A tracheal bronchus, an aberrant bronchus arising directly from the trachea, is an infrequent congenital anomaly. The incidence of this anomaly ranges from 0.5 to 5%. It usually originates from the right lateral wall of the trachea at the level <2 cm above the tracheal bifurcation. These patients usually are asymptomatic, but some patients may experience recurrent pneumonia, chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, or asthmatic episodes. A tracheal bronchus may be associated with other anomalies such as a tracheal stenosis, pulmonary agenesis, pulmonary sequestration, congenital heart disease, a pulmonary venous anomaly and Down's syndrome. This anomaly is usually diagnosed incidentally during bronchoscopy in patients with respiratory problems. Here we report a case of a 20-year-old man with a past history of bronchial asthma, which was incidentally diagnosed as a tracheal bronchus during a medical examination prior to military service, and was associated with a bilateral superior vena cava anomaly.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of childcare teacher's professional recognition, learning agility, and positive psychological capital on job satisfaction in order to suggest policies that required for child care teacher's positive performance. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted with 283 in-service nursery teachers in Jeonnam and the results are as follows. First, teachers with more than five years of experience showed higher levels of professional recognition and positive psychological capital. Second, the job satisfaction of child care teachers was highly correlated in order of professional recognition, positive psychological capital, and learning agility. Third, the professional recognition and positive psychological capital of the childcare teachers have positive effects on their job satisfaction. Through this study, it was confirmed that the professional recognition, learning agility, and positive psychological capital of the childcare teachers were significant variables in explaining job satisfaction. Therefore, in order to increase job satisfaction in daycare centers, it is necessary to firmly recognize that they are professional workers by providing training courses and consulting supports. Furthermore, there is a need to allow teachers more autonomy and to reform the hierarchical system in day care places.
In the 4th Industrial age, mobile games are a highly competitive but highly profitable industry, with hundreds of games per day. To produce a successful mobile game, it is necessary to understand the mobile environment and consumers in the mobile era, and a study that can provide implications for the importance of various factors is needed. The purpose of this study is to explore the in- and out-of-game factors that influence the success of mobile games and to examine the relationship between these factors and customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a result, the game platform's system quality and service quality had a positive effect on the evaluation, and the price policy did not have a significant effect on the evaluation. Also in the flow factor, goal and interaction (relationship) had a positive effect on the flow, and skill or challenge did not have a significant effect. The effects of flow and platform evaluation on customer loyalty were all positively affected. First. Companies must derive customer opinions and actions about the game through continuous interaction with customers. Second, if the game gives customers the proper goals and functions to enable the interaction between users, more successful games can be developed.

ATCIS (Army Tactical Command Information System) provides commanders and staff officers the battlefield information that is reported by tactical echelons under an army corps and the commanders make decisions based on the information by using their experience and specialty in military domain. If ATICS can automatically understand the reported information from rapidly changing battlefield and provide new knowledge that can support decision making, the commanders would be able to make faster and more accurate decision. In this paper, therefore, we propose an intelligent ATCIS using a national defense ontology. To this end, we built the national defense ontology by analyzing the electronic field manuals and ATCIS database, and then we defined military knowledge for decision making as a form of rule by interviewing several staff officers from different fields. In order to show how to apply the ontology and rules to decision making support for the commanders, we implemented a decision support service to estimate the possibility of enemy's provocation by using semantic web technologies.
This study aimed to identify nurses' participation motivation, its influence factors, and their job training need. A survey was conducted on 345 nurses of general hospitals in Gyeonggi-do. Data was collected from October 5th to 18th, 2016 and was analyzed through t-test, ANOVA, Bonferroni post-test, and multiple regressions using SPSS 21.0. Participation motivation was high in 'expertise capability improvement and development' and low in personal gain and job stability. Job training need was the highest in nosocomial infection management and CPR and was the lowest in hospice and rehabilitation nursing. Participation motivation had significant differences depending on age, marital status, educational level, and clinical experience, and was influenced by the job training need of professional nursing and medical knowledge for disease treatment. Therefore, it is necessary to plan medical educational programs to enhance job training effectiveness, establish a strategy to increase participation motivation; and expand various job training support.
In modern society, which boomed it became easier to obtain the necessary information to the emergence of a variety of smart devices. Due to this, the frequency of using the content based on the Web is growing rapidly. In addition, companies are turning into a production and modify the content using the CMS under the web-based. It can be a very important part to provide users with the content. Currently web services are designing a UI to the device and provided. To improve the ease of use, they are enhancing services only by survey and analysis of the patterns of all users. Most are designed without considering the UX only in the technical aspects. In this paper, to break the limits that apply to all users of the Web service pattern analysis, we propose a visualization system via the animation based on the individual user's movement patterns and usage patterns. Through this convergence is expected to be able to transform the web from the central manager to the user UX and the planning aspects researchers.
This study aims to figure out the effects of dental hygienists' professionalism and self-efficacy on job satisfaction using structural equations. This research conducted a survey to 616 study subjects. According to the analysis using SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 20, the results are as follows : 1. It was shown that the dental hygienists' professionalism gained 3.34 points, self-efficacy was 3.76 points, and job satisfaction received 3.36 points. 2. It was found that as their age was higher, educational degree was higher, they were married, and working experience was more, their professionalism, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction were higher, which showed statistically significant difference. 3. Regarding the study model, there was positive effect as the correlation coefficient of professionalism and self efficacy was .69, that of professionalism and job satisfaction was .33, that of self-efficacy and job satisfaction was .59. In other words, there was correlation between professionalism and self-efficacy. When self-efficacy was higher than professionalism, job satisfaction also increased. Job satisfaction is affected by various environments within an organization and each individual's internal factors. The reason why job satisfaction is important is that along with the medical service quality and productivity, it is also associated with dental hygienists' individual life quality. In order to cope with this changeful time, it is needed for an organization to make efforts for change to enhance dental hygienists' job satisfaction, and also it is necessary to make endeavors so that dental hygienists can have confidence in their job and their professionalism and self-efficacy can be improved.
The satisfaction of customers, who are in a servicescape, will be subject to many environment stimulations. In particularly, in the hospitality industry such as restaurants service experience for customer is very important. Thus, not only the stylistic elements but also the social and socially symbolic elements. So this paper expands Bitner's servicescape framework by conceptualizing the existence of a expanded servicescape. The expanded servicescape has three important dimensions, which is the physical, the social and the socially symbolic. Structural modeling largely supports the hypothesized framework and the results about the relationship between expanded servicescape factors, relationship quality(satisfaction, trust, commitment) and repurchase are summarized as follows. And this study utilizes a questionnaire survey to gather data regarding consumers' perceptions by using expanded servicescape. First, the analysis proved that except comfort the physical dimensions which including comfort, convenience, aesthetics caused a positive impact on customer satisfaction. Second, social dimensions which including appearance, etiquette and professionalism caused a positive impact on customer trust. Third, except community symbolic dimensions which including nostalgia, connection to culture caused a positive impact on customer commitment. Forth, it proved that expected relationship quality(customer satisfaction, trust, commitment) caused a positive impact on repurchase behavior.

The purpose of this study was to examine contents through inductive analytic method and make systematic improvement method on satisfaction & dissatisfaction of university students participating in stipulated PGA pro-golf competitions as volunteers. The objects of this study were university students participating in 2019 The CJ Cup@Nine Bridges as volunteers. Excluding 76 copies judged to be disloyal out of 300 collected copies, the researcher analyzed the contents of 224 copies. To begin with, the contents were categorized in 10 detailed areas & 5 general areas by implementing the 2nd inductive categoric analysis mainly on the basis of 408 raw materials, the overall detailed areas of satisfaction on participation. Checking specifically, first, "satisfaction on experience in golf competition" was divided into golf competition, golf information, golf course. Second, "satisfaction on player" was divided into direct watching and famous player. Third, "satisfaction on environment" was divided into satisfaction on place & satisfaction on facilities. Fourth, "satisfaction on participation" was divided into satisfaction on service & satisfaction on competence. Finally, "satisfaction on interpersonal relation" was divided with application same to that of detailed area. In the case of dissatisfaction on participation, the contents were categorized in 10 detailed areas & 3 general areas by implementing the 2nd inductive categoric analysis mainly on the basis of 369 raw materials, the overall detailed areas. Checking specifically, first, dissatisfaction on competition operating system was detailedly divided into dissatisfaction on job system, dissatisfaction on operating system, dissatisfaction on delivery system. Second, dissatisfaction on treatment for volunteers was divided into dissatisfaction on treatment for volunteers & dissatisfaction on work hours. Third, dissatisfaction on welfare for volunteers was divided into dissatisfaction on food & beverage, dissatisfaction on costumes and dissatisfaction on incidental facilities.
Recently the request of the patients to participate in the medical courses has been expanding due to elevated sense of right on the people's health. merchandised medical treatment by mass supply, human right declaration of the patients, generalized medical informations by the mass media and the change of human relation between the medical personnels and the patients. Under these phenomena the accident by the nurses have been increasing by the area of the nurses having been expanded and their independent roles having been increased. Such nursing accidents are the important subject which the professional occupation of the nurses has been facing but legal protective capability of the nurses has been very weak. Therefore this study has examined the degree of the experience of the nursing accident that happens in the clinical nursing scenes in the general hospital to provide the basic materials for the protection and the counter measures of the nursing accidents. The following is the conclusion based by the above examination. 1) The general characters of the subjects of this study is that they are mostly single in their twenties and graduate from nursing college. Their total clinical career is above 5 years$(44.8\%)$ and their current clinical parts' career is between 1-3 years$(40.1\%)$. So these facts suggest that most hospitals has taken the working rotation policy on nurses. 2) The level of nurses' knowledge on the nursing law is accurate partially but isn't it patially. So it is suggested that nurses need the accurate information and education about the nursing law. But the nurses' attitude is very approved of the establishment of a unilateral nursing law. 3) The relation between the demographic characters of the subjects and their attitudes on the nursing law shows that there is no significant differences except the relation between the attitude 6(the sufficient level of education on nursing law in formal education course) and age. total clinical career. 4) The perception of the nurses shows that the cause of the nursing accident has been due to the heavy work$(78.2\%)$. short of professional knowledge and skill$(60.2\%)$, discordance with Doctors. patients and patients' families. They report the accident to the head nurse first$(81.8\%)$ and within 30 minute$(75.1\%)$. The hour of nursing accident frequently happened is regardless of service hour with $49.4\%$ in response rate. the highest rate. and the nursing accident happens in the night more than the daytime. Even though most nurses think that they are themselves responsible for nursing accident. it is found that the chief cause of the nursing accident is due to the nurses' heavy work$(78.2\%)$. So the causes of nursing accidents is analysed. it may be suggested that the endeavor of hospital and nursing organizations to decrease nursing accidents is very important. 5) The coping patterns of patients with nursing accidents are mostly active attitude such as a violent words$(69\%)$. sue or accusation$(36.4\%)$, monetary compensation $(35.6\%)$ except a understanding cases$(38.7\%)$. But the coping patterns of hospitals with nursing accidents are mostly to investigate the accurate cause.
