Previously, we reported negative effects of low-dose nonylphenol (NP) exposure on the reproductive organs of F1 male mice. In the present study was further investigated the endocrine disrupting effect of NP exposure to F2 generation male mice. Mice were divided into 2 groups; (1) CON, control animals and (2) NP-50 ($50{\mu}g/L$), animals were treated with NP via drinking water. NP exposures were continuously conducted from parental pre-mating period until the postnatal day (PND) 55 of F2 offsprings. Mice were sacrificed on PND 55 and the reproductive tissue weights were measured. The initial (at PND 21) and terminal (PND 55) body weights of the NP-50 group animals were not significantly different from those of control group animals. NP exposure fail to induce a significant weight change of the testes, seminal vesicle and prostate except absolute epididymal weight (p<0.05). However, pathohistological studies revealed that NP-treated F2 animals showed evident decrease in seminiferous tubule diameters, reduced luminal area and number of germ cells. Also, sloughing morphologies in the tubules were notable. In the caudal epididymis, fewer mature sperms and swollen epithelial cells were found in the NP-treated group. The present study demonstrated that the subchronic low-dose NP exposure induced pathohistological abnormalities in testis and epididymis of F2 mice, and we assumed that these 'qualitative' changes in reproductive tissues could be derived from the epigenetic modifications such as DNA methylation, histone modification, altered DNA accessibility and chromatin structure. Further studies are needed to achieve a better understanding on the multi- or trans-generational effects of NP on the reproductive health and a human application.
Synthesis of perfluoromethanesulfonyl fluoride(PFMSF) which is a valuable precursor of perfluoro-chemicals such as surface modifier and fine chemicals was studied by electrochemical fluorination (ECF). In order to determine the termination of preelectrolysis, it was carried to monitor the variation of current during preelectrolysis by means of constant cell voltage operation. In a batch cell, chronopotentiometric electrolysis and various chemical analysis such as GC, GC/MS and If were used to understand the potential change of electrode and synthesis and control of hazardous gases products. Termination of preelectrolysis was determinated by measurement the current and/or detection of $F_2$ gas generation. And during the preelectrolysis, an amount of generated $OF_2$ was shown that a lot of moisture was absorbed from air when a cell was filled with anhydrous hydrogen fluoride( AHF ). Above 4V cell voltage, $F_2$ gas was generated and acted on any form of fluorinating agents. In the ECF of MSC (methane sulfonyl chloride) by constant current operation, the potential of anode was intimately relation with generation of $SO_2F_2$. Exchange of Cl to F was dominatly occured in a initial stage. There were various gaseous products including PFMSF as main product and $C_4$ compounds.
Six flue-cured cultivars of Nicotiana tabacum L., 15 possible $F_1$ hybrids and 15 $F_2$ populations among them, and 15 haploid populations of $F_1$ hybrids and 6 haploid from parents, were evaluated. The variances of general combining ability were predominant for all characters studied in $F_1$ hybrid and $F_2$ population, and in haploid populations of $F_1$ hybrids except leaf width, value and reducing sugar. There were significant correlations between generations in variances and ranks of parental GCA effects estimated from general combining ability analysis of $F_1,\;F_2$ and haploid generation of $F_1$ hybrids for yield, stem height, days to flower. leaves per plant, value and total alkaloids.
This study carried out to investigate selection response of pure line population of layer chicken. Data for two layer pure line of Single Comb White Leghorn were collected from 1986 to 1991. Primary selection criteria were egg number to 270 days of age (EN270), egg weight(BW270), body weight (BW270) at 270 days of age and the days of the 1st egg(SM). The results obtained in this study are summarized as follows ; 1. Mean phenotypic values of two strains were decreased by 1.94 day(K), 1.320ay(F) for SM and increased by 0.09g(K), -0.05g(F) for EW 270 and 0.56(K), -0.78(F) for EN270. 2. The ratio of a realized selection differential to expected selection differentials for SM (sexual maturity), EW 270, and BW 270 were not significantly decreased during 5 generations. 3. Heritability were estimated from sib analysis. The means of estimates were 0.28(F), 0.39(K) for BW270, and 0.25(F), 0.29(K) for EN270 and 0.51(F), 0.48(K) for EW270. 4. The genetic gains were estimated by method of selection index in retrospect on the basis of selection differentials. EN270 and EW270 were found to increase by 2.01(F), 2.25(K) and 0.54 (F), 0.65(K) per generation.

In this paper, we presented a method of constructing a multiplier and an inverse element generator over finite field GF(3**m). We proposed the multiplication method using a descending order arithmetics of mod F(X) to perform the multiplication and mod F(X) arithmetics at the same time. The proposed multiplier is composed of following parts. 1) multiplication part, 2) data assortment generation part and 5) multiplication processing part. Also the inverse element generator is constructed with following parts. 1) multiplier, 2) group of output registers Rs, 3) multiplication and cube selection gate Gl, 4) Ri term sequential selection part. 5) cube processing part and 6) descending order mod F(X) generation part. Especially, the proposed multiplier and inverse element generator give regularity, expansibility and modularity of circuit design.

Objective: The aim was to characterize the genetic diversity evolution of the registered Mexican Charolais cattle population by pedigree analysis. Methods: Data consisted of 331,390 pedigree records of animals born from 1934 to 2018. Average complete generation equivalent, generation interval, effective population size (Ne), and effective numbers of founders (fe), ancestors (fa), and founder genomes (Ng) were calculated for seven five-year periods. The inbreeding coefficient was calculated per year of birth, from 1984 to 2018, whereas the gene contribution of the most influential ancestors was calculated for the latter period. Results: Average complete generation equivalent consistently increased across periods, from 4.76, for the first period (1984 through 1988), to 7.86, for the last period (2014 through 2018). The inbreeding coefficient showed a relative steadiness across the last seventeen years, oscillating from 0.0110 to 0.0145. During the last period, the average generation interval for the father-offspring pathways was nearly 1 yr. longer than that of the mother-offspring pathways. The effective population size increased steadily since 1984 (105.0) and until 2013 (237.1), but showed a minor decline from 2013 to 2018 (233.2). The population displayed an increase in the fa since 1984 and until 2008; however, showed a small decrease during the last decade. The effective number of founder genomes increased from 1984 to 2003, but revealed loss of genetic variability during the last fifteen years (from 136.4 to 127.7). The fa:fe ratio suggests that the genetic diversity loss was partially caused by formation of genetic bottlenecks in the pedigree; in addition, the Ng:fa ratio indicates loss of founder alleles due to genetic drift. The most influential ancestor explained 1.8% of the total genetic variability in the progeny born from 2014 to 2018. Conclusion: Inbreeding, Ne, fa, and Ng are rather beyond critical levels; therefore, the current genetic status of the population is not at risk.
The purpose of this study was to improve the ankle joint to mechanical energy in Crouching start according to the backward block inclined angle(F, F(+1), F(+2)) increase. For purpose of this study the ankle joint was considered as a single hinge joint rotation about a transverse axis. A two-dimensional(sagittal plane) analysis was performed on data collected from 3 spriters(university student). During Crouching start, the ankle joint moment showed a similar patterns according to the backward block inclined angle increase. The peak values of ankle joint moment was plantar flexion approximately 80% throughout the contact phase for Crouching start. The absorbed and generated energy represented different values from the backward block inclined angle increase at ankle joint. On the backward block inclined angle F, subject A($55^{\circ}$) and C($50^{\circ}$) Produced energy generation more than other block inclined angles. On the backward block inclined angle F(+2), subject B($50^{\circ}$) showed largest energy generation.
This study aims to investigate the impact of character collaboration product characteristics on brand awareness and purchase intention within the food and beverage (F&B) industry, with a special focus on Generation MZ's growing interest in such products. The methodology involves a comprehensive review of existing literature on character marketing, brand awareness, and consumer purchase intention, supplemented by case studies of successful character collaborations in the F&B sector. The findings reveal that character collaborations significantly impact brand awareness and purchase intentions, particularly among younger consumers like Generation MZ. These collaborations not only rekindle nostalgia but also introduce new and exciting consumer experiences, effectively attracting a wide demographic. The success of character-themed products, from Pokémon bread to Coca-Cola's League of Legends collaboration, underscores the strategy's effectiveness in boosting brand recognition and consumer engagement. The implications of this research are manifold for the F&B industry. Firstly, it highlights the importance of leveraging popular characters to forge emotional connections with consumers. Secondly, it suggests that product development should closely align with consumer preferences and market trends to maximize appeal. Lastly, it positions character collaboration as a strategic marketing tool that not only enhances product sales but also strengthens brand loyalty and facilitates sustained brand growth.
This study was conducted to obtain the information of varietal development using wild soybean through investigation of variation and heredity of major agronomic characters in $F_2$ generation of interspecific cross between Glycine max and G. soja. In segregating populations of two crosses, all characters observed except 100-seed weight showed transgressive segregation. Days to flowering showed normal distribution; mean days to flowering in $F_1$, and $F_2$ was approximately mean of parent. Mean of $F_1$ for 100-seed weight was 6.2g and 5.7g for Eunhakong/KLG10084 and Sohaegnamulkong/KLG10084, respectively, which were somewhat skewed distribution to small seeded parents. Mean seed yield of $F_2$ was about mean of two parents. Degree of vine was 6.4 and 5.7 in $F_1$ for two crosses but it was 6.0 in $F_2$ for Eonbakong/KLG10084, which revealed the degree of vine as partial dominance while 4.6 for Sobaegnamulkong/KLG10084, somewhat different results from the previous cross. Broad-sense heritability($h^2B$) for plant height, days to flowering, pods per plant, seed yield, and degree of vine was comparatively high and narrow-sense heritability($h^2B$) for 100-seed weight which is the moot important character in the development of small seed-size sprout soybean was 52.3% and 65.6% for Eunhakong/KLG10084 and Sohaegnamulkong/KLG10084, respectively, which indicated that selection for the character in early generation was possible.
1/f fluctuation characteristics can be seen in various natural phenomena, such as breezes, streams, candle flames and the luminous patterns of fireflies. It is said that the 1/f fluctuation are comfortable for human beings. And they are introduced into many industrial products, such as an air conditioner, music, lighting, etc. This study focused on verifying the effects of 1/f fluctuation sound on comfort sensibility. Stimulus were divided into three groups(Group 1, 2, 3) by sound generation methodology. Fluctuation patterns of group 1, 2 were given by three types of fluctuation, 1/f0, 1/f1, 1/f2, and its of group 3 were given by two types of pure tone, 1/f1. In order to verify the effects, we measured the physiological responses of the subjects such as EEG(Electroencephalogram), ERP(Event-Related Potential), and these physiological responses were compared with subjective assessments, free answers. Consequently, we found that factor which had an effect on comfort sensibility was cognitive factor(for stimulus) rather than 1/f fluctuation sound pattern.
