신종 및 재출현 전염병이 지속적으로 유행하고 해외 전염병의 국내유입 가능성이 증대됨에 따라 국립검역소의 검역관리 사업의 효율성 평가는 매우 중요하다. 본 연구는 평가 구성요소 사이의 상대적 중요도, 즉 가중치(weight) 부여에 있어서 과학적 타당성을 인정받고 있는 계층분석절차(Analytical Hierarchy Process; AHP) 기법에 의한 이원비교방법을 사용하여 설정하였다. AHP기법은 복잡한 다기준 의사결정문제(multi-criteria decision making problem)를 계층화하여 단순화 체계화시킴으로써 그 영향도를 계량화하는데 탁월한 기법이라는 평가를 받고 있다. 평가지표별 가중치는 기관평가 영역이 0.2, 서비스 및 프로그램 영역이 0.8로 분석되었으며, 서비스 및 프로그램 영역내에서 검역 업무가 0.45로 가장 높게 나타났다. 대영역(기관평가영역, 서비스 및 프로그램평가 영역), 중영역(투입, 과정, 결과, 검역업무, 검사업무, 위생관리업무, 병원체조사감시업무, 전염병예방홍보 교육업무)으로 구분하여 최종적으로 평가지표로 선정된 지표는 실제 국립검역소 사업에 적용하였으며, 이에 대한 최소한의 평가지표를 최종 선정하여 향후 국립검역소 사업평가 체계를 보다 체계화 하였다.

Quality management is essential to achieve the desired quality throughout a program. Especially in phase of research and development(R&D) of a program, that is an effective and efficient way to achieve the quality goals and improve the quality of a program in total life cycles. For applying the quality management to a R&D program, characteristics of the program should be considered in various aspects. In this study, the characteristics of developments of defense weapon systems were analyzed and the meaning of quality in that field was defined. And then, application methods of the quality management were established and the quality management model with four view points(external, organization, programs, practices) was proposed. In addition, detailed tasks of the quality management activities were described and some examples of applying the model were introduced.

The aim of this study is to develop an automated program for noise prediction in shipboard compartments, for this purpose of calculating noise levels accurately and quickly. The program calculates sound power level at HVAC components based on the empirical method suggested by NEBB and utilizing the manufacturer's test data. The program developed uses the GUI functions to help in efficient modeling and calculation. To verify the reliability of developed program, the predicted data was compared with the measured data in shipboard compartments. As a result, the average difference between predicted and measured data is ${\pm}3dB$.

This study was conducted to contribute to the expansion of activity areas for school nurses in the field of health promotion services whose importance are increasing daily. To achieve such goals the researcher proposed that health promotion programs for obesity management in overweight schoolchildren conducted by literature review to apply to school settings. In this program, the principal components developed a behavior modification program and an exercise program, which could be educated and managed by a nursing staff during for 9 weeks, three times per week, 60 minutes each. The program consisted of exercise, health education. health counseling, and a direct nursing care. This kind of approach may support the need of behavior modification programs and exercise programs on a regular base via the social organization, which may mean an intentional change of life style. A comprehensive approach to health promotion services proposed by this research would contribute greatly to the effectiveness of school health services and to promote health in overweight schoolchildren.

In February 1991 I initiated a blood conservation program that included hemodilution, use of a cell conservation device to concentrate diluted blood from operative field and from mediastinal shed blood, acceptance of a minimal hematocrit level of 25% in stable patients, and strict avoidance of use of blood products without definitive indication. A retrospective study to evaluate the effects of blood conservation program was designed to compare the amount of homologous transfusion, hematologic data, and postoperative outcome in patients operated on before and after initiation of blood conservation program. Patient characteristics were not different between two groups, before[n = 18] and after[n = 42] initiation of the program. The significant decrease of homologous transfusion[5.2 vs 1.4 units] and the marked increase of nontransfused patients[none vs 57%] in experimental group were due to marked decrease in homologous transfusion during the operation[4.6 vs 0.7 unit]. I conclude that with strict intraoperative blood conservation program, cardiac patients can be operated on with minimal homologous transfusion.

In order to reduce the cost of software maintenance including software modification, we suggest the object oriented program with checking the version of application program using the Java language and the technique of executing the downloaded application program via network using the application manager. In order to change the traditional scheduler to the application manager we have adopted the Xlet concept in the nuclear fields using the network. In usual Xlet means a Java application that runs on the digital television receiver. The Java TV Application Program Interface(API) defines an application model called the Xlet application lifecycle. Java applications that use this lifecycle model are called Xlets. The Xlet application lifecycle is compatible with the existing application environment and virtual machine technology. The Xlet application lifecycle model defines the dialog(protocol) between an Xlet and its environment

The purpose of the study is to examine the current study trend of 'QR code' and suggest a direction for the future study of big data analysis: (1) Background: study trend of 'QR code' and analysis of the text by subject field and year; (2) Methodology: data scraping and collection, EXCEL summary, and preprocess and big data analysis by R x 64 4.0.2 program package; (3) the findings: first, the trend showed a continuous increase in 'QR code' studies in general and the findings were applied in various fields. Second, the analysis of frequent keywords showed somewhat different results by subject field and year, but the overall results were similar. Third, the visualization of the frequent keywords also showed similar results as that of frequent keyword analysis; and (4) the conclusions: in general, 'QR code' studies are used in various fields, and the trend is likely to increase in the future as well. And the findings of this study are a reflection that 'QR code' is an aspect of our social and cultural phenomena, so that it is necessary to think that 'QR code' is a tool and an application of information. An expansion of the scope of the analysis is expected to show us more meaningful indications on 'QR code' study trends and development potential.

This study intended to develop the prediction models of the traction and field performance of two-wheel tractors by using the principles which were applied for predicting those of the four-wheel tractors. The traction model developed in this study consists of the net traction coefficient, rolling resistance coefficient and traction efficiency, Which are expressed as functions of both wheel numeric and slip. A computer program on the field performance of two-wheel tractors is also developed to predict the drawbar horsepower, traction force, traction efficiency, rotational speed of engine and engine horsepower if the characteristics of the engine performance and operational condition of the two-wheel tractor are known. Based on the developed models, the conditions of basic variables to maximize the field performance were analyzed so as to assess the existing two-wheel tractor.
