비드와 섬유이온교환체 고정 PE 불균질 이온교환막의 제조 및 특성 (Preparation and Properties of PE Heterogeneous ion Exchange Membrane with Bead and Fibrous ion Exchanger)

  • 본 연구는 폴리에틸렌 기재에 비드와 섬유상 이온교환체의 배합비를 달리하여 불균질 이온 교환막을 제조하였다. PE 불균질 이온교환막의 이온교환능은 섬유강 이온교환체의 양이 증가할수록 선형적으로 증가하였으며 30 wt%에서 최대 1.86 meq/g 이었다. 불균질 이온교환막의 함수율, 고정이온농도 및 이온운반율도 섬유상 이온교환체의 양이 증가할수록 증가하였나. 반면 불균질 이온교환막의 전기저항은 섬유상 이온교환체의 양이 증가할수록 감소하였으며, IXF (ion exchange fiber)의 혼합량이 30 wt%에서 5$\Omega$/$\textrm{cm}^2$으로 전기저항 값이 가장낮았다.

  • This study investigates the physical properties of Murata Vortex Spinning (MVS) blended yarn with yarn count(20's, 30's, 40's) and blend ratio(Polyester 100, Polyester70:Cotton30, Polyester50:Cotton50, Polyester30:Cotton70, and Polyester50:Tencel40:Cotton10). This study evaluated tenacity, elongation, bending rigidity, bending hysteresis, hairiness coefficient, irregularity and twist number. The structure of MVS blended yarn influenced stress, strain, bending rigidity, bending hysteresis and the hairiness coefficient of MVS blended yarn decreased as the yarn count increased. MVS blended yarn consists of core and sheath. The core of MVS blended yarn is composed of a parallel fiber with a wrapping fiber that covers thecore fiber. This special structure of the MVS blended yarn effects the physical properties of the yarn; in addition, the mechanical properties of the component fibers influenced the stress, strain, bending rigidity, bending hysteresis and hairiness coefficient of MVS blended yarn with the blend ratio. Polyester decreases and cotton increases resulted in decreased physical properties. A similar polyester content increased the tencel and physical properties. Appropriate physical properties and a variety of touch expression can be realized through a correct blend ratio.

플라이애쉬를 혼입한 강섬유보강콘크리트의 내해수성에 관한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Seawater Resistance of Steel Fiber Reinforced concrete Using Fly Ash)

  • 본 연구에서는 보통의 일반콘크리트와 플라이애쉬를 혼입한 강섬유보강 콘크리트의 해수에 대한 저항성을 고찰하기 위하여 수행되었다. 콘크리트 배합 인자를 물.시멘트비, 강섬유혼입률, 플라이애쉬 혼입률별로 각각 제조하였으며, 표준수(수도물)와 인공으로 제조한 해수에 장기간 침지한 경우와 건조와 습윤의 반복작용에 의한 촉진시험으로 시험을 수행하여 콘크리트의 성능저하에 미치는 영향을 비교.고찰하였다. 시험방법은 소정의 재령에 각각의 배합조건별로 압축강도와 재령 1일을 기준으로 길이변화와 동탄성계수를 측정하여 성능저하정도를 비교분석하였다. 그 결과 강섬유와 플라이애쉬의 적정량의 혼입은 콘크리트의 내해수성을 현저히 개선시키는 효과를 나타내었다.

  • This study provides the practical application of the concrete using fiber to protect from fire studied by previous research. The fluidity and air content is satisfied with the targets, and the compressive strength is over 60MPa on W/B 35% and 80MPa on W/B 20 and 25%. For the properties of the spalling after the fire test, there is no spalling or slight occurrence on the specimens. However, for the RC column, the covering concrete fall off caused by spalling occurrence. Based on the results, it is thought that the fiber content should be put into the safety factor to prevent spalling for the structures.

탄소계 면상발열체 발열 특성 연구 (Study on the Heat Performance of CNT/carbon Fiber Plane Heater)

  • Electrical energy is used for heating and cooling because electric cars do not have engines and cooling water. The downside is that when the heating and cooling system is applied to electric vehicles, about 40 percent of the energy is spent on heating and cooling, which is less efficient in winter. This has increased demand for electric vehicle battery efficiency. In this study, the condensation and dispersion of carbon nanotubes were controlled, and carbon fibers and composite slurry were manufactured without binders to manufacture paper. Manufactured by content showed the highest heat generation characteristic at 143℃ with a carbon fiber content ratio of 20wt% and confirmed that the heat temperature rises with increasing pressure. The plane heaters made through this study can be applied to a variety of products other than electric vehicles because they can be simplified by process and high temperature.

탄소섬유 및 유리섬유로 보강한 재생 폴리머 콘크리트의 공학적 특성 (Engineering Properties of Carbon Fiber and Glass Fiber Reinforced Recycled Polymer Concrete)

  • This study was performed to evaluate engineering properties of carbon and glass fiber reinforced recycled polymer concrete. Fiber reinforced recycled polymer concrete were used recycled aggregate as coarse aggregate, natural aggregate as fine aggregate, $CaCO_3$ as filler, unsaturated polyester resin as binder, and carbon and glass fiber as fibers. The compressive and flexural strength of carbon fiber reinforced recycled polymer concrete were in the range of 68~81.5 MPa and 19.1~21.5 MPa at the curing 7days. Also, the compressive and flexural strength of glass fiber reinforced recycled polymer concrete were in the range of 69.4~85.1 MPa and 19~20.1 MPa at the curing 7days. Abrasion ratio of carbon and glass fiber reinforced recycled polymer concrete were decreased 21.6 % and 11.6 % by fiber content 0.9 %, respectively. After impact resistance test, drop numbers of initial and final fracture were increased with increase of fiber contents. Accordingly, carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced recycled polymer concrete will greatly improve the hydraulic structures, underground utilities and agricultural structures.

Correlation of Marbling Characteristics with Meat Quality and Histochemical Characteristics in Longissimus Thoracis Muscle from Hanwoo Steers

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the correlations of marbling characteristics, including marbling score, intramuscular fat (IMF) content, and fleck traits, with meat quality traits and histochemical characteristics of the longissimus thoracis muscle from Hanwoo steers. Marbling fleck characteristics, especially area, number, and fineness (F) index, measured by computerized image analysis were strongly correlated with marbling score and IMF content (p<0.05). However, coarseness (C) index and F/C ratio were somewhat limited relationships with marbling score. In contrast, the IMF content and the number of smaller white flecks increased with increasing lightness value (p<0.05). Moreover, beef with higher marbling scores showed lower cooking loss and Warner-Bratzler shear force value compared to beef with lower marbling scores (p<0.05). Regarding the muscle bundle traits, as number of bundle increased, number of marbling flecks increased (p<0.05), although most marbling characteristics did not have significant correlation with muscle fiber or bundle characteristics.

Sulfur Polymer Emulsion 및 보강용 섬유를 활용한 반강성 포장재의 공학적 특성 (Engineering Properties of Semi-rigid Pavement Material Produced with Sulfur Polymer Emulsion and Reinforcing Fibers)

  • 본 연구에서는 유황폴리머에멀젼 (SPE)을 반강성 포장용 주입재의 아크릴레이트 대체재로서 활용가능성과 성능향상재료 (PVA섬유)에 대한 역학적 성능과 내구성능을 평가하였다. 평가결과, 반강성 포장재의 충전률은 섬유의 혼입률이 증가함에 따라 충전률이 저하되었지만, 모든 배합조건에서 평균 92~94%로 측정되어 목표 성능인 90%를 만족하였다. 반강성 포장재의 마샬안정도 값은 최대 25.4kN으로 측정되어 반강성 포장재의 국내 기준인 5.0 kN 보다 약 4.7배 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 반강성 포장재의 동적안정도 평가결과, 휠 트래킹시험에 따른 변형저항성은 SPE를 대체한 배합조건이 보다 우수하였고, 모든 배합조건에서 45분 이후에는 변형량이 일정한 값에 수렴되어 동적안정도가 31,500회/mm로 동일한 결과를 나타내었다. 파단변형률은 최대 0.53% 정도로 나타나 아스팔트 포장재보다 우수한 강성으로 나타났다. 마모저항성 및 충격저항성 검토결과 모든 배합조건에서 손실률이 9.8~6.0%로 나타나 우수한 내마모성을 나타내었으며, 섬유를 0.3% 혼입한 경우 혼입하지 않은 Plain에 비하여 2.82배의 내충격성 향상을 나타내었다. 역학적성능 및 내구성능 등을 모두 고려하여 볼 때, 이 연구 범위에서는 SPE 대체율 30%가 적정 수준이고, 혼입률 0.3% 범위에서 PVA 섬유를 적용하면 우수한 인성을 갖는 반강성 포장재 제조가 가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • In this study, to prevent the nonhomogeneity of fiber orientation during the molding of GFRP composites, GFRP prepreg was fabricated using roving fiber and polypropylene resin. Analyses on the degree of impregnation, tensile strength, and microstructure were conducted on the fabricated prepregs. A lower pulling speed, higher resin temperature, and longer die length showed a greater degree of impregnation of the prepreg. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) micrograph showed, a homogeneous fiber orientation. As a result, fundamental techniques for improved productivity were suggested for the manufacturing field.

  • 본 연구는 강섬유보강콘크리트의 인성을 평가하는 기존의 다양한 방법을 검토하고, 인성지수를 규명함에 있어 초기균열하중에 여러 가지 곱을 사용하는 방법의 문제점을 지적하였다. 인성을 규명하기 위해 하충-처짐 곡선대신 하중-CMOD 곡선을 사용하였다. 물/시멘트비(0.35, 0 40, 0 45, 0 50) 와 섬유혼입량(0 0%, 0 5%, 1.0%, 1.5%)을 변수로 하여 노치를 가진 강섬유보강콘크리트 시험체를 3등분점 가력하였다.
