As one of the most serious urban problems, routine city traffic congestion causes not only unpleasantness but also damage with increases of road tolls. Recently, many TDM plans are being improved along with plans to more effectively utilize established facilities and maximize the effect. To achieve the purpose of Intelligent Transport Systems(ITS). Recently, the core of ITS is Advanced Traveler information Systems (ATIS.) that are activity researched. A development of various muti-media system is very important of road guideline. First of all a business processing for offering travel information and give a consideration to the United states of various muti-media systems.

This study analyzes in detail greenhouse gas emissions in building sector. To this end, this study used data on building characteristics (including building type, region, and construction year) and monthly energy consumptions (including electricity, city gas, and district heat) for all buildings from 2015 to 2018. These data were collected from the National Building Energy Database and the energy consumptions were converted into greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. The total amount of GHG emissions from the building sector has increased steadily from 2015 (118.1MtCO2eq.) to 2018 (132.6MtCO2eq.). On the other hand, the more recently constructed buildings had lower GHG intensities. This result shows that strengthening building design criteria was effective on the reduction of GHG emissions in buildings, and that the increased buildings contributed to increasing GHG emissions of the building sector. In addition, sales facilities are thought to have the largest reduction potential as they had the highest amount of GHG emissions and GHG intensity. This study is expected to help establish new policies for GHG reduction in building sector as well as to evaluate the effects of existing policies.
The aim of this study is to compare the effects of the maintenance water supply methods on the ecological restoration of 5 urban streams such as Mugeo cheon, Yaksa cheon, Yeocheon cheon, Myeongjeong cheon and Cheokgwa cheon in Ulsan metropolitan city. Water quality of the streams have been innovatively improved and the ecosystems have gradually been restored by supplying maintenance water constantly. However, we found that if the maintenance water was in a state of higher salinity or low quality, even enough supply was not helpful and even harmful for ecological restoration. We confirmed that the most important things to create or maintain from the urban stream to the ecological stream are that facilities like a walkway construction should be installed at least, supplying appropriate maintenance water, and a connection with the main stream.
The ocean is a unique space for exchange with the city, forming an organic relationship between people and waterfront areas. The marine healing industry improves quality of life through medical care and well-being, and creates added value by combining with the medical industry. The policy analysis results are as follows. First, the marine healing industry is the newest high-growth area. Furthermore, a professional medical service hospital is the first priority. This will include the development of marine healing facilities and strengthening forest healing connectivity, emphasizing the development of highly specialized medical technologies. The second priority is value creation in marine healing specialization, accompanied by an integrated and systematic policy for research and development of new medicines in marine healing effects. It is also important to apply new market trends and develop applied marine healing service programs. Thirdly, it is necessary to explore the possibility of a fragmented market for policy development.

Because the building of new meteorological observation towers requires high cost, a collection of precise meteorological data over city area is not easy. To collect atmosphere environment data or meteorological data precisely, a new approach is required. This paper introduces a new meteorological data collecting system using the public traffic systems such as regular route bus. On real time, the regular route bus can provide a meteorological data in periodic time interval and provide them on static route. Without constructing new facilities, only simple sensing and transmission equipments to attach on the bus are needed.
Recently, tourism industry is on the trend of expanding its activity arena, boosted by revitalization of regional economy and reorganization of urban environment, undertaken for the purpose of place marketing. However, Korea has not been able to develop a variety of tourism itineraries that can attract the interest of tourists because most tourism resources are isolated with single function. This constraint has prevented tourism industry in Korea from attaining competitiveness. In attempting to overcome this constraint, this study seeks to develop tourism itineraries by constructing and utilizing database on historical and cultural tourism resources based on the case of Kangneung City. Through the construction of information system on historical and cultural resources and tourism support facilities, optimal tourism itineraries that take into account maintenance conditions, types, values, lodging availabilities and accessibility of tourism resource areas can be developed. Moreover, it is expected that this information system will have a high level of usage in the future, for it can provide a wide range of tourism services on the internet and education materials as well as facilitate resources management.
Capacitive deionization(CDI) has many advantages over other desalination technologies due to its low energy consumption, less environmental pollution and relative low fouling potential. The objectives of this study are evaluate the performance of CDI which can be used for dissolved salts removal from sewage. To identify ion selectivity of nitrate and phosphate in multiionic solutions and adsorption/desorption performance related to applied potential, a series of laboratory scale experiments were conducted using a CDI unit cell with activated carbon electrodes. The CDI process was able to achieve more than 75 % TDS and $NO_3{^-}$, $NH_4{^+}$ removals, while phosphate removal was 60.8 % and is inversely related in initial TDS and $HCO_3{^-}$ concentration. In continuous operation, increasing the inner cell pressure and reduction of TDS removal ability were investigated which are caused by inorganic scaling and biofouling. However a relative mild cleaning solution(5 % of citric acid for calcium scaling and 500 mg/L of NaOCl for organic fouling) restored the electrochemical adsorption capacity of the CDI unit to its initial level.

Flood damage is one of the most important and influential natural disaster which has an effect on human beings. Local concentrated heavy rainfall in urban area yields flood damage increase due to insufficient capacity of drainage system. When the excessive flood occurs in urban area, it yields huge property losses of public facilities involving roadway inundation to paralyze industrial and transportation system of the city. To prevent such flood damages in urban area, it is necessary to develop adequate inundation analysis model which can consider complicated geometry of urban area and artificial drainage system simultaneously. In this study, an urban flood analysis model adopting the unstructured computational grid was developed to simulate the urban flood characteristics such as inundation area, depth and integrated with subsurface drainage network systems. By the result, we can make use of these presented method to find a flood hazard area and to make a flodd evacuation map. The model can also establish flood-mitigation measures as a part of the decision support system for flood control authority.

Recently, parking problems have repeatedly occurred not only in the residential areas of the old town, but in detached residential areas, neighborhood living facilities, and commercial areas of the planned New Town. This study suggests a strategy to minimize parking problems before constructing a New Town by reviewing these parking problems at the new city district planning stage. Parking problems can be divided into supply-demand and non-supply-based, and the solution strategy is reviewed in terms of supply and operation. The procedure for applying the solution strategy is proposed according to the effectiveness and ease of application.First, this paper suggests the PAZ (Parking Analysis Zone) as the basic analysis unit. Second, the supply-based parking problem in the concerned area based on the land use plan of Hanam Gyosan is reviewed. Last, solutions to a parking problem for each PAZ are presented.
Well designed idealistic zoo requires basically a condition that the zoo is much ecologically considered for the exhibited animals, and secondly where they offer leisure for the visitors' convenience and pleasure. But it is not easy to find a zoo where they have actualized these both-sided purposes. We cannot but discuss the problem of design caused by a lack of plan-ability that is necessary when the zoo is designed. It is because every elements are not wholly unified and those diversified contents aren't mutually harmonized. Therefore, a zoo has to meet the requirement of the pleasure, study, inspection and leisure deserves a special emphasis. The zoo requires a synthesized speculation of design which the elements-Identity Program, Furniture System, animal's ecological environment, animal's showroom, cage and facilities etc., - are mutually harmonized. This study is a combined-design research on the Daegu Dal-sung Park in this concept. 1 have newly analyzed the Dal-sung Park's utilizing form in order to harmonize both visual and ecological environments.
