Objective : This study aimed to investigate Korean medical students' satisfaction with Korean medicine education and their trust in Korean medicine. It also explored the factors affecting satisfaction with Korean medicine education and trust in Korean medicine. Methods : Based on a total of 381 survey responses, the satisfaction with Korean medicine education, reflection of educational needs, trust in Korean medicine, reasons for maladjustment to education, and suggestions for improving education were analyzed. Results : Satisfaction with Korean medicine education and trust in Korean medicine were generally above average. However, reflection of educational needs was below average. It was found that the curriculum should be rearranged according to the needs of premedical students and medical students. The factors affecting satisfaction with Korean medicine education were gender, academic year, dropout experience, trust in Korean medicine, and reflection of educational needs. Factors affecting trust in Korean medicine were gender, academic year, and satisfaction with Korean medicine education. Conclusion : This study found that satisfaction with Korean medicine education and trust in Korean medicine have a reciprocal relationship. To improve students' satisfaction and adjustment to Korean medicine education, it is necessary to implement strategies to increase students' trust in Korean medicine. In addition, it is important for students and instructors to collaborate on curriculum design by establishing a feedback system that reflects students' needs.
Purpose: In this study a system dynamics methodology was used to identify correlation and nonlinear feedback structure among factors affecting unplanned extubation (UE) of ICU patients and to construct and verify a simulation model. Methods: Factors affecting UE were identified through a theoretical background established by reviewing literature and preceding studies and referencing various statistical data. Related variables were decided through verification of content validity by an expert group. A causal loop diagram (CLD) was made based on the variables. Stock & Flow modeling using Vensim PLE Plus Version 6.0b was performed to establish a model for UE. Results: Based on the literature review and expert verification, 18 variables associated with UE were identified and CLD was prepared. From the prepared CLD, a model was developed by converting to the Stock & Flow Diagram. Results of the simulation showed that patient stress, patient in an agitated state, restraint application, patient movability, and individual intensive nursing were variables giving the greatest effect to UE probability. To verify agreement of the UE model with real situations, simulation with 5 cases was performed. Equation check and sensitivity analysis on TIME STEP were executed to validate model integrity. Conclusion: Results show that identification of a proper model enables prediction of UE probability. This prediction allows for adjustment of related factors, and provides basic data do develop nursing interventions to decrease UE.
For the domestic digital contents, it is particularly important that the planning and mediating functions should cover the whole Industries so that dividends and assistance to reach all the way back to the primary contents-creating level, where economic risks are especially high. A proactive cooperation system or framework between the government, the businesses and research institutions, which would allow for free flow of interaction among these players, can play that role. We can broadly define cooperation frameworks into two; one between the central and the local governments and another among private-sector groups, such as companies, associations and groups. These players in the framework have differing, sometimes, conflicting views regarding the digital contents industry whether the digital contents should aim for skilled applicability or the abstract or whether the emphasis should rest on public interest or profitability. Immature competition and lack of trust among these players also give rise to such inefficiencies as overlap in investments, inexpertness and inefficient use of resources. We have proposed and realized the National Integrated Cooperation System to bridge these gaps among the major players in the industry. The National Integrated Cooperation System rests on the following major functions. The first major function of the NICS is to decipher any ambiguity that may be embedded in external Inputs by stratified role and bias. The second function is to create cooperative groups that will deal with the ambiguities based on its consequent situation. The third is a feedback function that will draw out a new cooperative way by re-feeding the capacities and the conflicts that stem from the existing organizations and strategies into cooperation and adjustment process. Our NICS has compared and evaluated with England and Australia digital content industry models under AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. NICS has turned out to be well designed and have strong points based on OECD innovation and cooperation criteria.

In this paper, we presents a scheme for the parameter estimation and optimal control scheme for apparatus of container crane system. For parameter estimation, first, we construct the open loop of the container crane system and estimate its parameters based on input-output data, a real-coded genetic algorithm(RCGA) and the model adjustment technique. The RCGA plays an important role in parameter estimation as an adaptive mechanism. For controller design, state feedback gain matrix is searched by another RCGA and the estimated model. The performance of the proposed methods are demonstrated through a set of simulation and experiments of the experimental apparatus.
As the interactive AI speaker becomes popular, voice recognition is regarded as an important vehicle-driver interaction method in case of autonomous driving situation. The purpose of this study is to confirm whether multimodal interaction in which feedback is transmitted by auditory and visual mode of AI characters on screen is more effective in user experience optimization than auditory mode only. We performed the interaction tasks for the music selection and adjustment through the AI speaker while driving to the experiment participant and measured the information and system quality, presence, the perceived usefulness and ease of use, and the continuance intention. As a result of analysis, the multimodal effect of visual characters was not shown in most user experience factors, and the effect was not shown in the intention of continuous use. Rather, it was found that auditory single mode was more effective than multimodal in information quality factor. In the semi-autonomous driving stage, which requires driver 's cognitive effort, multimodal interaction is not effective in optimizing user experience as compared to single mode interaction.

In this paper, we propose a scheme that can control the loss probability of low priority class bursts by dynamically adjusting the assembly threshold of low priority class. The key ideas is that the loss Probability of the longer burst increases as the load increases, thus reduced low priority class burst length decreases the loss priority at high traffic load. To achieve this aim, we first derive the relation among the loss probability, the assembly threshold, and the traffic load. In this paper we derive the relation by curve fitting on the simulation results. The ingress edge routers periodically or by event-driven receives the proper corresponding assembly threshold information from the core routers. This assembly threshold is calculated from the derived relation so that the required loss probability of the low priority class bursts in the network is satisfied. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme performs well to meet the loss probability target as expected.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate differences of cervical flexor muscle thickness (i.e., sternocleidomastoid muscle and deep cervical flexor muscles) depending on levels of pressure bio-feedback unit and eye directions during cranial-cervical flexor exercise in healthy subjects. Methods: A total of 30 subjects (12 males and 18 females) who had no medical history related to musculoskeletal and neurological disorders were enrolled in this study. They were instructed to perform cranial-cervical flexion exercise with adjustment of five different pressures (i.e., 22 mmHg, 24 mmHg, 26 mmHg, 28 mmHg, and 30 mmHg) using a pressure biofeedback unit, according to three different eye directions (i.e., $0^{\circ}$, $20^{\circ}C$, and $40^{\circ}C$). Muscle thickness of sternocleidomastoid muscle and deep cervical flexor muscles was measured according to pressure levels and eye directions using ultrasonography. Results: In results of muscle thickness in sternocleidomastoid muscle and deep cervical flexor muscles, the thickness of those muscles was gradually increased compared to the baseline pressure level (22 mmHg), as levels in the pressure biofeedback unit during cranial-cervical flexion exercise were increasing. In addition, at the same pressure levels, muscle thickness was increased depending on ascending eye direction. Conclusion: Our findings showed that muscle thickness of sternocleidomastoid muscle and deep cervical flexor muscles was generally increased during cranial-cervical flexion exercise, according to increase of eye directions and pressure levels. Therefore, we suggested that lower eye direction could induce more effective muscle activity than the upper eye direction in the same environment during cranial-cervical flexion exercise.

Though web-based learning is known to be effective for computer aided practical class, it lacks in cooperative human feedback and self-adjustment. This paper presented the effects of blended learning that was based on web-based learning for learning by level and blended with peer tutoring for reducing the differentials of scholastic achievements between the students. For experimental purpose, high school students were divided into two groups and web-based EXCEL tutoring tool was developed and applied to both groups in advance. After this learning, we applied the web-based learning for comparative group as before and peer tutoring for experimental group respectively, Performance result evaluated by SPSS showed that the Blended Learning has affirmative effect in scholastic achievements. Especially, students under the medium level of experimental group could narrow the gap to the high level students in its group and this eventually improved the overall achievements of experimental group with blended learning.
As the modern society is called the narcissistic society, the narcissism is widespread in the personality of individuals and the society at large. In consideration of this side, this study explored for several characteristics of the narcissistic personality and the job stress, and explored for the relationships between the two things theoretically. The narcissism is an attempt to repair self-esteem weakened by the splitting anxiety, the lack and the pathological fusion of self-structure. The job stress is a factor that a characteristic of the job influenced on the behavioral and affective response of the person on the job directly or indirectly. This study selected organizational justices, organizational constraints, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, organizational climate, interpersonal relations and career development as factors of the job stress. This study viewed that the stress is made from an interaction between environmental stimulus and personal particular reaction by defining the stress as an interaction model of stimulus-response and personal reaction is caused by psychological adjustment process, personal differences. On this occasion, this study discussed that the narcissistic personality is easy to get stress and weak in the job stress with regarding the personality as a mediation variation of psychological process. As a result, the narcissists estimated themselves positively and their self-esteem is high, but they excessively showed a self biased cognitive and affective response about the negative feedback to protect themselves. Moreover, this positive estimate on themselves and high self-esteem was vulnerable and weak in the self threat. In this view, the narcissistic personality is easy to get more job stress such as organizational justices, organizational constraints, role conflict, role ambiguity, role overload, organizational climate, interpersonal relations and career development.
