알루미나 기판을 사용하여 백금 박막 전류 집전체상에 $2.9{\mu}m$ 두께 및 $4cm^2$의 전극면적을 갖는 $LiCoO_2$ 박막을 R.F. 마그네트론 스퍼터링법에 의해 증착하였으며, 아르곤 공정 압력 및 인가된 R.F. 전력량에 따른 Li/Co 몰 비 의존성에 대해 고찰하였다. 비정질계 고체전해질인 Lipon 및 Li 음극이 순차적으로 증착된 박막전지를 제조하여 정전류충, 방전 시험하였으며, 고율방전 특성 및 충, 방전 횟수에 따른 전지 용량 변화를 측정하였다. 교류임피던스를 통해 전지내부의 저항성분을 측정하였으며, 이에 대한 등가회로를 구성하여 시뮬레이션한 결과와 비교하였다.

The generation of secretory IgA antibodies (Abs) for specific immune protection of mucosal surfaces depends on stimulation of the mucosal immune system, but this is not effectively achieved by parenteral or even oral administration of most soluble antigens. Thus, to produce a possible vaccine antigen against urinary tract infections, the uropathogenic E. coli (UPEC) adhesin was genetically coupled to the heat-labile Escherichia coli enterotoxin A2B (ltxa2b) gene and cloned into a pMAL-p2E expression vector. The chimeric construction of pMALfimH/ltxa2b was then transformed into E. coli K-12 TB1 and its nucleotide sequence was verified. The chimeric protein was then purified by applying the affinity chromatography. The purified chimeric protein was confirmed by SDS-PAGE and westem blotting using antibodies to the maltose binding protein (MBP) or the heat labile E. coli subunit B (LTXB), plus the N-terminal amino acid sequence was analyzedd. The orderly-assembled chimeric protein was confirmed by a modified $G_{M1}$-ganglioside ELISA using antibodies to adhesin. The results indicate that the purified chimeric protein was an Adhesin/LTXA2B protein containing UPEC adhesin and the $G_{M1}$-ganglioside binding activity of LTXB. thisstudy also demonstrate that peroral administration of this chimeric immunogen in mice elicited high level of secretory IgA (sIgA) and serum IgG Abs to the UPEC adhesin. The results suggest that the genetically linked LTXA2B acts as a useful mucosal adjuvant, and that adhesin/LTXA2A chimeric protein might be a potential antigen for oral immunization against UPEC.

본 연구는 영화 소비 과정을 탐색하기 위해 영화 취향 및 영화 정보 이용 요인들, 인구사회 요인들을 투입해 영화 소비에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 주요 결과들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영화 소비에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 영화 취향으로 나타났다. 응답자들은 영화 취향 정도가 증가할수록 영화소비가 늘어나는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영화 취향은 영화 정보를 인터넷으로 검색하거나 영화 블로그를 이용하는 행위에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 영화 취향 정도가 높을수록 인터넷으로 영화정보를 검색하거나 영화 블로그를 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 영화 블로그를 이용하는 응답자들은 영화 소비가 늘어났던 반면 영화 인터넷 검색 여부는 영화 소비에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 셋째, 성별이나 소득과 같은 인구사회 요인들 중에서 성별 요인만 영화 소비에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여성 응답자일수록 영화 소비 정도가 증가했다. 반면, 소득 요인은 영화 소비에 영향을 미치지 않았다.

Purpose: We phylogenetically analyzed the Escherichia coli strains isolated from children with urinary tract infection (UTI) in 2 regions of Korea. Virulence factors (VFs) and antibiotic resistance of the strains were also determined to compare the possible differences. Methods: A total of 138 E. coli strains were collected from the 2 regions; Gyeongin (78 strains) and Gyeongnam (60 strains). The phylogenetic groups were determined using the triplex polymerase chain reaction (PCR) method and multiplex PCRs were used to detect 7 VFs genes (fimH, papC, iutA, hlyA, sfa/focDE, afa/draBC, and kpsMT II). We also tested for antibiotic resistance. Results: Phylogenetic groups, B2 (61.6%) and D (26.8%), comprised the majority of all isolated strains. Regional comparisons revealed that more B2 strains and fewer non-B2 (A+B1+D) strains were found in Gyeongnam, than in the Gyeongin region (P=0.033), and certain VFs were predominantly detected in Gyeongnam (P<0.05). Neither regional nor phylogenetic differences, in antibiotic resistance of the strains, were significant. Conclusion: We were able to confirm that the geographic location is an important determinant of the distribution of the phylogenetic groups and VFs among the E. coli strains that cause UTI in children.

'창방조생 ' 과 '미백' 복숭아의 저장기간중 중량감모율은 상온무포장에서 4일후 각각 6.8%, 4.9% 이었으나 저온 (0~2$^{\circ}C$), 고습(95$\pm$3%) 조건에서 PE 무천공필름 포장저장구는 25일째 모두 1% 이내였다. 복숭아 저장중 경도변화는 상온에 비해 저온저장에서는 모두 큰 차이가 없었다. 두 품종 모두 저장기간중의 유기산과 가용성 고형분은 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. '칭방조생'과 '미백' 의 fructose, glucose 함량은 두 품종 모두 지장전보다 약간씩 증가였으나 Sucruse 함량은 25일 이후 감소하는 경향이었다. 복숭아는 30$\mu\textrm{m}$ LDPE fim 또는 25$\mu\textrm{m}$ SM60 film으로 포장하여 저온(0~2$^{\circ}C$), 고습(95$\pm$3%) 조건에서 저장할 경우 '창방조생'은 20일, '미백'은 25일까지 저장 가능하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to analyze the changes in functional status and caregiver burden after a community based case management program for stroke patients. Method: This study was designed as a one group pre and post test. A total of 61 stroke patients and their caregivers were sampled in three urban areas and two rural areas. Face to face interviews were conducted as a pre test one week before intervention, and a post test two weeks after intervention. The case management program consisted of four home visits and two telephone counseling sessions for assessment, education and providing information during the eight weeks. The collected data were analyzed with paired t test. Results: First, significant differences in functional status, and specifically mobility and cognition, were found between pre test and post test. Second, caregiver burden, in particular, objective burden was significantly decreased after 8 weeks. Third, the positive response for the services increased after 8 weeks. Conclusion: The community based case management program was effective to improve the functional status of stroke patients and to decrease the caregiver burden.

복합재 구조물의 저속충격탐지 방법 중의 하나는 고분자 압전센서를 이용하는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 저속충격을 받는 복합재 평판에 대한 충격력과 부착된 스트레인 게이지, 고분자 압전센서 신호와의 관계를 유도하였다. 압전센서의 등가회로도를 통해서 고분자 압전센서의 개회로 신호와 폐회로 신호와의 관계를 유도하여 전하증폭기를 사용하지 않은 고분자 압전센서 신호를 이용하여 복합재 평판의 충격력 복원 가능성에 대한 연구로 확장하였다. 진동실험을 통하여 얻은 복합재 평판의 고유진동수와 감쇠비를 이용하여 해석적인 모델을 수정하여 정방향 문제와 역방향 문제에 있어서 오차를 줄일 수 있었다. 복원된 충격력과 해석적인 센서 신호는 실제 저속 충격 실험을 통하여 측정한 충격력, 스트레인 게이지 신호, 그리고 고분자 압전센서 신호와 잘 일치하였다.

A medical treatment of alternating current high-voltage electric field therapy is a method in which we get a healing effect, applying electric field to an organism through an artificial device. In order to estimate the clinical effects of alternating current high-voltage electric field load(HEALTHTRON) on the rehabilitation of stroke patients, improvement of a peripheral blood circulation, and psychogenic symptom, we used BEUNZEUNGHEYNG Instrument, NIHSS(the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale), FIM(Functional Independence Measure)lnstrument to research BEUNZEUNGHEYNG and recovery of rehabilitative funation. and also we used Thermography, Pulse Meter to measure body temperature and pulse, blood elements, and neuro modulators. We have reached the following conclusions after researching the clinical effects of alternating current high-voltage electric field therapy on the recovery of rehabilitative function and peripheral blood circulation. 1. HEALTHTRON efficiently has increased the volume of peripheral blood circulation in stroke patients. 2. HEALTHTRON rapidly has treated the symptoms of sleeplessness, alertness, and dizziness of stroke patients. 3. HEALTHTRON rapidly has improved rehabilitative function of stroke patients and the adjustment to their activities.

Edible offal is easily contaminated by Escherichia coli (E. coli) and fluoroquinolone (FQ)-resistant E. coli is considered a serious public health problem, thus, this study investigated the genetic characteristics of FQ-resistant E. coli from edible offal. A total of 22 FQ-resistant E. coli isolates were tested. A double mutation in each gyrA and parC led the highest MIC. Four (18.2%) isolates carried plasmid-mediated quinolone resistance genes. The fimH, eaeA, escV, astA, and iucC genes were confirmed. Seventeen isolates (77.3%) were positive for plasmid replicons. The isolates showed high genetic heterogeneity based on pulsed-field gel electrophoresis patterns.
