In this research, we analyzed the influence factors and introducing outcomes empirically. The influencing factors over IT Outsourcing set up organizational factors(maturity of information system, the support of CEO), dealing factors(asset speciality, uncertainty, degree of using of information system), and risk factors(risk of safety/security. cost increase, loss of autonomy). The result of this study are as follows. In the organizational factors, degree of a maturity of the information system and the support of CEO were analyzed as the variables affecting the introducing outcomes positively. In the dealing factors, however, the degree of using information system was only analyzed as the variables affecting the introducing outcomes positively, while the speciality of asset and the uncertainty factors were analyzed as the variables not affecting the introducing outcomes. In the risk factors, the risk of safety/security and the increase of cost were only analyzed as the variables affecting the introducing outcomes positively, therefore loss of autonomy, was not analyzed as the affecting variables.
Objective: The purpose of this research is to extract factors affecting office lighting and their relations, and then develop a framework that helps designers research and design smart lighting systems. Background: Due to the highly specialized usages of offices, the lighting system within offices also varies according to space, work, user, etc. A framework which considers these various factors and their relations is necessary for understanding and developing smart lighting systems. Method: First we extract factors affecting office lighting conditions, and select factors that can be controlled. We then analyze and develop a structure which reflects the relations among these factors from procedural perspective. Results: We divide factors affecting office lighting into physical and social factors, and then conceptualize their relations using a circular model. We then develop our framework from procedural perspective by dividing these factors into three levels, namely Subject, Action and Object. Conclusion: The developed framework organizes various factors affecting office lighting and their relations, and helps understand the procedural and structural aspects of lighting system. Application: Our framework helps designing and refining smart lighting system for complicated office spaces by helping people understanding the overall structure of office lighting.
Purpose - This paper analyzes the effect of factors affecting the depression of immigrant labor by the exploratory multivariate model empirically. Design/Methodology/Approach - We review results of precedent studies theoretically and implement empirical study by using the questionnaire data of Myanmar male immigrant labor. Findings - As the result of empirical study, the factor affecting the depression of immigrant labor significantly at p<0.5 level are 'interpersonal trouble in company', 'unjust wage' and 'bottleneck to life'. Also 'unjust treatment' and 'anxiety(of health)' are affecting factors significantly at p<0.1. Research Implications - Managerial implications are as follow. Firstly, employers have to reduce 'interpersonal trouble in company', 'unjust wage' and 'unjust treatment'. Secondly, gonernment have to support to reduce 'bottleneck to life' and 'anxiety(of health)'. Academic implications are as follow. Firstly, factors that are studied exploratively have to be tested by systematic empirical study. Secondly, which of short-term, lagged or cumulative is the nature of the affecting effect and the reciprocal relationship between depression and factors affecting the depression has to be studied empirically.
The aims of this study were to find out present situation of self-medication, and to explicate the factors affecting self-medication propensity. To explicate empirically the factors affecting self-medication propensity, a model containing five groups of determining factors such as attitudinal, behavioral, knowled해, and need of health care factors, and demographic factors were developed. Data were collected from 647 residents in Pusan and Kyungnam using the self-administered questionnaire. The major reslts obtained were as follows: First, self-medication was 32% of all utilization of pharmacy. The drugs used for self-medication most commonly were analgesics(16.2%), followed by antacids and stomachics(14.2%), dermatologic preparations(13.1%), tonics and drinks (12.6%). Second, the sources from which people obtained drug information at self-medication were label of the container(50.8%), pharmacist(32.4%), self-decision or lay person(16.8%). The experience of side effect was 10.6% of all self-medication and how people cope with was withdrawal(59.0%), consultation by pharmacist or doctor(35.9%). Third, the results of ANOVA showed a statistically significant relationship between self-medication propensity and 3 demograpic factors, such as sex(p<0.10), age(p<0.10) and job(p<0.05). Forth, the results of multiple regression analysis showed a statistically significant positive relationship betwee self-medication propensity and satisfaction of previous self-medication, knowledge of drug, drug dependency, the frequency of doctor visiting, confidence in drug advertisement, tendency toward self-treatment of the family, and job. And it showed negative relationship between self-medication propensity and confidence in the medical profession, and health behavior. The model explained 29.5% of the variance in self-medication(p<0.001).
The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the satisfaction of the program for the quality improvement of the long-term on-site training operated by the university. The survey questionnaire data of 393 students who participated in the IPP program of K university were used to analyze the data and the results were as follows: First, factors affecting the satisfaction of long-term on-site training were corporation factors and university factors. Specifically, job contents, coaching, job scope, center support were found to have a significant effect in that order. Second, the factors affecting the satisfaction of long-term on-site training were different according to group characteristics(IPP participation types, major types, corporation types). It is necessary to intensively manage the common and important corporation factors, and it is necessary to closely examine each factor derived from group characteristics, and to support and strive at university level according to group characteristics in student counseling and matching.

The participants of this study consisted of 230 male office workers of 10 workplaces located in Seoul. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Non smoking For smokers. perceived behavioral control, subjective norm and attitude were factors affecting on intention for non smoking, and these factors explained 29% of the total variance of non smoking intention. 2. Moderate drinking For drinkers, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control and attitude were factors affecting on intention for moderate drinking. and these factors explained 5% of the total variance of moderate drinking intention. 3. Exercise For those who exercise irregularly or don't exercise, perceived behavioral control, subjective norm and attitude were factors affecting on intention for exercise, and these factors explained 26% of the total variance of exercise intention. 4. Health Behaviors For all participants, perceived behavioral control, subjective norm and attitude were factors affecting on intention for health behaviors, and these factors explained 34% of the total variance of intention for overall health behaviors. And health behavior intention affected practice of health behaviors, but perceived behavioral control didn't.
Knowledge Management System is defined as an Information system to support the integrated knowledge management process for maximizing value of the knowledge assets in organizations. From that point of view, the system performance - the usage level of the system and user satisfaction - can be an available measure of the knowledge management system success. Many previous research were focused on the application of a new technological component for knowledge management processes or the construction of the overall system architecture in spite of the importance of the system performance. The purpose of this study is to Identify the factors affecting the knowledge management system performance. To do this, we conducted an exploratory case studies of eight companies. We applied theories of information system success to knowledge management system and investigated some specific strategic components as additional affecting factors. Finally, we proposed research model and ex propositions regarding the factors affecting the knowledge management system performance. The implication of the findings and future research directions were discussed.
