고속 고장 진단을 위해 고장 후보 정렬과 테스트 패턴 정렬을 이용한 고장 탈락 방법 (A Fault Dropping Technique with Fault Candidate Ordering and Test Pattern Ordering for Fast Fault Diagnosis)

  • 한 제품을 만들어 시장에 내놓는 데 걸리는 시간이 짧아짐에 따라 고속 고장 진단의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고속 고장 진단을 위하여 정렬된 고장 후보 목록과 정렬된 테스트 패턴을 사용하여 고장 점수를 기준으로 고장 탈락을 시키는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 고장 탈락 방법은 고장 시뮬레이션과 매칭 알고리듬을 기반으로 하는 모든 고장 진단에 적용할 수 있다. 완전 주사 ISCAS 89 벤치마크 회로를 이용한 실험 결과는 정렬된 고장 후보 목록 및 정렬된 테스트 패턴을 적용한 고장 탈락 방법의 효율성을 보여준다.

  • In this paper, algorithm for fault classification and detection of generator dropping using wavelet singular value decomposition (WSVD) is proposed. Busan area upper 345kV is modeled and generator dropping is simulated in EMTP-RV. Characteristic of generator dropping is analyzed and this algorithm is deducted by calculating WSVD in MATLAB.

  • Fault dropping is a very important part of test generation process. It is used to reduce test generation time. Test generation systems use fault simulation for the purpose of fault dropping by identifying detectable faults with generated test patterns. Two kinds of delay fault model is used in practice, path delay fault model and gate delay fault model. In this paper we propose an efficient method for gate delay test generation which shares second test vector.

  • When a fault relating to the urgent alarm occurs, we must prevent control rods from dropping and make one of two grippers in Control Rod Drive Mechanism (CRDM) grip the drive rod taking a control rod assembly. To enhance the reliability of holding control rods, we order two grippers to hold the drive rod. This action is called the double holding. In the middle of the movement of the drive rod, the latching of the drive rod can cause friction between a gripper and the drive rod. This state may give damage to both the gripper and the drive rod. In this paper, we have devised the method which can have two grippers hold the drive rod more stably, without damaging the equipment.

Fuzzy Logic Based Neural Network Models for Load Balancing in Wireless Networks

  • In this paper, adaptive channel borrowing approach fuzzy neural networks for load balancing (ACB-FNN) is presented to maximized the number of served calls and the depending on asymmetries traffic load problem. In a wireless network, the call's arrival rate, the call duration and the communication overhead between the base station and the mobile switch center are vague and uncertain. A new load balancing algorithm with cell involved negotiation is also presented in this paper. The ACB-FNN exhibits better learning abilities, optimization abilities, robustness, and fault-tolerant capability thus yielding better performance compared with other algorithms. It aims to efficiently satisfy their diverse quality-of-service (QoS) requirements. The results show that our algorithm has lower blocking rate, lower dropping rate, less update overhead, and shorter channel acquisition delay than previous methods.

  • The accident of the midair collision, passengers' falling or goods' dropping occurs or supersonic aircraft make a sonic boom during their conveying passengers or goods to the destination. The accident in transmit damages the their parties on the surface or their properties. In these cases, the third parties who were harmed to their lives or properties have the right to claim damages against the air carrier who caused them. These matters have become one of the important things since aircraft conveyed passengers and goods. Therefore, it is a great concern to settle these matters by law. But the Safety of the present aircraft has been much increased and the aircraft have become larger in size. Its flight altitude became higher than before. So the relationship of the aircraft to the third parties is much different from that of the earlier aircraft. The air transport is now indispensable to our life. It is not so easy to control these matters. In the early part of 20th century, when the third parties suffered the damage, many European countries made laws on the basis of the principle of liability without fault. But each country had a variety of its own law, and different kinds of difficulties have been brought about. Accordingly, the Rome Convention on Surface Damage (1933, 1952, 1978) has been made and revised. In spite of being revised, it contains many problems, and is not carried into effect world-wide. On the other hand, there are no regulations about the compensation of the third parties damaged in Korean existing laws. In case the damage is brought about to them, it is obviously true that the settlement of the liability of compensation for damage should be made by the general principle on the tort in domestic laws. At this point, it is urgent that we make a special law though the domestic legislation as a preliminary measure before we sign the international convention to save third damaged. It is desirable that we should, for the responsibility of the air carriage for the demage of the third parties on the surface, bring in the theory of the absolute liability in view of the legislation of many conutries. As the aircraft fly in the sky, their flight always contains some danger. It is very difficult to prove the fault, and the operator should suffer the principle of liability without fault or the similiar one. In case the liability without fault will be imposed upon the operator for the damage of the third parties, it is necessary to bring in the liability protection system for the protection and up upbringing of the air carriage. The Burden of danger of the air carriage will be reduced by introducing the system. A domestic legislation measure should be necessarily taken as soon as possible as a legal security measure on these matters.

석회석 광산에서 폐석 적치장 사면의 안정성 평가 (Stability Assesment of the Slope at the Disposal Site of Waste Rock in Limestone Mine)

  • L 석회석 광산에서 폐석 덤핑 투하 지점이 놓인 위치에 따라 폐석층 또는 암반층에 따라 구분하고 총11개의 폐석 적치장중 7개소를 대상으로 사면안정해석을 수행하였다. 폐석층에 대해서는 Bishop 법을 이용한 원호파괴 해석과 유한요소법을 적용하였으며, 암반층은 평사투영법에 의해 잠재적인 파괴 가능성을 분석하고 한계평형법 해석에 의해 안전율을 산정하였다. 또한 암반사면의 전체적인 거동을 파악하기 위해 유한요소법을 적용하였다. 이 때 유한요소법으로 사면의 안정성을 안전율로 표시하기 위하여 강도감소법을 이용하였다. 안정 해석결과 폐석층 사면은 D 지역에서, 그리고 암반층의 경우 F와 G 지역에서 사면의 안정성 확보가 곤란한 것으로 평가되었으며, 아울러 폐석 적치장의 해석결과를 토대로 안정성을 확보하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 즉, D 지역의 사면은 파괴 활동면을 벗어난 지역에서 덤핑 후 도져에 의해 Push하는 방안이 필요하며, F와 G지역은 단층대 발달이 없는 지역으로 덤핑-투하 지점을 이동하여 적치하는 방안을 추천하였다.
