This research explores the change of smoking cessation motivation, maintenance(6months) from the heavy smokers who have experienced residential treatment. Data was collected by the questionnaires about participates motivation from 1st August 2015 to 31st December 2018. Total participates were 1317 that 1248 males (94.8%) and 69 females (31.3%). The most of participants answered their period of smoking was 31-40years as 31.3% (413p) of total participants. Motivation improved after residential treatment, and the 6-month success group had overall cessation of smoking cessation (F=6.52, p=.011), In the subcategories, pre-contemplation(F=5.12, p=.024), contemplation(F=.90, p= .341), preparation-level1(F=5.79, p=.016) and preparation-level2(F=1.33, p=.249) were statistically significant. Thus, this research investigates that the residential program for smoking cessation actually works to the heavy smokers to increased their motivation and that the 6-month success group had stronger.

The six lumbrokinase fractions (F1 to F6) with fibrinolytic activities were purified from earthworm Lumbricus rubellus lysates using the procedures of autolysis, ammonium sulfate fractionation, and column chromatography. The proteolytic activities on the casein substrate of the six iso-enzymes ranged from 11.3 to 167.5 unit/mg with the rank activity orders of F2 > F1 > F5 > F6 > F3 > F4. The fibrinolytic activities of the six fractions on the fibrin plates ranged from 20.8 to 207.2 unit/mg with rank orders of F6 > F2 > F5 > F3 > F1 > F4. The molecular weights of each iso-enzyme, as estimated by SDS-PAGE, were 24.6 (F1), 26.8 (F2), 28.2 (F3), 25.4 (F4), 33.1 (F5), and 33.0 kDa (F6), respectively. The plasminogen was activated into plasmin by the enzymes. The optimal temperature of the six iso-enzymes was $50^{\circ}C$, and the optimal pH ranged from pH 4-12. The four iso-enzymes (F1-F4) were completely inhibited by PMSF. The two enzymes (F5 and F6) were completely inhibited by aprotinin, TLCK, TPCK, SBTI, LBTI, and leupeptin. The N-terminal amino acid (aa) sequences of the first 20 to 22 residues of each fraction had high homology. All six isoenzymes had identical aa residues 2-3 and 13-15. The N-terminal 21-22 aa sequences of the F2, F3, and F4 isoenzymes were almost the same. The N-terminal aa sequences of F5 and F6 were identical.

The dried unnipe fruits of Rubus sp. (Rubi Fructus, Bogabunja) have yielded $\beta$-sitosterol glucoside and four urs 12 en-28-oic acid derivatives, three of which were as their glucosiders. They were identified as 23-hydroxytomentic acid, rosamultin, niga-ichigosides $F_1\;and\;F_2$ on the basis of spectral data.

In the excitation spectra of $YNbO_4$ : $Eu^{3+}$, the charge transfer (CT) band around 270 nm due to $[NbO_4]^{3-}$$-Eu^{3+}$ interaction and sharp excitation peaks by f-f transition of $Eu^{3+}$ strongly appeared simultaneously. CT band depended on the structural properties of powders, showing the red-shift with increasing the crystallinity, while the f-f transition peaks were independent of the crystallinity. For $YNb_{1-x}Ta_xO_4$ : $Eu^{3+}$ (x = 0.05.0.2), $[TaO_4]^{3-}$. configuration was locally constructed, leading to the blue-shift in CT band and the decrease in the red emission intensity with increasing the Ta content.

Compact quadruple inverted-f antenna(QIFA) with circular polarization for GPS receiver is proposed. Radiation efficiency is decreased when 4-port antenna is smaller. A new matching method is proposed by considering both a return loss at one port and mutual coupling between ports to increase radiation efficiency. Experimental results show that the proposed QIFA has a 3-dB beamwidth of more than 120 degrees and a front-to-back ratio of more than 15 dB. Also, the QIFA has the peak gain of -2.5 dBic and the axial ratio under 0.5 dB.

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of total neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and forage-derived NDF (fNDF) on nutrient intake and milk production in Holstein dairy cows. Thirty-six Holstein dairy cows at weeks 4 to 20 of lactation were included in this study. The cows were arranged in a randomized complete block design and assigned to one of six diets: 1) 38% NDF with 18% fNDF (HN-HF); 2) 38% NDF with 15% fNDF (HN-MF); 3) 38% with 12% fNDF (HN-LF); 4) 34% NDF with 18% fNDF (LN-HF); 5) 34% NDF with 15% fNDF (LN-MF); and 6) 34% with 12% fNDF (LN-LF). The cows were fed a total mixed ration twice daily (07:00 and 18:00 h) and given ad libitum access to feed and water throughout the experiment. Data on the intake of nutrients (DM, NEl, CP, NDF, fNDF, NFC), milk yield, composition, fat-corrected milk (FCM), fat and protein corrected milk (FPCM), and energy corrected milk (ECM) were analyzed. Lower dietary concentrations of total NDF or fNDF resulted in an increase in DM, NEl, and NFC intake (p<0.01), milk yield (p<0.05) and a lower milk fat concentration (p<0.01). The LN treatment showed no significant differences in milk fat concentration compared to the HN however, further reduction in fNDF decreased milk fat content (p<0.01). The lowest level of milk fat was observed in the LN-LF diet group. Changes in the dietary concentrations of NDF or fNDF did not affect the concentrations of milk protein or SNF (solid not fat), although the yield of milk protein and SNF increased with higher milk yield (p<0.01). The level of fNDF influenced the level of FCM (p=0.07), as well as FPCM and ECM yield (p<0.05). A highly positive correlation between fNDF intake and milk fat concentration was observed in animals with low NDF compared to those offered high NDF. A strong correlation was also observed between milk yield and low NDF intake compared to high NDF intake.

In this paper, Current-Mode Class-D(CMCD) RF Power Amplifier(PA) is designed and implemented at 900 MHz. Conventional CMCD PA has output parallel resonator to reconstruct a fundamental frequency component of the output signal. However the resonator can be removed by connecting inverse class-F PAs because even-harmonic components can be removed by CMCD PA's push-pull structure. Using load-pull, inverse class-F PA with GaN transistors is designed, and CMCD PA with the inverse class-F PA is implemented. The CMCD PA has 64.5 % drain efficiency, 34.2 dBm output power. Comparing with the drain efficiency of a CMCD PA with parallel resonator, the CMCD with the inverse class-F technology has 13.6 % improved drain efficiency.

In order to establish the standard conditions for thermal sterilization of foods, a microcomputer based $F_o-value$ measuring system was developed upon the basis of the time-temperature profile in food. $F_o-value$ was calculated simultaneously from the time-temperature profile, and described as integrated lethality during the whole sterilization process. The accuracy of system was evaluated by the analysis of thermal diffusivity of the model solid food, Alaska pollack surimi. The $F_o-value$ could be measured precisely under the different sterilizing conditions as the varied time and temperature. The practical thermal diffusivities from various sterilizing conditions agreed well to the values predicted by some experimental equations suggested in the literatures. The differences were within the range of $\pm12\%$.

In [8], we introduce the relative root Nielsen number N(f;X, A, c) for maps of pairs of spaces $f : (X, A) \to (Y, B)$. From it, we obtain some immediate consequences of the definition and illustrate it by some examples. We consider the question whether there exists a map $g : (X, A) \to (Y, B)$ homotopic to a given map $f : (X, A) \to (Y, B)$ which has precisely N(f;X, A, c) roots, that is, the minimum theorem for N(f;X, A, c).

Assume $H_i : R_+ \times R_+ \to R_+ (i = 1, 2)$ are monotonically increasing (in both variables), homogeneous mapping for which $H_1(tu, tv) = t^p(H_1(u, v) (p > 0)$ and $H_2(u, v)^{t^q} (q \leq 1)$ hold for $t, u, v \geq 0$. Using an idea from the paper of Baker, Lawrence and Zorzitto [2], the superstability problems of the functional inequalities $\Vert f(x+y) - f(x)f(y) \Vert \leq H_i (\Vert x \Vert, \Vert y \Vert)$ shall be investigated.
