빅데이터 분석을 이용한 패션 플랫폼과 패션 스마트 팩토리에 대한 인식 연구 (A Study on the Perception of Fashion Platforms and Fashion Smart Factories using Big Data Analysis)

  • This study aimed to grasp the perceptions and trends in fashion platforms and fashion smart factories using big data analysis. As a research method, big data analysis, fashion platform, and smart factory were identified through literature and prior studies, and text mining analysis and network analysis were performed after collecting text from the web environment between April 2019 and April 2021. After data purification with Textom, the words of fashion platform (1,0591 pieces) and fashion smart factory (9750 pieces) were used for analysis. Key words were derived, the frequency of appearance was calculated, and the results were visualized in word cloud and N-gram. The top 70 words by frequency of appearance were used to generate a matrix, structural equivalence analysis was performed, and the results were displayed using network visualization and dendrograms. The collected data revealed that smart factory had high social issues, but consumer interest and academic research were insufficient, and the amount and frequency of related words on the fashion platform were both high. As a result of structural equalization analysis, it was found that fashion platforms with strong connectivity between clusters are creating new competitiveness with service platforms that add sharing, manufacturing, and curation functions, and fashion smart factories can expect future value to grow together, according to digital technology innovation and platforms. This study can serve as a foundation for future research topics related to fashion platforms and smart factories.

공유 온 팩토리 서비스를 위한 수발주 시스템 (Purchase and Acquisition Order System for sharing on factory)

  • 산업통상자원부에서 추진하는 산업융합 규제 샌드박스 의결에 따라, 산학협력업체인 마이메이커(주)에서 신청한 "공장 내 공작기계 공유 서비스"를 실증 특례를 받았다.[1] 이를 실행하면서 수발주 서비스 부분을 소프트웨어로 개발해야 하는 상황으로 업체의 제조 도메인 문제를 파악 분석하고 절차를 정립하고 관련 요구사항에 맞는 시스템을 설계하였다. LINC+ 산업체 애로 사항 해결 공동연구 개발 프로젝트로 공유 온 팩토리 서비스[2]를 위한 수발주시스템을 최종 개발했다. 수 발주 시스템에 필요한 데이터 구조를 설계하고 관련 데이터를 활용한 화면 설계와 사용자 관점의 기능 구현을 중심으로 하였으며 정립된 절차와 요구사항 분석에 맞추어 기획, 설계, 프로토타이핑, 구현 제작 단계로 진행했다. 마지막으로 최종개발 내용을 요구사항에 맞게 잘 구현되었는지 검토 및 기능 검증 시연과 제품 인수인계를 통해 애로 사항 해결을 확인하였다.

  • The hazards of electrical shock are well known, but the conventional ground fault circuit breakers did not provide the statis factory safety for human body. Thus this paper considers the standards of performance that they must meet, and describes the new tripping mechanism the operations and the improvements. The experiment at new G.F.C.I. indicates maximum tripping time 25msec minimum sensitive leakage current 25mA and maximum nonaperation leakage current 15mA.

가상제조(Virtual Manufacturing) 기술의 현황과 전망

  • 가상제조(VM)기술은 21세기 변화된 기업환경에서 제조경쟁력 강화를 위한 핵심기술 중에 하나로써, 형상 모델링과 시스템 이론으로 포함하여 다양한 분야로 이루어진 복합기술이다. VM 기술은 e-manufacturing의 한 분야로써 CAD/CAM 기술 발전과 궤를 같이하는데 그 적용 대상이나 방법에 따라서 digital manufacturing, virtual manufacturing, e-factory 등 다양한 이름으로 불리고 있다. 본 논문에서는 VM 기술의 개념을 정리하고, 가상제조의 국내 적용현황 및 향후 발전전망에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다.

  • 가상생산은 새로운 제품의 개발, 새로운 설비의 개발, 새로운 생산시스템의 개발에 활용할 수 있는 매우 유용한 기술이다. 이 기술을 사용하면 실제 생산활동이 수행되기 이전에 다양한 설계오류를 수정할 수 있다. 본 논문은 가상생산기술을 굴삭기 생산공정에 적용한 사례다. 굴삭기 상부 부품의 하나인 붐과 상판회전체의 최종 용접공정을 연구의 대상으로 선택하였다. CATIA를 이용하여 각 부품의 3D 모델과 치구의 3D 모델을 개발하였으며, IGRIP을 이용하여 용접공정의 3D 시뮬레이션 모델을 개발하였다. 이러한 3D 모델들을 치구의 설계검증과 로봇시스템의 동작경로 검증등에 활용하였다. 결과적으로 수동 용접공정을 로봇을 이용한 자동용접공정으로 전환하였으며, 그 과정에서 설계오류에 의해 발생하는 재 작업시간과 비용을 감축시켰다.

  • The roll Pass design is one of the most important processes to design the whole equipment of the rods and bars rolling system. In this study, the roll pass design program named TollRo(Rolling Factory Organizer) was developed. conventional methods to design roll pass were analyzed and a new algorithm to design the dimension of the intermediate groove was introduced. Object oriented programming technology was implemented in this design program. It comprises GUI(Graphic User Interface), function of automatic pass design, function of modifying pass schedule and database of material properties. The developed program can be used to design roll pass with consistency for the rods and bars rolling system. The man-hours for the whole design can be drastically reduced. The design parameters of rolling system can be extracted quickly by this program.

  • A new transplant production system that produces high quality plug seedlings of specific crop has been studied. It is a plant factory designed to produce massive amount of virus free seedlings. The design concept for building this plant factory is to realize maximum energy efficiency and minimum initial investment and running cost. The basic production strategy is the sitespecific management. In this case, the management of the growth of individual plantlet is considered. This requires highly automated and information intensive production system in a closed aseptic environment the sterilized specific crops. One of the key components of this sophisticated system is the irrigation system. The conditions that this irrigation system has to satisfy are: 1. to perform the site specific crop management in irrigation and 2. to meet the no waste standard. The objective of this study is to develop an irrigation scheduling that can implement the no waste standard.

공장 자동화에 관한 소고 : 그룹 테크놀로지를 이용한 생산원가 추정 (A Bit of Factory Automation : Manufacturing Cost Estimation Using Group Technology)

  • A fully automated cost estimation system(FACES) has been developed. Since speed, accuracy, and consistency are essential factors in automating a cost estimation, the use of computers in cost estimation system(CES) has grown rapidly in the last few years. FACES is a micro computer based cost estimation system that employs a manufacturing knowledge base. A Group Technology(GT) based part classification and coding(C&C) scheme is used to automate the process planning aspects of cost estimation. Variant process planning methods are employed to generate workstation routings from form features of the part. The system has been tested for an assembly of six machined parts. Results indicate that the system could provide a substantial improvement in accuracy, productivity, and performance over the more traditional full dialog approach to cost estimation. It also provides a good foundation for a factory automation by using a common GT based database through design to production.

농업용 보의 수차 발전기 효율 분석 (Efficiency Analysis for Water Turbine Generator of Agricultural Reservoir)

  • If the factory test efficiency and field operation efficiency of water turbine are different from each other, issues for efficiency warranty can be raised. So, This paper shows the result for comparative analysis of field operating efficiency vs plant testing efficiency of the water turbine generator installed in agricultural reservoir. The efficiency of the induction generator is analyzed by the change of rotational speed with the parameter obtained by test, the efficiency of water turbine is calculated by the change of head with the design flow. Efficiency deviation of induction generator is lower but the variation of developed power is pretty high near the rated speed and the efficiency variation of water turbine is high by the fluctuation of head for constant flow. It was found that factory test efficiency and total efficiency of water turbine generator calculated according to the rotational speed are very close.
