청송 청운리 마을구조와 민가특성 연구 (A Study on the Organization of the Village and the Characteristics of Folk Houses on Cheongunri in Cheong-Song)

  • This study is conducted to investigate the organization of Cheongunri in Cheong-song, as well as the characteristics of folk houses. In this study, 82 folk houses, including the villages, are surveyed; among them, 15 houses are intensively analyzed in terms of the structure of plane and the arrangement of space. The focus of study is on discovering an internal order system of villages and tracing a relationship between the characteristics of houses and the environmental factors. According to the results of the study, an Intrinsic order in Cheongunri is found to be related to the mountain axis, the road system, and the flow axis; and the form of folk houses is also found to be influenced by this order. The major characteristics of folk houses can be summarized as follows: (1) Most of the houses face east along the mountain axis, whereas houses influenced by the flow axis tend to face south. (2) The side of houses tend to be open to the outside, showing external directionality. This characteristic seems to be closely related to the direction of the main gate in a house site. (3) The layout of the main quarters and the annex quarters is found to be related to the direction of the main gate in a house site. Especially, the characteristics of courtyard are found to be affected by the annex quarters. From the above results, it can be concluded that villages have an intrinsic order depending on the geographic characteristics of a surrounding natural environment, and folk houses have also changed accordingly.

점탄성-복합재 박판 블레이드 구조물의 진동 해석 (Dynamic Analysis of Viscoelastic Composite Thin-Walled Blade Structures)

  • This paper concerns the analytical modeling and dynamic analysis of advanced cantilevered blade structure implemented by a dual approach based on structural tailoring and viscoelastic materials technology. Whereas structural tailoring uses the directionality properties of advanced composite materials, the passive materials technology exploits the damping capabilities of viscoelastic material(VEM) embedded into the host structure. The structure is modeled as a composite thin-walled beam incorporating a number of nonclassical features such as transverse shear, secondary warping, anisotropy of constituent materials, and rotary inertias. The case of VEM spreaded over the entire span of the structure is considered. The displayed numerical results provide a comprehensive picture of the synergisitic implications of the application of both techniques, namely, the tailoring and damping technology on vibration response of thin-walled beam structure exposed to external time-dependent excitations.

  • This paper addresses the analytical modeling and dynamic response of the advanced composite rotating blade modeled as thin-walled beams and incorporating viscoelastic material. The blade model incorporates non-classical features such as anisotropy, transverse shear, rotary inertia and includes the centrifugal and coriolis force fields. The dual technology including structural tailoring and passive damping technology is implemented in order to enhance the vibrational characteristics of the blade. Whereas structural tailoring methodology uses the directionality properties of advanced composite materials, the passive material technology exploits the damping capabilities of viscoelastic material (VEM) embedded into the host structure. The VEM layer damping treatment is modeled by using the Golla-Hughes-McTavish (GHM) method, which is employed to account for the frequency-dependent characteristics of the VEM. The case of VEM spread over the entire span of the structure is considered. 유아 교실 내 다문화교육 수행에 대한 교사 인식 및 실제 (Teachers' Perceptions and Practices in the Early Childhood Classroom The Implementation of Multicultural Education)

  • The purpose of this study is to discuss current problems and the directionality of multicultural education by examining the perceptions of teachers regarding the implementation of multicultural education and the actual practice of it within early childhood classroom. The study participants included a total of 7 teachers and 41 young children (3 children from multicultural families). Data were gathered by in-depth interviews with 7 teachers and non-participant observations in two classrooms. The results of our examination of teachers' perceptions of multicultural education were as follows. It is addressed only when there are children from multicultural families present in the classroom. Furthermore, it is only addressed in terms of specific life themes, and it requires external supporting instruction and resources because it is difficult to implement multicultural education by most teachers. The current practice of multicultural education is being addressed through an assimilative approach. It was also clear that teachers respond ambivalently to the issue of cultural particularity in children from multicultural families and use an individualized educational approach situated within the cultural deficit model. etc. Based on these results, the implications and limitations were also discussed.

Social Business 참여에 영향을 주는 내.외재적 특성과 심리적 계약의 조절효과에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of Internal and External Characteristics on the Social Business Participation and the Moderating Effects of Psychological Contract)

  • Following the growth of e-Business, there has been a recent increase of interest in promoting Social Business (s-Business) based on Social Network Service(SNS). As the introduction of the Internet brought about the increasing number of its users followed by the growing market of e-Commerce, online games, and e-Learning, the increasing number of SNS users has opened the new markets combining the existing industrial fields with SNS, and it developed into a revenue model beyond the mere sharing of information. Despite such industrial and social environments, understanding of new social business technology from the aspect of business has been insufficient, and the empirical study on participation in the social business has been scant as well. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the s-Business in detail and to study the factors giving influence to the users' participation in s-Business. This study proposes six variables(Self-Empowerment, Job Relevance, Formation of Social Capital, Relative Advantage, Shared Value, Relationship Specified Investment) and the moderating effects of Psychological Contract as influential factors closely related with s-Business. A total of 362 data from a survey were analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). Result showed that all factors with the exception of Job Relevance have meaningful influence on the intention to participate in s-Business. The implication of the findings suggests to compliment limitations of the existing researches, and to prepare the theoretical foundation for promoting s-Business participation in addition to further suggesting directionality from the view point of the users of the social business-relevant studies.

『나띠야 샤스뜨라』의 현대적 활용에 대한 방향성 고찰 -표정연기술을 중심으로- (A Study on Directionality in Modern Utilization of 『Natya sastra』 -Focused on Facial Expression Acting Techniques-)

  • 본 연구자는 신체 표현 중심의 "나띠야 샤스뜨라" 연기술의 특성에 대해 살펴보고, 이를 현대 배우의 훈련방법으로 활용하는 방안에 대해 모색하고자 하였다. '기호로서의 신체 연기'는 "나띠야 샤스뜨라" 연기술의 주요한 특성으로써 배우가 행하는 각각의 표정, 제스처, 움직임은 특정한 의미를 지닌다. 따라서 그동안 "나띠야 샤스뜨라" 연기술에 관한 연구는 주로 비사실주의적인 표현 양식 혹은 신체 중심의 연기론 분야의 주요한 연구대상으로 다루어졌다. 반면 본문은 비사실주의 연극뿐만 아니라 사실주의 연극에서도 통용될 수 있는 배우훈련의 활용방안에 연구의 주안점을 두었다. 다마지오나 에크만 등의 심리학자에 따르면 정서와 결부된 표정 및 행위를 통해서도 내적 충동이 유발될 수 있다. 또한 배우의 내적 충동을 통한 연기뿐만 아니라 배우의 충실한 외적 정서 표현 역시 관객들의 정서를 촉발할 수 있다. 이러한 사례는 라사를 규정하고 신체적으로 표현하는 "나띠야 샤스뜨라" 연기술을 내적 진실을 고양하는 방법론으로 활용할 수 있다는 심리학적 근거가 될 수 있다. 따라서 "나띠야 샤스뜨라"를 활용한 배우훈련에 관한 연구는 내적 충동과 외적 표현을 통합적으로 지향하는 현대 연기론 연구에서 효과적인 하나의 접근방식으로 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

국악박물관 국악교육프로그램 활성화를 위한 고찰 (Investigation into the Gugak Educational Programs by Museum of Gugak for Invigoration Measures)

  • 본 연구는 국악박물관 및 국악 관련 특수박물관에서 운영 중인 국악교육프로그램을 대상으로 운영현황을 파악하고 국악박물관이 나아갈 방향성을 설정하고자하였다. 또한 이를 통하여 국악박물관에서 국악교육프로그램이 활성화되기 위한 방안은 무엇이 있는지를 고찰하였다. 전국에 등록된 박물관은 2016년도 기준 총 826개이며, 그 중에서 국악박물관 또는 국악 관련 특수박물관은 총 10개이다. 국악박물관 국악교육프로그램 분석결과 이용자의 교육에 대한 집중도 참여도 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 그러나 교육의 난이도 조정, 교육시간 배정 문제, 교육내용 개발필요성, 명확한 교육목적의 설정, 지역적 한계성 극복의 문제 등은 향후의 과제로 요구된다. 국악박물관의 특수한 상황을 고려하여 국악교육의 방향성을 네 가지로 제시하였다. 첫째, 국악박물관 국악교육은 이용자 중심이어야 한다. 둘째, 국악박물관 이용자들은 불특정 다수이므로 연령과 세대를 고려한 맞춤형 교육프로그램이 제공되어야한다. 셋째, 이용자의 경험과 학습정도는 매우 상이하므로 박물관 자료와 유물 중심의 획일적, 일방적, 단편적 교육이 아닌 창의성을 강화할 수 있는 입체적 교육이 필요하다. 넷째, 국악박물관의 특수한 환경은 일반인들의 심리적 거부감과 접근의지가 약화될 수 있으므로 일반적으로 널리 통용되는 인접학문의 내용을 포함한 융합교육이 요구된다. 국악교육의 네 가지 방향성을 중심으로 활성화 방안을 논의하였다. 첫째, 이용자 중심의 국악교육은 이용자 중심의 국악교육으로 급격한 전환보다 단계별 접근방안 요구된다. 둘째, 맞춤형 국악교육에는 국악교육 프로그램이 생애주기의 연속성 위에 기획되어야한다. 셋째, 입체형 국악교육은 체험 학습 놀이 관람 등 다양한 요소들이 국악교육프로그램에 복합적으로 반영되어있는 것을 의미하며, 오감을 이용한 경험제공과 활동위주의 교육내용이 반영된 선순환구조가 구축되어야 한다. 넷째, 융합형 국악교육은 국악교육프로그램의 특성을 이해하는 내적구조의 체계화와 외적환경이 성숙되었을 때 실현가능하다.
