The purpose of this paper is to establish a defect classification system for defects before inspection and to derive the pattern and characteristics of defects before inspection by examining about 3,110 defect items for 133 apartment buildings. The study analysis revealed a relatively high rate of defects before inspection that occurred in finishing work. Second, defects occurred such as cracking of external wall, which is a very important defect. However, defects before inspection were relatively rare on the external wall. Finally, defects before inspection occurred during waterproofing in the common area or garage. It is necessary to establish a reasonable basis or countermeasure to resolve differences between stakeholders as various issues may arise in the course of a dispute, as a result of identifying the details of defects within the top 20 of the defectives.

This study aims to clarify the impact of environmental issues on sustainable environmental management performance through the establishment of internal and external networks and environmental management activities. As a result of analyzing 163 final collected data of companies, social environmental issues did not have a significant effect on the internal sharing system, but they had a significant positive effect on both regulatory response and cooperation network establishment. In addition, the regulatory response to the environment has a significant effect on both the internal sharing system, cooperation network establishment, and environmental management activities. Lastly, environmental management activities have a significant impact on sustainable environmental management performance, indicating that environmental issues are leading to environmental management activities and performance by promoting sustainable growth of companies.

In recent bridge design, studies on application of external prestress have actively been conducted. When prestress is applied to steel structures, the limit value of elastic strain with large load increases with reduction of steels, this method is economic in cost. According to study by Brodka (1969), steel plate bridges with prestress has an effect on cost saving of about 15% compared with structures without prestress. For that reason, our country recently adopted this method in construction of temporary bridges and various engineering technologies have been developed which made stress correction, droop correction and long-span construction possible with relatively small cross sections. This study verifies the method of application of prestress in temporary steel structures, the influence of high-strength tendon arrangement and the effects of composite structures of steel plates and high-strength tendons based on existing method.

The purpose of this research is to provide basic data to find a solution for the problem related with job satisfaction, organizational attachment, and intention to change their occupations by job category. The collection was done by self-administered questionnaire conducted by 360 employees from Nursing Division, Medical-support Department, and General Affair for 20 days since August. 15 in 2008. According to the result, for Nursing Division, intention to change their career is still high due to opportunity of external employment although their job-satisfaction or the attachment to the job is high. For Medical-support Department, intention to change their career is low compared with work-satisfaction or the attachment to the job is high. However, there are still intentions to change due to opportunity of external employment and excessive quantity of duty. General affair has the lowest work-satisfaction and the highest attachment to the job. However, intention of change is the highest than the others because of their negative-mind.

Using a multi-sector dynamic stochastic general equilibrium model, we investigate the dynamic effects of a variety of shocks to a small open economy. In particular, we calibrate the model to match the main characteristics of business cycles in Korea and analyze the effects of external shocks: the terms of trade and world real interest rate shocks. Business cycles in Korea more closely follow those of the G7 countries rather than Asian countries. The simulation results suggest that an improvement in the terms of trade has positive impact on investment, output and consumption, while a decrease in the world interest rate has a significant and positive effect on investment. This paper concludes that external shocks significantly influence business cycle fluctuations in Korea.

This is a qualitative study to explore the experiences of convergence external appraisal of competency in core basic nursing skills in final year nursing students. Eight nursing students who experienced the evaluation were intentionally sampled. Data were analyzed using constant comparative and categorical content analysis after collecting data through focus group interview. The results of this study showed that nursing students sublimated mental stress such as burden and pressure of the evaluation into a positive experience that they skillfully improved their nursing skills through mind control and cooperation with peers. Therefore, this study enabled us to understand the experience of students receiving external appraisal. In addition, intervention studies to alleviate mental stress on convergence external appraisal are needed.

In order to improve this, Korean universities should reorganize their curriculum such as job system research and job - based program development according to the demand of industry in order to improve their working ability due to the decrease of the school - age population and the youth unemployment rate. In this study, first, conceptualization of friendly education and definition of industry - university cooperation and analysis of cases related to friendly - educational cooperation between industry and academia, second, analysis of fusion healing majors in Healing Bio - I want to conduct research. Konkuk University Healing Bioresource College conducted a survey based on demand such as experts and industry for the development of industry - academic cooperation - friendly curriculum. As a result of this process, I developed a curriculum development committee to study the internal and external environment through the literature survey, focus group interviews, and Delphi research. The purpose of this study is to develop competitiveness curriculum reflecting competitiveness of human resource development in Korea, to develop competitiveness curriculum that reflects customized opinions of societal demand, to organize systematic curriculum to have practical ability, to strengthen the employment link through development of curriculum in accordance with the direction of human resources development, We will make contribution to build the system of operation from the center to the consumer center, evaluation of the practical ability through the curriculum and the feedback system.

As the open innovation paradigm spreads, the ability to search for new external knowledge and combine it with the organization's existing knowledge has been cosidered to play an important role in improving business performance of a company. This study empirically analyzed the influence of such organizational variables as empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance of innovative technology SMEs focusing on the mediating effects of absorption capacity. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 15,227 INNOBIZ SMEs, and 326 usable questionnaires were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model. Statistical analyses showed that the direct influence of empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance was not found, but indirect effects of three organizational variables on business performance proved significant using absorption capacity as a mediating variable. This result also indicates that empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation are important antecedent variables of absorption capacity.

Research underlined that Small and Medium Enterprises' performance is enhanced by different types of innovation capabilities. This research tends to present a comprehensive model to explain the relationship between innovation capabilities and SMEs' financial and operational performance. Specifically, this study tends to achieve three objectives: explores the set of product, process, organizational and marketing innovation capabilities possessed by owners/managers of SMEs and their impact on Chinese manufacturing SMEs' operational and financial performance dimensions, identify the determinants of innovation capabilities, and determine the contextual factors that moderate innovation capabilities and SMEs' performance. This research employed a qualitative research method using in-depth interviews with eight owners/managers of Chinese manufacturing SMEs. Research findings revealed that product and marketing innovation capabilities have a significant impact on SMEs' financial performance while process and organizational innovation capabilities positively influence SMEs' operational performance. The major determinants of innovation capabilities involved availability of sufficient organizational resources, entrepreneurial orientation, knowledge development and external networks. The contextual moderating factors on the relationship between innovation capabilities and SMEs' performance involved internal factors which are: SME size, SMEs' owner/manager work experience, entrepreneurial mindset; and external factors: market dynamism and cooperation strategies. This paper ends by drawing some concluding remarks and proposing future research avenues.

A literature study was progressed for Introduction of the conception of oriental medical diagnosis and treatment and establishment of studious foundation of current and oriental medical cooperation for Beçet's disease to be known chronic and repetitional disease. In current medicine, valid medicine for Beçet's disease, from Beçet's, a turkish doctor, announced it the very first, was not made and objective diagnostic method not existed. Through clinical cases in oriental medical treatment, it was known that, except herbal medication, acupuncture, medicine of external application and beam-therapy were applied.
