The reliable seismic stability evaluation of the natural slopes and geotechnical structures has become a critical factor of the design. Pseudo-static or permanent displacement methods are typically employed to evaluate the seismic slope performance. In both methods, the effect of input ground motion on the sliding surface is ignored, and failure surface from the limit equilibrium method is used. For the assessment of the seismic sensitivity of failure surface, two-dimensional non-linear finite element analyses are performed. The performance of the finite element model was validated against centrifuge measurements. A parametric study with a range of input ground motion was performed, and numerical results were used to assess the influence of ground motion characteristics on the sliding surface. Based on the results, it is demonstrated that the characteristics of input ground motion have a significant influence on the location of the seismically induce failure surface. In addition to dynamic analysis, pseudo-static analyses were performed to evaluate the discrepancy. It is observed that sliding surfaces developed from pseudo-static and dynamic analyses are different. The location of the failure surface change with the amplitude and T_m of motion. Therefore, it is recommended to determine failure surfaces from dynamic analysis

For the failure detection of dynamic systems, processing the residuals from the observer of the estimator is the most general method. A failure detection method which use an adaptive predictor to separate the effect of sensor failure from the additive noise in the residuals of a Kalman filter that is employed as an estimator of a dynamic system is addressed here. In the method, the property of the residuals of an optimal Kalman estimator is exploited. The simulation results of this method shows that the proposed method is superior to the sequential probability ratio test for a small failure magnitude.

본 연구의 목적은 교수자 지지가 대학생의 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향에서 학업적 실패내성의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 경기도 D대학교 학생 211명을 대상으로 Google 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 학업적 실패내성의 매개효과는 Baron과 Kenny의 3단계 회귀분석과 Sobel Test를 통해 검증하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교수자 지지는 학업적 지연행동과 부적상관이 있었고, 학업적 실패내성과 정적상관이 있었다. 또한 학업적 실패내성과 학업적 지연행동 간에는 부적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 교수자 지지가 학업적 지연행동에 미치는 영향에서 학업적 실패내성은 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대학생의 학업적 상황에서 교수자의 지지와 학업적 실패내성의 수준을 높여줄 수 있는 교육환경 조성이 필요함을 시사한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 대학생의 학업적 지연행동을 낮추고 학업적 실패내성을 강화할 수 있는 교수자의 지지프로그램 제공의 필요성을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 창업이 더욱 장려되는 상황에서 기업가정신과 창업실패두려움의 구성요소들이 창업의지에 서로 어떻게 영향을 주는 지에 대해 실증 분석하였다. 특히, 창업실패두려움을 세 가지 하위변수(재무적 손실, 심리적 손실, 경력 손실 각각에 대한 두려움)로 구분하여 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 기업가정신 중 진취성과 위험감수성은 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 혁신성은 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 기업가정신이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 관계에서 창업실패두려움은 하위변수 모두 통계적으로 유의한 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타나 창업실패두려움은 창업의지에 독립변수로서 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 보인다. 하지만 창업실패두려움과 기업가정신의 하위변수들 각각의 상호작용항에 따라 회귀계수값(β)이 양(+)의 값이 되기도 하고 음(-)의 값이 되는 것을 볼 때 창업실패두려움의 종류에 따라 조절효과는 긍정적일 수도 있고 부정적일 수도 있음을 추론하게 한다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 창업 활성화를 위해서는 기업가정신을 고취하고 실패에 대한 두려움을 낮출 수 있는 정교한 창업 교육 프로그램이 필요하며 동시에 창업 실패에 대한 두려움을 낮출 수 있는 사회적 안전망 구축 방안이 마련될 필요가 있다.

Objective : The aim of this experiment is to investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion at SP6(Sanyinjiao) and BL28(Pangguanshu) on uranyl acetate-induced acute renal failure in rats. Methods : To induce experimental acute renal failure, uranyl acetate was intraperitoneally injected to rats by 5mg/kg. 3 days later acupuncture and moxibustion treatment was done at SP6(Sanyinjiao) and BL28(Pangguanshu) bilaterally of the rats. And then 4 days later, we measured rats' body weight, kidney weight, serum BUN, creatinine and serum eletrolyte levels(Na, K and Cl). Results : In the moxibustion group, hypertrophy index of kidney and serum BUN level were decreased marginally significantly, and serum creatinine, K levels were decreased significantly. But in the acupuncture group, there was no significance at this experiment. Conclusions : SP6(Sanyinjiao) and BL28(Pangguanshu) moxibustion can decrease serum BUN, creatinine, and serum eletrolyte levels on uranyl acetate-induced acute renal failure in rats. And the study will be done continuously about non-effect in the acupuncture group at this experiment.

This study chiefly aims to examine the relations between customer's responsive behavior and service recovery satisfaction in medical service failure. Therefore, this paper deals with the effect of medical service failure severity perceived by customers on complaint behavior and service recovery expectation, the effect of complaint appealing behavior and service recovery expectation on perceived recovery and service recovery satisfaction, and the roles of service recovery(compensation) and recovery fairness as moderating variables. According to the result of this research, it was shown that service failure severity affects complaint behavior and service recovery expectation positively, and compliant behavior and service recovery expectation affects perceived recovery performance and service recovery satisfaction positively. Moreover, the moderating roles of service recovery(compensation) and recovery fairness indicated partially significant results and affected perceived recovery performance and service recovery satisfaction direct positively. The result of this study is expected to provide support when medical institutes establish service recovery strategies.

In the present study, three-dimensional finite element analysis was performed to investigate the effects of internal wall thinning defect on the failure pressure of elbow in the piping system and to develop the failure pressure evaluation model. From the results of finite element analysis, the failure pressure was derived by employing local stress criteria, and the effects of thinning location, bend radius, and defect geometry on the failure pressure of internally wall thinned elbow were investigated. Also, based on these investigations and previous model developed to estimate the failure pressure of elbow with an external pitting defect, the failure pressure evaluation model to be applicable to the elbow containing an internal thinning defect was proposed and compared with the results of finite element analysis. The failure pressure calculated by the model agreed well with the results of finite element analysis.

본 연구는 어머니의 실패 마인드셋과 자녀의 실패 마인드셋간의 관계에서 어머니의 행복과 어머니-자녀 간 개방적 의사소통의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울 소재 6개 중학교의 중학생 1,2학년 남녀(M=13.9세, SD=0.548)와 이들과 짝지어진 어머니(M=44.9세, SD=3.875) 270쌍을 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하고, SPSS와 PROCESS macro 6번 모형을 이용하여 모형을 검정하였다. 분석 결과, 어머니의 실패 마인드셋과 자녀의 실패 마인드셋 간의 직접효과가 정적으로 유의하였으며, 어머니-자녀 간 개방적 의사소통의 단순매개효과도 유의하였으나, 어머니의 행복의 단순매개효과는 유의하지 않았다. 하지만 어머니의 실패 마인드셋이 어머니의 행복과 어머니-자녀 간 개방적 의사소통을 순차적으로 거쳐 자녀의 실패 마인드셋에 이르는 이중매개효과는 유의하였다. 이러한 결과는 실패에 대한 어머니의 성장적 마인드셋이 어머니의 긍정 정서와 긍정적 양육 기술을 증진시켜 자녀의 신념체계 구축에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 의미한다. 본 연구의 결과는 신념의 차원인 실패 마인드셋의 세대 간 관련성을 확인하였으며, 실패 마인드셋 발달 기제의 확인을 통해 자녀의 성장적 실패 마인드셋 발달의 개입을 위한 기반을 마련하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perceived justice associated with service recovery on perceived service quality, and the relationships among perceived service quality, customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions in online apparel shopping contexts. Justice theory provided the theoretical framework for this study. The research strategy employed an online survey methodology. Online shoppers (N=669) who had experiences in service failure and dissatisfactions completed a questionnaire. The model of the study was tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) and the results of SEM revealed positive effect of perceived justice regarding service recovery on perceived service quality, positive effect of perceived service quality on customer satisfaction, and positive effect of customer satisfaction on behavioral intention. The results of this study have implications for online retailers. Online retailers need to understand the importance of service recovery by which service failures are managed.

Objective : The present study was carried out to determine if Semen Plantaginis Herbal-Acupuncture exerts beneficial effect against the cisplatin-induced acute renal failure in rabbits. Method : Semen Plantaginis was selected in the basis of invigorating kidney-QI which can eliminate pathogens. The oxidative stability determined by the Rancimat technique showed higher antioxidative index when compared with control. Rabbits were treated with Semen Plantaginis Herbal-Acupuncture on Shin-shu point for 3 days, followed by cisplatin injection(5mg/kg body weight). Results : Cisplatin injection caused an increase in serum creatinine level, which was accompanied by a reduction in GFR. The fractional excretion of $Na^{+}$, $K^{+}$, glucose and phosphate increased in cisplatin-induced animals, which was partially prevented by Semen Plantaginis Herbal-Acupuncture treatment. Cisplatin injection increased lipid peroxidation, which was not prevented by Semen Plantaginis Herbal-Acupuncture. Conclusions : These results indicate that lipid peroxidation plays a critical role in cisplatin-induced acute renal failure. Semen Plantaginis Herbal-Acupuncture exerts the protective effect against acute renal failure induced by cisplatin, and its effect may be attribued to an antioxidant action.
