  • This study was surveyed and analyzed in 2005 year for environmentally-friendly rice's production 78 farmers in korea. The major results was as follows: The average age of farmers were 54 years old, the experiences of environmentally-friendly rice's production farms was 7.4 years, the cultivated scales of environmentally-friendly rice's production was 3.4ha. The 74%'s Farmers of all unified rice's breeds for rice's production of high-grade in quality, the ranking of rice's breeds selection were the high-grade rice's breeds of government>japan rice's breeds. The control of damage by blight and insects were needed environmentally-friendly control, the endured study of this control were very important. To cut down cost of the environmentally-friendly rice for income security of farmers and sustenance of farming will. To receive reasonable price of environmentally-friendly rice, the brand image were raised to consumers, the variety and miniaturization of rice packaging unit were needed in view of consumers. In addition to must be campaigns of publicity through the press and event to consumers, were managed the exchange of rice goods and exchanged e-mail together consumers for the maintenance of confidence. To drive direct marketing between environmentally-friendly rice farmers and consumers through experiential marketing, to diversify the marketing channel. To strengthen public relations at regional level and relationship at the consumers.

EMERGING POSSIBILITIES FOR NIRS TO CONTRIBUTO TO ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYSIS

  • Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) is potentially a powerful and revolutionary technology for environmental analysis. It is supported by a large body of scientific and experiential knowledge. The instrumentation is well-developed, with easy-to-use, highly dependable instruments, but at the same time it is still developing, particularly with the production of more portable and rapid instruments, and more powerful software. NIRS is used globally in numerous industries for commodity analysis. Yet NIRS is largely unknown in the field of environmental chemistry and monitoring, and is not even routinely used in soil analysis, where the research literature on NIRS extends over four decades. Part of the explanation for the poor visibility of NIRS is the fact that NIRS is not routinely taught in Chemistry programs in universities, where most environmental chemists and environmental technicians are trained. This presentation examines the unique capabilities of NIRS, such as rapid, real-time analysis; analysis of whole samples; simultaneous analysis of multiple constituents; cost-effectiveness, and portability, as they match needs for analysis in several environmental areas. Examples of NIRS usage and published and unpublished results will be described for such areas as soil and sediment analysis; water quality monitoring; and nutrient loading in application of manures and sewage sludge (biosolids) to land. Present barriers to the use of NIRS in environmental analysis will be discussed. It is argued that emerging environmental problems and increasing attention to some traditional problems will enhance the application of NIRS in the future.

인턴제도 폐지 논의 이후의 의학교육 변화 (Accelerating Change in Medical Education after the Dismantlement of the Intern Training System)

  • In light of changes in today's medical environment, whether to dismantle the 50-year-old internship training system in the Republic of Korea is under debate. Although the question remains open, discussions on such issues have drawn attention to the quality of the clinical clerkship and student career advisory programs in medical colleges. The purpose of this study is to analyze the experiential clerkship and career exploration issues. Ensuring excellence of the clerkship and career advisory sessions is an essential responsibility of educational institutions regardless of whether the intern training system is dismantled. Important objectives of the experimental clerkship include reinforcing prerequisites established by law, introducing a student practice license, developing a standardized clinical assessment and student portfolio requirement, and publishing a guidebook for clinical directors. For career exploration, it is necessary to broaden participants' experiences of specialties and to manage the variety of student career guidance programs. It is imperative for the Korean Association of Medical Colleges, in collaboration with medical colleges, to play a leading role in focusing more attention and effort on such issues.

  • 본 연구는 기술 인력들의 공동과제를 놓고 산학협동을 통해 문제를 해결하는 체험적 학습을 기반으로 하는 산학협동모델을 제안하고, 이를 위한 가이드라인을 구성하여 현장에 적용한 사례연구이다. 대상 기업인 (주)서림에 6시그마 방법론과 창의적 문제해결이론인 TRIZ를 연계시킴으로써 효과적인 문제 진단 및 해결 관련 교육을 실시 및 적용하였고 품질 관리 및 개선에 대한 지침을 제공하였다. 또한, 기업 내 관리 및 생산 부서 사원의 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 성과를 평가 및 분석하였다.

프랜차이즈 패밀리레스토랑의 유형적 요소가 무형적 요소에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Visible Clues on Non-visible Clues in Context of Franchise Family Restaurants)

  • This study was conducted to examine the relationships among various visible clues and non-visible clues as perceived by franchise family restaurant consumers. Using online survey tool in South Korea, total 450 survey was distributed and 400 participants were used for further statistical analysing with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. Twelve items were categorized into four visible factors (food, interior, exterior, employee). The result shows that food and employee have positive effects on brand reputation and distinctiveness, and the interior and employee were critical antecedents for brand distinctiveness. In addition, the brand reputation and brand distinctiveness have positive influence on experiential value as well as revisit intention. Although there were many studies which demonstrated the relationships among various quality clues and other outcome variables, such as brand image, loyalty, little research explained the relationships among visible elements of franchise family restaurants, brand reputation, brand distinctiveness, and revisit intention. The present study will provide theoretical and practical implications for both academia and the franchise family restaurant industry. (what is the meaning of the red part?)

유통업체 의류 상표에 대한 소비자 태도 형성 (Consumer Attitude Formation on Private Apparel Brand)

  • The strength of the PB(Private Brand) is that it can eliminate intermediary in the distribution channel and thoroughly control the quality under its own name. This study has developed traditional studies on private brand proneness in approaching data processing and empirical point of view of a consumer's attitude buildup process on PB through 'recognition-attitude-action(behavioral attitude)'. The subjects of this study are consumers in their $20s{\sim}40s$ who are main customer groups of PBs. A screening process has taken place to select consumers with purchasing experiences of retailor PBs. The data is analyzed by 'Structural Equation Modeling' of Amos 5.0 to verify consumer attitude formation model on private apparel brand. The results generated from this study are as follows: First, the proposed consumer attitude model on private apparel brand consists of store evaluation, experiential product evaluation, cognitive product evaluation, hedonic attitude, utilitarian attitude and purchase intention. Second, not only positively influence on utilitarian attitude but hedonic attitude can arouse positive emotional reaction of a consumer. Third, the store evaluation is ahead of the product evaluation because PB is more related to the image of a store. The influence of the store on PB is relatively stronger when compared with NB.

  • In Hwaseong, South Korea, it is necessary to vitalize local festival by attracting local residents and tourists since 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival' should be in the direction to help the influx of tourists and cultural development for the local residents. It has been known that the quality and readiness of festival affects visitor satisfaction and actual visit. However, there have been only a few studies to examine the effect of local festival on post-behavior. Hence, this study, focusing on 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival'which is a representative cultural tourism festival in the region of Hwaseong, South Korea, aims to understand the visitor's post-behavior intention in terms of revisit intention and recommendation intention. The results suggest that the impact of experiential, purchase visit motivation on post-behavior were smaller than deviant, social, interest, and cultural visit motivation. It also showed that visitor satisfaction leads to revisit intention and at the same time recommendation intention. Based on the result, we suggest practical implication for the success of local festival including 'Hwaseong Songsan Grape Festival'.

방문객 선호도 분석에 따른 지역축제 활성화 방안 : 고창복분자 축제를 중심으로 (A Study on Activation of Regional Festival:focused on Gochang Blackberry Festival)

  • The purposes of this study were to search for the ways to activate the Gochang Blackberry Festival by examining the visitors to the festival and utilizing the results to make efficient use of the local resources and vitalize the area. The results indicate that the visitors were aware of Gochang blackberry's superiority to that of other regions in quality and commercial value but lacked in the recognition of its related products, which suggests that the Gochang government should make diverse efforts to heighten their recognition of the products. There was a great demand for improving and supplementing the local festivals ad experience programs related to Gochang blackberry. It's thus required to reinforce new experience programs and develop various programs by incorporating blackberry into other local resources. The study has its limitations since its subjects were restricted to the visitors of the Gochang Blackberry Festival and it failed to investigate the preference factors of general potential tourists with the small sample. In future study, they need to use a bigger sample of general public to generalize the research findings.

The Impact of Online Reviews on Hotel Ratings through the Lens of Elaboration Likelihood Model: A Text Mining Approach

  • The hotel industry is an example of experiential services. As consumers cannot fully evaluate the online review content and quality of their services before booking, they must rely on several online reviews to reduce their perceived risks. However, individuals face information overload owing to the explosion of online reviews. Therefore, consumer cognitive fluency is an individual's subjective experience of the difficulty in processing information. Information complexity influences the receiver's attitude, behavior, and purchase decisions. Individuals who cannot process complex information rely on the peripheral route, whereas those who can process more information prefer the central route. This study further discusses the influence of the complexity of review information on hotel ratings using online attraction review data retrieved from TripAdvisor.com. This study conducts a two-level empirical analysis to explore the factors that affect review value. First, in the Peripheral Route model, we introduce a negative binomial regression model to examine the impact of intuitive and straightforward information on hotel ratings. In the Central Route model, we use a Tobit regression model with expert reviews as moderator variables to analyze the impact of complex information on hotel ratings. According to the analysis, five-star and budget hotels have different effects on hotel ratings. These findings have immediate implications for hotel managers in terms of better identifying potentially valuable reviews.

미술을 활용한 다문화 자녀의 언어와 사회성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Languages and Socialities of Children in Multi-cultural Families Using Fine Arts)

  • 최근 우리사회는 세계화의 조류와 경제발전을 위한 노동력 등의 확보를 위해 다수의 외국인이 우리나라로 들어오게 되면서 단일민족의 단일문화사회에서 다민족 다문화사회로 전이되어가고 있다. 이로 인해 언어가 다른 사람들로 구성된 다문화가족이 생겨나게 되고 이 자녀들은 서로 다른 이중 언어 환경에서 한국어 습득의 어려움과 사회적 부적응 현상을 겪고 있다. 이에 본인은 이 논문이 미술을 통한 여러 미술방법을 활용하여 다문화 자녀의 언어능력과 사회성 발달에 도움이 되고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 먼저 다문화가족의 실태와 선행 논문과 자료를 통한 미술이 가지고 있는 양질의 효과를 알아보고 분석하여 다문화 자녀의 언어와 사회성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 방안을 미술 활용을 통해 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 언어의 극복을 위해 이중언어강사와 미술적 멀티미디어의 적극적인 활용이 교육적으로 필요하다. 둘째, 여러 다른 과목의 학습증진 효과를 위해 미술의 다양한 방법 활용이 필요하다. 셋째, 감정조절과 사회성을 기르기 위해 미술놀이와 미술체험활동을 교육에 적용시킨다. 넷째, 창의성과 사회성뿐만 아니라 공동체적 인성교육을 위해 미술 중심의 통합문화예술교육을 적극 활용한다는 방안이다.
