Franchising is a business sector which can be enlarged to a large scale in retailing business. Franchising has expanded its realm of business into realestate business and education business, starting from hospitality business. In franchising, the management of customers is a critical issue, so many franchising companies actively implement the CRM system to improve customer relationship. Therefore, this research focuses on the intention of franchising companies about the implementation of the CRM system. The information system used for managing franchising business is defined as Franchising Information Systems(FIS). In this research, the impact of technological level, educational level and utilization strategy of FIS on the ability of FIS use were analyzed. In addition, the impact of the ability of FIS use on the intention of franchising companies about the implementation of the CRM system was analyzed. The results from the research reveal that the utilization strategy of FIS does not affect the ability of FIS use, but technological level and educational level have an effect on the ability of FIS use. The ability of FIS use has influence on the intention of franchising companies about the implementation of the CRM system.

According to CNS/ATM, a new concept of navigation system, ADS-B systems are being built in the field of surveillance. FIS-B is one of the key elements of ADS-B, and also provides various flight informations, weather informations to the aircraft. In this paper, we reviewed the FIS-B standard and analyzed performance requirements. And then we designed and implemented FIS-B. In this simulation, we showed performance of FIS-B. And this research is very useful to the future work.

Factor for inversion stimulation (FIS), the Escherichia coli protein, is a positive regulator of the transcription of genes that encode stable RNA species, such as rRNA and tRNA. Transcription of the rnpB gene encoding M1 RNA, the catalytic subunit of E. coli RNase P, rapidly declines under stringent conditions, as does that of other stable RNAs. There are multiple putative FIS binding sites upstream of the rnpB promoter. We tested whether FIS binds to these sites, and if so, how it affects rnpB transcription. In vitro binding assays revealed specific binding of FIS to multiple sites in the rnpB promoter region. Interestingly, FIS bound not only to the upstream region of the promoter, but also to the region from +4 to +18. FIS activated rnpB transcription in vitro, but the level of activation was much lower than that of the rrnB promoter for rRNA. We also examined the effects of FIS on rnpB transcription in vivo using isogenic $fis^+$ and $fis^-$ strains. rnpB transcription was higher in the $fis^-$ than the $fis^+$ cells during the transitions from lag to exponential phase, and from exponential to stationary phase.

This paper evaluates seismic capacities of slab-column joints in flat plate system which has columns with various aspect ratio as experimental parameters. Continuous - bended shear reinforcements were applied for the prevention of punching shear failure in this study. The specimens of FIS1-05, FIS1-10, and FIS1-20 have the aspect ratio of 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0 respectively. Static lateral force was applied to the specimens in a horizontal direction and vertical load was applied by constant gravity load ratio. The test results were evaluated by lateral displacement and strength of slab-column joint. Consequently, the lateral resisting capacity of rectangular type column such as FIS1-05, FIS1-20 is superior to the square type column such as FIS1-10.

Being Changed the international fisheries situation to begin the WTO, it is important to increase the international competition power in fisheries environment to related our country. One of most important work is to build the Fisheries Information Systems(FIS), FIS should give to increase the efficiency of fisheries policies, to share the fisheries informations, and to increase the competitive power of international fisheries environment. On the conclusion, this paper has four expect effects to build the FIS. First, fisheries information will be supplied the clean fisheries policies based on FIS. Second, The Data Warehouse of FIS will be contributed to improve the criterion and statistics of fisheries data. Third, Fisheries Administration will increase the service between fisheries institutes using the FIS. Finally, fisheries administration will use the fisheries data efficiently as integrating the fisheries data into information systems.
