  • Work environments within the firm with a concept of mobile office is growing divided into two sections. It's Wi-Fi FMC(Fixed Mobile Convergence) field Which are implemented in a telephone service available from existing fixed-line service in the center of the smart phones and the EMS(Enterprise Mobility Service) field to make people will be able to handle PC the center of the information system within an enterprise using a smart phone instead of terminal facility connects to a system in the workplace and external. This paper developed FMC controller to allow execution IMS(IP Multi-Media Subsystem) services to complement the issues of the FMC corporation, telephony service associated. The controller includes FMC automatic enrollment services, voice quality enhancement of the mobile phone, anywhere within the firm on his mobile phone calls can provide mobility and is also implemented FMC LCR function that use status information from mobile soft-phone within the IP-PBX.

  • As Real Time Enterprise (RTE) has been spotlighted since the year of 2002, some advanced companies have been implementing the paradigm of RTE to its legacy systems and the number of the companies has been growing. However, the network infrastructures mainly based on fixed telecommunications network make the results of the RTE implementations fall short of their expectations. In this paper, we propose to construct the fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) environment to achieve RTE. The convergence infrastructure will improve user accessibility to all kinds of data and will encourage the users to interact with the systems.

  • Although there were many activities to provide FMC (Fixed Mobile Convergence) service by several foreign countries such as United States, FMC service could not make a good success for a number of reasons for example, customers indifference and lack of needs. On the other hand, recently FMC is showing its good progress at B2B market in foreign government such as in Germany and US satisfying e-government and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) needs. This paper studies FMC service of foreign countries and as a result makes a analysis presenting issues for Korean e-government service. Also, we make several suggestions to energize FMC service success.

  • In this paper, the triple-band planar monopole antennas are designed for cellular communication, WiBro and WLAN(IEEE802.11b/g) communication and WLAN(IEEE802.11a) communication of 5GHz band to using filled mobile convergence subscriber unit. Various types of antennas are designed and examined experimentally as bended in the low and middle band radiation elements to decrease antennas size and increased the width of radiation elements to improve bandwidth The proposed antennas are reduced by 11% in antenna size with bended low-band radiation elements down and are extended by $30%{\sim}40%$ in bandwidth by increasing the width of the radiation element at 800MHz band.

  • As the information and communication technology has been developed, demand for internet and multimedia is increased and customer's needs becomes diverse. Therefore, the convergence of fixed and mobile networks has emerged. Fixed - Mobile Convergence (FMC) service means that it provides users with one type of services from network access to billing regardless of networks and terminal. FMC service is expected to provide an advanced value with both networks providers and users. Wireless local area network (WLAN) and 2.3㎓ HPi are promising services that will generate enormous demands among FMC services. For that reason, this paper investigates the trend of WLAN and HPi in Korea and abroad and suggests future deployment based on reviewing the literature.

  • 와이파이 기능이 탑재된 모바일 기기 보급이 확산되면서 무선네트워크를 이용한 많은 서비스가 개발되고 있다. 그중 기존 전화망(PSTN)에서 발전하여 인터넷 네트워크를 이용한, 음성과 데이터 네트워크 융합의 대표적인 인터넷 전화(VoIP)서비스 이용률이 증가하고 있는 추세다. VoIP 기술은 FMC(Fixed Mobile Convergence) 서비스의 기반이 되며, 이에 따라 FMC서비스는 기존의 VoIP 보안위협 및 특성을 상속 받게 된다. 본 논문은 유무선 통합에 의한 여러 가지 유무선 단말, 네트워크 및 서비스 특성에 대한 보안 위협을 상속 받게 되는 FMC 환경에서의 VoIP보안 위협을 소개하고 보안 요구사항을 설계한다. 또한 안전한 FMC서비스를 위해 총체적인 보안망 설계 시 VoIP보안 위협 및 보안요구사항에 적합한 보안솔루션의 아키텍처 구조를 제안한다.

  • Due to increase of user requirement for various traffics and the advance of network technology, each distinct network has converge into FMC(Fixed Mobile Convergence) networks. However, we need to research the performance analysis of VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) in the FMC network to provide QoE for the voice user of FMC network. Therefore, this paper introduces the scenario which is the situation of voice quality degradation when a user uses VoIP to communicate with other users in the FMC network. Especially, this paper presents scenario in terms of the component of the network and finds the improvement point of voice quality. In the simulation results, three improvement points of voice quality are found as following: voice quality degradation by packet loss in the physical layer of the HSDPA network, by utilizing GGSN without QoS parameter mapping mechanism which is gateway between 3GPP and IP backbone, and by using non-QoS AP in the WLAN network.

  • Recently, as wired and wireless communication services have rapidly developed and multimodal mobile devices which have various characteristics have widely spread, the need for new convergence services increases. The growing population of VoIP technologies and the high communication expense yield that the market of IP based telephony such as WiFi phone and IP phone is substituted for one of the conventional PSTN telephony. With the help of this trend, the wireline network operators desire to find a market in mobile networks. Therefore, they focus on Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC) service as one of the key factors to accomplish this goal. FMC services are able to provide the mobility of voice services between circuit switched and packet switched networks. IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) based Voice Call Continuity (VCC) is one of the schemes to embody FMC services. As Application Server (AS) which has this VCC function provides seamless handover of services between heterogeneous networks, FMC subscribers can communicate seamlessly with others m WiFi domain and COMA domain using WiFi-COMA dual phone. Most of enterprises have already introduced IP network infrastructure and IP-PBX (Private Branch eXchange) for telephony. However, the problems of high communication cost and work inefficiency due to frequent outside jobs or business trips have remained. In order to solve these problems, demands for enterprise FMC services increase. In this paper, we introduce a new IP-PBX based VCC model that can provide seamless handover of voice services between WiFi and COMA networks for enterprise users and we investigate some interworking and security issues between Soft Switch (SSW) and IMS, or between IMSs. In addition, we introduce a new service that can provide the continuity of voice sessions as well as video sessions using Multimedia Session Continuity (MMSC) technology which has evolved from VCC. This service is expected to be one of the next-generation personalized services based on user's context.

  • 국내 양돈분야에서의 AI(Artificial Insemination)센터는 인공수정 기술의 개발과 보급과 관하여서는 중추적인 역할을 수행하고 있다. 그러나 현재 전국AI센터에서 사용하고 있는 정보관리 시스템은 독립적이고 운영체제에 의존적인 형태로 운영되고 있다. 따라서 현재 전국AI센터 정보관리 체계는 실시간으로 정보관리 시스템의 접근제한과 모바일 서비스 등의 분야에서 그 분명한 한계를 가진다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유무선 통합(FMC) AI PigMoS(Pig Monitoring System, PigMoS) 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 FMC AI PigMoS 시스템은 이동성, 실시간 정보관리 등을 지원할 수 있도록 인터넷과 모바일에서 운영할 수 있도록 구현 하였다. 구현된 FMC AI PigMoS 시스템은 이동성과 실시간 정보관리 등에 필요한 모듈 중심으로 설계하고 구현하였다. 이는 원거리 소비자들에게 각 AI센터에서 생성된 AI정보를 실시간으로 제공하여 개별AI센터의 경쟁력 향상을 높일 것으로 기대한다.
