This study examines the structural relationships between service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions in responsible tourism. In particular, the study focuses on moderating effects of age. Data were collected from 471 tourists from seven responsible tourism agencies. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for frequency, reliability, exploratory factor, confirmatory factor, and path analyses. The results of a exploratory factor analysis yield two dimensions of service quality (functional quality and technical quality). The results of structural equation modeling indicate that functional quality and technical quality had positive effects on satisfaction, which in turn had a positive effect on behavioral intentions. In addition, age moderated the relationships between service quality, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions such that functional quality had a positive effect on satisfaction in the group of tourists in their twenties and thirties and that functional quality and technical quality were important factors for tourists in their forties. The results are expected to help responsible tourism communities better manage service quality to increase tourist satisfaction.

This study aimed to develop and validate a scale which could be used to evaluate mathematical interactions of parents with their young children. The subjects comprised 408 mothers of 4-6-year-old children. Means, standard deviation, $x^2$, Cramer's V, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlations, and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ were calculated. First, 49 items were developed through a review of relevant research, parent interviews, confirmation of item adequacy and content validity. These items were then edited down to a final list of 24 items representing 4 factors identified by exploratory factor analysis. Second, this 24-item. 4-factor scale was shown to have adequate construct validity, norm validity, and reliability by confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$. In conclusion, the final mathematical interaction scale for young children's parents was composed of 24 items with 4 factors: "interaction regarding numbers and operations, measurements, and patterns", "interaction regarding data collection and result presentation", "interaction with picture books", and "interaction regarding shapes and figures"

The purpose of the study was to explore effective satisfaction factors for continuous partnerships between fashion companies and artists. A questionnaire was developed by the researchers and results were collected from a total of 273 people who were working for a fashion company or working as an artist. Data was analyzed by the use of a frequency test, a reliability test, an exploratory factor analysis and a structure equation model analysis using AMOS 18.0. The results of the study were as follow. First, profitability and adequacy had significant effects, but awareness had no effect on confidence concerning the partnership. Second, awareness and profitability showed significant effects, but adequacy showed no effect on the flow among those in the partnership. Third, confidence had a significant effect on flow. Fourth, among the partnership factors, confidence and flow had significant effects on partnership satisfaction. Fifth, flow showed a significant effect on the intent for a continuous partnership, but confidence showed no effect.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to analyzes the RPA fitting processes by the casese of manufacturing SMEs(Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) in an exploraty approach. Based on the findings on the RPA fitting processes, we intend to provide a cornerstone for developing a general-purpose RPA introduction model in the future. Design/methodology/approach In this study, empirical cases of RPA fitting processes were analyzed based on interviews with project managers of specialized IT suppliers in charge of RPA development and managers of IT departments of manufacturing SMEs that actually introduced RPA. In order to explore various RPA fitting process in the manufacturing value chain, a total of 7 manufacturing SMEs were interviewed, ranging from companies using a legacy system to companies without a legacy system. Over the primary and secondary activity processes, the details of RPA processes were analyzed in the steps of 'Frequency Identification, Input Processing, Source Identification, Inquiry and Processing, Information Registration, Result Reporting'. Findings From the analysis, we derived some exploratory results that the processes over 0.25 FTE and related with many suppliers and clients are fitting for RPA introduction in manufacturing SMEs Our results will provide basic data for the development of the future general-purpose RPA introduction model for manufacturing SMEs, providing practical reference for RPA introduction.

Today, customer satisfaction is the most important issue for Vietnamese banks. There are numerous factors that influence bank customers' satisfaction. The study investigates the factors that influence customer satisfaction with deposit services at the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) in Bac Giang province, Vietnam, and analyses the impact of each component. The authors used 5-point Likert scales to assess whether elements were related to the factors determining consumer satisfaction with Agribank's deposit service. To perform this study, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and multiple regression were used to find factors determining customer satisfaction with Agribank services. Customers that use deposit services at Agribank in Bac Giang province, Vietnam, provided samples of 300 survey questionnaires for this study. SPSS software is used to examine the data. Customers' satisfaction with Agribank's deposit service is influenced by six factors, including reliability, responsiveness, service capabilities, empathy, tangible means, and service price, according to the study. This finding also offers some recommendations for improving service quality in local Vietnamese banks to gain a competitive advantage.

As an exploratory inquiry prior to developing a measure to assess Korean families with adolescents' family resilience, this study examined the construct validity of the family resilience measures that were developed in the U. S. Iowa Youth and Families Project(Conger & Elder, 1994): emotional support between spouses, problem solving style between spouses, and parenting behavior. The participants were 277 pairs of middle aged, middle class husbands and wives (554 individuals) who were the parents of first graders in middle schools in the metropolitan areas around Seoul. The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis supported the construct validity, indicating that emotional support, problem solving style, and parenting behavior may be used as measures to assess Korean family resilience. However, further tests of convergent validity using various assessment methods and analytical procedures are needed to ensure the construct validity of family resilience measures.

This exploratory study is to analyze the status of star menus and suggest the development strategy of star menus in the western restaurants of the tourism hotels in Seoul. The data was collected from the chefs who have been working over 15-years in tourism hotels in Seoul by judgement sampling. The questionnaire was composed of Miller and Pavesic's 'Fifty tips for a successful menu' and Khan's 'The evaluation of menu item development', The 30-menu items were selected from the 1st survey on the menu items that were high in both popularity and contribution margin by menu engineering method. The selected menu items were analyzed by 14 lists: simplicity, ready availability of ingredients, quality, flavor, presentation, preparation, service method, nutrition quality, preference, profitability, serving temperature, descriptive copy of menu and publicity. As a result of the study, appetizer category was recorded the highest score by 4.09. Smoked salmon, Tomato and mozzarella cheese, Cream of mushroom, Cream of asparagus, French onion soup, Grilled beef tenderloin, Grilled rib-eye steak, Roasted lamb rack, King prawn, Seafood spaghetti, Chef's salad, Caesar salad, Organic salad, Fruit plate, Italian tiramisu and Yogurt ice cream were recorded high score. The development strategy of star menu is belows : the menu writer must consider the productivity, effectiveness, popularity and profitability, the regular customers want varieties and creativity in the menu and the operators have to include the star menu items in the set menu.

본 연구는 지역문화자원을 활용한 낙후지역 개발 과정에서 고려해야 할 주요 사항들을 탐색적 수준에서 고찰하기 위해 진행되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 지역문화자원을 이용하여 개발된 낙후지역을 방문한 경험이 있는 사람과 방문한 경험이 전혀 없는 사람 간 심리적, 행동적 차이를 개괄적으로 분석하고, 도시재생 과정에 필요한 시사점을 도출하고자 하는 것에 있다. 분석 결과, 낙후지역 개발관광지 방문경험 여부에 따라 응답자의 방문동기, 낙후지역 관광지 개발에 필요한 사항에 대한 인식, 낙후지역 기반 문화콘텐츠 개발의 기대효과에 대한 인식, 소비행동에 있어서 차이가 있었다. 즉 과거 낙후지역이었지만 현재는 개발된 관광지를 방문한 경험이 있는 사람들이 방문경험이 없는 사람들보다 방문동기, 관광지 개발 시 필요사항, 지역문화콘텐츠 개발의 기대효과, 소비행동에 있어서 긍정적인 태도를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 관광개발이 이루어진 낙후지역에 사람들을 유입시키는 노력이 무엇보다 중요하다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 이처럼 본 탐색적 연구의 분석결과는 낙후지역이 도시재생의 한 형태인 관광지로 개발되는 방식에 있어서 다양한 시사점을 제시해줄 수 있다.

Information system(IS) development projects are mostly unique in terms of the characteristics of projects such as project requirements, customers, project members, and development environment. Therefore, it is very hara by nature, to manage the development process systematically. In addition the long-term enlarged scale projects with more complexity and specificity required have brought in much more risk factors than before. The paper recognized risk factors in IS development projects and measured the importance of those risk factors using the AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The results can be used in the risk management of IS development projects.
