Therapeutic effect of Yinyang Balancing Appliance of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in chronic motor tic disorder. One chronic motor tic Disorder case was managed with the Yinyang Balancing appliance on tempromandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures and clinical observations. The patient showed positive changes after the treatment and this effect maintained over the follow-up period. Although it is not clear the effect is sustaining or temporary in its nature, a positive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

경추부 근긴장 이상증에 대해 턱관절 자세균형 개념에 따라 구강내 균형장치를 활용한 자세훈련법 등의 치료로 긍정적인 호전을 관찰했다. 증례 보고이기는 하지만 턱관절 자세균형을 활용한 치료법에서 긍정적인 치료효과가 이어지고 있어서 앞으로 더욱 체계적인 관찰과 연구가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Objectives : Therapeutic effect of Balance Appliance of functional cerebrospinal therapy (FCST) for meridian and neurologic yinyang balance was observed in a refractory torticollis case. Methods : A post-traumatic severe torticollis case with 18 years of duration was managed by the Balance Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture and manual medicine. Results : Assessment was made by self assessment of subjective symptoms and clinical observacon. The patient reported over-90% remission and returned to ordinary daily life after 20months of therapy, which effect was reported to maintain for 9 months. Conclusions : An impressive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

Methods: One Iron Deficiency Anemia cases were managed with the Yinyang Balancing Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture. Clinical outcome measurement was based on subjective measures and clinical observations. Results: The patients showed positive changes even after the initial treatment and this effext maintained over the follow-up period. Conclusions: Although it is not clear the effect is a sustaining or temporary in its nature, a positive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.

Objectives : The purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the effect of Korean Medicine with Functional CerebroSpinal Therapy(FCST) on a tremor patient. Methods : A patient with tremor of one side was treated with herbal medication, acupuncture and FCST. The effect of treatment was evalutated by frequency of tremor. Results : After Korean medicine with FCST, symptoms were decreased and conditions were improved. Conculsions : The Korean medicine treatment with FCST might be effective for the tremor.

본 증례에서는 원인 불명의 만성 재발성 악관절 탈구 및 개구 장애에 대해 CBA, TBA를 비롯한 FCST의 구조적 치료를 통해서도 유의한 치료변화가 나타남을 관찰하였다.

울산광역시 ${\bigcirc}$구 보건소 협력 사업으로 한 2015년도 한방 난임 치료 2증례에서는 난임의 치료방법으로 FCST의 편차수정, 음양균형장치를 포함한 PBT, 침 치료, 부항, 뜸, 한약 등의 복합치료로 전신 증상의 개선 및 감소에 현저한 치료효과가 나타남을 관찰하였다. 또한 그 결과로 2증례 모두 자연 임신에 성공하여 출산하였고 출산한 아기들도 건강한 상태임을 확인하였다.

본 증례에서는 구안와사환자에게 음양균형장치를 포함한 표준형 구강내 균형장치, 침구치료, 골반교정 등 복합치료를 통해 유효한 임상경과를 보인 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 안면신경은 주행이 길고 측두골내에서 좁은 골관을 지나기 때문에, 좌상(bruised) 등 여러 가지 이유에 의하여 골도속의 신경 부종과 혈액순환 장애로 지연성 마비를 일으킨다. 2. 음양균형장치와 표준형구강내 균형장치 등 턱관절의 균형조절을 통한 기능적뇌척주요법의 치료가 안면신경마비의 치료에 효과적인 방법인 것을 관찰하였다. 기존의 구안와사의 경우 대부분 뚜렷한 치료방법을 선택하기가 어려웠으나, 이 증례를 통해 볼 때 수술 등의 대증요법을 하지 않고 기능적뇌척주요법 치료의 접근을 시도해 볼 수 있는 가능성이 있다고 사료된다.

본 증례에서는 후천성으로 나타난 경련성 사경증 2례에 대해 외래 진료로 각각 3개월(91일간 54회), 5개월 반(167일간 90회)동안 FCST의 음양균형장치를 주 치료수단으로 하고 침구치료, 도수치료, 약물치료를 보조 치료수단으로 하여 치료하였다. 2례 모두 시각적 상사 척도(VAS)를 적용하여 평가해보았을 때 완전한 호전이 이루어졌다고 판단되었고, 임상적 관찰과 환자의 주관적 구술에서도 모든 증상의 소실과 정상 회복을 확인하고 치료를 종료하였다. 이후 각각 5개월에서 10개월 간 추적 관찰한 결과 모두 정상적인 생활을 하고 있음을 확인하고 치료 효과의 정상 유지를 관찰했다. 이로써 아탈구된 상부경추와 뇌신경계 및 경락체계의 불균형과 경련성 사경의 유의한 관련성을 유추해볼 수 있었으며, 이의 회복에 음양균형장치를 활용하여 악관절의 다차원적인 이상적 음양중심균형위치를 찾아줌으로써 척추를 비롯해 뇌와 경락체계를 조절해줄 수 있다는 FCST의 치료원리가 유의한 결과로 입증된 경우라 사료된다.

Objectives : The report intended to estimate effect taken by using FCST(functional cerebrospinal technique) on the patient with one gait disturbance case. Methods : A gait disturbance one case with 2 weeks of duration was managed by the Balance Appliance on temporomandibular joint (TMJ), combined with acupuncture and herbl medicine. Results : After being treates for 2 weeks, the patint's 10mWT were improved. Assessment was made by self assessment of subjective symptoms and clinical observation. Conclusions : An impressive effect was observed and further clinical and biological research on FCST is expected.
