  • When load areas on a feeder are deenergized due to faults and scheduled outage, operators need to identify neighboring feeders, try to restore customers and minimize out-of-service areas. These cases include knowledge of system states and various constraints such as voltage drop. This paper concerns the load transfer in fault restoration and scheduled outage. Also, the operating constraints such as line current capacity, relay trip current, transformer capacity, voltage drop and line loss are considered. This expert system can propose the optimal load transfer method by analyzing the system state and considering the constraints.

  • The information protection security diagnosis institution was applied services since 2004, for the leveling up of public information protection and the establishment of the stability and reliability of information communication. And this security diagnosis was implemented actually on the 142 firms in 2005, the 160 firms in 2006 and the 205 firms in 2007. But this is recognized by the some firms as one of the unnecessary regulations. And there are some difficulties with collecting the subjective and reliable source data for establishing the information protection security diagnosis target. In this research, the enhanced model on the selection of information protection security diagnosis target firms was suggested by the interview with some expert and the analysis for the related actual data. By the model which are introduced from the statistical analysis of the related data and the summary of some expert's suggestions, information protection security diagnosis target can include the information telecommunication service providers taking 5 billion won as sales in a year, and web service providers like as shopping mall site, with the personal records of 2 million subscribers.

  • This paper proposes an expert system with improved heuristics in order to enhence convergence rate to the optimal solution when an emergence problem occurrs in the automated large scale distribution system. These heurictics, which a re obtained from the line loss and load balancing change after a line section transferred, are newly adopted for the emergence problem.

Development of a knowledge-based medical expert system to infer supportive treatment suggestions for pediatric patients

  • This paper discusses the design, implementation, and potential use of an ontology-based mobile pediatric consultation and monitoring system, which is a smart healthcare expert system for pediatric patients. The proposed system provides remote consultation and monitoring of pediatric patients during their illness at places distant from medical service areas. The system not only shares instant medical data with a pediatrician but also examines the data as a smart medical assistant to detect any emergency situation. In addition, it uses an inference engine to infer instant suggestions for performing certain initial medical treatment steps when necessary. The applied methodologies and main technical contributions have three aspects: (a) pediatric consultation and monitoring ontology, (b) semantic Web rule knowledge base, and (c) inference engine. Two case studies with real pediatric patients are provided and discussed. The reported results of the applied case studies are promising, and they demonstrate the applicability, effectiveness, and efficiency of the proposed approach.

  • 모든 사물에서 네트워크 및 컴퓨팅이 가능한 IoT(Internet of Things) 환경이 빠르게 확산되고 있다. IoT 환경은 클라우드 기반 중앙처리 구조를 통해 데이터를 처리하고 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 병목현상 및 서비스 지연이 발생할 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해, 최근 단말 IoT 노드와 네트워크에서 직접 데이터를 처리하여 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하는 Edge Computing이 주목받고 있으며 이러한 Edge Computing 환경에서 사용자에게 효율적으로 지능형 서비스를 제공하기 위한 연구가 지속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 환경에서 Edge Computing을 위한 전문가 시스템 기반 상황 인식 서비스 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 자원 제한적인 IoT 노드 간 효율적인 협업을 기반으로 데이터를 실시간으로 처리하고 상황 인식을 통해 사용자에게 최적화된 맞춤형 서비스를 제공한다. 또한, 사용자는 사용 용도에 따라 직접 상황 인식 서비스를 수정하여 원하는 서비스를 제공받을 수 있다. 제안하는 기법을 스마트 홈 환경에서 3가지 방범 서비스 모드를 이용하여 테스트하였으며, 본 논문의 IoT 기반 전문가 시스템 서버와 기존 PC 기반 전문가 시스템 서버의 자원 소모량을 비교하여 제안하는 기법의 안정성을 입증하였다.

네일 샵의 서비스 품질 요인에 대한 평가 (Evaluation of Service Quality Factors on the Nailcare Shop)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in the service quality evaluation on the skill and expert, the shop facilities and atmosphere, the time and access, and the price and benefit of a nail care shop by age, income, spendings of appearance and a nail care, and a regular nail care. The survey was performed with questionnaires and the subjects were was 240 consumers who used the nail care. The data were analyzed by frequencies, F-test, T-test, Factor Analysis, one way ANOVA. The results of the study were as follows: Service quality evaluation were classified four factors- the price and benefits, the skill and expertness, the facilities and atmosphere, the time and access. There were no statistically significant differences in the price and benefits by age, income, spendings of appearance and a nail care, and a regular nail care, but there were statistically significant differences in the skill and expertness, the facilities and atmosphere, and the time and access. The service quality on the time and access was evaluated as high by the consumer in the 30s, with more income, and with high appearance and nail care spendings. The service quality on the shop facilities and atmosphere was evaluated as high by the consumers with high nail care spending. The consumers with a regular nail care evaluated the service quality on the skill and expertness, the time and access, the shop facilities and atmosphere as high.

디지털기기와 디지털서비스의 컨버전스 수준 평가에 따른 컨버전스 세대의 탐색적 고찰 (An Exploratory Study on Convergence generation according to the convergence level estimation of Digital Device and Service)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 디지털컨버전스 수준을 분석하며, 디지털기기와 디지털서비스의 사용빈도에 다른 컨버전스 수준을 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 FGI, 전문가 자문그룹과 인터뷰와 설문분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과, 30대, 대학원이상의 고등교육을 받은 사람들이 디지털컨버전스 기기와 서비스에 적극적으로 참여하였으며, 소비자들이 사용하는 컨버전스 기기중 컨버전스 수준이 높은 기기는 스마트폰, 타블렛 PC, 넷북의 순서로 높이 나타났으며, 컨버전스 서비스에서는 SNS, 트위터, UCC, 포탈 메시지, 앱스토아, e-Book 웹하드의 순서로 나타났다. 컨버전스 세대들은 스마트폰을 활용한 앱스토아, 무선 게임을 즐기며, 페이스북/싸이월드, 트위터, 포탈과 인터넷 커뮤니티 서비스에 많이 참여하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Delphi를 활용한 융합 서비스 설계에 관한 연구 : 은행지점 도입용 금융 서비스 로봇 사례 (Convergence Service Design Using Delphi Technique : Financial Service Robot for Introduction to Bank Branches)

  • This study applies the Delphi method to design services with convergence characteristics in the financial sector. In designing a service robot for practical deployment that can support and replace bank teller, the opinions and judgments of various expert groups were extracted and a consensus process was made through feedback. A total of six dimensions and thirty service elements were derived over three rounds. Coefficient of Variation and content validity were used to verify the suitability and reliability of the selected service elements. As a result, the essential service element of robots was interaction with customers, followed by basic and professional financial services. Based on these service factors, we proposed two types of service models. support mode to assist employees during business hours and alternative mode on behalf of employees outside business hours. It is hoped that this study will use the Delphi technique in the design of IT convergence services.

Construction of Total Information Portal Service for Korea Urban Regeneration

  • In this study, the total information portal service for urban regeneration was constructed to supply comprehensive information for Korean urban regeneration. The portal service is largely divided into an information analysis service for urban regeneration and an information disclosure service. For total information portal service, the information analysis service constructed a system for making district level decline diagnosis and city and county level potential analysis. Moreover, it can construct and control analyzed information specified at the district level. The information disclosure service consists of functions capable of recycling information, interworking the analysis service and facilitating expert participation. It also supplies data of total information DB in reprocessable format. For revitalization of communities, the information analysis service is constructed to lead experts on urban regeneration to share their opinions.
