우리나라 중·고등학생의 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰 (A Systematic Review on Factors Influencing Multicultural Acceptance in Korean Adolescents)

  • 청소년들의 다문화 수용성을 증가시키기 위해서는 일반 청소년들의 다문화 인식 개선 교육이 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 파악이 필요하다. 본 연구는 우리나라 청소년의 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 동향을 체계적으로 분석하여 청소년들의 다문화 수용성 증진을 위한 향후 연구에 기초자료를 제공하였다. 2008년부터 2017년까지 '다문화', '수용성', '청소년', '중학생', '고등학생' 키워드를 조합하여 검색된 6,435건의 논문 중 영향요인을 분석한 종적연구 6편을 분석하였다. 논문의 질적 평가는 미국 질병관리센터의 Community Guide와 STROBE의 질적 평가 기준을 참고하였다. 연구 결과 개인요인에서 성별, 해외방문경험, 삶의 만족도, 가정요인에서 부모의 양육방식 중 방임과 학대, 부모의 학력, 학교 및 지역사회요인에서 교우관계, 교사관계, 지역사회 관계, 공동체의식이 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 조사되었다. 청소년의 다문화 수용성은 일부 요인에만 영향을 받지 않으며 개인, 가정, 학교, 지역사회와 같은 여러 요인에 영향을 받으며 이러한 영향 요인은 학년이 바뀌면서 함께 변화하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 기초로 학년별 영향요인을 파악하여 다문화 수용성을 증진시킬 수 있는 환경조성과 교육의 지원이 요구된다.

도서관의 공공서비스에 대한 연구경향 분석 (Analysis on the Trends in Researches of Public Service of the Library)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 도서관의 공공서비스에 대한 연구 경향을 분석하는 것이다. 분석대상은 "한국문헌정보학회지", "한국도서관 정보학회지", "정보관리학회지", "한국비블리아학회지"이며, 분석기준은 접근방법, 연구방법, 서비스 전달단계, 서비스 대상이다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 접근방법에서는 규범적 연구 46편(19.4%), 경험적 연구 93편(39.2%), 실천적 연구 64편(27.0%), 기타 34편(14.5%)으로 경험적 연구 비중이 높았다. 둘째, 연구방법에서는 양적연구 94편(38.1%), 질적연구 123편(49.8%), 기타 30편(12.1%)으로 질적 연구 비중이 약 10% 정도 높았다. 셋째, 서비스 전달단계에서는 124편(35.7%)인 투입단계 연구보다 187편(53.9%)의 결과단계의 연구가 훨씬 많았다. 넷째, 서비스 대상에서는 제공자로는 공공도서관에 대한 연구가 211편(89.0%)으로 타 관종에 대한 연구를 훨씬 상회하고 있으며, 수혜자로는 이용자일반에 대한 연구가 183편(77.2%)으로 압도적으로 많았다. 이상 도서관의 공공서비스에 대한 15년간의 연구경향을 분석한 결과 규범적 연구나 실천적 연구보다는 경험적 연구가 많으며, 공공도서관의 이용자일반에 대한 연구가 대부분인 것을 알 수 있다.

직업 유무에 따른 노인의 건강상태, 수면 및 우울의 비교연구 (Comparison of Health Status, Sleep and Depression by the Employment Status in the Elderly)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 직업유무에 따라 노인의 건강상태, 수면 및 우울을 비교하고, 건강상태와 수면이 우울과 관련이 있는지를 파악하는 것이다. 본 연구는 보건복지가족부가 실시한 "2008 노인실태조사"의 자료를 사용하였으며, 총 조사대상자 15,146명 중 직업이 있는 노인 5,204명과 직업이 없는 노인 9,942명이 최종분석에 이용되었다. 연구결과에 따르면 직업 유무에 따라 건강상태, 수면 및 우울에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직업이 있는 노인의 경우 직업만족도가 우울에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났으며, 주관적 건강상태, 현재 질병으로 인한 일상생활의 어려움 정도, 숙면을 취한 일수 순서로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 변수들의 우울에 대한 설명력은 29%로 나타났다. 직업이 없는 노인의 경우 주관적 건강상태가 우울에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 현재 질병으로 인한 일상생활의 어려움 정도, 숙면을 취한 일수, 총 수면 시간 순으로 우울에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이 변수들의 우울에 대한 설명력은 32%로 나타났다. 그러므로 노인의 건강상태, 수면, 우울을 향상시키기 위한 건강증진 중재는 직업유무에 따른 이러한 차이를 고려하여 계획되고 제공되어야 한다.

고등학생들의 우울과 자살에 대한 인식도 및 태도와의 관련성 (Relationship Between Depressive Symptoms and Awareness and, Attitude of Suicide in High School Students)

  • 본 연구는 고등학생들의 우울수준과 자살에 대한 인식도 및 태도와의 관련성을 파악하기 위하여 우리나라 중부권에 소재한 K시의 도시지역 학생 1,114명, 농촌지역 학생 968명, 합계 2,082명을 대상으로 2009년 7월 1일부터 7월 31일까지 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 우울수준이 중증일수록 자살에 대한 인식도 및 태도수준은 유의하게 높았다. 자살태도는 자살인식도, 우울수준과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 자살인식도는 우울수준과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 위계적 다중회귀분석결과 우울수준에 영향을 미치는 관련요인으로 성별, 전공계열, 학교성적, 학교생활만족도, 교우관계, 이성친구결별, 기초생활수급, 주관적 건강, 흡연, 가정경제상태, 부모언쟁, 자살태도에서 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 가정생활상태를 나타내는 변수들이 우울수준과 높은 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

학교급식의 관리와 효과에 대한 초등교사들의 태도 분석 (Analysis of Elementary School Teachers' Attitude Toward School Food Service Management and Effect)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the general problems of school food service and to explore a way to improve it, by examining elementary school teacher's consciousness and attitude toward it that gave a big impact on children's development of food habit. For attaining the purpose, the following research questions were posed : 1) What's elementary school teacher attitude toward school food service management? 2) What's elementary school teacher attitude toward school food service effect on children? 3) What's elementary school teacher opinion about how to develop school food service? The subjects of study were 328 male or female teachers who served at elementary school in urban and rural area, including eup, myon, or farming and fishing villages, Kyonggi province. A questionnaire survey was conducted over them. The conclusions were as follows: 1) Teacher Attitude Toward School Food Service Management Concerning food service place, the subjects were more satisfied at food service room(73.3%) than at classroom(23.0%). They responded that food service room was more effective, than classroom, for food transportation, distribution and post-arrangement. Their satisfaction at food service place was significantly different. The older teachers considered personnel management and cooking room's sanitary management to be more efficient, and their age made a significant difference to their consciousness of these things. Many teachers(63.1%) thought the measures to prevent and manage group food poisoning were relatively efficient. The male teachers expressed more affirmative view on the efficiency of school food expense management and menu preparation than female teachers, and there was a significant disparity between male and female teachers. 2) Elementary School Food Service Effect School food service was thought to be very effective for physical growth(74.1%) and physical strength improvement(70.1%). Teachers at smaller school revealed more affirmative response toward school food service effect on correcting an unbalanced diet, and older teachers considered its effect on nutrition knowledge acquisition and learning outcome to be more great. Teachers at larger school put less value on its effect on table manners, and school size produced a significant difference. The number of teachers who thought school food service generally raised parent concern and support for school(36.6%) was a little more than that of teachers who didn't think so(15.2%). And the number of teachers who didn't consider its effect on improving parent food life to be good(29.3%) was slightly more than that of teachers who did. 3) School Food Service Reform Measure What's most urgently needed for better school food service management appeared to be an expansion of facilities concerned, followed by more effective food distribution and transport, cooking room's better sanitary management, more successful food poisoning prevention and management, more effective food expense management, and an increase of food service personnel in the order named. The most effective means of school food service education was found to be a creation of link system to family, followed by a development of school food service education program, a development of teaching materials, an insertion of school food service in curriculum, and teacher education in the order named.

에코세대의 연애 및 결혼, 출산 및 양육의 자신감에 대한 결정요인 - 미혼 취업자 1982~1992년생을 중심으로 - (The determinants of confidence in courtship and marriage, childbirth and parenting of the echo boomer generation : Focusing on the unmarried employed born between 1982 and 1992)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국노동패널 19차년도 자료 중 1982~1992년에 출생한 에코세대의 미혼취업자를 대상으로 연애 및 결혼, 출산 및 양육의 자신감에 대한 결정요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 에코세대의 사회인구학적, 심리사회적, 직장관련 변인에 따른 연애 및 결혼, 출산 및 양육의 자신감 차이를 살펴보고, 이에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 사회경제적 지위, 심리사회적 변인에 따라 연애 및 결혼, 출산 및 양육의 자신감 수준에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 그러나 직무만족도에 따른 출산 및 양육의 자신감을 제외한 모든 직장관련 변인에 따라 연애 및 결혼, 출산 및 양육의 자신감 수준에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또한 연애 및 결혼, 출산 및 양육에 모두 영향을 미치는 결정요인으로 한국사회에 대한 청년인식의 영향력이 가장 컸고, 다음은 사회적 지지, 조직몰입도의 순으로 나타났다.

한옥의 건강특성과 요소에 대한 언론보도 연구 : 1960년 이후 4대 일간지 기사 내용분석 (A research on the health characteristics and the elements of Han-Ok : Contents analysis of articles of the four daily newspapers since 1960)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the trend changes of the health characteristics and the elements of Han-Ok appeared in the articles of the daily newspaper, and to provide basic information for applying to the healthy housing for the public living in modern society and furthermore the various facilities for healing. For the study, the relevant articles of 4 daily newspapers published from 1st of January in 1960 to 28th of February in 2010 were collected and analyzed. The results of the study were as follows: First, the articles about the health characteristics and the elements of Han-Ok have rapidly grown since the year of 2000. Especially, the residents' interviews, case reports and actual living condition of Han-Ok recently tend to increase. Second, the health characteristics of Han-Ok in the recent articles were focused more on the mental and social health than on the physical health. The physical health had the characteristics of the block of hazard environments, the offer of good quality environments, and the enhancements of residents' health. The mental health consisted of the psychological comfort, the sensory satisfaction and the emotional growth. There have been improvements of family relationships and the interactions with neighbors in the characteristics of social health since 2000. Third, the health elements of Han-Ok in terms of architecture and interior design were the structure, space, material, doors & windows, furniture & props, nature, and villages. The material elements were more stressed before 2000, but the spaces and the nature elements were highly focused after 2000 and the structure elements were steadily high regardless of years. Fourth, of the health elements, the structure and the material had the high effects on the physical health characteristics, on the other hand the spaces and the nature influenced more on the mental health. On-dol, Ma-dang, Dae-cheong, Ma-ru, soil, wood, Changhoji, natural environments, and doors & windows were the detail health elements which had high effects on the health characteristics of Han-Ok. For the future study, the experience based in-depth studies of the residents living in Han-Ok are suggested to grasp the actual effects of Han-Ok on the health. The professional consultations are also needed for the extracts of the health characteristics of Han-Ok and the functional elements which can be applied to the modern buildings.

이공계 대학생의 대학생활 경험과 취업의 질 : 성별차이를 중심으로 (Does College Experience Effect Job Quality Of Science And Engineering Graduates? -Focusing On Gender Gap)

  • This study aims to examine whether a gender works to make the difference on the university experiences of natural sciences and engineering major students; and the income and quality gap between the graduates. In this study, university experiences means job market and job searching related experiences such as job fair attending, The main research questions are as follows; fist, what are the significant university experiences related job preparation and application, and is there a gender gap on those experiences? Second, how is the job market performance of the national sciences and engineering graduates for their income level and quality job, and is there a gender gap on the job market performance of the sample? Third, which variables among the university experiences for job searching and application impacts the job quality and income level of the natural sciences and engineering graduates? To find out the research results, this study conducts a panel data analysis with GOMS (Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) throughout survey year of 2006 to 2015, towards 568,264 as weighted value number. As analysis methods, this study carries out a descriptive analysis, ANOVA, discriminant analysis, linear regression and T-test. Therefore, here are the brief outputs of the study; first, for natural sciences and engineering students, the off-campus experiences such as job fair, job recruit festival and internship programs are more favored; second, female students are more likely to attend personal and self-driven job preparation programs; third, on job market performance, the graduates' income level and company scale rate are higher in the male but job stability is higher in the female; fourth, as a result of the linear regression, gender factor decides the income level in considerable degree; additionally, gender factor shows the difference of the job satisfaction and self-effectiveness on one's job as a qualitative variables. For obtaining strictness, university program factors are controlled through model fitness process. As above, this study finds out the main factors of university life of natural sciences and engineering graduates which are related their job searching and preparation experiences and figures out stronger factors in job market; and examines the statistically significance of the gender in this casual-effect relationship between job preparation and job quality of the graduates.

우리나라 소화기암 환자들의 대체의료이용에 관한 연구 (Use of Complementary and Alternative Medicine among Cancer Patients in Korea)

  • Complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) has gained in popularity among cancer patients in recent years. The use of CAM in cancer patients is common with about one third of patients using some form of CAM in Western countries. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of CAM and determine what factors affect to use CAM among cancer patients to provide CAM therapy information and assist therapy selection among various CAM therapies to cancer patients. The design of the study was descriptive cross-sectional, and data were collected using a 16-item questionnaire. This study was conducted in subjects with confirmed diagnosis of stomach, colon, liver, or pancreas cancer, in both out-patients clinics and inpatients setting in a tertiary hospital in Seoul Korea. As a result, among the participants, past or current CAM use was reported by 75%, which shows a statistically significant difference in income groups(P<0.05), but no difference in age and religion groups. The most common therapies use by cancer patients included traditional Korean medicine (32.1%), folk remedies (26.6%), exercise (14%), dietary supplements (11.6%), physical therapy (9.9%), diet therapy (5%), and meditation (4%). 77.8% of patients show satisfaction and 64.4% shows perceived effectiveness of CAM. Male patients with higher income, and previous treatment were more likely to use CAM. The main benefits from CAM reported by cancer patients were psychological improvement and symptom improvement. Of the cancer patients used CAM, 30.9% were dissatisfied, 25.8% did not have benefits from the use, and 7.6% experience side effects. Cancer patients who prefer CAM (more than 3 kinds) used it to cure cancer, on the contrary, the one who do not prefer CAM used to improve symptoms and psychological stability. The main sources of information about CAM were family and friends(54.4%), and media(24.5%), doctor and nurse(18.3%), and religion group(2.6%). Findings suggest that due to the relatively high use of CAM among cancer patients in Korea, this topic should be taken into account in the development of a holistic approach to cancer patients and efficient cancer patients management system and proactive and consistent management of CAM is necessary in the health care system in Korea.

여성 베이비부머들의 식생활 태도와 미래 식생활 요구도 조사 (A Study on the Dietary Behaviors of Female Baby Boomers and the Needs for Future Perspectives of Dietary Life)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine female baby boomers' dietary habits and their attitudes together with their needs for future perspectives of dietary life. Our aim is to use these findings as a basic data when forecasting for food-related industries or policy making. A survey is being carried out for a total of 358 female baby boomers and analyzed by SPSS 12.0. The following is a summary of this study. The average age is 52.6 years old, most of them graduated from highschool (63.1%) and had a nuclear type of family (76.1%). Only 39.0% is composed of housewives, others had either full-time or part-time jobs. Self-assessment of stress is not so high and only 8.1% are dissatisfied with their lives. 38.2% are either overweight or obese in terms of BMI, and most of them are non-smokers (97.2%) or non-drinkers (63.0%). Their mean dietary habit scores are $70.6{\pm}11.8$, and the scores show significant relations with their education levels (p<0.01), monthly income (p<0.01), life satisfaction rates (p<0.001), stress levels (p<0.001), smoking habits (p<0.05), drinking habits (p<0.05), regular exercises (p<0.001) and regular health check-ups (p<0.05). The rate of skipping breakfast, lunch and dinner are 18.2%, 1.1%, 5.2% respectively. The main reason for skipping breakfast is the 'lack of time'. With regards to the frequency of grocery shopping, almost half of the subjects (55.7%) said '1~2 times per week' and bought mainly raw food sources such as vegetables, fruits, and meats. The majority of the subjects (91.3%) report that they cooked meals at homes, and took about 1 hour of time. The subjects also point out that cooking was a bothering task, and only 46.4% would prepare meals at home, while others would rather eat out or eat convenience foods. The main reasons for not wanting meal services in the elderly welfare facility are because they didn't want to live such places (48.4%) and the meals are tasteless (31.3%). As for delivery meal services, 60.1% are aware of it, and 39.9% would consider using it in the future. Factors to be considered when using the delivery meal service are sanitation (43.7%), nutrition (28.7%), taste (18.4%), price (6.3%), and brand name (2.9%). This study is expected to be used as useful information when developing food-related strategies for baby boomers in the future.
