디지털 화상관련법 및 균열선단열림각도를 이용한 입자강화 복합재료의 균열저항거동 (Crack Resistance Behavior Using Digital Image Correlation and Crack Tip Opening Angle on Particulate Reinforced Composite)

  • 본 연구는 점탄성을 가진 HTPB 입자강화 복합재료의 균열저항에 대하여 쐐기분열시험 및 균열선단열림각도를 이용하여 평가하였다. 일반적으로 균열진전 함수로서 균열선단열림각도는 파괴저항을 결정하기 위해 사용되며, 수치적으로 일정한 값을 가진다. 디지털 화상관련법은 임계 균열선단열림각도를 도출하기 위하여 균열선단열림변위 및 균열진전길이를 측정하기 위해 사용되었다. 본 연구의 시험 결과에서 입자강화 복합재료의 임계 균열선단열림각도는 균열초기 진전 후 일정한 값을 가진다. 임계 균열선단열림각도는 $50^{\circ}C$에서 $-40^{\circ}C$로 온도의 감소에 따라 증가한다. 이러한 임계 균열선단열림각도는 입자강화 복합재료의 파괴역학 파라미터로 사용될 수 있다.

정상 성인에 대한 정량적 무릎힘줄반사 검사의 측정자간 신뢰도 (Inter-Rater Reliability of Quantitative Knee Tendon Reflex Test for Healthy Subjects)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate inter-rater reliability of the amplitude and first knee extension angles in deep tendon reflex test by using an electrical hammer. Twenty-five healthy adults participated in the study. Compound muscle action potential is elicited by tapping the knee tendon with an electrical hammer in deep tendon reflex tests. The amplitude and knee extension angle were simultaneously measured. The mean value of the amplitude and the knee extension angles through three time trials for each tester, are used for determining the inter-rater and Intra-class Correlation Coefficients (ICCs) reliabilities. According to the results, the ICCs of the amplitude is .280 and that of the knee extension angle is .789. Pearson correlation coefficients of the amplitude of the action potential and the knee extension angles are .685, showing significant statistically moderate correlation. Inter-rater reliability in the amplitude was not significant. More objective and quantitative deep tendon reflex tests should be done to obtain higher reliability in further studies.

Biomechanical Changes of the Lumbar Segment after Total Disc Replacement : Charite$^{(R)}$, Prodisc$^{(R)}$ and Maverick$^{(R)}$ Using Finite Element Model Study

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the biomechanical effects of three different constrained types of an artificial disc on the implanted and adjacent segments in the lumbar spine using a finite element model (FEM). Methods : The created intact model was validated by comparing the flexion-extension response without pre-load with the corresponding results obtained from the published experimental studies. The validated intact lumbar model was tested after implantation of three artificial discs at L4-5. Each implanted model was subjected to a combination of 400 N follower load and 5 Nm of flexion/extension moments. ABAQUS$^{TM}$ version 6.5 (ABAQUS Inc., Providence, RI, USA) and FEMAP version 8.20 (Electronic Data Systems Corp., Plano, TX, USA) were used for meshing and analysis of geometry of the intact and implanted models. Results : Under the flexion load, the intersegmental rotation angles of all the implanted models were similar to that of the intact model, but under the extension load, the values were greater than that of the intact model. The facet contact loads of three implanted models were greater than the loads observed with the intact model. Conclusion : Under the flexion load, three types of the implanted model at the L4-5 level showed the intersegmental rotation angle similar to the one measured with the intact model. Under the extension load, all of the artificial disc implanted models demonstrated an increased extension rotational angle at the operated level (L4-5), resulting in an increase under the facet contact load when compared with the adjacent segments. The increased facet load may lead to facet degeneration.

Bluff Body 후류에 형성되는 확산화염의 보염특성에 관한 연구 (A study on the stabilization characteristics of the diffusion flame formed behind a bluff body)

  • The stability of diffusion flame formed behind a bluff body with fuel injection slits was experimentally investigated in various fuel injection angles, fuel injection ratios, grids and extension ducts. The flame stability limits, temperature distributions and length of recirculation zones, direct photographs of flames were measured in order to discuss the stabilization mechanism of the diffusion flame. The results from this study are as follows. The fuel injection angle is an important factor in determining the flame stability. Stability limits can be improved by variety of the fuel injection ratio. When the grid and extension duct are set, stability characteristics are varied with the blockage ratios, grid intervals, and grid numbers. The recirculation zone not only serves as a steady ignition source of combustion stream but also governs the stabilization mechanism.

  • This paper aims to observe the micro-mechanical behaviour of tow geometry during deformation of dry woven carbon-fiber fabric. With the increment of shear angle fabric experiences 'lock-up'phenomenon. In this paper, deformation of micro-mechanical parameters such as tow interval, change in tow amplitude and wavelength are investigated. To observe the micro-deformation of the fabric structure, appropriate specimens from bias extension and biaxial tests are sectioned and observed under the microscope. It was found that different loading conditions cause geometric deferences in the tow architecture.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 탄소섬유 건직물의 토우 구조의 미소 거동과 변형 중의 평면 하중과의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 평면 하중은 변형 중에 토우들을 재배치하며, 결국에는 잠김 현상을 유발하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 토우 간격, 주름각등의 미소 변형 변수들을 관찰하기 위해 일방향 편향 인장실험과 이축 인장실험을 겪은 시편들을 전단각에 따라 분류하여 현미경을 이용하여 변형 경향을 관찰하였다. 전단각에 따른 변형된 토우 구조의 변화를 간단한 설계 변수 모델을 이용하여 근사하였다.

  • 듀얼 벨 노즐은 고도 보정 노즐의 일종으로 일반적인 벨 노즐의 탈설계점에서의 비추력 손실을 최소화할 수 있는 노즐이다. 본 논문에서는 팽창비가 고정된 듀얼 벨 노즐의 천이특성을 파악하기 위하여 전산수치해석을 수행하였다. 주요 설계변수로는 확장부 길이와 변곡각 크기를 선정하였다. 확장부 길이가 증가할수록 천이고도 및 천이지속시간은 증가하였고, 추력계수 감소폭은 감소하였다. 변곡각 크기가 증가할수록 천이고도 및 천이지속시간은 감소하였고, 추력계수 감소폭은 증가하였다.

유도 양팔업어치기 패턴에 따른 공격팔 기울이기 동작의 운동학적 분석 (A kinematic analysis of the attacking-arm-kuzushi motion as to pattern of morote-seoinage in judo)

  • The purpose of this investigation was to analyze A kinematic analysis of the Kuzushi-arm motion when performing Morote-Seoinage in judo who was 5 females university representative judokas of light weight category in judo, and filmed on video cameras(60field/s). The data of this study digitizied by KWON3D 2.1 program computed the average and standard deviation calculated individual 5 trials with Programing Lab view 6i. From the data analysis & discussion, the following conclusions were drawn : 1) distance variable of attacking hand arm in kuzushi motion Left right(X direction) displacement variable was all of A, B, C pattern with moving left to right and leaning. Strip of displacement variable was ordo. to C(55.6cm), A(53.3cm), B(43.9cm) pattern, C pattern largely leaned to left Front Rear(Y direction) displacement variable was different A($131.3cm{\pm}3.1cm$), B($128.7{\pm}4.0cm$) and C(111.0cm) on ready position, 3 pattern leaned to rear direction. Strip of displacement was order to B(43.4cm), A(41.1cm) and C pattern(28.3cm). Up down(Z direction) displacement variable was all of A, B, C pattern leaned to up in the Kuzushi-phase and leaned to down in the Kake-phase. Strip of displacement was order to A(83.9cm), B(80.4cm), C pattern(71.9cm). 2) Shoulder joint angle variable Flexion and extension Ready position' angle was A($138.3{\pm}4.9^{\circ}$), B($142.9{\pm}3.7^{\circ}$) and C($164.5^{\circ}$) pattern, strip of flexion extension was order to C($80.9^{\circ}$), A($79.9^{\circ}$) and B($39.0^{\circ}$) pattern, greatly C pattern had largely angle change. Adduction and abduction : B and C pattern's angle change were adduction and abduction in the Kuzushi-phase after adduction in the Kake phase, A pattern's angle change was abduction in the Kuzushi-phase after adduction in the Kake phase. internal and external rotation : 3 pattern were internal rotation in the Tsukuri phase and external rotation in the Kake phase. After B and C pattern were external rotation and A pattern was internal rotation. 3) Elbow joint angle variable Flexion and extension 3 pattern's ready position angle were A($142.0{\pm}4.4^{\circ}$), B($123.5{\pm}5.5^{\circ}$) and C($105.5^{\circ}$) and flexion. Strip of flexion extension were order to A($57.9^{\circ}$), C($34.6^{\circ}$) and B($25.2^{\circ}$) pattern.

여자 배구 선수들의 스파이크 도약 시 무릎보호대가 전방십자인대 부상위험 요인에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Knee Brace on the Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury Risk Factors during Spike Take Off in Female Volleyball Players)

  • In volleyball, the most common injuries are anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tears. For this reason, volleyball players frequently use knee brace as prophylactic and rehabilitation measures. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of knee brace on anterior cruciate ligament injuries risk factors during spike take off in female volleyball players. Fifteen female volleyball players were recruited and performed randomly spike take off with and without knee brace. Kinematics and ground reaction data were collected to estimate the anterior cruciate ligament injuries risk factors. The ACL risk factors are knee maximum flexion angle, thigh maximum adduction angle, thigh maximum internal rotation angle, shank maximum abduction angle, shank maximum external rotation angle, knee maximum extension moment and knee maximum abduction moment. Data were analyzed with paired samples t-test with Bonfferoni collection. Female volleyball players with knee brace had no significant results in knee maximum flexion angle, thigh maximum adduction angle, thigh maximum internal rotation angle, shank maximum abduction angle and shank maximum external rotation angle compare to without knee brace. Female volleyball players, however, with knee brace showed more reduced knee maximum extension moment and knee maximal abduction moment than without knee brace. In conclusion, Female volleyball players with knee brace reduced anterior cruciate ligament stress.

축구 인스텝 킥의 하지관절 움직임과 해부학적 각운동 분석 (Analysis of the Movement and Anatomical Angular Motion of the Joints of the Lower Extremities in Soccer Instep Kick)

  • 본 연구는 축구 인스텝 킥에서 지지 다리의 후족각과 차는 다리의 해부학적 회전 운동의 자료들을 분석해서 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 발목 관절에서의 외반각은 지지발의 접지 이전에 최대 피크에 도달했으며, 저측 굴곡은 그룹 간 최대 피크의 타이밍에서 약간의 차이가 나타났다. 지지발의 접지 시 후족의 굴곡각은 그룹 간 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 났으며, 지지발의 접지 시 하퇴의 운동은 그룹 간 유의한 차이가 없었다. 접지 이전에 이미 하퇴를 후방으로 많이 기울였으며, 임팩트 순간 하퇴의 좌우 기울기는 22도였다. 차는 다리 고관절의 굴곡/신전은 지지발의 접지 시 최대 피크에 이르렀으며, 이 순간 고관절의 최대 신전각은 30도 이상으로 나타났다. 차는 다리 무릎 관절의 굴곡각은 접지와 임팩트의 사이에 최대로 굽혔으며, 족관절의 최대 저측 굴곡각과 최대 외번각은 그룹 간 유의한 차이는 나지 않은 반면, 최대 외측 회전각은 유의한 차이가 났다.
