디지털 플랫폼 참여 소상공인의 흡수역량이 시장 반응성에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구: 대리 학습과 경험적 학습의 조절 효과 분석 (Impact of Small Business Entrepreneurs' Absorptive Capacity of Participating in Digital Platform on Market Response: The Moderating Effect of Vicarious Learning and Experiential Learning)

  • 디지털 경제가 새로운 비즈니스 질서를 구축하고 새로운 가치 창출 수단으로 떠오르면서, 디지털 플랫폼에 참여하는 소상공인도 점차 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 플랫폼에 참여하는 소상공인이 플랫폼 내에서 이루어지는 학습을 통해 시장 환경에 적절히 대응하고 성장에 필요한 전략 수립 및 실행하는 데에 도움을 받고 있는지 확인하고자 하는 목적을 가진다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 이커머스 플랫폼을 이용하는 소상공인의 흡수능력이 시장 반응성에 미치는 영향과 플랫폼 내의 두 가지 학습의 유형인 대리 학습과 경험적 학습의 조절 효과에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 설문조사를 통해 가설을 검증한 결과, 디지털 플랫폼을 이용하는 소상공인의 흡수역량이 이들의 시장 반응성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조절효과 분석 결과, 플랫폼 내에서의 대리 학습이 흡수역량과 시장 반응성 간의 관계를 강화하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 소상공인이 대리학습을 통해 얻는 간접적인 학습을 통해 시장 불확실성에 대비할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 시장니즈에 부합하는 제품과 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 전략을 수립할 수 있다는 점을 시사한다. 한편, 경험적 학습의 효과는 시장 반응성을 낮추는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 이전 사업 경험이 오히려 환경에 대한 주의력을 저하시킬 수 있음을 의미한다. 이에 대한 연구의 의의와 시사점을 제시하였다.

조기방전용 접지판의 개발 및 특성 (Development and Its Characterization of Earth Plate for Early Streamer Discharge)

  • This paper compared and demonstrated the performance of the earth plate for conventional type and early streamer discharging type developed a new plate in order to improve the performance of the ground plate for use in grounding. The results obtained are shown below; early streamer discharge earth plate was high 5 kV on DC flashover voltage and corona discharge current was higher than about 2 times under the same test conditions compared to the conventional earth plate. From the experiential result, streamer discharge earth plate had a function of rapid inflow/out flow than the general ground plane because of by corona discharge current to be generated in the sharp serrated in formed the ground plane when strike current occurred. In the future, the newly developed early streamer discharge ground plate would be beneficial for grounding work to be widely used to promote the convenience and economy of construction.

  • Global waste has become a global issue and we can see the new trend of discovery businesses established to focus on solving the waste problem using new renewable energy technology and the circular economy business model. This paper aims to study factors that impact green entrepreneurship in Thailand, such as environmental concern, organizational environment, founder demographics, education background, entrepreneurship awareness, as well as external factors of a business. The study analyzes the data from three qualitative in-depth interviews with green entrepreneur founders who started the businesses in polymer up-cycling, waste management, and renewable energy. The study finds overseas educational background to be one of the key main drivers for the entrepreneurial courage to decide to pursue a new business venture. By having the exposure toward the different culture, three entrepreneurs hands-on experiential learning through three key drivers who are composed of the can-do attitude, the willingness to be self-employed, and the way of seeking for the freedom to express their passions.

  • With the COVID-19 pandemic, the global economy has stagnated and our daily lives have changed. The rural economy is also experiencing damage, such as an average of 65% or more decrease in the number of visitors to rural experience resort villages due to the spread of COVID-19. In order to minimize the damage arising from the prolonged coronavirus, a hospitality system in response to changes in rural tourism behavior and consumer demand is needed to revitalize rural areas and maintain continuous economic independence. Therefore, this study attempted to find ways to utilize landscape resources such as education, culture, history, and ecology in order to complement the existing experience programs in connection with local resources and local environment. Wibong Village, which is the subject of the study, attempted to revitalize the village using the resources through the "Creative village creation" project in 2015. Due to poor management of historical resources, difficulty in operating experience programs, and response to changes in the natural environment, the rate of implementation of the project plan was very low. Currently, the demand for experience is also decreasing due to the COVID-19 effect, so it was judged that it was necessary to develop an experience village program suitable for the needs of experienced visitors by discovering additional local resources for the continuous operation of the experience village. In order to solve the problem of the use of landscape resources and the spatial composition of the study site, additional investigations of local resources were made, and an experience program course that could be operated by theme was proposed by configuring a space suitable for the use of landscape resources. By dividing the additionally investigated landscape resources into history, ecology, and region, an experiential course was created to separate the traffic lines, and the space composition for large-scale experienced visitors that had been previously operated was constructed in a form suitable for the post-corona era. In addition, at least two experiential tour courses that can be operated by period were proposed to maintain economic effects. Starting with this study, if further research on the creation and spatial composition of a rural experience village centered on the connection with the region, it will be used as research results that can be referenced in projects such as village creation, rural space planning, and living area analysis. It is expected that it will be able to effectively cope with the construction of a rural area suitable for the post-corona era, where demand is expected to increase in the future.

  • 박근혜정부의 창조경제는 국민을 창조활동의 주인공으로 자리매김함으로써 기존의 전문가 중심, 과학기술공급중심의 경제사회발전전략과는 다른 특성을 보여주고 있으나 그 해석과 정책 실행에 있어 그 특징을 찾아보기 어렵다. 본 연구는 창조경제가 주목한 국민의 창의성이 과학기술자의 창의성과 무엇이 다르며, 그것이 정책 패러다임으로서 어떤 의미를 갖는지 광범위한 문헌 연구를 통해 밝힘으로써 창조경제가 담아내야 할 도전과 과제를 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 국민은 사용자로서의 창의성에 더불어 인문학적, 철학적, 윤리적, 경험적 능력을 바탕으로 한 생활인/삶의 주체로서의 창의성을 갖고 있으며 이것은 과학기술자의 창의성과는 구분되는 고유의 창의성이라 할 수 있다. 사용자로서의 창의성, 생활인/삶의 주체로서의 창의성의 발현은 삶의 가치에 대한 선택을 내포하며 이는 소비행태의 변화, 삶의 방식의 변화를 통해 기술 고착, 사용자 고착을 타파함으로써 시스템 혁신을 이루거나 새로운 사회 기술시스템의 구성 혹은 전환을 촉진할 수 있다. 이런 맥락에서 국민의 창의성은 기존의 전문가/과학기술 공급중심 혁신 패러다임이 아닌 사용자/현장중심 혁신 패러다임'의 토대로서 역할 할 수 있다. 따라서 국민의 창의성에 주목하고 있는 창조경제는 사용자/현장 중심 혁신 패러다임의 실현이라는 새로운 경제사회발전정책과제를 안고 있다고 할 수 있다.

융복합시대 청소년기의 다양한 경제 경험이 경제관 형성에 미치는 영향 (Study on the Impact of Various Economic Experience in Adolescence on Formation of Economic View in an age of convergence)

  • 본 연구는 융복합시대 청소년기의 다양한 경제관련 경험이 경제관 형성에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 2015년 9월 1일부터 11일까지 충남 아산시 거주자와 온라인 홈페이지 방문자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 최종 116부를 분석하였다. 경제 관심도가 청소년기 경제 경험과 경제관 형성 간의 관계에 미치는 조절효과를 파악하고, 경제지식 습득경로에 따른 차이를 분석하였다. 청소년기의 다양한 경제 경험이 경제 이해도(${\beta}=.485$), 합리적 소비태도(.458) 및 창업의지(.293)에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 경제 관심도의 조절효과가 검증되었다. 또한 인구학적 특성과 경제지식 습득경로에 따른 경제관의 집단별 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 청소년기의 다양한 경제경험이 경제관 형성에 미치는 영향을 종합적으로 검증함으로써 체험형 청소년 경제교육이 경제관 형성에 효과적임을 밝혔다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

관광객의 공연체험 특성 -문화콘텐츠'난타'를 중심으로- (Tourist Experiences Characteristics on Performance Arts -Focus on JeJu 'Nanta' as Cultural Contents-)

  • 제주는 아름다운 경관을 자랑하는 섬이지만, 상대적으로 사회문화적 매력성은 덜 주목받아왔다. 본 연구의 목적은 제주 목적지의 대안적인 매력성 발굴을 위한 것으로, 파인과 길모어(Pine & Gilmore)의 체험경제이론을 공연예술 체험에 적용하는 것과, 공연의 체험요소, 체험만족, 그리고 공연 충성도간의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 위해, 이론적 고찰과 실증분석을 병행하였다. 280명의 비언어 코믹공연인 '난타'의 관람객을 대상으로 공연 체험, 체험 만족, 공연 충성도를 설문조사 하여 본 연구에 활용하였다. 구조방정식을 이용하여 분석한 결과 4개의 체험요소(미의식, 엔터테인먼트, 교육, 일상탈출) 중에 엔터테인먼트만이 체험만족에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 한편, 체험만족은 공연 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 파인과 길모어(Pine & Gilmore)가 제시한 체험경제이론이 문화예술상품 소비로의 적용가능성을 보여준다.

숙박공유서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors that Affect Intention to Use Accommodation Sharing Service)

  • Purpose The sharing economy is the most important keyword that is changing the paradigm of the world economy and management, and it was selected as one of 10 ideas to change the world in 2011 in Time magazine. The purpose of this study is to verify the structural relationship between perceived value and risk, network effect, usefulness, trust, and intention to use of accommodation service. In addition, the effects of utility and trust, and the experience of using accommodation service are controlled by the effect of empirical value and reciprocal value among the perceived value of sharing economic service, The purpose of this study is to propose a plan to activate the accommodation sharing service. Design/methodology/approach This study was designed to investigate the structural relationship between perceived value, perceived risk, network effect, usefulness, trust, and intention to use. Empirical analysis was done using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 Findings Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions can be drawn. First, it was concluded that the higher the economic value of the accommodation sharing service is, the more useful and reliable the service is. Second, the higher the experiential value of the accommodation sharing service is, the higher the usefulness and reliability of the service are. Third, it was concluded that the higher the value of the mutual benefit of the accommodation sharing service is, the higher the trust level of the service is, but not the usefulness of the service. Fourth, it was concluded that the higher the perceived risk of accommodation sharing service is, the lower the service trust level is, but the service usability is not affected. Fifth, it was concluded that the larger the network effect of the accommodation sharing service is, the more useful the service is, but it does not affect the reliability of the service. Sixth, it was concluded that the higher the overall reliability of the accommodation sharing service is, the higher the usefulness of the service is. Seventh, it was concluded that the higher the overall usefulness and reliability of the accommodation sharing service are, the higher the intention to use the sharing service is. Finally, in order to test the effect of the experience on the use of trust and usefulness of the accommodation sharing service, multiple group analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between trust and usefulness, It is shown that there is a moderating effect in the path.

'Knowing' with AI in construction - An empirical insight

  • Construction is a collaborative endeavor. The complexity in delivering construction projects successfully is impacted by the effective collaboration needs of a multitude of stakeholders throughout the project life-cycle. Technologies such as Building Information Modelling and relational project delivery approaches such as Alliancing and Integrated Project Delivery have developed to address this conundrum. However, with the onset of the pandemic, the digital economy has surged world-wide and advances in technology such as in the areas of machine learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have grown deep roots across specializations and domains to the point of matching its capabilities to the human mind. Several recent studies have both explored the role of AI in the construction process and highlighted its benefits. In contrast, literature in the organization studies field has highlighted the fear that tasks currently done by humans will be done by AI in future. Motivated by these insights and with the understanding that construction is a labour intensive sector where knowledge is both fragmented and predominantly tacit in nature, this paper explores the integration of AI in construction processes across project phases from planning, scheduling, execution and maintenance operations using literary evidence and experiential insights. The findings show that AI can complement human skills rather than provide a substitute for them. This preliminary study is expected to be a stepping stone for further research and implementation in practice.

Bullsoneshot's effects include increases in gas mileage as well as cleaner cylinders, intakes and exhaust valves, the product was welcomed by an explosive demand from people driving older cars in an adverse economy. The history of Bullsone can be categorized as two major stages. The First stage is lunching era of "Bullone Shot" following competitor brand. Mr. Hyun Woo Shin, formal CEO of OXY inc. and also formal vice president of OCI (Oriental Chemical Industries) take charge of New CEO of Bullsone. He energetically push the Bullsone's family brands and got a desirable results. He also setup ambitious goal : reach 100bn KRW in gross sales within 3 years. "Ripping itself free from 30~40 bn KRW sales range in which the company has stagnated in the last 10 years, Bullsone intends to be aggressive enough in marketing to reach 150 bn KRW in sales in 2013, and reach 700 bn KRW by 2018." This is the goal iterated by Bullsone's top executive team.
