This study aimed at identifying the effectiveness and preference orientation of an social integration policy for rural married immigrant women according to eight life areas. For this purpose was surveyed non-multicultural residents and multicultural couples. By analysis, frist, the assimilation orientation as an model of integration policy for the women was preferred most highly at the life language area by every respondent. The multiculturalism orientation was preferred most highly at the private area such as dietary-life culture. Second, ANOVA analysis showed that the positive effectiveness on the language policy are evaluated most highly by the respondent having assimilation preference orientation. And the positive effectiveness on dietary-life culture policy are evaluated most highly by the respondent having multiculturalism orientation. Third, positive effectiveness level of the policy estimated by the resident was lower than it of multicultural couple significantly. In conclusion, based on results of this study, it can be seen as on that point preference orientation of integration policy for the women, the domain specificity is present in the attitude of the multicultural couple and resident. Therefore it suspect that integration policy for the women should be considered differently according to life sphere.

Implementation of faster pairing calculation is the basis of efficient pairing-based cryptographic protocol implementation. Generally, pairing is a costly operation carried out over the extension field of degree $k{\geq}12$. But the twist property of the pairing friendly curve allows us to calculate pairing over the sub-field twisted curve, where the extension degree becomes k/d and twist degree d = 2, 3, 4, 6. The calculation cost is reduced substantially by twisting but it makes the discrete logarithm problem easier if the curve parameters are not carefully chosen. Therefore, this paper considers the most recent parameters setting presented by Barbulescu and Duquesne [1] for pairing-based cryptography; that are secure enough for 128-bit security level; to explicitly show the quartic twist (d = 4) and sextic twist (d = 6) mapping between the isomorphic rational point groups for KSS (Kachisa-Schaefer-Scott) curve of embedding degree k = 16 and k = 18, receptively. This paper also evaluates the performance enhancement of the obtained twisted mapping by comparing the elliptic curve scalar multiplications.

Korean agriculture and rural sector has undergone a wide range of reform after the Uruguay Round. Major policy measure is to put finances of huge budget from tax payers since 1994 in preparation of the Rural Development Strategy and Reform Program. Both in the total amount and individual size of the subsidy and loan for eligible farmers and farmers group are large and drastically enormous than any other programs in the past. The strategy adopted was a bottom-up approach, Particularly in selecting the project with local autonomy. However, it has been still criticized as the form of centralized control of budget and decsion. In terms of the program effectiveness too, it is doubtful to judge that Korean agriculture is in a road to getting the international competetiveness as targeted. Since the local autonomy was started in 1995, the political structure has been settling in a way to be more locally institutionalized. Rural development policy, as the key point of economic and industrial dimension of local autonomy, should be initiated and practiced in real term by the local government. This paper, in this concern, in reviewing the past rural development prolicy and programs, discussed the necessary issues relevant to legal bases of land uses in Korea. Further, the direction of increasing local automous power of local government was discussed in the senses of budgetary control and decision. The power and budget should be allocated more to the rural development plans of local government in order to fulfilize integrated rural spatial development in this new era of globalization.

The objective of this study was to investigate the developmental level of Rural Women Leaders Federation(RWLF) which is one of the major rural women`s association in Korea. The writers designed organization measurement tool based on the reviews on the related studies and gather data from 191 memberships of RWLF through the mail questionnaire and interviews. The major findings were as follows; First, the findings shows us this organization as transition period from identification stage to expanded growth stage in developmental stage of rural women's organizations. Second, this organization focus on share of members decision making and leadership style rather than organization`s vision, strategy or organization level. In other words, this organization focus on human relations aspect rather than internal aspect of organization system. Third, this organization has high level of social evaluation of the organization, even if it has low level of personal compensation or individua's social performance. In conclusion, as long-term view-point, it is needed to help them to promote their self-control of survival ability to improve organization's vision, strategy, differentiation for achieving organizational goals. And it also needed to prepare educational programs to increase Rural Women's leadership capability understanding of organizational characteristics and its operation abilities.

This study aims to examine the operating status of the Farmer's Health Center Project and the validity of its business using the benefit-cost analysis. As the pilot project of the Rural Development Adminstration from 1996, a total of 884 Farmer's Health Centers were established until 2004. Internal information of the RDA management unit was used for the analysis. A questionnaire with an interview was also performed with 70 over 468 Centers that had been established from 2001 to 2004. Results were as follows. 1) The Center was mainly used by elderly over 60 years, which took 71.4%. Winter was the most popular season for visiting. 2) Approximately 71% of the manager of the Center pointed out the deficiency of fuel cost as the most difficulty in operating the Center. 3) Users were moderately satisfied with facility and the effect of its use, which took 3.5 point over 5 scale. 4) For the cost-benefit analysis on the Centers, both 5% of social discount rate and 15 years of use term were assumed. Subsequently, the Net Present Value was 3,134 million won, which certified the validity of the business.

The operation planning of multi-AUV is considered as a very difficult task. This paper proposes the qualitative method about the operation plan of multi-agents. In order to achieve this goal, it applies an extension collision map method as a tool to avoide collision between multi AUVs. This tool has been developed for the purpose of collision forecasting and collision avoidance for the multi - agents system in a land where a control is much easier. This paper analyzes the avoidance value of maximum path of AUV in order to apply this to a water environment where a tidal, a wave and disturbances are common. And it suggests the method that the maximum path avoidance can be applied to the collision avoidance on the extension collision map. Finally, the result proves that multi AUVs effectively navigates to the goal point, avoiding the collision by the suggested method.

여러 제어기 중에서 PLC가 공장자동화 설계에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있으며, PLC 언어에 대한 연구도 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PLC를 사용한 공장자동화 설계에서 입력기기의 수가 증가되었을 때 입력을 확장하는 인코딩 모듈을 제안한다. 기본 베이스에 입력 유닛을 더 이상 장착할 수 없는 상태에서 입력 점수를 $2\~3$점 확장하고자 한다면, 증설 베이스와 파워서플라이, 증설케이블 및 출력 유닛을 별도로 장착하여야 한다. 그러면 비용이 상당히 추가되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 입력을 소량을 확장할 수 있는 입력 인코딩 모듈을 제안하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 그의 타당성을 확인하였다.

The knuckle crane mainly consists of six parts such as swing, main boom, outer boom, extension boom, hydraulic rotor and knuckle. And the hydraulic rotor is connected at the end of extension boom has rotor block, rotor body, rotor vane. In this study, we carried out kinematics analysis of the hydraulic rotor block curvature for a knuckle crane. Then, we showed the formula to establish the radius of a circumscribed circle to form the rotor block curvature. Third, we analyzed the stress at each point of the rotor block curvature according to the contact angle. From the result of this study, we designed the rotor block curvature with a proper contact angle for a knuckle crane to guarantee the stability of hydraulic rotor.

철도 곡선부는 열차 운행속도에 중요한 영향을 미친다. 이 곡선부에서 완화곡선 길이는 곡선구간의 선형 적합성을 평가하는데 주요 요인 중 하나가 되며, 이 값은 주행속도와 캔트값에 의해 결정 되어진다. 본 연구에서는 장항선을 대상으로 완화곡선 길이를 확보하기 위한 평가를 실시한 결과 곡선구간의 약 2/3이 연장에 필요한 구간으로 밝혀졌으며, 완화곡선 연장방법을 적용함에 있어 곡선중점의 변경은 없고 곡선반경을 변화시켜 연장하는 방법이 선로중심선에서의 최대 이동량 및 곡선반경 편차를 최소화시킬 수 있으며, 또한 전면적인 선형개량이 어려울 경우 선형 적합성 및 속도향상에 효과적일 것이다.

본 논문에서는 대역 확장 기법을 이용한 MP3 오디오 신호의 음질 향상 방법에 대해 살펴본다. Liu가 제안한 고주파 복원 기법을 근간으로 하여, 제안한 음질 향상 기법에서는 복원 시작 지점을 결정하는 방법과 개선된 선형 예측 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 고주파 대역 성분 생성에 저주파 성분을 복사해 이용하는 방법과 함께 AWGN을 이용하는 방법을 제시한다. 제안한 방법은 주관적 음질 평가를 통하여 MP3 오디오의 품질을 개선시킬 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
