철도용 레일체결장치 부품.소재의 실험적 연구를 통한 신뢰성 설계 방안 (The Reliability Design Method According to the Experimental Study of Components and Materials of Railway Rail Fastening System)

  • Railway rail fastening system is the critical device which gives big influences to not only the vehicle driving stability and the orbit's structural stability against the impulsive load, but also the noise vibration and the ride comfort. As a part of the low-carbon green growth, the importance of the railroad industry is getting highlights on its excellent energy-efficiency and eco-friendliness. However, so far the Korea's domestic rail fastening system technology is not so good and the technical reliance to abroad is very heavy. In this study, we conducted comparative analysis on the rail fastening system with new and used one of the same type. And those systems are imported by Seoul Metro and are being used by it. With this basis, we developed the components and the materials and then, established the durability assessment methods appropriate to the Korean domestic circumstances. And through the reliability qualification test on the 7 parts of the rail fastening system, we've improved the reliability and guaranteed the 15 years of service lifetime. ($B_{10}Life15$) Establishment and standardization of Reliability Standard on the parts of the rail fastening system such as anti-vibration pads, guide-plate, screw spike made it possible to perform the internationally fair assessment. And it is thought that we can satisfy the manufactures' and consumers' needs of cost-cutting and qualification security by shortening of assessment period on rail fastening system.

방진체결장치에 작용하는 수직하중 평가를 통한 성능시험하중 평가 (Evaluation of the Performance Test Load through the Estimation of Vertical Loads on Vibration-Proof Fastening Systems)

  • 본 연구에서는 도시철도에 사용되는 방진체결장치가 현장에서 부담하는 하중의 체계적 평가를 통하여 방진체결장치의 성능시험하중에 대한 기준이 정립되었다. 방진체결장치가 가질 수 있는 동적 강성 범위를 알아보기 위하여 국내에서 공급 가능한 3가지 유형의 방진체결장치들에 대하여 동적 시험을 수행하였다. 이들 방진체결장치에 작용하는 하중을 평가하기 위하여 동적 강성을 변화하면서 차량-궤도 상호작용해석을 수행하였다. 해석의 중요 입력요소인 궤도틀림은 측정자료를 토대로 도출된 궤도틀림 PSD(Power Spectral Density) 회귀 함수로 고려하였다. 도시철도의 다양한 운영환경을 고려하여 방진체결장치에 작용하는 하중을 평가한 후, 평가된 하중을 토대로 방진체결장치의 성능시험하중에 대한 기준을 제시하였다.

  • 실제 체결장치는 들림하중이 작용할 때 압축하중이 작용할 때와 동일한 강성은 작은 하중범위 내에서 유지되고 어느 정도 들림하중이 커지면 매우 강한 비선형 거동특성을 보인다. 압상력 기준을 초과하는 개소들에서는 보통보다 매우 고가인 특수체결장치를 부설하여야하는데, 설계하고자하는 선로 전체구간에서 그 비용은 매우 크게 소요될 수 있다. 따라서 경제적 설계를 위하여 체결장치의 비선형 거동특성을 반영하여 압상력을 정확하게 평가할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 국내 콘크리트궤도에서 주로 사용되고 있는 일반 체결장치들(SFC와 System 300-1)을 대상으로 압상력 작용 시 거동특성을 파악하기 위하여 실내시험을 실시하였다. 시험결과를 토대로 수치해석에 적용하기 위한 체결장치의 비선형 하중-변위선도를 도출하였다. 기존의 선형모델과 더불어 도출된 비선형모델을 적용하여 교량단부의 변형에 따른 체결장치에 작용하는 압상력을 평가하였다. 또한 교량단부 체결장치 압상력에 미치는 영향요소인 침목간격, 교좌장치 중심으로부터 교량상판 최 끝단에 위치한 체결장치까지의 수평거리, 교량 거더높이 등에 대한 매개 변수연구를 통하여 이들 영향요소가 체결장치의 최대 압상력에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 평가결과 경제적인 궤도 설계를 위해서는 교량단부에 부설되는 체결장치의 사용성 검토 시에 체결장치의 비선형 특성이 반영될 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

CNC 플라즈마 절단 작업테이블의 수명 향상에 관한 연구 (Study on CNC plasma-cutting worktable with improved lifetime)

  • There are many systems for cutting plates or pipes into a desired shape. A typical system is a plasma cutter. It uses plasma, which means that an effective design of the table supporting the workpiece is an important issue in order to ensure a long operational career. Conventional roller-support worktables have a short lifespan due to scratches from the plasma, and it is also difficult to maintain the roller balance. By using a bolt-fastening method, deformation and failure of the final product can occur due to the stress concentration at bolting points. To escape these issues, a polygon support and bracket fastening method was designed. Due to polygons having a number of support surfaces, when one surface has been damaged, it is possible to reuse the support by utilizing a different surface. The bracket-fastening method can extend the worktable lifetime and increase productivity by reducing stress concentration. In this paper, the polygon support/bracket-fastening method is compared with existing technologies. Consequently, performance benchmarks are verified through a structure analysis and experimentation.

  • The purpose of this thesis is to overview the periodical changes of the fastenings, from the pins and buttons in ancient age to the velcro in these days, and to study the relationships of these various fastenings to the costume types, and also to research how it is applied to the latest fashion. The fastening is closely related to the costume types, being various in its form, like pins, fibula, brooches, buttons, lacing, points, hooks & eyes, press studs, zipper and velcro. It is clear from the fact that the fastenings have developed remarkably since 13th century when the costume became tightly fitting to the body, while the fastenings had been very simple, like buttons or fibula, for so long time from the ancient time to the 12th century. The end of fastening's development is to be fitting to the body and to make it easy to take on or off the costumes by use of it. In '99 S/S, '99-00 A/W $pr{\hat{e}t}-{\grave{a}}$-porter collections, ornamental fastening was more emphasized then practical one, probably due to the development of more stretchable fabric.

체결력을 고려한 내부 및 외부연결형 임플란트의 반복 하중에 대한 풀림 연구 (Loosening behavior of Internal and External Connection Dental Implants under Cyclic Loads Considering Pre-fastening Force)

  • This paper presents the loosening behavior that occurs after the application of an external load to internal and external connection types of dental implants using the finite element method. We use fastening force between an abutment and a fixture to clamp the dental implant system; however, loosening and breakage may occur owing to cyclic external loads. In this study, we considered the initial fastening condition in the pre-load analysis and then investigated the change in stress and contact surface status when applying external loads. After the application of the initial fastening load, we verified that the internal connection-type model exhibited a relatively lower stress distribution than that of the external connection-type one. Moreover, we found that the former model showed a lower stress concentration after the application of the external load. In addition, after the application of this load, we found that the higher the shear load acting on the implant system, the higher the possibility of loosening. The study results showed the change in stress distribution and contact surface according to the connection type of the dental implants and the phenomenon of loosening by cyclic loads. We expect that the results of this study will be useful for the study of reliability and design of dental implant systems.

  • This research carried out the experimental manufacture of the improved fastening device and its performance test as well as the structural improvement of the prototype of a new type of fastening device developed through G7 Project during the first year of the second phase. Firstly, a supplementary design for each part of the prototype was carried out in order to improve its performance and a structural analysis in order to review the stress on the fastening spring. Secondly, another prototype was manufactured and then a performance test was carried out with the criteria used for the same kind of test on the authorized ones, both at home and abroad. Finally, the usability of the device was reviewed by comparing above-mentioned test result with that of those already under commercial use.

  • 커튼월의 단열성이 가장 취약한 패스닝 유닛 부분의 단열성을 향상시키기 위한 연구이다. 멀리온과 연결부위가 최소화 되도록 고안하여 제작하였고, 중간에 방진고무 및 실리콘으로 단열층을 형성하여 그 성능을 평가하였다. 무단열에 비해 방진고무 단열은 2.6℃~4.0℃의 온도차를 보였으며, 실리콘 단열은 2.4℃의 온도차를 보였다. 따라서 패스닝 유닛에는 단열층이 필요하다고 판단된다.

조인트를 가진 원통형 구조물의 충격 응답에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Study on the Shock Response of a Cylindrical Structure with the Bolted Joint)

  • Guided missiles assembled with the bolted joint are subjected to various shock loading conditions while flying in the air and operating on the ground or platform. Especially, It is important to analyze the effect of the shock load on the structure because it affects the structure for a short duration time while its acceleration magnitude is quite large. In this study, mechanical shock tests on the structure with the bolted joint have been carried out to measure the acceleration changes of the structure against external shock loads by electrical exciter. Variation of dynamic characteristics of a structure with fastening methods and fastening forces has been investigated through Shock Response Spectrum analysis.
