In this paper, we studied a system that can efficiently build security management for single-person households using Arduino, ESP32-CAM and PIR sensors, and proposed an Android app with an internet connection. The ESP32-CAM is an Arduino compatible board that supports both Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cameras using an ESP32-based processor. The PCB on-board antenna may be used independently, and the sensitivity may be expanded by separately connecting the external antenna. This system has implemented an Arduino-based Unauthorized intrusion system that can significantly help prevent crimes in single-person households using the combination of PIR sensors, Arduino devices, and smartphones. unauthorized intrusion system, showing the connection between Arduino Uno and ESP32-CAM and with smartphone applications. Recently, if daily quarantine is underway around us and it is necessary to verify the identity of visitors, it is expected that it will help maintain a safety net if this system is applied for the purpose of facial recognition and restricting some access. This technology is widely used to verify that the characters in the two images entered into the system are the same or to determine who the characters in the images are most similar to among those previously stored in the internal database. There is an advantage that it may be implemented in a low-power, low-cost environment through image recognition, comparison, feature point extraction, and comparison.

Orthognathic surgery is designed to correct problems of the jaw and face and restore facial harmony. The limitations of orthognathic surgery occur at all steps of the surgical workflow: preoperative planning, simulation, and operation. Many studies have shown the accuracy and advantages of 3 dimensional computer-assisted program for orthognathic surgery. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the accuracy of the maxillary repositioning in patients who underwent orthognathic surgery using a 3 dimensional computer assisted surgery program. The reliability of computer guided orthognathic surgery using splint and surgical guide need to be improved further. The 3 dimensional computer assisted analysis seems to be more precise to interpret than two-dimensional analysis. High-precision planning of orthognathic surgery has predictable results. Three-dimensional computer assisted orthognathic surgery has the following advantages : planned surgical movement is possible, splints guide with CAD/CAM technology; and increase predictable results .Computer assisted simulation surgery ensures accuracy during surgery, thereby facilitating predictable results. It may provide solution that enables surgeon to perform planned surgery more accurately.
Silver-Russell syndrome (SRS) is a rare genetic disorder characterized by intrauterine growth restriction, poor postnatal growth, relative macrocephaly, a triangular face, body asymmetry, and feeding difficulties. It is primarily diagnosed according to a clinical scoring system; however, the clinical diagnosis is confirmed with molecular testing, and the disease is stratified into the specific molecular subtypes. SRS is a genetically heterogeneous condition. The major molecular changes are hypomethylation of imprinting control region 1 in 11p15.5 and maternal uniparental disomy of chromosome 7 (UPD(7)mat). Therefore, first-line molecular testing should include methylation-specific approaches for these regions. Here, we report an extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infant with intrauterine growth retardation, postnatal growth retardation, and dysmorphic facial appearance-characteristics consistent with the clinical diagnostic criteria of SRS. Methylation-specific molecular genetic analysis revealed UPD(7)mat, while the loss of heterozygosity was not detected on chromosomal microarray analysis. We present a case of SRS with suspected uniparental heterodisomy of chromosome 7 in an ELBW infant.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the microneedle therapy system (MTS) and its research methods for the past 10 years in Korea. Methods: Data on microneedle therapy system were collected using NDSL, KISS, RISS, and OASIS electronic databases from January 2010 to August 2021. "microneedle," "derma stamp," "microneedle therapy system" were used as the keywords. The present study, however, excluded data that were 1) unrelated to the microneedle therapy system, 2) from review/meta/protocol studies, and 3) from overseas studies. Data selected through the primary screening process, animal studies, case reports, and clinical data were included in the analysis. However, information data not related to the microneedle therapy system were excluded from the study. Results: Among the MTS-related papers published from January 2010 to August 2021, 7 animal research, 2 clinical trials, and 10 case studies were published. Based on the research topics, there were 8 papers on skin improvement and skin diseases, 7 papers on hair growth and hair loss, 3 papers on stability, and 1 paper on peripheral facial paralysis. Conclusion: Most of the studies related to MTS focused on skin, hair, and stability. The effect of MTS on hair growth and skin improvement has been confirmed, and it has been proven to have significant effects on the treatment of acne, acne scars, and hair loss in clinical practice. No serious side effects were observed during the MTS treatment, and the safety assessment confirmed that it was safe for use.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of oral habits on the muscles of mastication and facial expression by means of two parameters: muscle stiffness and elasticity. 10 healthy, fully-dentate male subjects in their twenties were selected for this study; all had normal Class I occlusal relationships. Muscle stiffness and elasticity were measured with a tactile sensor(Venustron, Axiom Co., JAPAN) while subjects were asked to relax and perform various parafunctional activities such unilateral clenching(biting the bite force recorder with a force of 50kg on each subject's preferred side), jaw thrusting and lip bracing. The following muscles were examined: temporalis anterior(Ta), masseter(Mm), frontalis(Fr), inferior orbicularis oculi(OOci), zygomaticus major(Zm), superior and inferior orbularis oris(OOrs and OOri) and mentalis(Mn). Paired t-test, Correlation Coefficients, ANOVA and Multiple Comparison t-tests were used for statistical analysis. Unilateral clenching was highly correlated with bilateral stiffness and elasticity of all the muscles tested. Mm was affected by all three oral habits; Ta was affected by unilateral clenching(p<0.05); Zm was affected by unilateral clenching and OOrs, OOri and Mn were most affected by lip bracing(p<0.05). This study indicates that not only the masticatory muscles but also the muscles of facial expression, mainly circumoral muscles, can be significantly influenced by parafunctional activities such as unilateral clenching and lip bracing.

In the treatment of esthetically important areas such as maxillary anterior teeth, they should be corresponded with surrounding tissues, and shape of the smile line, soft tissue, and hard tissue, also the anatomical shape and proportion of the teeth should be considered as well. Esthetic analysis includes facial analysis which evaluates the proper parallelism between the occlusal plane and the horizontal reference line, dentolabial analysis which assesses the position of the incisal edge and the coherence between the occlusal plane and the commissural line, tooth analysis which evaluates not only esthetics but also morphology and appearance for proper function, and gingival analysis which forms ideal outline of gingival margins. A maxillary anterior diastema can be esthetically restored through the systematic diagnostic approach and treatment planning, and orthodontic, prosthetic, and conservative treatment can be applied for the treatment.

Background: The human mandible is variable in shape, size and position and any deviation from normal can affect the facial appearance and dental occlusion. Objectives: The objectives of this study were to determine whether the Sassouni cephalometric analysis could help predict two-dimensional mandibular shape in humans using cephalometric planes and landmarks. Materials and methods: A retrospective computerised analysis of 100 lateral cephalometric radiographs taken at Kingston Hospital Orthodontic Department was carried out. Results: Results showed that the Euclidean straight-line mean difference between the estimated position of gonion and traced position of gonion was 7.89 mm and the Euclidean straight-line mean difference between the estimated position of pogonion and the traced position of pogonion was 11.15 mm. The length of the anterior cranial base as measured by sella-nasion was positively correlated with the length of the mandibular body gonion-menton, r = 0.381 and regression analysis showed the length of the anterior cranial base sella-nasion could be predictive of the length of the mandibular body gonion-menton by the equation 22.65 + 0.5426x, where x = length of the anterior cranial base (SN). There was a significant association with convex shaped palates and oblique shaped mandibles, p = 0.0004. Conclusions: The method described in this study can be used to help estimate the position of cephalometric points gonion and pogonion and thereby sagittal mandibular length. This method is more accurate in skeletal class I cases and therefore has potential applications in craniofacial anthropology and the 'missing mandible' problem in forensic and archaeological reconstruction.
Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate clinical prognosis factors of Bell's palsy patients. Methods : The 100 subjects were chosen from 262 patients over 20years old who was diagnosised Bell's palsy through Acupuncture & Moxibustion and ENT medical specialist after visiting the hospital within 8days of onset of peripheral facial palsy and after Oriental-Western Medicine Treatment, recovered completely or had over three months cares because of incomplete recovery Oriental-Western Medicine Treatment included Acupuncture Treatment, Herb med treatment, medicines treatment, Physical therapy and Electrodiagnostic Test was operated after 7 to 10days after outbreaks of the disease. Clinical prognosis factors were analyzed using House-Brackmann grading system(HBGS) as a measurement of the degree of Facial Palsy. There was a significant difference in the results of treatment according to site of palsy, degree of initial palsy, time of initial recovery and existence of recovery after 3weeks from onset as clinical prognosis factors of Bell's Palsy, However, a statistically significant difference was not shown in the results of treatment according to gender, age, existence of Post Auricular Pain, Hypertension, Diabetes and existence of relapse. 2. As a result of overall treatment, 85% of patients were recovered almost entirely and 15% were not recovered completely. 3. There was a significant difference in the onset of Post Auricular Pain and duration of Post Auricular Pain according to the degree of Post Auricular Pain. 4. There was a significant difference in the degree of initial palsy and degree of palsy after 3weeks from onset according to the existence of Post Auricular Pain. However, a statistically significant difference was not shown in the period of time until initial treatment, The time of initial recovery, (H-B), The period from onset to recovey, ENoG value. Conclusions : Based on the above results, prognosis of Bell's palsy was affected by degree of initial palsy, time of initial recovery and existence of recovery after 3weeks from onset.
The purpose of this study is to develop measurement program model for a human being-oriented product through the between the evaluation factors of portrait and general preferences of portraits. We added new items that are essential to the image evaluation by analysing previous studies. In this study, We identified the facial focus for the first step, and the portraits were evaluated by dividing it into objective and subjective image quality evaluation items. RSC Contrast and Dynamic Range were selected as the Objective evaluation items, and the numerical values of each image could be evaluation items, and the numerical values of each image could be evaluated by statistical analysis method. Facial Exposure, Composition, Position, Ratio, Out of focus, and Emotions and Color tone of image were selected as the Subjective evaluation items. In addition, a new face recognition algorithm is applied to judge the emotions, the manufacturer can get the information that they can analyze the people's emotion. The program developed to quantitatively and qualitatively compiles the evaluation items when evaluating portraits. The program that I developed through this study can be used an analysis program that produce the data for developing the evaluation model of the product more suitable to general users of imaging systems.
