In In the era of digital transition, AI-based personalized services are emerging in the field of education. This research aims to examine the development strategies for implementing AI-based learning services in school. Focusing on AI-based math learning service "Math Cell" developed by i-Scream Edu, this study surveyed the functional requirements from the perspective of an educator. The results were analyzed for importance and suitability using IPA, and expert opinions were surveyed to explore specific development directions for the service. Consequently, importance in all areas such as diagnosis, learning, evaluation, and management averaged 4.82 and performance averaged 4.56, showing excellent results in most questions, and in particular, importance was higher than performance. Among certain detailed functions, concept learning, customized task presentation, evaluation result analysis function, dashboard-related functions, and learning materials in the dashboard were not intuitive for students to understand and had to be supplemented. This study provides meaningful insights by summarizing expert opinions on AI-based personalized mathematics learning services, thereby contributing to the exploration of the development strategies for "Math Cell".

Richmedia Service means that interactive media service can provide view with various multimedia elements(such as Video, Audio, Text) at same time. Various Multimedia elements can be serviced by Scene Description technology standards like BIFS(Binary Format for Scenes) and LASeR(Light Application Scene Representation). By providing Scene Component information, richmedia service is available to various multimedia services. so users is available to personalized services fitting temporal and spatial options. In conventional technology, when the scene is changed by user or service, mobile deletes the scene of configuration information and makes new scene of configuration information. this is a very inefficient way. In this paper, Propoesed that by using DOM(Document Object Model) method, to pass only the dynamic configuration part, changes scene method.

This study looks at priorities in managing public hospitals by figuring out categories needed to examine the quality of each hospital. In order to analyze priorities and relative importance of valuation indicator in Seoul municipal hospitals, surveys were sent via e-mail to medical professionals who have participated in evaluation of municipal hospitals. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was conducted using the Expert Choice 11.5 program. The results show that 'providing public service' is considered to be the most important category for all kinds of public hospitals, followed by 'improving the quality of medical care', 'hospital management and governance', and 'efficient hospital management'. The importance of 'hospital management and governance' and 'efficient hospital management' is different depending on the types of hospitals, but the importance of 'providing public service' and 'improving the quality of care' remains the same regardless of the types of hospitals. Based on these results, the study comes to a conclusion that public hospitals should place high value on certain categories and their management purposes should differ depending on their specific fields and characteristics. This study will help furthering discussions on the identity and roles of public hospitals.

Background: The purpose of this study is to analyze the cost for the denture treatment in accordance with the government's plan to expand the National Health Insurance coverage for dental prothesis from July 1, 2012. Methods: We developed the draft of classification of the treatment activities based on the existing researches and expert's review and finalized the standard procedures through confirming by Korean Dental Association. We also made the list of input at each stage of treatments. We conducted survey of 100 dental clinics via post from April 4 to May 20 in 2011 and 37 clinics took part in the survey. The unit of cost calculation is the process from the first visit for denture treatment to setting of denture and adjustment. The manufacturing process performed by dental technician was not included in the cost analysis. Results: The process for the complete denture treatment was classified with 10 stages. The partial denture treatment was classified with 8 stages. The treatment time per each denture is about 5.6 hours for complete dentures and about 6.6 hours for partial dentures. The treatment cost were from 591,108 won to 643,913 won for complete denture and from 670,219 won to 738,840 won for partial denture in 2011, depending on the location, type of the clinics and the types of physician's income. Conclusion: This study shows the example of cost analysis for the treatment to set the fee schedule. Measures to get representative and accurate information need to be made.

This study aims to analyze what factors are associated with child care accreditation in Chungbuk province. This study examined three questions about which factors influence the accreditation of childcare centers: 1) if they passed the accreditation criteria, 2) the total score on the accreditation criteria, and 3) the domain scores for the six domains of environment, management, process, interaction and teaching, health and nutrition, and safety. The characteristics of 1,212 childcare centers, the independent variables, were commit management, type, specialized service, maximum capacity of children, registration ratio, target age groups of children, duration, and city size. The formal expert committee evaluated objective scores for 952 childcare centers. I derived the data for this study from the i-sarang Childcare Information Portal site (http://info.childcare. go.kr/). Frequency, descriptive statistics, binary logit model, and OLS model analysis were used to examine the accreditation and scores by factors of childcare centers. The findings of the present study are as follows. First, about 80% of the 1,212 childcare centers in Chungbuk province were accredited. Second, the accreditation of the child care center was affected by the specialized service, registration ratio, and duration. Finally, the total score of accredited childcare centers was associated with the maximum capacity of children, registration ratio, and duration. The factors of childcare centers influencing sub-area scores were different by environment, interaction and teaching, health and nutrition, and safety. The present study is important because it offers preliminary data identifying accreditation characteristics that can judge problems related to the quality of service of childcare centers and suggest childcare policy implications.

This study systematically analyzes job descriptions of hotel banquet service employees using DACUM. The expert group involved in the content analysis was comprised of 6 F&B managers working at deluxe level hotels. The period for this study was from May to June in 2010, and a group interview, an individual self fill-out together with a personal interview were carried out. Findings from the analysis were as follows; job duties for hotel banquet service employees extended to pre-task, on-task and post-task for each banquet function, safety management, guest encounter and self development. They included 49 specific job tasks which were divided into 5 different categories; 16 pre-task, 13 on-task, 10 post-task, 4 safety management and 6 guest encounter and self development It is suggested from the findings that advance training should be carried out for pre, on and post tasks.

Telemedicine is performed at a place far away from medical practice with physicians and patients by the means of communication appropriately. It will be identified in general the remote medical service to deliver the medical information and also defined as any action by interactive information communication technology. Medical services can be said to be fused as television, communication, computer, engineering of various technologies of information and communication applications. If doctors can not be reached due to distances away from the patient, Information technologies could be used to get medical information and to give expert advice provided by the system remotely. And it could be used patient care as well as medical administration, medical education, professional advice and consulting. In this paper, we take a look at the legal requirements of telemedicine for improving regulatory in the current law to investigate the matter.

The purpose of this study is to explore the development methods of private security services based on the problems that field experts in charge of event security are currently aware of. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, we conducted interviews with 4 professors in relevant fields and 6 field experts with more than 10 years experience and analyzed the data. They suggested the development of private security services as follows. First, education that is related to event security work is necessary. Second, training should be conducted in response to audience and audience complaints. Third, service-related training is required. Fourth, in the Security Law, the provisions of the collective complaints field should be adjusted to the reality. Fifth, improving poor working conditions. Sixth, it is necessary to educate to develop responsibility and sense of mission.

In this paper, we target to develop weather platform and services to use in smart devices which is in real-time mobility environment. The existing TPEG-based navigation service requires a dedicated terminal, DMB communication method, and service scalability, so there are limits. In this paper, we analyze, processing and storage the real-time weather information suitable for navigation on the end user's smart devices by weather information service platform has been developed that can provide a standardized. In addition, we develop weavigation services and API for the developer to develop weather services easily. And we introduce system for serving information of dangerous district forecast based on natural disaster dangerous district data.

The purpose of this study is to identify the needs of domestic and overseas tourists in the growing travel industry and platform industry and propose a customized matching platform service. A survey was conducted on a total of 106 people from domestic teenagers to 60s or more and case studies with domestic travel related and expert matching application. According to this survey, It was possible to identify the inconveniences and necessary needs during the trip. As the aging society is on the way, It propose a local guide matching platform service that can cover not only 20s and 30s but also 40s ~ 60s, which will be a competitive platform service in the age of 100 years. However, since this study have studied a somewhat comprehensive age range from 20 to 60 years or older, future studies will require intensive research on subjects aged 40 to 60 years or older.
