건설사업 수행 과정에서 발주청과 시공사, 감리단 등의 현장 업무담당자간에 공사현황, 공정보고 등 각종 현장보고자료가 교환된다. 이들 현장보고자료는 표준화가 되어 있지 않아 발주청이 요구하는 양식이 매번 다르거나 현장 업무담당자가 임의적으로 양식을 만들어 자료를 작성하고 FAX, e-mail, 종이문서 등 서로 다른 매체로 보고하고 있다. 이 때문에 현장 업무담당자는 동일한 정보를 발주청이 요구하는 양식에 맞춰 재작성하는 경우가 많고 발주청은 현장별로 보고된 자료를 수작업으로 취합하여 집계함에 따른 과중한 업무의 원인이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 월간공정보고와 공사현황보고를 대상으로 전자문서 일원화 체계를 마련하였다. 아울러 기존에 운영 중인 건설사업 관리시스템에 전자문서 일원화에 따라 현장보고업무를 전자 처리할 수 있는 기능을 개발하였으며 개발된 시스템의 현장 적용성 검증을 위해 도로건설현장을 대상으로 시범 적용과 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 현업에 적용할 경우에 현장보고 업무의 효율화 ${\cdot}$ 간소화를 높일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

도서관 상호대차에 의한 원문복사서비스는 정보를 공동 이용하여 이용자의 정보요구를 충족시켜 주기 위한 진보된 형태의 서비스이다. 현재 상호대차에 의한 원문복사서비스의 면책 적용에 관해서는 해석이 분분하다. 본 연구의 목적은 Fax 및 Ariel 시스템을 이용한 원문복사의 저작권 문제에 관한 법적 해결 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 상호대차에 의한 원문복사서비스에 관한 국제적인 면책 적용의 동향을 검토하였다. 우리 현행저작권법에 입각한 원문복사서비스의 면책 적용에 대한 해석들을 분석하였고 문제점을 지적하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 기초로 하여, 원문복사서비스와 관련한 현행 저작권법상의 도서관 면책 규정의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 법적 개정방안과 그 조문을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 따라서 본 연구가 제시한 법적 개정 방안은 2005년 또는 향후 도서관 면책 규정의 개정을 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 NGN(Next Generation Network)을 고려하여 IPv6와 차별화된 호 처리 기법을 지원하는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 프로토콜을 설계하고 구현하였다. NGN에서 다양한 응용 서비스들은 SIP를 통하여 호를 설정한다. 따라서, 소프트스위치(Softswitch) 및 SIP 서버는 호를 처리 할 때 팩스(Fax), 망 관리(Network Management), 홈 네트워킹(Home Networking)과 같이 호 설정 시간에 아주 민감한 서비스에 우선순위를 부여할 수 있어야 한다. 또한, ALL-IP를 고려하여 IPv6를 지원하여야 한다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해, 본 논문에서는 차별화된 호 처리 기법을 제안하였다. 차별화된 호 처리 기법은 우선순위에 따라 세 단계의 서비스품질을 사용하여, 호 처리에 대한 차별화 정책을 지원한다. 또한, 본 논문에서 정의된 서비스품질은 IPv6 헤더의 Flow Label 필드를 통하여 값을 설정한다. 성능분석 결과, SIP 서버 내에서 호가 처리 될 때 높은 우선순위를 가지는 호에 대한 처리율이 현저히 빠르게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 NGN에서 호 설정 시간에 민감한 응용 서비스에 적용 할 경우, 호 설정 시간을 줄임으로서 응용 서비스의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 증명한다.

Social surveys, using various factors influencing the e-commerce's development of SMEs, are the means of explaining the rapid development of e-commerce. This makes it possible to make more efficient decisions in e-commerce. This article was written from surveys conducted in the manufacturing industry and Trade Company at Jilin Province via e-mail, fax and analyzed data by Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The result shows that in development of e-commerce, the business partners have significant impacts on the achievement of e-business both directly and indirectly. Second, consciousness of leaders, external support, transaction partner relationship and influence of competitors cause a direct result on the development of e-commerce On the other hand, the innovative capacity of enterprises and communication indirectly influence. Based on these, it is valid for us to for us to make correct decisions for the e-commerce development of SMEs.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to find out how shipping company recognizes making partnership with the third party logistics provider and to give implication. Research design, data and methodology - Personal interview and questionnaire by E-mail, Fax, Mail, and telephone were used. 700 copies of the questionnaires were distributed and 155 copied were returned. Among collected questionnaires, 20 copies were excluded because of insufficient content, and therefore 135 copies were used. Results - Korea should change into new paradigm from old one based on current economic and social systems which has stemmed from bureaucracy, inflexibility chauvinism and equalitarianism. Flexible policies, administration and systems will be needed for better business practices. The Domestic logistics corporation needs to preoccupy strategic logistics hub and network. Conclusions - To be a center of North East Logistics, Korea needs more reasonable business law, systems and policies. Social norms and orders should be established to accomplish political and social security. A paradigm of the policy ruling over development of capital city and satellite cities shall make change.

Railway takes an important role of transporting massive passenger and freight. Accidents which occur related to trains have a risk of serious loss of lives, so those accidents need to be controlled urgently Therefore moving picture transmission system is required which transmits exact information of moving picture of accident status to CTC and also communication line is also required with it. By using WTB line as a wayside transmission line, railway telephones, fax and train service information are provided to local offices. As transmission line improving project, optical cabling work is being processed by phases. Therefore optical fiber line is more effective way for a communicating way between stations than coaxial transmission line. This Paper considers connecting method when optical fibers is used for moving picture data transmission of train accidents and its problems.

The objective of this research is to develop a robust design methodology for plastic injection molded parts wherein warpage will be minimized by a complex method which is a kind of a simple direct search method. The design space considered for optimization is divided Into two sub-design space : mold and process conditions. Warpage is quantified using the Moldflow injection molding simulation software. The design methodology was applied to an actual part of a fax machine, the Guide-ASF model, through two different design policies. The significance of this study is the synthesis of a computer simulation of injection molding process and optimization technique to determine the optimal robust design solution.

This paper considers a web-based order processing system under SCM environment. Following the framework of B2B electronic commerce, we focus on activities closely related to order handling within the supply chain. We also try to integrate the order processing system with the overall information system of the company. The methodology is applied to the case of H company and a prototype system is designed. This study analyzes the current product estimate and order handling process in the point of view of both the purchasing and the selling companies. It intends improvement by changing the existing closed way of request and offering estimate through fax or VAN into an open way using internet. For this, a company should be registered on the order site of internet. Then it can request estimate, take estimate, and handle order through internet adopting the concept of electrical commercial transaction.

This paper presented a actual conditions on a false-tripping of ELB(Electrical Leakage Breaker) and an assessment of the harmonics due to non-linear electronic equipment such as personal computers, printers, fax machines, and test equipments in several office buildings. Actual conditions on a failure of ELB were surveyed and analyzed by making up a question to safety managers of in office buildings. Also, power quality measurements such as harmonic currents, voltage and current waveforms and current imbalance were made at various office buildings where nuisance tripping of ELB is often occurred. The results of this study can be used in making decisions regarding cause of ELB trip and operating md tripping characteristics test of ELB when subjected to distorted current waveforms.
