뉴럭셔리 패션브랜드 제품추구혜택이 브랜드 충성도와 브랜드 몰입에 미치는 영향 - 브랜드 태도와 브랜드 애착에 의한 이중경로 형성을 중심으로 - (The Effect of New Luxury Fashion Brand's Product Benefit on Brand Loyalty and Brand Commitment - Focus on dual path model by brand Attitude and brand Attachment -)

  • As new luxury brands are becoming more popular, recent new luxury consumers are showing different tendencies of consumption. The purpose of this study is to investigates the specific bond between the product benefits for new luxury fashion brand and the consumer-brand relationship. Specifically this study conceptualizes the dual path which leads to brand loyalty and brand commitment. 300 data from on-line survey were collected from middle class women who had trading up needs and respondents were asked to select their favorable new luxury fashion brand. As a result of an exploratory factor analysis to identify the structural dimensions of product benefit for new luxury brand groups, four factors were extracted; psychological/emotional benefits, social/symbolic benefits, self-expressive benefits, and product functional benefit. Additional results show that brand attitude had more positive effect on brand loyalty and brand attachment had more positive effect on brand commitment. The findings of this study contribute to provide practical implication on market segmentation for new luxury brands.

움직이는 가상 모델을 활용한 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 쇼핑의 즐거움, 위험감소가 미래행동의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Shopping Enjoyment and Risk Reduction on Behavioral Intention in Internet Shopping Malls using a Moving Virtual Model)

  • This study investigates the influences of shopping enjoyment and risk reduction on customers' attitude and the behavioral intention in the Internet shopping mall using a moving virtual model. For this study, we produced a moving virtual model to present a fashion product. The virtual model walks for about one minute on the stage. After respondents viewed it, they completed a questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of online shopping enjoyment, risk reduction, customers' attitude and behavioral intention. Respondents are limited to females aged in their 20s and 30s, who have experienced Internet shopping and are highly interested in fashion products. 411 samples were used for the final analysis. Cronbach's alpha, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. Online shopping enjoyment and risk reduction influenced the behavioral intention directly as well as through the attitude. However, the size of the influence indicated that online shopping enjoyment is larger than risk reduction. Therefore, Internet malls should utilize the moving virtual model to provide customers with enjoyment and risk reduction, which will increase customers' favorable attitudes and the behavioral intention such as purchase intention and word of mouth.

패션 디자이너 브랜드의 SNS 정보전달 유형의 효과 -SNS 소비가치, 제품태도, 구매의도의 관계- (Effects on SNS Communication Types of Fashion Designer Brands -SNS Consumption Value, Product Attitude, and Behavioral Intention-)

  • This study introduces an effective marketing strategy for fashion SMEs and small designer brands utilizing Instagram as a social networking platform. The research compared the impact of two information delivery types (native advertisements vs. live streaming after native ads) and two types of promotional messages (scarcity vs. price discount) on SNS consumption value, and product attitude toward fashion designer brands. The study involved surveying 251 Korean women aged 25-55 with experience in buying designer products and using SNS. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 and Process Macro v3.5. Results indicated that both native advertisements and live streaming enhance economic and social values in SNS consumption. Live streaming with price discount messages generates higher perceived SNS consumption values compared to scarcity messages. Consumers showed a more favorable attitude toward designer brand products when watching the live streaming of price discount messages rather than scarcity messages. The findings emphasize that the broadcast host actively induced participation to reveal viewers' social presence through comments or emphasized discount messages such as ultra-special prices during live streaming on Instagram.

Investigating Brand Page Engagement in the SNS Marketing Context

  • Customer engagement has been the main objective of brand companies in their marketing through social networking sites (SNS). Facebook is the most popular platform for SNS marketing, especially for companies that try to engage with their customers by providing various values through their brand pages (i.e., brand communities). The management of brand pages, therefore, becomes "the means" by which to achieve the result ("the end") of SNS marketing, and visitors to the brand pages (i.e., brand communities) then come to have a favorable attitude toward the brand. Based on a "means-ends" framework, this study examines the development of engagement between customers and brands in terms of brand page engagement as the means objective and brand attitude as the ends objective in the context of Facebook. This study further examines the antecedents and consequences of brand page engagement based on the customer value theory with two-stage data collection. This study contributes to the literature by explaining the roles and effects of brand page engagement in SNS marketing. This study further provides guidance to SNS providers and practitioners on SNS marketing strategies.

간호대학생의 노인돌봄태도 영향 요인 (Factors Affecting the Nursing Students' Attitude toward Care of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 노인에 대한 지식, 노화불안, 노인에 대한 태도, 노인돌봄태도를 파악하고 노인돌봄태도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하여 간호대학생의 노인대상자에 대한 긍정적인 태도 변화 전략을 제공하고자 시행된 조사연구로 D시 및 K 지역 간호학과 4학년 학생 227명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 시행되었다. 결과 분석은 SPSS/WIN 19.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression analysis를 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 노인에 대한 지식점수는 14.78이었고, 노화불안 점수는 2.88이었으며, 노인에 대한 태도점수는 4.09, 노인돌봄태도 점수는 5.16이었다. 대상자의 노인돌봄태도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 노인에 대한 태도, 노인간호 선호도, 노화불안, 원하는 부양 형태이었으며, 이때 모형의 설명력은 24.7%였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 노인돌봄태도는 주로 노인에 대한 태도에 의해 영향을 받았으며, 간호대학생의 노인돌봄태도를 개선하기 위해 학부과정에서 긍정적인 노인과의 경험을 바탕으로 한 구조화된 교육전략이 필요하다.

브랜드소비성향과 충동구매성향이 PPL제품 태도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Influence of Brand Consciousness and Impulsive Buying Tendency on the Attitude Toward the Product Placement)

  • 텔레비전 프로그램에 제품이 등장하는 PPL은 전통적인 광고와는 달리 시청자들의 재핑(zapping)을 피할 수 있으며, 드라마 주인공이 주로 사용하여 스타 마케팅의 역할을 하는 등 다양한 장점이 있다. PPL에 대한 기존의 연구들은 주로 PPL이 제시되는 방식에 따른 효과의 검증에 집중하였는데, PPL의 효과를 바르게 이해하기 위해서는 수용자의 특성에 대한 연구도 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 수용자의 소비성향과 PPL효과의 관계를 연구하기 위해, 브랜드소비성향과 충동구매성향이 PPL제품태도에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감의 역할을 살펴보았다. 연구결과, 브랜드소비성향과 충동구매성향이 높을수록 PPL제품에 호의적인 태도를 보이며, 자아존중감도 PPL제품태도에 정적인 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 즉, 개인의 소비성향에 따라 PPL에 대한 반응의 차이가 나타남을 알 수 있다.

한류브랜드의 세계성과 지역성이 베트남 소비자들의 한국제품에 대한 태도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 화장품을 중심으로 (The Effects of Korean Wave Brand's Globalness and Localness on Vietnamese Consumers' Attitude toward Korean Products and Purchase Intention: Focussing on Cosmetics)

  • 본 연구는 베트남 소비자들이 한류브랜드를 어떻게 지각하느냐에 따라 한국 제품에 대한 소비자 태도와 구매하고자 하는 의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 검증하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구는 기존연구를 바탕으로 한류의 관점에서 지각된 한류브랜드의 세계성과 지역성의 두 가지 하위개념으로 나누어 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 베트남 현지 조사기관과 기존연구에서 조사된 바와 같이 한국화장품이 한국과 한류를 가장 잘 반영한다는 점에서 한국화장품을 대표적인 한국제품으로 선정하였다. 가설검증을 위해 베트남 소비자를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시한 결과, 총 212부가 유효 표본으로 선정되었다. 분석 결과 베트남 소비자들이 지각하는 한류브랜드의 세계성과 지역성 모두 한국제품에 대한 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 이러한 제품에 대한 호의적인 태도는 한국제품을 구매하고자 하는 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

종업원 기술수용태도와 기술 사용용이성이 스마트공장 기술 도입수준과 제조성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Both Employees' Attitude toward Technology Acceptance and Ease of Technology Use on Smart Factory Technology Introduction level and Manufacturing Performance)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of each of the two technology acceptance factors(employees' attitude toward smart factory technology, and ease of smart factory technology use) on the introduction level of each of the three smart factory technologies (manufacturing big data technology, automation technology, and supply chain integration technology), and in turn, the effect of each of the three smart factory technologies on manufacturing performance. This study employed PLS statistics software package to empirically validate a structural equation model with survey data from 100 domestic small-and medium-sized manufacturing firms (SMMFs). The analysis results revealed the followings. First, it is founded that employees' attitude toward smart factory technology influenced all of the three smart factory technology introduction levels in a positive manner. In particular, SMMFs of which employees had more favorable attitude toward smart factory technology tended to increase introduction levels of both automation technology and supply chain integration technology more than in the case of manufacturing big data technology. Second, ease of smart factory technology use also had a positive impact on each of the three smart factory technology introduction levels, respectively. A noteworthy finding is this : SMMFs which perceived smart factory technology as easier to use would like to elevate the introduction level of manufacturing big data technology more than in the cases of either automation technology or supply chain integration technology. Third, smart factory technologies such as automation technology and supply chain integration technology had affirmative impacts on manufacturing performance of SMMFs. These results shed some valuable insights on the introduction of smart factory technology : The success of smart factory heavily depends on organization-and people-related factors such as employees' attitude toward smart factory technology and employees' perceived ease of smart factory technology use.

A Study on the Effect of Storytelling Marketing on Brand Image and Brand Attitude

  • Purpose - This study will investigate and identify the relationship between brand image, brand attitude and intent to purchase based on subjects that have remembered or watched more than one storytelling marketing ad related to airlines. The purpose of the project is to secure market competitiveness by presenting the basis for and use of the marketing strategy using storytelling, which can capture the goodwill of the aerospace competition market in the future. Research, design, data, and methodology - Prior to the research model and hypothesis testing phase, a verification factor analysis was conducted to assess internal consistency among each measurement item and to ensure reliability and validity of the measurement tool. Further, the organization was assessed for validity by calculating the mean variance estimation (AVE) and the construction concept reliability (CCR) through a positive factor analysis. Hypothesis verification was analyzed through a structural equation model, and each concept set in the hypothesis was entered as a potential variable, and each measurement item was entered as an observation variable. Results - Airline's storytelling marketing has a significant impact on the brand image and two emotional and cognitive responses have been shown to influence the brand image. In addition, airline storytelling marketing has a significant impact on brand attitudes and airline storytelling marketing derived from factor analysis has shown two emotional and cognitive responses to brand attitudes. Conclusions - The parts derived based on the research results show that storytelling marketing has a strong influence on the airline's brand image and attitude, and that it is necessary for airlines to have a brand image and attitude. Also, forming a favorable brand image has a significant impact on brand attitudes. We believe that by presenting basic data to the aviation industry in future research on airline storytelling, we will be able to increase understanding and contribution to development of storytelling marketing in aviation.

인터넷 자기효능감으로 인한 웹쇼핑에 대한 태도와 구매행동의도에 관한 연구 -내재적 동기와 외재적 동기를 중심으로- (A Study On Web Shopping Attitude and Purchasing Intention of Internet Self-Efficacy -Focus on Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation-)

  • 본 연구는 웰쇼핑 구매시에 인터넷의 첨단기법과 기술로 인해 인터넷 자기효능감이 저하될 때 그로 인한 웹쇼핑 태도와 구매의도의 영향관계를 살펴보고 있다. 인터넷 자기효능감은 인터넷에서 특정활동, 즉 구매행동이나 쇼핑을 성공적으로 잘 할 수 있다는 자신의 능력에 대한 믿음 및 자신감을 말한다. 이것은 과거에 행했던 것과의 관련이 아니라, 미래에 잘행할 수 있다는 판단과 관련이 있다. 아울러, 인터넷 수용에 대한 장애요인이 되는 복잡성, 지식과 새로운 사용자에 의해 직면하게 되는 불편 등은 인터넷 자기효능감의 부족으로 해석 되어질 수 있다. 따라서, 인터넷 자기효능감이 웹쇼핑에서의 인터넷에 대한 지각된 유용성과, 지각된 용이성, 지각된 즐거움 등과 어떠한 영향관계가 있고, 이로 인한 구매태도와 구매의도까지 인과관계를 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과는 인터넷 자기효능감은 지각된 용이성, 즉 인터넷의 사용이 쉽다는 것에 영향을 미쳐서, 이러한 지각된 용이성이 다시 유용성과 즐거움 등을 통해 웹쇼핑 구매태도, 구매의도에 영향을 미치게 된다. 이것은 지각된 용이성을 매개로 한 지각된 유용성과 지각된 즐거움에 영향을 미친다는 것이다. 따라서 마케터는 무엇보다도 인터넷 자기효능감을 높여서 결과변수인 웹쇼핑의 구매태도와 구매의도를 획득할 수 있다는 시사점을 줄 것이다.
