption behavior of buildings in the city is changing from the previous ones. In this study, to estimate urban energy demand of Zero Energy City, building energy demand forecasts based on "Passive plans for use of energy based primary energy consumption", "Actual building energy usage data from Korea Appraisal Board" and "data from Certification of Building Energy Efficiency Rating" as well as demand forecast according to existing "Consultation about Energy Use Plan Code" were calculated and then applied to Multifunctional Administrative City 5-1 zone to compare urban total energy demand forecasts.

한국 영화에 재현된 중국인 형상의 역사적 고찰 (A Study on Chinese Characters Represented in Korean Films from under Japanese Colonial Period to the 2000s)

  • This article aims that Chinese characters represented in Korean films have been explored for historical consideration of Korean's viewpoint on Chinese from early modern to the present day. During Japanese colonial period, Chinese had been hateful and feared by most of Korean because Korean had been acted high-handedly by chinese in early modern time and had covertly regarded chinese as threatening competitors in economical part of the colony, refered to the chinese characters represented in the films, For the Lover(1928) and Secret of Chinese Street(1928). Chinese had been called as enemy forces in Korean movies, such as Marines are Gone(1963), Dragon competed with tiger(1974) made with Korean battle field setting and Manchuria setting developed a Korean independence movement, after Korean War in the 1960-70s maintained the cold war system in the World. According to analyzing chinese characters depicted in Failan(2001), A Good Rain Knows(2010), Korean public have a friendly attitude with contemporary Chinese as China has been the great trade partner of Korea with interdependent relationship after 1992, the year of Korea have established diplomatic ties with China.

  • In metaheuristic algorithms such as Genetic Algorithm (GA), initial population has a significant impact as it affects the time such algorithm takes to obtain an optimal solution to the given problem. In addition, it may influence the quality of the solution obtained. In the machine learning field, feature selection is an important process to attaining a good performance model; Genetic algorithm has been utilized for this purpose by scientists. However, the characteristics of Genetic algorithm, namely random initial population generation from a vector of feature elements, may influence solution and execution time. In this paper, the use of a statistical algorithm has been introduced (Chi2) for feature relevant checks where p-values of conditional independence were considered. Features with low p-values were discarded and subject relevant subset of features to Genetic Algorithm. This is to gain a level of certainty of the fitness of features randomly selected. An ensembled-based learning model for Hepatitis has been developed for Hepatitis C stage classification. 1385 samples were used using Egyptian-dataset obtained from UCI repository. The comparative evaluation confirms decreased in execution time and an increase in model performance accuracy from 56% to 63%.

An Observation on the Characteristics of Design and Aesthetics of Balinese 'Sacred Cloths'

  • The uniqueness of Bali is inseparable from its culture and religion. Embedded in the cultural environment, textiles become one of the most important aspects in Balinese life as it is used as a medium in sacred ceremonies. Balinese textiles are made and used under special conditions according to Hindu teaching. This paper aims to observe the aesthetics of Balinese sacred cloths that are seen in their techniques, colors, and patterns. Quantitative research included in this study is based on 261 images taken from literature review and Museums. Field research was done in eastern part of Bali. This paper has divided the era between ancient and modern times. The ancient era before the 20th century used textiles for religious purposes. Modern era started from the colonialization period by the Dutch in Bali during 1910-1942 added economic values to the textiles. The independence of Indonesia in 1945 created Balinese textiles as a unifying value as one of the identity of Indonesia. The techniques are classified as Weft Ikat, Double Ikat, weave with Supplementary Weft, and Prada. The colors of the ancient era are 'fixed' with the restriction of the colors red, black, and white. The colors of modern era are 'festive' with combination of yellow, green, blue, and purple. The characteristics of patterns are geometric, natural, human, and animal groups. Field research in this paper observes Klungkung Village that produces Endek and Songket cloths. The aesthetics of Endek cloth is 'royal statement' and Songket cloth is a 'cultural heritage.' Nusa Penida Island produces Cepuk cloths and is a 'protective guardian.' Satria sub-district produces Prada cloths and appears to be an 'opulence charm.' Lastly, Tenganan Village produces Geringsing cloth which possesses a 'legendary legacy.' To sum up, Balinese sacred cloth essence is a balance of tradition and modern.

Dosimetric Characteristic of Digital CCD Video Camera for Radiation Therapy

  • Patient dose verification is one of the most important parts in quality assurance of the treatment delivery for radiation therapy. The dose distributions may be meaningfully improved by modulating two dimensional intensity profile of the individual high energy radiation beams In this study, a new method is presented for the pre-treatment dosimetric verification of these two dimensional distributions of beam intensity by means of a charge coupled device video camera-based fluoroscopic device (henceforth called as CCD-VCFD) as a radiation detecter with a custom-made software for dose calculation from fluorescence signals. This system of dosimeter (CCD-VCFD) could reproduce three dimensional (3D) relative dose distribution from the digitized fluoroscopic signals for small (1.0$\times$1.0 cm$^2$ square, ø 1.0 cm circular ) and large (30$\times$30cm$^2$) field sizes used in intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT). For the small beam sizes of photon and electron, the calculations are performed In absolute beam fluence profiles which are usually used for calculation of the patient dose distribution. The good linearity with respect to the absorbed dose, independence of dose rate, and three dimensional profiles of small beams using the CCD-VCFD were demonstrated by relative measurements in high energy Photon (15 MV) and electron (9 MeV) beams. These measurements of beam profiles with CCD-VCFD show good agreement with those with other dosimeters such as utramicro-cylindrical (UC) ionization chamber and radiographic film. The study of the radiation dosimetric technique using CCD-VCFD may provide a fast and accurate pre-treatment verification tool for the small beam used in stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and can be used for verification of dose distribution from dynamic multi-leaf collimation system (DMLC).

스프링클러 분무가 화재유동특성에 미치는 영향에 관한 수치해석 연구 (A Numerical Study of the Effect of Sprinkler Spray on the Flow Characteristics Induced by Fire)

  • 본 연구는 수치적 접근방법을 통해 스프링클러 분무가 화재공간내부 유동특성에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 화재유동 및 분무유동장 해석을 위해 적용된 수치해석모델은 FDS 5.5.3이며 격자독립성시험을 통해 최적 격자를 선정하였다. 수치해석 모델의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 Magnone 등이 수행한 실험결과와 비교 분석을 수행하였으며 FDS 모델에 의해 계산된 화재공간 내부의 온도분포는 실험결과와 비교적 잘 일치하였으나 스프링클러 분사유량이 증가함에 따라 오차는 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한 이전 연구와 같이, FDS 계산결과는 스프링클러 분무에 의해 화재실 출입구를 통한 연소생성물의 유출질량유량이 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 스프링클러 분무가 포함된 화재유동장에 대한 모델의 타당성을 확보하고 스프링클러 시스템의 최적화에 기여할 수 있다.

  • 이 논문은 인도의 공예분야 사회적기업 인더스트리 크래프트가 정부 보조금 의존에서 벗어나 지난 30년간 어떻게 수익을 창출하고 글로벌 사회적기업으로 지속가능한 성장이 가능했는지를 분석한 논문이다. 분석을 통해 도출한 성공요인들은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 요인은 이해관계자들의 가치 창출로서 사회적 미션을 목표로 각 이해관계자들의 가치를 최우선 고려하였으며 가치를 상호간 공유했다는 점이다. 두 번째 요인은 독특한 내부경영방식으로서 더 많은 부가가치 창출을 위해 조직체계에 독특한 비즈니스 모형과 4P전략을 도입하고 생산자집단의 자립을 돕는 경영방식을 도입했다는 것이다. 세 번째 요인은 학습 및 혁신문화 조성으로서 변화를 두려워하지 않고 끊임 없이 새로운 디자인 전략을 세워 도전하고 시행착오를 조직학습으로 이끈 학습문화를 구축했다는 점이다. 마지막 네 번째 요인은 시의적절한 재정 및 자원의 확보로서 규모 확대 시기 때마다 민간기업과의 제휴 및 투자 유치, 충분한 기술인력자원 확보 등 적절한 재정 및 자원을 확보했던 점을 들 수 있다.

경호무도의 연구 동향과 향후 과제 (The Study of Trend and Henceforth Task of Security Martial Arts)

  • 경호무도의 연구는 철학, 사학, 교육학, 사회학, 심리학, 생리학, 트레이닝학, 운동역학, 경호실무의 9가지의 학문영역으로 분류할 수 있다. 경호무도학의 향후 발전과제를 위해서는 첫째, 경호무도의 이론과 실제의 연구이다. 우선 경호무도가 당면한 현장에서 활용할 수 있는 이론연구가 이루어져야 하고, 이 연구물들이 교재발간은 물론 다양한 교육채널을 통해 공유하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 무도종목의 특성과 연계연구가 이루어져야 한다. 각 종목별 특성에 맞는 트레이닝 방법과 각 종목별 경호무도로서 강점과 약점을 파악하여 연구하면서 보완해 나간다면 경호무도가 더욱 발전할 것이라고 사료된다. 셋째, 학문의 자립성을 위한 연구가 이루어져야 한다. 경호무도의 연구 분야는 9가지 학문영역으로 도출되었고, 과학적이고, 체계적인 학문으로 발전해야 한다. 이러한 경호무도가 지속적으로 연구가 이루어진다면 경호무도학의 학문적 자립성이 이루어 질 것이라고 사료된다.

농촌주택의 단열 향상을 위한 요소와 적용기술 - 선행연구와 현장사례조사를 중심으로 - (Elements and Apply Techniques for Improving the Insulation of Rural Houses)

  • Among the factors of living environment, the one that is the most closely related with our living is the building. It is one of the biggest reasons for energy consumption as it forms 36% of the total energy consumption. Technologies equipped with excellent energy performance can hardly be applied to rural areas that are relatively poorer. Still, 89.8% rural residents are living in detached houses, and backward houses increase their financial burden and result in reduced insulation performance. Accordingly, this study is going to review the latest research written after 2000 dealing with rural houses and their insulation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors of insulation and how to improve insulation performance, conduct field research to find out how to apply low energy technologies applicable to houses with the subjects of experimental houses, the passive houses located in Jecheon City, Hongcheon Saldun zero energy houses, and energy independence villages, and find out how to perform follow-up research on insulation for rural houses. According to the findings, the latest research on insulation for rural houses is mostly focused on walls as well as windows and doors. Also, as ways to improve insulation performance, it suggests us to use high performance insulators, introduce new regeneration energy technology, and secure hermeticity. In addition, through field research, this author could find out low energy technologies applicable to houses such as solar energy facilities and heat recovery systems. Advanced research on insulation for rural houses has been focused on how to use materials or new regeneration energy, so follow-up research will have to consider the types of farming area or the residents' mode of living.

변칙 사례에 대한 초등학생들의 반응 연구 (A Study on Elementary School Students' Responses to Anomalous Data)

  • 끓는점 개념에 관련된 변칙 사례를 제시했을 때 변칙 사례에 대한 학생들의 반응 유형을 알아보고 학습자의 인지적 수준(장의존독립성, 논리적 사고력)에 따른 인지 갈등 유발 정도 및 개념 변화를 조사하였다. 초등학교 6학년 학생 137명을 대상으로 장의존독립성 검사, 논리적 사고력 검사, 선개념 검사, 변칙사례에 대한 반응 검사를 실시하였고, 초기 이론과 일치하는 선개념을 가진 90명 의 학생들만을 선택하였다. 과학 개념 학습 후 학생들의 개념 변화를 조사하였다. 변칙 사례에 대한 반응 유형은 거부, 재해석, 배제, 판단 불가, 신념 감소, 이론 변화 등 6가지였으나, 대부분의 반응 유형은 거부 (33%)와 이론 변화(39%)인 것으로 나타났다. Mann-Whitney U 검증결과, 학습자가 장독립작일수록, 논리적 사고력이 높을수록 변칙 사례에 의해 인지 갈등이 많이 유발되며 개념 변화를 효과적으로 일으키는 것으로 나타났다.
