전자 카탈로그 상에서의 상품 검색은 카탈로그에 명시되어 있는 상품을 찾는 표준상품검색과 소비자가 원하는 상품을 맞춤 하는 맞춤상품검색으로 분류할 수 있다. 현재의 대부분의 상품 검색은 표준상품 검색에 의존하고 있다. 특히 기업간 구성요소기반(Component-based)상품의 경우 표준상품검색만으로는 구매자의 다양한 요구에 응하기가 어렵다. 따라서 웹 상의 전자 카탈로그에서의 동적인 맞춤검색에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 구성기반 상품에 대해서 표준상품검색만으로는 구매자가 원하는 상품의 검색가능성(Feasibility)과 검색된 대안들이 조정(Adjust) 프로세스 과정을 거쳐 최적해 도달 가능성(Admissibility)이 보장되지 않음을 보이고, 이에 대한 효과적인 방법론으로 검색가능성과 최적해 도달 가능성을 지원하는 Template-based Reasoning 방법론을 제안한다. Template-based Reasoning은 구매자의 요구사항에 따른 대안탐색 부분과 선택된 대안에 대한 조정과정의 두 단계로 이루어진다. 구매자의 주요 선호도(MUST Preference)에 근거하여 대안들을 탐색하고, 탐색된 대안들 간의 우선순위를 결정한다. 조정 단계에서는 옵션(Options)의 확장을 통해 구매자의 맞춤사양에 따른 상품을 제안하고, 제약 및 규칙기반 추론 (Constraint and Rule Satisfaction Approach)을 이용하여 옵션(Options)들 간의 제약조건에 따른 호환성(Compatibility)을 조사하고, 적정가격의 상품을 제안한다. 본 방법론은 Template을 사용하여 기본적으로 구매자가 원하는 상품을 검색하기 위한 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색된 대안들로부터 구매자와 시스템이 웹상에서 서로 상호작용(interactivity) 하여 해를 찾고, 제약조건과 규칙들에 의해 적합한 해를 찾아가는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문은 구성기반 예로서 컴퓨터 부품 조립을 사용해서 Template-based reasoning 예를 보인다. 본 방법론은 검색노력을 줄이고, 검색에 있어 Feasibility와 Admissibility를 보장한다.

In this study, Software Defined Radio (SDR) technology-based digital filterbank architecture applicable to a multiple-channel processing system such as a wireless mobile communication system using Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) technology is proposed. The technique includes a micro-processor to redesign Finite Impulse Response (FIR) filter coefficients according to specific system information and to download the filter coefficients to one digital Band Pass Filter (BPF) to reconfigure another system. The feasibility of the algorithm is verified by computer simulation and by implementing a multiple-channel signal generator that is reconfigurable to other system profiles, including those of a Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) system and a CDMA system.

The use of national R&D reports becomes a difficult task due to the different level of service being provided and the different way used for its construction by the institute in management. One-stop service of its contents is impossible and there is a lack of specialized service such as a system to satisfy the various needs of the researchers. This study analyzes the laws related to the national R&D reports and the evaluation system of the R&D outputs for the design and construction of the DB and system for the management of the national R&D reports. We also perform an analysis of the economic effect of the system.

In this paper, geographic information system(GIS) for an intelligent power distribution network was implemented with location informations acquired from automatic meter reading system, where the location informations of power line communication(PLC) modems installed at customer side were collected at data concentration units(DCUs) of headend equipment via PLC and then were transmitted to front end processor server. By displaying the connection status of the power distribution network on GIS map, operation of advanced metering infrastructure(AMI) or management of power grid system could be performed intuitionally and in real time, because the configuration state of the power grid could be easily monitored. The feasibility of the proposed system was confirmed with the especially constructed laboratory-level test bed and the verification test of the system will be carried out for a real power distribution network.

In the Internet of Things (IoT) concept, devices communicate autonomously with applications in the Internet. A significant aspect of IoT that makes it stand apart from present-day networked devices and applications is a) the very large number of devices, produced by diverse makers and used by an even more diverse group of users; b) the applications residing and functioning in what were very private sanctums of life e.g. the car, home, and the people themselves. Since these diverse devices require high-level security, an operational model for an IoT system is required, which has built-in security. We have proposed the societal model as a simple operational model. The basic concept of the model is borrowed from human society - there will be infants, the weak and the handicapped who need to be protected by guardians. This natural security mechanism works very well for IoT networks which seem to have inherently weak security mechanisms. In this paper, we discuss the requirements of the societal model and examine its feasibility by doing a proof-of-concept implementation.

센서 및 네트워크 기술 발전에 따라 지휘통제 정보가 폭증하고 있다. 지휘통제(C2) 분야에서는 정보의 적시 처리가 매우 중요하다. 한정된 자원으로 모든 정보를 적시 처리하는 것이 제한된다면, 우선순위가 높은 정보를 먼저 처리하여야 한다. 이를 위해 추천 시스템 기술이 가용하다. 추천 시스템은 수많은 아이템 중 사용자에게 적합한 아이템을 골라내어 우선순위가 높은 순으로 제시할 수 있기 때문이다. 이 연구는 군 통신망 구현에서 널리 쓰이는 트리플-메트릭 우선순위 기준을 쿼드러플-메트릭 우선순위 기준으로 확장하고, 그에 따른 지휘통제 정보 추천 시스템을 제안하고, 실험을 통해 그에 대한 타당성을 보인다.

최근 들어, 정보통신의 인프라구축 및 정보시스템의 도입에 대한 필요성은 널리 인식하고 있으면서도 막대한 초기 비용과 정보시스템의 관리비용의 부담으로 기업정보시스템(ERP)을 도입하지 못하고 있던 중소기업체에서 하드웨어와 ERP를 구입하거나 전문 요원을 배치하지 않고도 시스템을 도입할 수 있는 어플리케이션 서비스 제공(ASP) 모델이 새로운 대안으로 자리잡고 있다. 본고에서는 IT 비즈니스의 새로운 형태로 자리잡고 있는 ASP 모델을 바탕으로 학교도서관 정보시스템의 적용 가능성을 검토하고, ASP 기반 학교도서관 정보시스템을 구현하는데 필요한 하드웨어와 소프트웨어적인 요소 그리고 정보시스템에 포함되어야 할 정보서비스 및 교육적 기능을 제시하고자 한다.

Information-security management systems (ISMSs) are becoming very important, even for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). However, implementing an ISMS is not an easy task. Many obstacles must be overcome, e.g., complexity, document tracking, competency management, and even changing cultures. The objective of our study is to provide ISMS application tools, based on ISO 27001:2013 ISM frameworks. The application was developed on the Odoo Open Enterprise Resource Planning platform. To validate its feasibility for future improvement, the application was implemented by an MSME company. For this implementation, information-security-related users gave their feedback through a questionnaire. The distributed feedback questionnaire consists of nine assessment parameters, covering topics from the application's technical aspects to users' experiences. Based on the questionnaire feedback, all users of the application were satisfied with its performance.

우리나라 산림의 소규모 분산적 임업경영 여건 개선과 산주의 고령화, 부재산주 증가 등으로 인한 임업경영의 문제점을 개선하기 위한 방안으로 산림의 매매, 임대차 등을 통해 임업경영 규모의 확대와 방치된 산림의 효율적인 경영관리와 산림을 담보로 한 임업인 노후생활 안정지원을 위해 산지은행제도 도입이 필요한 시점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 산지은행제도의 도입 타당성 및 수요 등을 파악하기 위해 산주, 비산주 및 귀농 귀촌인을 대상으로 산지은행제도 도입의 필요성, 기대효과, 이용의향, 도입방안 등에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 소재산주 262명, 부재산주 152명, 비산주 427명, 귀농 귀촌인 101명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과, 산지은행제도 도입이 필요하다고 응답한 비율이 산주 77.5%, 비산주 63.8%로 나타났으며, 산주와 비산주 모두 산지은행제도에서 이용의향이 있거나 수행하기를 기대하는 사업으로 연금과 임대사업을 선호하였다. 귀농 귀촌인의 설문조사에서도 약 75%의 귀농 귀촌인들이 산지은행제도가 농산촌 생활에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대하였으며, 임차와 매수사업에 대한 사업이용 의향이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구를 통한 산지은행제도 도입의 타당성 분석결과를 바탕으로 산지은행 정책수립에 필요한 자료제공은 물론 산지은행제도의 기본방향, 주요기능, 사업종류와 범위 설정 등을 결정하는데 있어서 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

In order for humans and robots to interact in daily life, robots need to understand human speech and link it to their actions. This paper proposes a hierarchical behavior model for robot action control using natural language commands. The model, which consists of episodes, primitive actions and atomic functions, uses a sentential cognitive system that includes multiple modules for perception, action, reasoning and memory. Human speech commands are translated to sentences with a natural language processor that are syntactically parsed. A semantic parsing procedure was applied to human speech by analyzing the verbs and phrases of the sentences and linking them to the cognitive information. The cognitive system performed according to the hierarchical behavior model, which consists of episodes, primitive actions and atomic functions, which are implemented in the system. In the experiments, a possible episode, "Water the pot," was tested and its feasibility was evaluated.
