태권도복에 관한 연구(제1보) -태권도복의 착용실태를 중심으로- (A Study on the Taekwondo Uniform)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide basis data for the pattern and material development of the Taekondo uniform by investigating the Taekwondo uniform wearing status of 260 Taekwondo players. The results can be summarized as follows: 1. In the current material of Taekwondo uniform, the problem of physiological comfort was generally dissatisfied in all subjects. And this unsatisfactory trend was founded higher in female player. 2. In the problem of the body fitness of Taekwondo unifrom, the unifitness of upper and lower clothes was founded higher in female player. And both of male and female player represented unfitness more high in lower clothes. So the current size of Taekwondo uniform, especially the size of lower clothes had its problem. 3. The problem of the sports function, the body fitness and easiness of wearing of Taekwondo uniform was generally founded uncomfortable in all subjects. But especially female player, fat type player was founded higher in the phase of discomfort. And accoring to the method of gaining clothes, the case of the slop was founded the highest.

대학선수들의 자율성과 성취동기와의 관계 (The Relationship between Autonomy and Achievement Motivation of University Players)

  • 본 연구는 대학 운동선수들의 인지된 자율성 인식과 성취동기간의 관계를 규명하기 위해 수행되었다. 서울 및 수도권에 재학 중인 운동선수들을 대상으로 25개 종목의 396명의 유효표본을 얻었으며, SPSS 18 프로그램과 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 데이터를 정화하였고 이를 바탕으로 상관관계분석과 회귀분석을 통하여 자율성과 성취동기와의 관계를 검증하였다. 이러한 절차를 통한 결과는 자율성 인지에 있어서 남학생이 여학생보다 높게 인식하고 있었으며, 회귀분석결과 자율성 인지는 숙달접근과 수행접근의 접근 성향의 성취목표에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

여자중학교 체육 특기자들의 체지방과 식사변인에 대한 연구 -축구.수영.리듬 체조 선수를 대상으로- (Body Fat and Dietary Factors in Female Middle School Athletes -Soccer Player, Swimmer, and Rhythmic Gymnast-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the percent of body fat. fatness indices. and relationship between the percent body fat and dietary factors among the female middle school athletes. Hights, weights, an percent body fats of 17 soccer player. 10swimmer, and 5 rhythmic gymnast were measured. Dietary data were collected by questionnaires. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. Average body fat measured by infrared interactance method was 23.8$\pm$4.9% and BMI body fat was 20.3$\pm$2.6% Fatness indices such as BMI was 18.8$\pm$2.1 Rohrer index 119.4$\pm$11.8 percentage of ideal weight 90.4$\pm$9.2 and RBW 29.7$\pm$4.1. 2. Soccer player, swimmer, and rhythmic gymnast showed significant differences in percent body fat and fatness indices. ryhthmic gymnasts were smaller and lighter. 3. Most athletes were interested in diet and nutrition. and wanted to learn more about nutrition. Middle school female athletes ranked parents first or second for nutrition information. followed by managers$.$coaches$.$trainers. 4. Nutrition knowledge test score was 4.7 point out of possible 10, which is rather low, and showed significant difference in 3 kinds of players. 5. The quantities of food eaten in breakfast. lunch dinner and snack were significantly different among soccer player. swimmer. and rhythmic gymnast. In preference score of food groups, only beverage score was significantly different and of cooking methods. roasting and steaming were significantly different among the soccer player. swimmer. and rhythmic gymnast. 6. When subjects were divided into 3 groups on the basis of % infrared body fat, subjects with the highest body fat showed the tendency to eat more than others(non-sig). In the preference score of food groups. only fish showed significant difference among the groups. There were no significant differences between body fat and preference of various cooking method.

치료적 운동이 허리통증을 가진 여자 청소년 골프선수의 통증, 근기능 및 방사선학적 평가에 미치는 영향: 증례보고 (The Effect of Exercise Therapy on Pain, Muscle Function and Radiological Evaluation in a Female Youth Golf Player with Low Back Pain: Case Report)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise therapy on low back pain (LBP), the function of paraspinal and abdominis muscles, and the sacrohorizontal angle as seen on the radiographs of the lumbar spine in a young female golf player with LBP. METHODS: This case report describes an 11-year-old female golfer who presented with LBP. The exercise therapy program comprised lumbar joint mobilization, lumbar spine flexion distraction, abdominal bridge, plank, side plank, and single-leg extensions from a 4-point kneeling position for 40 min/day; this was done twice a week for 8-weeks. LBP [visual analog scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI)] and function of paraspinal and abdominis muscles [Ito test, curl-up test, $90^{\circ}$ stop test, squat test, opened eye one leg stance test (OEOL), and closed eye one leg stance test (CEOL)] were measured before and after 4 and 8 weeks of exercise therapy. The radiographs were analyzed for the lumbar Cobb's angle and sacrohorizontal angle before and after 8 weeks of exercise therapy. RESULTS: After 4 and/or 8 weeks of exercise therapy, VAS and ODI scores decreased; results for the Ito test, curl-up test, $90^{\circ}$ stop test, squat test, and OEOL and CEOL of muscle function improved; and the lumbar Cobb's angle and sacrohorizontal angle improved. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that exercise therapy improves LBP, muscle function, and radiographic parameters associated with LBP in young golf players. These findings have clinical implications for exercise therapy in young female golf players who have LBP.

모바일 게임 <왕자영요>의 여성 게이머 중심의 시각적 요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Visual Elements of the Mobile Game Focused on Female Gamers)

  • 2019년 1월부터 3월까지 모바일 게임 수익 순위에 따르면 <왕자영요>게임이 지속적으로 가장 많은 매출을 올렸다. <왕자영요>는 남성 게이머의 선호도가 더 높은 게임이지만 다른 한편으로는 1억 이상의 여성 게이머들을 확보하고 있으므로 여성 또한 이 게임의 주 소비자라 할 수 있다. <왕자영요>는 간단한 조작성, 사교성 그리고 다양하게 제공되는 여성취향의 게임소품으로 인해 많은 여성 게이머들이 주류 모바일 게임에 능동적으로 참여할 수 있도록 하는 영향력 있는 모바일 게임이다. 본 논문은 여성 게이머들에게 호감도가 높은 스킨소품 중 하나를 선택하여 여성 게이머들의 취향을 분석하였다. 감성이 풍부한 여성 게이머들의 선호하는 게임에는 여성적 시각요소가 반영되어있으므로 향후 모바일 게임시장에서 여성 소비자를 고려한 여성취향의 시각적 요소의 방향을 제시하였다.

엘리트 여자 축구선수의 철분보충이 체내 철분상태와 면역 및 항산화에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Iron Supplementation on Iron Status and Immunity Status of Elite Female Soccer Players)

  • This study was performed to evaluate the effect of iron supplement for 4 weeks on iron status, immunity, and antioxidant status of national female soccer players (n = 25). This study was performed at summer hard training period right before competition. A single blind design was used to divide the subjects into iron-supplement (IS) or placebo group (P). Iron-supplement group was supplemented with iron (40 mg/d) for 4 weeks. The mean age of the subjects was 23.3 $\pm$ 2.5 years old. Mean height and body weight of the subjects were 164.4 $\pm$ 5.7 em and 57.4 $\pm$ 4.6 kg, respectively. The mean carrier as soccer player was 11.0 $\pm$ 2.6 years and mean training time was 7.0 $\pm$ 1.3 hr/day. The mean hemoglobin, hematocrit, total iron binding capacity and ferritin concentrations before iron supplementation were not different between two groups. After 4 weeks of summer training and iron supplementation, serum ferritin level was significantly increased only in IS group after supplementation. Mean corpuscular volume and total iron binding capacity were significantly decreased in both groups. Meanwhile, hemoglobin and red blood cell count were significantly lowered only in placebo group. The IgM concentration increased significantly in both groups, but IgG concentration had increasing tendency only in IS group (p < 0.064). Therefore, iron supplementation during hard training period may be helpful to improve work capacity of the athletes by improving ferritin status and humoral immune responses.

MMORPG 커스터마이징에서 젠더에 대한 플레이어 태도 연구 (Study on Player Attitudes Regarding Gender in the MMORPG Customization Process)

  • 아바타의 젠더는 MMORPG 플레이어의 아이덴티티를 구성하는 기본 요소로서, 게임 특성상 플레이어가 스스로 창조할 수 있는 커스터마이징 시스템을 갖추고 있어 아바타 젠더에 관해 현실과는 다른 태도를 보임을 알 수 있다. 가상공간에서 젠더 커스터마이징은 자신을 보다 다양하게 표현하고자 하는 아이덴티티의 확장이라고 보아야 할 것이다. 다수의 유저들은 젠더스와핑된 아바타를 관리하고 있으며 특히 남성이 여성성의 아바타 페르소나를 선호하는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구에서는 Q 방법론를 통해 플레이어의 젠더에 관한 태도를 분석하고, 그 과정에서 젠더스와핑의 일반화 현상 및 동기 요인을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 자료는 MMORPG 커스터마이징 시스템의 사용성 평가를 위한 중요한 기준으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

여자 유도 허리후리기 기술의 운동학적 특성분석 (A Kinematic Analysis of Harai-Goshi(Hip Throw) in Judo)

  • The purpose of this study was to perform a kinematic analysis of Harai-goshi(hip throw) in superior female judo players. From our analysis, it appeared desirable for the player to shorten the duration of the technique for maximum results. It was also desirable for the player to draw the opponent backward while simultaneously maneuvering her close to her own body. A turning movement of the body toward the left side was found to be required for the technique, during which the player must lower the position of the center of gravity. During the subsequent angular change of the elbow, the player winds the elbow and, by moving the left shoulder, pulls the opponent toward her. The player lowers the body center by bending the left knee and letting the right knee extend, while turning the upper body and bending the hip joint. The player then draws the opponent in, contacts the opponent closely, turns, and stretches the right knee and hip joint rapidly and concisely, completing the move; it was also found to be desirable for the angular velocity to be increased for maximum efficacy.

유도지도자 리더십이 선수만족도와 경기력에 미치는 영향 (Judo Leader Leadership Influence on The Player Satisfaction and Performance)

  • 본 연구는 중 고등학교 유도 선수를 대상으로 유도지도자의 리더십이 선수만족도와 경기력에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 선수 290명 중 남자 121명(41.7%), 여자 169명(58.3%)의 자료를 본 연구의 대상 표본으로 사용하였다. 유도지도자의 리더십에 대해 선수만족도를 향상시키기 위한 훈련과 지시행동, 민주적 행동, 사회적 지지행동, 긍정적 보상행동, 전체적 행동의 리더십을 발휘하는 지도자에 관한 설문을 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 리더십은 선수만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 경기력향상에 좋은 성적을 거두는 것으로 나타났고, 지도자의 사회적 지지행동, 지도자의 전체적 행동의 순으로 영향을 미쳤고, 선수만족도가 높아질수록 좋은 성적을 거두게 될 것이다. 또한, 지도자의 리더십이 경기력에 미치는 영향으로 지도자의 훈련과 지시행동, 민주적 행동, 사회적 지지행동, 전체적 행동은 경기력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 지도자의 리드십은 강압적이기 보다는 선수들과 합의하에 운동 계획과 진로계획을 세워 진행한다면 선수만족도와 경기력 향상을 높이는데 많은 좋은 결과를 낼 것이다.

여자 축구선수를 위한 컴프레션 웨어 설계 (Compression Wear Design for Women's Soccer Players)

  • This study aims to organize the prototype design method of compression wear for women professional soccer players. Despite the excellent performance of female soccer players in world competition, most functional wear has been developed mainly for men, so professional female athletes have fewer choices. Soccer is a sport requiring core and lower body muscle strength, and muscular endurance for long periods of playing or walking on the field. Female soccer players did not differ much in upper body compared to other women, but their lower body had a smaller hip circumference than waist circumference and a larger thigh circumference, requiring compilation considering the physical characteristics and movement of athletes. Female soccer players wear sports bras while playing but regular bras and compression wear during normal exercise because they sweat on under their breast, which irritates sensitive skin. For core muscles in the upper body and to support for thigh and hip muscles in the lower body, the uniform in this study was designed by reducing the body size of a professional female soccer player in her 20s and the actual measurements of commercial compilation software to 81% of the chest circumference, 95% of the waist circumference, and 78% of the hip circumference. The design experiment in this study was a simple exercise and did not produce produce results for long-term exercise and performance improvement, but can be used to design a composition pattern system for other professional female athletes.
