한국 전통 직물 연구의 경향 분석 (The Tendency Analysis of Korean Traditional Textile Studies)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the tendency of Korean traditional textile studies to review the studies critically and to suggest the new directions. To do this, this study included 164 articles of Korean traditional textile studies published in five Korean major journals from the first issue to the 2009. The identified 164 articles were categorized and analyzed by five areas : study subject, study content, study method, the tendency through times and journals publishing Korea traditional textile articles. The results were as follows. First, in the study subject, the ratio of traditional motifs study was the highest in any other study subject and an actual textile pattern study and society culture historic study were also favored. And, the ratio of foreign textile study was the lowest in any other study subject. Second, in the fiber type of study content, the ratio of silk fiber was the highest in any other fiber type. Hemp, ramie and cotton fiber were followed by silk fiber. Also, the ratio of wool fiber was lowest in any other fiber type. In the weaving type, ratio of plain weave was the highest in any other weaving type. In the times of study, the ratio of the Joseon Dynasty period was the highest in any other times of study. Third, in the study method, the ratio of an actual proof study method was higher than that of literature study method. In the tendency of times, there were society culture historic studies from the time publishing the first edition in each journal, the ratio of an actual textile pattern study, traditional motif study and preservation science study has increased since the 2000. Fourth, in the characteristics of journals, Journal of Korean Society of Costume has published the most articles in any other journal publishing Korea traditional textile study.

섬유배향과 섬유함유량이 섬유강화 열가소성수지 복합재료의 인장강도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Fiber Orientation and Fiber Contents on the Tensile Strength in Fiber-reinforced Thermoplastic Composites)

  • 섬유강화 열가소성수지 복합재료는 열경화성수지 복합재료의 강도 수준에 근접할 뿐만 아니라 열경화성수지 복합재료의 취약점으로 지적되고 있는 생산성, 리사이클, 내충격성 등이 우수하다. 일방향 섬유강화 복합재료의 강도계산을 위한 연구와 섬유배향상태를 측정하여 정량적으로 나타낼 수 있도록 연구하여 발표하였으나, 섬유함유율에 따른 섬유배향상태와 복합재료의 기계적 성질을 예측을 할 수 있는 데이터베이스 구축은 되어있지 않으므로 이에 대한 체계적인 연구가 필요하다 본 연구에서는 섬유함유율에 따른 섬유배향상태를 변화시켜 섬유강화 열가소성수지 복합판재를 제작한 후, 섬유함유율 및 섬유배향상태가 복합판재의 인장강도에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대해서 고찰하였다. 섬유강화 열경화성수지 복합재료의 $0^{\circ}$ 방향에서 인장강도 비는 등방성에서 이방성으로 갈수록 섬유배향함수와 섬유함유율에 관계없이 일정하게 나타났으나, $90^{\circ}$ 방향에서 인장강도 비는 인장 하중이 강화섬유 길이방향의 수직방향으로 작용했을 때 섬유필라멘트 분리에 의해 감소하였다.

  • For the development of lilght weight cement concrete with high durability, this study used perlite and paper sludge ash by the light weight material, and polypropylene fiber by the reinforcment, and poly-acrylic ester emulsion by the matrix improvement. According to the increasing mixture ratio of fiber and use of polymer, the light weight polypropylene fiber reinforced polymer cement ratio of fiber and use of polymer, the light weight polypropylene fiber reinforced polymer cement concrete were showed high resistance for frost damage.

  • In this study, the tensile properties of mono and hybrid fiber reinforced cement-based composite according to fiber blending ratio under the high strain rate was evaluated. Experimental results, the HSF1.5PVA0.5 shown the highest tensile strength because the PVA fiber suppressed the micro cracks in the matrix around the hooked steel fiber and improved the pull-out resistance of hooked steel fiber. Thus, DIF of strain capacity and fracture toughness of HSF1.5PVA were greatly improved. Also, the fracture toughness was greatly improved because the tensile stress was slowly decreased after the peak stress by improvement of the pull-out resistance of hooked steel fiber at strain rate 101/s.

  • 나일론6 단섬유를 보강한 NR과 SBR의 인장특성에 대해 섬유 종횡비(AR), 직경비(DR), 계면상 조건, 그리고 섬유 함유률을 함수로 연구하였다. 인장강도는 우수한 계면조건에서 AR(20min.)이 증가할수록 증가하였다 단섬유(DR=3, AR=20min.) 강화 SBR은 모든 계면조건에서 희석효과를 보이지 않았다. 동일한 단섬유를 보강한 NR의 경우도 No Coating을 제외하고는 희석효과를 보이지 않았다. 인장탄성률은 동일한 직경비에서 AR이 증가할수록, 섬유 함유률이 높을수록. 계면조건이 우수할수록 크게 증가하였다. 동일한 직경비에서 계면조건이 우수할수록 이탈 힘은 크게 나타났다. 또한 단섬유 강화 메커니즘을 확인하기 위해 축대칭 모델을 이용 응력해석을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 AR, 계면상 조건. 그리고 DR이 강화고무의 인장특성에 중요한 역할을 항을 확인하였다.

자연마섬유보강 비소성 무기결합재 다공성 콘크리트의 공극률, 압축강도 및 동결융해저항성 평가 (Void Ratio, Compressive Strength and Freezing and Thawing Resistance of Natural Jute Fiber Reinforced Non-Sintering Inorganic Binder Porous Concrete)

  • This study evaluated the effects of fibers on the void ratio, compressive strength and repeated freezing and thawing resistance of porous vegetation concrete with binder type (non-sintering inorganic binder and blast furnace slag cement) and natural jute fiber volume fraction (0.0 %, 0.1 % and 0.2 %). The natural jute fiber volume fraction affected the void ratio, compressive strength and repeated freezing and thawing resistance. Added of natural jute fiber resulted in improved properties of the void ratio, compressive strength and freezing and thawing resistance. Also, the both compressive strength and freezing and thawing resistance increased with natural jute fiber volume fraction up to 0.1 % and then decreased with fiber volume fraction at 0.2 %.

석회석 골재를 사용한 강섬유보강 포러스콘크리트의 강도특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Mechanical Properties of Porous Concrete Using Coal Ash and Polymer)

  • 콘크리트는 압축에 강한 특성을 지닌 재료이지만, 인장 및 휨강도가 낮고 균열에 대한 저항성이 약한취성재료라는 단점을 가지고 있어 이에 대한 보완책으로서 철근이 사용되어 왔다. 하지만, 포러스콘크리트는 내부에 존재하는 다량의 연속공극으로 인하여 철근보강시 철근이 공기에 노출되어 부식되는 문제점을 보이고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 강섬유를 혼입과 목표공극률에 따른 공극률, 압축강도,휨강도 및 휨인성 특성을 검토하였다. 실험결과, 강섬유의 혼입에 따른 실측공극률은 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며, 강도특성에서는 강섬유의 혼입률이 증가 함에 따라 증가하는 것으로 나타났으나 일정량 이상의 섬유가 혼입되었을 경우에는 강도가 오히려 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 휨인성평가에서는 강섬유를 혼입하지 않은 포러스콘 크리트에 비하여 처짐변형 성능이 현저히 개선되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 강섬유를 포러스콘크리트에 활용한 2차제품 및 포장재료 등에 적용하기 위한 강도 및 휨저항성능 향상재료로 사용가능성을 확인하였다.

단섬유 강화고무의 파열특성 연구 (A Study on Bursting Properties of Short-Fiber Reinforced Chloroprene Rubber)

  • The bursting properties under various conditions were investigated to ascertain the optimum conditions to yield the best properties. Fiber aspect ratio (AR: length of fiber/diameter of fiber), interphase condition and fiber content were considered as variables which impact the bursting pressure, bulge constant, torsional rigidity ratio. The bursting pressure of reinforced rubber increases up to 8.73 times compared to the virgin material. The better interphase condition shows the higher bursting pressure at given AR and fiber content. The bulge constant and torsional rigidity highly decrease with increasing AR and better interphase condition at same fiber content. The bulge constant and torsional rigidity reveal the minimum of 11% and 0.6% of the matrix, respectively. The bursted shape after test shows the different patterns between unfilled and reinforced rubbers. The case of virgin rubber shows a radiating shape while that of reinforced rubber shows a fluctuating straight line. Overall, it was found that the fiber AR and interphase condition have an important effect on bursting properties.

섬유보강 다공성 옥상녹화 황토콘크리트의 물리·역학적 및 온도변화 특성 평가 (Physical·Mechanical and Temperature Properties of Fiber Reinforced Porous Green Roof Hwang-toh Concrete)

  • The physical, mechanical, water purification and temperature properties of fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete have been evaluated in this study. The effect of the depending on replacement ratio of blast furnace slag to cement was investigated such that the replacement ratio is varied to 0 % and 30 %. Also, the replacement ratios of hwang-toh were 0, 20 and 30 %. The polyvinyl alcohol fiber was used for the reinforcing fiber. A series of pH test, unit weight, void ratio, compressive strength, after purification and variation of temperature test have been performed to evaluate the performance, water purification effect and temperature properties of the fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete. The test results indicate that the physical and mechanical properties of fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete is affected by the replacement ratio of the blast furnace slag and hwang-toh contents. Results of purifying water showed that the water purification effect of porous hwang-toh green roof concrete is about 40 %. Also, the temperature properties test results indicate the green roof blocks using fiber reinforced porous hwang-toh green roof concrete have insulation and temperature reduction effect.

모섬유의 혼방비율과 직물 특성에 따른 남성 정장용 소재의 질감이미지와 선호도 평가 (Evaluation of the Texture Image and Preference according to Wool Fiber Blending Ratios and the Characteristics of Men's Suit Fabrics)

  • This research was designed to compare the subjective evaluation of texture image and preference according to fiber blending ratio of men's suit fabrics. 110 subjects evaluated the texture image and preference of various fabrics. For statistical analysis, factor analysis, MDS, pearson correlation and ANOVA were used. The results were as follows: Sensory image factors of suit fabrics were 'smoothness', 'bulkiness', 'stiffness', 'elasticity', 'moistness' and 'weight sensation'. Sensibility image factors were 'classic', 'practical', 'characteristic' and 'sophisticated'. 'Bulkiness' and 'elasticity' sensory images showed high correlations with sensibility images. Fabrics with high wool blending ratio showed as 'classic' and 'sophisticated', 'bulkiness' and 'elasticity' texture images and fabrics with low wool blending ratio showed texture images of 'characteristic', 'surface character', 'stiffness', 'moistness' and 'weight sensation'. Wool fiber blending ratio affected on the purchase preference and tactile preference. Using regression analysis, it was shown that sensibility images had more of an effect on preference than sensory images. The thickness and pattern type showed positive effects and fiber blending ratio showed negative effects on the preference.
