Improvement Strategy According to the Change of Hotel Environment

  • This study is to develop a strategy to prepare an improvement strategy according to the environmental change of the hotel. Currently, domestic hotels are implementing marketing through food and beverage as a countermeasure against the sales decrease, and in order to develop effective marketing plan, 5 Force Model environmental analysis and STP analysis are analyzed. 5 Force Model Environmental Analysis showed that domestic hotels are facing various difficulties such as the expansion of accommodation sharing system, the decrease of Chinese tourists due to the THAAD problem, the increase of hotels, the introduction of PMS, the increase of minimum wage, the introduction of 52 hours work week, and the increase in product preference As an STP response strategy to correspond these difficulties, it is necessary to develop products for the main customers of the hotel food and beverage, such as those in the 20s-30s, the workers, smartphones and SNS users. And also hotels should seek ways to lower price of the product to the level desired by the user to compete against substitutes. In conclusion we suggest that hotels are committed to fulfilling their role by meeting guest safety and COVID-19 compliance requirements, but a focus on immediate cleanliness and quarantine against infectious diseases, like Airbnb, will enable greater growth.

Research on the Growth Strategy of University Technology Holding Companies Based on Public Technology

  • Purpose - Although it has been 10 years since the university technology holding company was launched, it is currently facing operational limitations. The purpose of this study is to study the growth strategy of university technology holding companies by investigating the status and problems of university technology holding companies. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, the status of university technology holding companies was analyzed based on the survey data issued by the University Technology Holding Companies Association. Due to the lack of research on university technology holding companies, policy alternatives were suggested by examining problems based on literature research. Result - In this study, an alternative to strengthening the competitiveness of technology holding companies and supporting policies was suggested. As a result of the research, it was discovered as a policy alternative to enhance the independence of technology-owned subsidiaries, develop outstanding talents, and expand the marketing of support programs to create results based on technology holding companies. Conclusion - In previous studies, alternatives to technology commercialization policies have been suggested, but studies on the role and status of detailed technology holding companies are insufficient, and the operation system of technology holding companies and discovery of future growth models are insufficient compared to overseas cases. Therefore, in this study, various policy innovation measures are presented as examples.

윤석열 정부의 보건의료정책 방향과 과제 (Direction and Tasks of Health Care Policy of Yoon Suk-yeol Government)

  • The presidential election and the inauguration of the new government are a period of the policy window opening. The newly launched government is expected to improve the quality of life of the people. The Yoon Suk-yeol Government is also launched with new expectations with a transitional period in health care. The sustainability of health care in Korea is threatened. The environment of health care and the main policy issues of health care are difficult to secure the necessary finance for health care in spite of the increasing health care burden. Accordingly, the Yoon Suk-yeol Government's health care policy aims to provide intensive support to those in need of health and welfare and to improve the health of the people through investment in health. And for integrating fragmented health care and welfare services and creating people-centered community-based health care, a health care innovation center will be established for the evaluation platform of new delivery and payment systems, a health care development plan will be established for the blueprint of health care, and reorganizing the central & local government should be reviewed. Although we are facing unfavorable situations such as the distribution of the National Assembly, inflation, and the possibility of economic recession, we expect that announced health care policies will be implemented, recognizing that health care innovation is the only way to improve health care sustainability.

수도사업 통합 사례 분석을 통한 수도사업 통합 추진 방안 (Korea waterworks intergration promotion plan based on case analysis)

  • In order to overcome the small scale of Korea waterworks and to achieve comprehensive improvement and innovation transformation, the waterworks integration was reviewed. The effect of consolidation was confirmed by the integration of the water supply business in the southern Gangwon region and the western Gyeongnam region in Korea, such as an increase in the flow rate and a decrease in the production unit cost. After facing management and service limitations overseas, more than 1,000 small-scale waterworks projects in the UK were integrated into 27 waterworks providers, and Japan also revised the Waterworks Act in December 2019 and is in the process of integrating waterworks. It is considered appropriate to promote the integration of waterworks projects in Korea by respecting the autonomy of local governments, but using a participatory method, a win-win method, and a linkage method. For the integration of waterworks projects, three strategies are proposed: First creating a national foundation for integration (revision of the Waterworks Act), Second establishing a waterworks integration strategy led by local governments, Third forming an external consensus and providing incentives for participation.

  • 우리 사회는 인공지능, 사물 인터넷, 자율주행, 공장 자동화 등 ICT 기술 기반의 4차 산업혁명과 함께 인구 고령화라는 큰 변화에 직면해있다. 더욱이 인구소멸위험 지수가 높은 지방자치단체에서는 고도화된 산업 자동화와 인구 고령화라는 변화에 대응하기 위해 지역 특성에 맞는 시장 확대 및 재교육 정책의 고려가 필수적이다. 고령자 재취업을 위해 노인 친화형 일자리를 발굴하고 고령친화 산업에 대한 투자 확대, 고령자를 많이 고용하는 기업의 작업환경 개선 정책에 대해 알아보고, 천안의 노인 노동시장의 실태와 개선방향에 중점을 두고 해결책을 모색하고자 한다.

가구내부 공유외부공지의 조성실태에 관한 연구 - 서판교 점포주택지를 중심으로 (Evaluation of Privately Owned Public Spaces within Detached Housing Areas in Pangyo City - Focusing on the Mixed use Housing Areas)

  • 본 연구는 판교택지 개발사업 시행 시 지구단위계획에 반영된 공유외부공지의 확보규정이 지정취지에 맞게 조성되었는지를 조사해 봄으로서 그 실효성과 개선점을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 서판교지역의 단독 주택지를 대상으로 하되 다가구주택과 1층의 상업시설이 허용되는 이주자택지 중 2열의 필지 중앙에 지정되어 있는 가구에(30개 가구, 221필지) 한하여 전수조사를 진행하였다. 대상으로 한 가구에 지정된 공유외부공지는 도로변에 지정된 건축선에 의해 생기는 전면공지와는 위치와 성격이 다르고 가구 내부에 위치하여 일반인에게 잘 노출되지 않는다. 또한 서판교 지역은 경사지에 조성되어 있어 외부공간의 연속성에 제한이 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 가구 단부에서 도로와 만나는 필지는 보행과 유리한 조망으로 대부분 상업시설의 확장공간으로 사용되거나 주차장으로 사용되고, 내부 필지의 공유외부공지는 방치된 조경 공간, 상업시설의 창고, 보조 주방 등으로 사용되는 예가 많아 환경 정비가 요구된다. 건축물의 이격 거리 확보로 인한 가구 내 환기, 채광에는 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 판단되었고 레벨차이를 적극적으로 이용한 사례도 조사되었다.

안동(安東) 온계종택(溫溪宗宅) 소장(所藏) 가도(家圖)를 통한 반가(班家) 평면형식 고찰 (A study on the high-level house floor plan used the old drafts owned by the head family of Ongye in Andong)

  • As a result of analyzing the floor plan shown in the three drafts, there were a great deal of differences in composing the space of the inner main hall. The inner room facing to the east with the arrangement crossing the inner floor at right angles in the 'Baekdangguje Draft' faces to the south in the east or west in front of the main house thereafter. This represents that it reflects the intent of the owner of the architecture emphasizing the size increase and ceremonies of the main house in the 'ㅁ shape', which has changed to the directions of easily accommodating the Confucian ceremonial activities in the floor plan of the inner house as the size of the main house was gradually increasing from 24 sections to 30 or 38 sections. The expansion in the size of main house further divided the functions of floor into one for daily life and the other for ceremonies as well. In other words, the 30 Sections in Yijeong Draft as being the first planned draft for reconstruction had a hall for memorial services in the main hall of the inner house, whereas the 'Draft with 38 Sections' as being the second planned draft for reconstruction was planning a room with a floor (two sections of Bangdang) for memorial purpose in the back of the inner main hall. The variations in the guest house (or space for men) shown in the drafts confirms the establishment of space for men as the size of the main house increases. We can see the change that a large guest house is placed over the south and in the south and east of the main house as the number of main house increases by 30 sections or 38 sections. Especially, a guest house with a wide space in a 'ㄴ shape' is arranged from the south of main house to the east wing in the Draft with 38 Sections. In addition, the backward sections are advanced in the front and back of guest house in the drafts with 30 and 38 sections, while a back floor or a back floor connecting to the back room or sleeping room or inner house is installed in the backward sections.

효율적인 GIS 데이터 유지관리 방안의 개발에 관한 연구 - 지방자치단체를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Development of an Effective GIS Data Maintenance Plan -Focused on the Applications for Municipalities)

  • 최근 도로 및 지하시설물 관련 GIS시스템 구축이 각 지방자치단체들에서 하나, 둘씩 완료되어감에 따라 해당 지방자치단체들의 관심은 기존의 GIS시스템 구축으로부터 이제 1차 완료된 GIS시스템의 유지관리로 서서히 변화되고 있다. 이와 같은 현상은 시간이 지날수록 더욱 증대할 것이며 따라서 해당 지방자치단체들은 기 구축된 GIS시스템을 유지관리하기 위한 여러 관점에서의 지침 및 지원이 필요한 시점이다. GIS시스템의 유지관리란 주제는 그 영역이 상당히 광범위하고 그 시기적인 필요성 또한 일부 앞서 GIS시스템을 구축한 지방자치단체들로부터 크게 공감되고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현재까지 GIS시스템의 유지관리와 관련되어 체계적으로 수행된 연구는 양적으로나 질적으로 매우 미비한 상황으로 파악되었으며 이에 본 연구는 GIS시스템 유지관리란 주제를 체계적으로 접근하기 위한 시도의 일환으로 그중 가장 근본적인 요소라고 판단되는 GIS데이터 유지관리의 차원에서 우선 접근하고자 시도되었다. 이를 위해 조사된 지방자치단체들의 GIS시스템 유지관리 관련 현황이 체계적으로 정리되었고 이를 분석하여 GIS데이터 관련 문제점 유형 및 지방자치단체의 해결발안을 도출하였다. GIS데이터는 기본도와 지하 시설물도로 나누어 각각 접근 및 분석되어 지방자치단체를 위한 효율적인 GIS데이터 유지관리방안을 제시하였다.

한국 절지동물 연구의 과거 및 현재와 발전방향 (Past, present and future plan on the study on Korean Arthropods)

  • 절지동물은 지금까지 전세계적으로 기록된 동물 총 수의 3/4이상을 차지 하고 있으며, 지구상의 거의 모든 서식처에 살고 있다. 그러므로 절지동물은 우리 인간생활과 벌정한 관계를 맺고 었으며, 이에따라 절지동물의 연구는 동서고금을 막론하고 국가적인 차원에서 지원되고 있다. 그러나 우리의 상황은 선진국 에 비하여 상당히 뒤떨어져 있는 바, 보다 체계적인 연구를 바탕으로 순수학문 과 응용분야가 함께 발전할 수 있도록 국가정책의 배려가 절실하게 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 이러한 필요성에 입각하여, 절지동물의 대부분을 차지하고 있는 곤충류와 갑각류를 대상으로 하여 한국 절지동물 연구에 관하여 고찰하였다. 과거 및 현재에 관한 논의에서는 한국산 절지동물의 연구사, 국가정책에 이용된 예, 표본의 보존현황 등을 조사하였으며, 연구의 발전방향에 관한 부분 에서는 이러한 과거 및 현재에 대한 조사를 바탕으로 하여 몇가지 중요사항을 논의하였는데, 이에는 범국가적 표본시설의 건립, 자료의 전산화, 연구방법의 체계적 다양화, 해충관리 전략의 확립, 자연보호와 환경관리에의 기여, 실험재료로서의 으용, 국민복지생활 증진을 위한 연구, 전문인력의 양성과 국가적 지원의 대책 등이 포함되어 있다.

아파트 가격에 영향을 미치는 도로교통소음 제한인자에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Road Traffic Noise Restriction Factors that Affect the Price of Apartment Complexes)

  • In this research, we measured the number of lanes, distance, disposition of apartment that are affecting the road traffic noise to evaluate the current condition of G city's road traffic noise. We decide on a basis regarding an apartment price formation factor, and the apartment current price and the results that compared. To have a point scale, we set the maximum road traffic noise at a 8 lane road for 5 points, give 4 points for a 6 lane road, which has a $2.1{\sim}2.5\;dB(A)$ difference compared to a 8 lane road, give 3 points for a 4 lane road, which has a $5.2{\sim}5.5\;dB(A)$ difference compared to a 8 lane road, and set 2 points for a 2 lane road and lower. If we set the standard floor plan as horizontal and a living room facing the roadside, the horizontal and living room facing the opposite side of the road is 1 point because it differs by 14.1 dB(A), and the vertical is 3 points since the difference is 5.3 dB(A). If we make grades by the distance, making standard the fifth floor with little soundproof effect from apartment to road, we observe a measurement below 2.9 dB(A) at a distance of less than 10 m and 5 dB(A), decreased at a distance of 20 m. Therefore, 4 points were given for less than 10m, 3 points for $10{\sim}20\;m$, 2 points for more than 20 m as we can apply the effect of a decay distance of line sound source and the decrease in noise effects of more than 6 dB(A), 1 point for more than 40m, and 0 points for more that 80 m since it is negligible. 28 apartments got 0 points because there is no effect of road traffic noise from other apartments, and 50 apartments where only the road at one side effect them got $5{\sim}10$ points. 4 apartments (17-2, 6-3, 10-4, 3-3) received over 20 points. 15 cases showed a difference between developer price and resale price, and 11 cases (73%) among them showed the same trend (price increases with a low road traffic noise restriction factor point) with the point of road traffic noise restriction factor. 4 cases demonstrated the opposite trend, showing price increases with a high restriction factor point. Among the 4 cases, case numbers 2,6 and 9 appear to be more affected by the location factor (business district) than the road traffic noise restriction factor, and case number 1 appears to be affected by the building factor (openness and direction).
