한국산(韓國産) 고등(高等) 균류(菌類)의 성분(成分) 연구(硏究)(XXII) - 골목에 따른 표고버섯의 성분(成分) 비교(比較) - (Studies on the Constiuents of Higher Fungi of Korea(XXII) - Comparative Studies on the Constituents of Lentinus edodes Grown on Various Woods -)

  • To investigate constituents of Lentinus edodes grown on various, quantitative analyses of ash, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat, water, nonsoluble nitrogen of the mushrooms were carried out by ordinary methods. The crude fat of the mushroom grown on chestnut tree(1.82%) was greater than that grown on oak (0.76%) or alder (1.17%) tree. The crude fiber of the mushroom grown on oak tree (12.50%) was greater than those grown on alder and chestnut trees, 9.85% and 8.52%, respectively. The crude protein, ash, nonsoluble nitrogen and water contents of the mushrooms grown on the three different trees were similar.

버퍼를 장착한 a$\times$b 스위치들로 구성된 Hat-tree 망의 성능분석 (Evaluation of a Fat-tree Network with Buffered a$\times$b Switches)

  • 본 논문에서는, a$\times$b 출력 버퍼 스위치로 구성된 fat-tree 망의 성능 예측 모형을 제안하고, 스위치에 장착된 버퍼의 개수 증가에 따를 성능 향상 추이를 분석하였다. 제안한 성능 예측 모형은 먼저 네트웍 내부 임의 스위치 입력 단에 유입되는 데이터 패킷이 스위치 내부에서 전송되는 유형을 확률적으로 분석하여 수립되었다. 성능분석 모형은 스위치에 장착된 버퍼의 개수와 무관하게 버퍼를 장착한 a$\times$b 스위치의 성능, 네트웍 정상상태 처리율(Steady state Throughput, ST)과 네트웍 지연시간(Network Delay)을 간단한 확률식으로 구할 수 있다. 제안한 수학적 성능 분석 연구의 실효성 검증을 위하여 병행된 시뮬레이션 결과는 상호 미세한 오차 범위 내에서 오형의 예측 데이터와 일치하는 결과를 보여 분석 모형의 타당성을 입증하였다.

  • God created the havens and earth and god gave man every seed-bearing plant and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. These food Is all vegetable food that don't take diseases of adult people. But God gave Noah the green plants. Everything that lives and moves will be food for Noah. Just as God gave man the green plants. And then man must not eat meat (animal protein food) that has its lifeblood still in it and God must not eat fat in it. The fat contains much fat (saturated fatty acids) and cholesterol that have susceptibility to disease of coronary heart, hypertension and atheriosclerosis etc. God must not eat these fat before we don't know that It have susceptibility to disease of adult people.

Seasonal Variations in Tannin Profile of Tree Leaves

  • Forest tree leaves (12 different species) of semi hilly arid region of Punjab State were collected at 30-day interval throughout the year to assess the seasonal variations in tannin profile. Tannins were extracted and fractionated from fat free samples and data were analyzed statistically by $12{\times}12$ factorial design. The leaves of Anogeissus latifolia had the highest (p<0.05) concentration of total phenols (17.4%), net (15.9%) and hydrolysable (16.9%) tannins, followed by leaves of Acacia nilotica. Majority of the tree leaves selected had moderate levels (2-5%) of net tannins. Leaves of Carrisa had the highest (p<0.05) concentration of condensed tannins (CT), whereas the leaves of Anogeissus had the lowest (p<0.05) concentration of condensed tannins. The protein precipitable phenols (PPP) corresponded well with the net tannin content present in different tree leaves. Seasonal variation data revealed that in summer, net tannins and PPP decline in leaves of Bauhinia and Zizyphus whereas the net tannin content of Anogeissus and that of Carrisa increased during summer. The CT and PPP content in the leaves of Pheonix, Leucaena, Zizyphus and Ougenia increased in winter till spring season. Tree leaves generally had higher concentration of HT during summer months. It was concluded that leaves of leaves of A. nilotica, A. latifolia and L. leucocephala could serve as an excellent alternate feed stuffs for ruminants. However, leaves of Phoenix, Carrisa, Bauhinia and Dodonea should be avoided.

오픈플로우 기반의 과학실험데이터센터 네트워크의 성능 향상을 위한 스케줄링 알고리즘 (A Scheduling Algorithm for Performance Enhancement of Science Data Center Network based on OpenFlow)

  • 최근 많은 클라우드 서비스 제공자, 기업, 연구소 등에서 데이터센터를 활발히 구축하고 있다. 일반적으로 데이터 센터는 부하 분산을 위해 ECMP 데이터 포워딩 기법을 사용하여 트리 토폴로지 형태로 구축된다. 본 논문에서는 트리 토폴로지와 팻트리 토폴로지를 살펴보고, 또한 MLAG와 ECMP 같은 부하 분산 기술을 알아본다. 그리고 데이터 센터내의 호스트에 저장되어 있는 특정 파일을 데이터센터 외부로 효율적으로 송신할 수 있는 스케줄링 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 팻트리 토폴로지와 오픈플로우 프로토콜을 이용한다. 수치해석을 통해 성능 분석을 수행하며, ECMP의 성능과 비교한다. 이러한 성능 비교를 통해 평균처리율과 파일전송완료시간에 있어서 제안된 알고리즘의 성능이 우수함을 보인다.

Development of an Analytical Approach for the Utilization of Edible Tree Sprouts

  • This study evaluated the general nutritional ingredients such as crude fats, crude ashes, crude proteins, total polyphenols, and total flavonoids in 18 kinds of edible tree sprouts. The tree sprouts of Philadelphus schrenckii, Lycium chinense, and Morus alba had the highest crude fat, crude ash, and crude protein content, respectively. The tree sprouts of Cedrela sinensis (CSS) with high ABTS+ radical scavenging activities had a high content of total polyphenols (175.65 mg/g ext.) and total flavonoids (75.18 mg/g ext.). The simultaneous determination of flavonoids such as rutin, isoquercitrin, quercitrin, afzelin, and quercetin in CSS was conducted using high-performance liquid chromatography with a wavelength of 270 nm. Among the flavonoids, the content of quercitrin in CSS was the highest at 59.28 mg/g ext. This study also aids the quality control of many edible tree sprouts by analyzing the general components, total polyphenols, and total flavonoids.

폐경 후 여성에서 체성분과 골밀도와의 관계 (The Relationship Between Body Composition and Bone Mineral Density in Postmenopausal Women)

  • Background: Body weight is an important factor that influence the bone density in postmenopausal women except estrogen dificiency. However, different results are reported about the relationship between body composition and bone density in the postmenopausal women. We have studied the relationship between age, body weight, body mass index (BMI), waist hip ratio (WHR), muscle mass, fat mass, fat free mass and bone density. Materials and Methods: We have studied 127 persons of postmenopausal women who visited university medical center and examined the inbody 3.0 and Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) from Jan, 2001 to Jun, 2002. they didn't have any disease and didn't received hormone therapy, osteoporosis therapy or other medication that influence the bone density. Results: The numbers of study subjects is total 127 persons. Mean age is $56.9{\pm}5.14$, mean weight is $59.3{\pm}8.7kg$, mean BMI is $25.37{\pm}3.16(kg/m^2)$, mean fat mass is $20.02{\pm}5.05kg$, mean muscle mass is $37.49{\pm}4.50kg$, mean fat free mass is $39.80{\pm}4.70$, mean BMD is $0.828{\pm}0.148(g/cm^2$). In the result of linear regression analysis, age, height, weight, muscle mass, fat free mass, fat mass, BMI are significant determinants of BMD. In stepwise multiple regression analysis, age is the most significant determinant of BMD and besides age, fat free mass is the most significant determinant of BMD among body composition. Conclusion: In postmenopausal women, age, height, weight, BMI, muscle mass, fat free mass, fat mass are significant determinants of BMD and besides age, fat free mass is the most significant determinant of BMD among the body composition. So, diet and exercise that increase fat free mass will contribute to bone density increment.

옻나무 추출액의 음수투여가 육계의 생산성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Drinking Rhus Tree-Extract on Performance of Broiler)

  • 본 연구는 육계 생산과정에서의 천연항생제 개발을 위해서 옻나무 추출액의 급여가 육계의 생산성에 미치는 영향에 대해서 조사하였다. 총320수의 1일령 육계에 옻나무 추출액 0 ppm (대조구), 500 ppm (T1), 1,000 ppm (T2) 및 2,000 ppm (T3)을 음용수와 함께 7주간 급여하였다. 증체중과 사료요구율은 35일령 까지 차이는 인정되지 않았지만, 그 이후는 옻나무추출액의 급여구가 개선되어지는 경향이 인정되었고 그 개선정도는 T3구에서 더 크게 나타났다. 맹장 내용물 및 분중의 대장균과 살모넬라균은 옻나무 추출액의 급이에 의해서 감소되었다. 사료중 건물, 조지방 및 조회분 소화율은 옻나무 추출액 급이에 의해서 개선되어지는 경향이 인정되었으며, 사료중 조단백질 소화율은 3개의 처리구 공히 대조구에 비해서 유의하게 개선되었다 (P<0.05). 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면, 증체량, 사료요구율, 맹장내용물과 분중의 대장균과 살모넬라균총의 감소 및 영양소 소화율은 옻나무 추출액의 음수투여가 효과적인 것으로 사료된다.

초음파를 이용한 한우 육량등급의 조기예측 (Early Prediction of Carcass Yield Grade by Ultrasound in Hanwoo)

  • 본 시험은 초음파를 이용하여 한우의 도체형질을 조기에 예측하기 위하여 거세한우 66두를 대상으로 18, 21 및 24개월령에 도체형질을 측정하고, 중회귀 분석 및 의사결정나무 분석을 이용하여 24개월령 출하시 도체형질을 예측하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 도체육량등급에 따라 군을 분류하고 성장에 따른 도체형질의 변화를 관찰한 결과, 등지방 두께는 전기간에 걸쳐 각 도체육량등급간에 유의적(p<0.05)인 차이를 보이며 A, B, C등급 순으로 얇게 나타났다. 중회귀 분석에 의한 도체육량등급의 예측율은 18, 21 및 24개월령에서 각각 78.8%, 86.4% 및 90.9%를 나타냈으며, 의사결정나무 분석에 의한 도체육량등급 예측율은 각 개월령에 따라 78.8%, 89.4% 및 89.4%를 나타냈다.

초기 조건과 복약 순응도에 따른 비만 치료 영향 인자 분석 (Analysis of Factors Influencing Obesity Treatment according to Initial Condition and Compliance with Medication)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of gender, age, body weight, muscle mass, fat mass, body mass index (BMI), metabolism, and compliance with medication on weight loss in obese adults. Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 178 patients who were visited to the Korean Oriental Clinic for 3~6 month and had obesity treatment using Gamitaeumjowee-tang from April 2017 to May 2017. We conducted a paired T-test, correlation coefficient and decision tree to analyze factors influencing obesity treatment. Results: The results of correlation analysis showed that initial weight (kg), initial fat mass (kg), BMI ($kg/m^2$), compliance with medication (%), Original Harris-Benedict Equation, Revised Harris-Benedict Equation and The Mifflin St Jeor Equation was significantly correlated to weight loss (kg) (P<0.001). As a result of constructing the decision tree model, it showed that over 5% weight loss of their initial weight (n=154) was related with initial BMI ($kg/m^2$), compliance with medication (%) and initial muscle mass (kg). In case of over 5 kg weight loss of their initial weight (n=131), it was related with initial BMI ($kg/m^2$), compliance with medication (%) and final BMI ($kg/m^2$). Conclusions: This study suggests that weight loss may be affected by initial factors and that initial factors can be used for obesity treatment.
