In developing an Expert System(ES), there are two ways. One is to develop an ES using AI(artificial Intelligence) languages and another using ES-development tools. CLIPS is an ES-development tool and has a powerful inference engine in it. Using the tool like CLIPS, knowledge engineer can concentrate on constructing a knowledge base without wasting time in developing an inference engine. However, CLIPS is lack of user-friendly interfaces for both knowledge enginners and users. Because CLIPS was developed in USA, it can not afford to use Korean language. Therefore, several user-friendly interfaces including hmenu, htille, hpcxdisplay were develpoed and added to CLIPS. CLIPS with the interfaces is called HCLIPS(Hangul CLIPS) in this paper. HCLIPS provides a new I/O device to be utilized for expert systems in Korean. HCLIPS can be efficiently used for developing expert systems in agriculture and consulting farmers interactively who are not familiar with computer programming and ES itself.

This study was to suggest the necessity of depth research in order to enhance the effectiveness of technical consulting system. And the purpose of this study was to decrease the construction accidents to some extent, being on the increase day by day as it takes issue properly and suggest a reform measure. As for research method, it executed the collection of public opinions widely and questionnaire with the bibliography, expert of construction safety, the related institutions, academic world, safety association, and director of construction site. Also, it was to suggest the reform measure by the stage, classifying the problems on the system and operation by 4 stages like a stage of delivery of subscription and supervision, a stage of contract with guidance of technology, a stage of executing the guidance work of technology, and a stage of performance of advice.

Traditionally, programs for NC machine tools have been created using either a maunual method or a computer-assisted method. However, both methods are known to be complex, time-consuming and error-prone. This paper presents an intelligent system, called "INPPC" which is interfaced with a CAD system to generate APT NC part program automatically. The INPPC is developed by using VP-Expert rule-based expert system development tool, and obtains the information about the part shape by searching the CAD database, about the process by asking the related questions to the user, and about the machine tooling by searching the tool database. The INPPC is implemented on an IBM compatible PC/AT under MS-DOS, and its performance is demonstrated by consulting a simple example problem.

과학 수업에서 학생에 대한 교사의 시선 공감은 학습 효과를 높이는데 효과적이라 여겨졌다. 이에 따라 시선 공감에 관한 연구들이 수행되었지만, 대부분의 연구들은 시선의 특징을 밝히는데 그치고 있다. 따라서 과학교사의 시선 공감수준을 높이기 위한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 이 연구는 과학교사의 시선 공감 향상을 위한 시선추적 기반의 수업 컨설팅 전략의 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교사의 시선 공감에 관련된 문헌을 선정하고 분석하여 컨설팅 전략을 고안한 후 전문가의 타당성 및 신뢰성 검증을 통해 문제점을 수정하여 전략을 개발하였다. 개발된 수업컨설팅 전략은 과학 수업 중 교사의 시선 공감을 향상시키기 위한 시선 추적 기반의 정량적 목표를 설정하였다. 또 컨설팅 단계는 컨설팅 준비, 교사 시선 공감 측정 및 분석, 시선 공감 교육 및 피드백, 시선 공감 향상 훈련, 컨설팅 결과 평가, 컨설팅 종료 등의 과정으로 구성하였다. 아울러 시선 추적을 이용한 시선 공감 측정 및 평가를 통해 컨설팅을 종료하거나 다시 반복하게 하였다. 이렇게 개발된 전략은 시선 공감 향상을 위한 수업 행동의 정량적 진단과 처방 중심의 대안을 제공한다는 점에서 가치가 존재하며, 교사의 수업 행동 분석을 통한 수업 전문성 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

최근 10대 청소년의 인터넷 중독 문제가 매우 심각하여, 이러한 인터넷 중독 문제를 해결하기 위한 학교 교육의 필요성이 제기되고 있으나, 학교 교사들은 상담이나 인터넷 중독문제에 대한 전문 지식이 부족하여 학생들의 인터넷 중독 문제에 개입하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 상담 비전문가인 교사가 인터넷에 중독된 학생을 쉽게 상담할 수 있도록, 인터넷 중독에 대한 12회기에 걸친 교사의 상담 활동으로 이루어진 상담 콘텐츠 개발하였으며, 교사가 사용하게 될 상담 콘텐츠와 상담하는 학생 정보의 관리 기능을 제공하는 상담지원시스 템을 개발하였다. 개발한 상당 지원 시스템과 컨텐츠의 실험운영을 위하여 1) 초중등학교 20개교의 컨소시엄을 구성하여, 2) 각 학교에서 가장 심각하게 인터넷에 중독된 학생을 선정하고, 3) 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템과 콘텐츠를 이용하여 개별상담 한 후, 4) 상담 콘텐츠와 상담지원시스템의 효과에 대하여 분석하고 그 결과를 제시하였다.

Personal image concerns a person's talent, expertise, as well as the internal and external image. It is a core value that differentiates one individual from another. As personal branding via personal image management has become more important, there is a fast-growing number of online systems that provide self-test programs to analyze one's style and habits and also provide expert advice for not only styles but lifestyles as well. This study develops a systematic and objective personal image consulting system and offers basic information for the research of personal image making. For that purpose, the study attempts to examine the present state of global companies that use online image consulting programs and analyze their digital content. The results are as follows: 1) two domestic companies, Colorz and Atzine, and seven foreign companies, notably Covet and Boutique, were brisk in business; 2) two types of personal image-diagnosis programs - Visual search and Virtual matching - are now in operation; and 3) mobile applications exist as an evolved personal image-diagnosis program. With an increased interest in such programs, various companies at home and abroad are establishing systematic and scientific analysis systems, which are needed for personal image-making online. Under these circumstances, domestic companies are also urged to enhance levels of image-diagnosis content and actual commercialization and utilization, to develop programs that enable objectified, systematic personal image-making. To this end, the results of this study may serve as a helpful tool to consider future directions.

본 연구는 국방 분석평가와 유사한 경영컨설팅 분야의 선행연구 사례를 분석하고, 분석평가를 하나의 프로젝트로 인식하여, 프로젝트 성공요인을 독립변수로 활용하여, 결과에 대한 사용자 만족 및 결과활용에 미치는 관계에 대해서 알아보았다. 실증적 분석 결과 획득단계 분석 평가 시 사용자 만족에 미치는 요인은 명확한 요구사항과 계획수립의 적정성 측면이었으며, 분석평가 결과의 활용에는 계획수립의 적정성, 분석평가 수행자의 전문성, 사용자 만족이 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

This research was done to develop a standard management checklist for duck farmers. To this end, experts in commercial duck farming participated in making a blueprint for a standard management checklist. This expert group consisted of ten members which included the researcher, a professor, an extension advisor and leading farmers in commercial duck farming. By collecting knowledge on commercial duck farming from these experts, a management performance index was made, and checking factors were designated. As a result of this expert survey, management outcome indicators and subdivision evaluation indicators were established. To confirm these results, a first stage Delphi expert survey was carried out. As a result, the experts were not in agreement with the farming scale of 1 - 4 levels and 2 levels in the management outcome indicators. Additionally, the experts were not in agreement on the choice of feed in the feeding management and the cooperative management system as well as the utilization of agricultural information in managing the business. The factors that did not have the same opinion among experts were surveyed by a second Delphi survey asking whether experts approve the requested value. As a result of the second Delphi survey, all factors have an approval rate that have a value of more than 90%. Finally, a standard management checklist was established based on the research result.

최근 들어 세계적으로 정보자산 유출에 대한 문제가 심각하게 대두되고 있다. 국가정보원 산업기밀보호센터에 따르면 첨단 기술 불법 유출 관련 사건 피해 기업 중 중소기업이 71%에 달하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 대기업뿐만 아니라 중소기업 역시 정보보호 관리체계를 수립 운용하고 이를 인증 받아야 할 필요성이 있음을 뜻한다. 이러한 ISMS 인증을 받기 위해서는 외부 컨설팅 업체의 컨설팅이 필요하지만, 기업이 어떤 요인을 가지고 ISMS 인증을 위한 컨설팅 업체를 선정하는지에 대한 연구가 아직까지 미비한 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업이 어떠한 요인을 가지고 ISMS 인증을 위한 컨설팅 업체를 선정하는지 탐색적 요인분석 기법을 이용하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 인적 능력 및 관리력, 시장 선도 능력, 컨설팅 진행 능력 및 실적, 물적 인적 자산규모 등 네 가지의 압축된 요인을 도출하였다.

Companies build the factory automation system to improve management effectiveness and productivity as prime strategies for sustainable growth. But most companies undergo various trials and errors while carrying out the project without elaborate preparation stage for factory automation. In this study, we tried to verify what factors are critical to effectively building distribution automation system, which is a branch of factory automation system. A consulting model for setting up a Material Handling Automation System by utilizing the Stage-Gate Process, which is product development process was studied. 29 material handling automation projects carried out between the year 1990 to 2013 at K-Company were selected. Interviews with the project managers, operators and maintenance personnels, various records and current status of the projects were used as data for structural equations based on the Milan consulting model and existing researches of factory automation, CIM for material handling automation. Creating effective basis of production, material handling system and energy saving system with expert review, when preparing a material handling automation project, help promote the project planning thus contributing to the performance of the resulting system, which appears though rather weakly in our data. Also the effect of material handling automation can be enhanced through sufficient and effective links to the relevant environments such as production logistics management and automated warehouses. More detailed planning characteristics of project promotion or some time-series data of effective Material Handling Automation System could enhace furthur studies. We propose a consulting model for setting up an efficient material handling automation system.
