  • 스마트 농업에 대한 기준 모델, 서비스 능력, 네트워크 능력에 대한 기술 표준화 과정을 추진해 오는 과정에서 현안으로 떠오르는 내용이 병충해, 전염병과 같은 위기상황이 가져올 수 있는 영향에 대한 우려였다. 동물의 감염요인인 구제역, 조류 인플루엔자 등의 위기요인들은 경제적 손실은 물론 인간의 사회활동에도 많은 제약을 가져와 국가경제에 막대한 영향을 끼치게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 인적요인, 자연재해 및 동물 감염 등의 위기로 인한 ICT 해결 방안인 네트워크 기반에서의 위기완화 서비스의 표준화 로드맵을 제시하여 표준기술을 적용 이러한 문제를 해결하는데 긍정적 요소로 작용할 것으로 판단된다.

GIS/GPS based Precision Agriculture Model in India -A Case study

  • In the present day context of changing information needs of the farmers and diversified production systems there is an urgent need to look for the effective extension support system for the small and marginal farmers in the developing countries like India. The rapid developments in the collection and analysis of field data by using the spatial technologies like GPS&GIS were made available for the extension functionaries and clientele for the diversified information needs. This article describes the GIS and GPS based decision support system in precision agriculture for the resource poor farmers. Precision farming techniques are employed to increase yield, reduce production costs, and minimize negative impacts to the environment. The parameters those can affect the crop yields, anomalous factors and variations in management practices can be evaluated through this GPS and GIS based applications. The spatial visualisation capabilities of GIS technology interfaced with a relational database provide an effective method for analysing and displaying the impacts of Extension education and outreach projects for small and marginal farmers in precision agriculture. This approach mainly benefits from the emergence and convergence of several technologies, including the Global Positioning System (GPS), geographic information system (GIS), miniaturised computer components, automatic control, in-field and remote sensing, mobile computing, advanced information processing, and telecommunications. The PPP convergence of person (farmer), project (the operational field) and pixel (the digital images related to the field and the crop grown in the field) will better be addressed by this decision support model. So the convergence and emergence of such information will further pave the way for categorisation and grouping of the production systems for the better extension delivery. In a big country like India where the farmers and holdings are many in number and diversified categorically such grouping is inevitable and also economical. With this premise an attempt has been made to develop a precision farming model suitable for the developing countries like India.

잠업단지의 경제효율에 관한 비교분석 (Comparative Analysis of Economic Efficiency by Major Sericultural Farming Areas in Korea)

  • The major purpose of this study is to collect the information related on the aspects of economic efficiency for solving the problems which are faced by farmers and areas, and providing scientific facts to farmers and related institutions for further development of sericultural sector in Korea. In order for obtaining the related information 12 sample areas among 23 major sericultural farming areas and 30 farm units in each area are selected and analyzed in this study. The fold suevey is made by member of this study team and graduate students in the Department of Sericultural Science with a prepared questionnaires. Cross-section and regression analysis methods are employed for processing the data in this study. The major findings obtained are as followings. 1. Sericultural earnings per Tanbo is, on the average, 22, 752 won in new cultivated areas and 29, 403 won in ordinary ones. There are big difference in the size of earnings by areas, especially, 46, 968 won in Kumo mountain area, compared with 16, 798 won in Yeoju and Yichun areas. General trend is finded that small scale farming units are made higher earnings and operating their farms efficiently. 2. Cocoon production expences per Tanbo is 16, 737 won in new cultivated areas and 19, 802 won in ordinary areas. There are also big difference in farming expences, especially, 27, 389 won in Sudang area, compared with 11, 689 won in Emjin area. 3. Sericultural income per Tanto is 10, 664 won in ordinary areas and 6, 898 won in new cultivated areas. Farmers in Kumo mountain area make the highest income of 21, 164 won and lowest income of 1, 296 won in Sudang area. It can be generized that about 30-50 a sized farmers make higher income. 4. Land, labor and capital productivities estimated by fitting Cobb-Douglas functions in ordinary areas are higher than in new cultivated areas, especially, labor productivity is higher in ordinary areas. 5. Changsung, Kwangna, Yunsun and Kumo mountain areas are technically and economically efficient. Sudang and Mujinchang areas are technically successful but economically inefficient and Emjin and Honam areas are technically inefficient but economically efficient. YeojuYichun, Chunwon and West Kyongnam are technically and economically inefficient. Technical and economic improvement program should be implemented for these areas. 6. Estimated Internal Rate of Return (IRR) on capital investment in Chongwon are is 23.5 percent. It is economically feasible, if we consider 20 percent of opportunity cost of capital in our economy.

귀농·귀촌 의사결정요인에 관한 AHP 분석 연구: 이주지역 선택 결정요인을 중심으로 (AHP Study on the Decision Making Factors of Farm-Returning and Rural-Returning: Focusing on the Determinants of Migration Area)

  • 한국 농업·농촌의 고령화 현상과 농업인구의 감소가 점차 심화됨에 따라 귀농·귀촌을 통한 인구 유입이 절실한 상황이다. 이를 위해서는 귀농·귀촌 희망자가 의사결정 시에 도움을 받을 수 있는 정보 부족 등이 해결해야 할 가장 중요한 문제점으로 조사되었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 귀농·귀촌 이주지역 선택 시 요구되는 정보(결정요인)를 알아보기 위해 관련 전문가를 대상으로 AHP 분석을 위한 설문조사를 하였다. AHP 분석 결과 1차 계층의 3개 항목 중에는 "경제적 요인"의 중요도가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 2차 계층에서는 "주택 및 토지가격", "대도시 접근성 및 교통", "주거정보" 등이 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과가 향후 귀농·귀촌 희망자들의 의사결정을 체계적으로 지원하기 위한 정보시스템에 반영되어 직.간접적으로 도움이 되고, 궁극적으로는 고령화가 진행되고 있는 한국 농업·농촌이 활성화되고 발전하는데 있어 기여할 수 있게 되기를 희망한다.

  • 지속적인 수산물의 소비량 증가에 따라 어족자원의 한계성에 직면한 어로어업대신 기르는 방식의 양식업이 대응방안으로 등장하였으며, 최근에는 4차 산업혁명기술과 융복합을 통하여 스마트양식 산업이 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 이에 따라 전 세계를 대상으로 양식산업의 우위성과 기술표준 헤게모니를 확보하기 위하여 스마트양식 플랫폼의 미래 모형 도출이 매우 중요한 시기가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 스마트양식 전문가들의 인터뷰를 통해 스마트양식산업의 중점 사항들을 도출하고 거시환경분석 중 PEST 방법론을 적용, 스마트양식과 관련된 정치, 경제, 사회, 기술 분야의 환경분석을 통하여 스마트양식 플랫폼의 미래 방향성을 도출하였다. 과거 생물 생장 관리의 자동화에 국한되었던 단순한 스마트양식 플랫폼에서 육종, 생산, 경영, 유통의 양식 가치사슬 전 과정을 포함하고, 인공지능 기반의 디지털 트윈기술을 통하여 리스크 최소화 및 상황 최적화 스마트양식 플랫폼으로 발전 할 수 있도록 선진 모델을 제시함으로써 공공 및 산업계에서 관련 사업 기획 및 추진 시에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

경기 지역 낙농작업자의 재해 발생 현황과 요인 (Work-related Injuries in Dairy Farm in Gyeonggi Province)

  • Objectives : Although dairy farming ranks as the industry with the highest injury incidence rate, the information on the injuries is limited in Gyeonggi Province. The purpose of this study was to investigate the occurrence of farm accidents and injuries. Methods : The occurrence of accidents among dairy farmers due to work-related injuries were investigated from 2,799 dairy farms of Seoul Dairy Cooperative. Among 171 total accidents, the number of accidents for human was 108. In this study, the 108 human accidents were investigated. Results : The results of this study were as follows; First, the injury rate in dairy farming was 1.60%. Second, the highest injury in dairy farm was occurred in the spring and at 6~8 p.m. Third, a variety of injuries occurred when doing the milking. Fourth, cow, machinery and falls were among the most common causes. Fifth, the most common injuries was fracture (52.8%) and the most common body part of injuries were torso (25.9%), legs (22.2%) and hand (18.5%). Sixth, 45% of the accidents indicated the lost work time from 4 weeks to 3 months. Recommendations: With the results, it is recommended that practical control methods to prevent accidents in dairy farming, for instance, wearing adequate personal protective equipment (PPE) or designing a moderate floor of works etc. be studied and developed.

Comparison of Soil Bacterial Community Structure in Rice Paddy Fields under Different Management Practices using Terminal Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism (T-RFLP)

  • To develop a monitoring method for soil microbial communities in rice paddy fields, we used terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T-RFLP) to compare soil bacterial community structure in rice paddy fields experiencing different management practices: organic practices, conventional practices without a winter barley rotation, and conventional practices with a winter barley rotation. Restriction fragment length profiles from soils farmed using organic practices showed very different patterns from those from conventional practices with and without barley rotation. In principal component analyses, restriction fragment profiles in organic practice samples were clearly separated from those in conventional practice samples, while principal component analysis did not show a clear separation for soils farmed using conventional practices with and without barley rotation. The cluster analysis showed that the bacterial species compositions of soils under organic practices were significantly different from those under conventional practices at the 95% level, but soils under conventional practice with and without barley rotation did not significantly differ. Although the loadings from principal component analyses and the Ribosomal DNA Project II databases suggested candidate species important for soils under organic farming practices, it was very difficult to get detailed bacterial species information from terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism. Rank-abundance diagrams and diversity indices showed that restriction fragment peaks under organic farming showed high Pielou's Evenness Index and the reciprocal of Simpson Index suggesting high bacterial diversity in organically farmed soils.

유기질 비료의 시용이 배 과원의 토양과 엽과 눈 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Compost Application on Soil Properties and Leaf and Bud Characteristics of Pear Trees in Orchard Farms)

  • 본 실험은 미생물이 포함되어있는 환경 친화적인 상업용 유기질비료(compost)를 2년 동안시용함으로서, 토양 내 화학성과 '신고' 배 수체생장을 향상시킬 수 있는 지를 알아보기 위하여 수행하였다. 시판된 유기질 비료 처리는 토양 내 미생물생체량과 토양 pH, 유기물함량, 그리고 양이온 치환용량을 관행재배 구에 비해서 증가시켰다. 유기질 비료 처리에 의해 개선된 토양환경은 엽 내 무기성분 함량에는 크게 영향을 미치지 못했으나, 엽 두께를 증가키시고, 엽과 꽃눈 수를 증가시킴으로서, 배 수체생장에 크게 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다.

토양정화 공법 및 단위공정에 따른 토양건강성 평가 (Evaluation of Soil Health Affected by Soil Remediation Technologies and Its Processes)

  • The Soil Health Index (SHI) developed by Park et al. (2021) is used to evaluate soil health on remediated soils collected from several remediation project sites and monitored the changes of SHI during the remediation process of land farming, soil washing, and thermal desorption. In the case of land farming, the soils remediated below a legal standard didn't show any significant changes in indices of SHI except the downgrade of available phosphate from medium to a low level. The SHI scores were ranged from 52 to 56 in the contaminated soil and 54 to 57 in the remediated soil. With soil washing, bulk density changed from high to a low level, and available phosphate was lowered from medium to low level. As the SHI scores were evaluated as 58 to 63 for contaminated soil and 38 to 42 for remediated soils. For thermal desorption, soil respiration rate was reduced from high to low level and SHI was scored as 50 to 51 for contaminated soils and 43 to 47 for remediated soils. Even though any abrupt changes of the SHI in remediated soils were not identified in the soils used in this study, it is expected that soil in different conditions such as types and concentrations of contaminant and soil characteristics would result in distinguished changes of the SHI. There is a room for more studies collect diverse information on SHI across the country.

P2E형 가상 농장 영농체험이 잠재 영농인의 태도와 추천의도에 미치는 영향 연구: 정보시스템성공모델 중심으로 (The Effect of P2E-type Virtual Farm Experience on the Attitude and Recommendation Intention of Potential Farmers : Focusing on the Information System Success Model)

  • 가상 농장은 교육훈련용 가상현실의 일종으로서 영농에 대한 태도 변화를 실현하고, 가상 농장 재방문을 통한 경제적 성과를 목표로 한다. 최근 P2E(Play to Earn) 유형의 가상현실이 도입되면서 가상 영농 체험이 실질적인 혜택으로 연결되는 방안이 고려되고 있다. 그러나 가상 농장의 성공에 영향을 미치는 요인 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 DeLone & McLean의 정보시스템성공모델(IS Success Model)을 이론적 기반으로 하여 가상 농장 콘텐츠의 품질 및 시스템 품질이 가상 농장 체험에 대한 만족도에 영향을 주는지를 검토할 것이다. 또한 가상 농장에 대한 만족도가 영농에 대한 태도 변화에 유의미하게 기여하는지를 점검할 것이다. 그 외에 디지털 인센티브가 P2E 유형의 가상 농장의 활성화에 기여하는지도 실증하고자 한다.
