This study examines the determinants of trade show performance of export-oriented small and medium enterprises(SMEs). In this regard, the trade show performance is categorized into two dimensions, such as sales objective performance vs. non-sales objective performance Based on the analysis of 116 exporters participated in trade show held in DaeGu EXCO, it is found that the roles of the show organizers play more important roles in both the sales objective performance and the non-sales objective performance than the roles of the exhibitors do. It is also interesting to find that export experience has a negative influence on both the sales objective performance and the non-sales objective performance. These results suggest that trade show organizers should provide high service quality so as to enhance the trade show performance of exhibitors.

Changed the business environment, private sector focuses on the performance management, so to manage the performance he uses BSC that overcomes the limitation of financial indicators. Also, it is getting emphasized to evaluate the performance about services that the public sector provides and obliged for the public sector to be responsible for managing and improving its performance as the private sector has been doing. But lacks of knowledge and experience on performance management and evaluation are blocking the public sector from introducing and implementing new performance management systems. To solve those problems, this study has derived general guidelines and KPIs that public sector should keep in mind when BSC is introduced new management system. This study focused on the public hospital which is the performance management and evaluation system of Government administration.

Debriefing is a conversational session that revolves around the sharing and examining of information after a specific event has taken place. Debriefing may follow a simulated or actual experience and provides a forum for the learners to reflect on the experience and learn from their mistakes. Originating from the military and aviation industry, it is used on a daily basis to reflect and improve the performance in other high-risk industries. Expert debriefers may facilitate the reflection by asking open-ended questions to probe into the framework of the learners and apply lessons learned to future situations. Debriefing has been proven to improve clinical outcomes such as the return of spontaneous circulation after cardiac arrest and the teaching of teamwork and communication in pediatrics. Incorporating debriefing into clinical practice would facilitate the cultural change necessary to talk more openly about team performance and learn from near misses, errors, and successes that will improve not only clinical outcome but also patient safety.

Design life-time of a wind turbine is required to be at least 20 years. In the meantime, the wind turbine will experience a lot of load cases such as extreme loads and fatigue loads which will include several typhoons per year and extreme gusts with 50 years recurrence period as well as endless turbulence flow. Therefore, IEC61400-1 specifies design load cases to be considered in the wind turbine design and requires the wind turbine to withstand the load cases in various operational situations. This paper investigates the ultimate loads which the wind turbine will experience for 20 years and their characteristics based on the IEC61400-1 using an aero-elastic software, GH-Bladed. And the performance characteristics of a wind turbine such as electrical power generation and annual energy yield are also investigated.

Purpose: A survey was conducted to investigate the role, priority, and awareness of physical therapists in the community care system for the elderly. Methods: Nine hundred ninety-three physical therapists were invited to an online survey from 1st to 30th June 2020. Results: While the awareness of physical therapists for the community care system for the elderly was found to be low, the role priority and performance ability were found to be high. Fall training scored the highest for the job duties of physical therapists, and functional training scored the highest for the performance ability of physical therapists. For the role priority by the education status regarding the community care system, the participants who received the education program showed higher scores in the performance ability than those who did not. For the role priority and performance ability according to the education levels, higher education levels resulted in higher scores in both outcomes. Regarding the clinical experience, low scores were found in the participants with less than five years of experience. Conclusion: Physical therapy establishes itself as an essential area of expertise in the community care system for the elderly. Therefore, these results can be utilized in developing a model for Korean community care for the elderly.

건설산업의 높은 재해율을 줄이고자, VR 기반 건설안전교육의 도입이 장려되고 있다. 그러나 학습자의 특성을 고려하지 않은 교육방식으로 인해, 학습자의 개인특성에 맞는 효과적인 교육을 수행하지 못하는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는, VR 기반 건설안전교육에서 학습성과에 영향을 미치는 개인특성을 분석하는 것으로 목표로 하였고, 이를 위해 머신러닝과 SHAP 기법을 활용하였다. SHAP 분석 결과, 연령이 학습성과에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 경력이 가장 작은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 연령은 학습성과와 음(-)의 상관관계를 보이고 있어, VR 기반 건설안전교육의 도입은 낮은 연령에게 더 효과적일 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 학력, 자격, 경력은 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 학력이 낮은 학습자에게 더욱 이해하기 쉬운 컨텐츠를 제공함으로써, 학습성과를 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 또한, 자격과 경력이 낮은 학습자의 특성은 학습성과에 영향을 거의 미치지 않으므로, 그 이외의 학습자 특성에 집중함으로써, 학습자 맞춤형 교육 컨텐츠를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구를 통해, 여러 개인특성이 학습성과에 서로 다른 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 확인했고, 이러한 결과를 활용함으로써, 건설근로자의 개인특성을 고려한 효과적인 안전교육의 기회를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, as personal information utilization devices such as IoT, artificial intelligence, and wearable devices that focus on the individual have spread, privacy violations are also increasing. However, the privacy paradox of providing personal information to enjoy services while worrying is getting stronger. However, there are still preliminary studies on this. In this study, an intelligent home camera based on IoT technology was selected as a research object, and whether privacy paradox exists in the IoT environment, including smart home camera, was studied. To this end, the effect of perceived usefulness, a benefit factor of smart home camera use, and privacy concern, a risk factor, on intention to use was verified. In addition, it was investigated whether the relationship between privacy concerns and intention to use differs according to the presence or absence of use experience. In order to verify the research model, a survey was conducted with people with and without experience in using smart home cameras, and a total of 298 data samples were used for statistical analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was found that both perceived usefulness and privacy concerns had a positive effect on the intention to use, proving that privacy paradox exists in the IoT-based smart home camera environment. In addition, by analyzing the fact that privacy concerns have different effects on usage intentions depending on the user experience, it was verified that those with experience have a strong privacy paradox and those without experience have a weak privacy paradox. This study is meaningful because it seeks strategic implications to improve service and business performance by understanding the relationship between privacy attitudes and behaviors of IoT service providers, including smart home cameras.

Purpose: At the end of the pandemic, many digital startups had negative performances. For that, this study aims to analyze the mediating role of entrepreneurial competence and digital entrepreneur career maturity. Seven hypotheses were proposed, namely the effect of entrepreneurship orientation, digital entrepreneurship experience, and digital entrepreneur career maturity on digital entrepreneurial competence, the effect of digital entrepreneurial experience on digital entrepreneurial career maturity, the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial competence, and digital entrepreneur career maturity on business performance. Research design, data and methodology: The population is digital entrepreneurs in Central Java, Indonesia with a business duration of more than 4 years. The number of samples as many as 184 people were carried out by questionnaire distribution through face-to-face, email, and Google forms. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling was used to test the path coefficient statistics. Results: The results showed that all the hypotheses proposed were accepted. Digital entrepreneurial competencies and digital entrepreneurial career maturity are also proven to have a mediating role. Conclusions: The findings of this study can contribute to the development of digital entrepreneurship research. Practically, the government's role is needed to facilitate the three main elements of digital business: e-commerce, payment methods, and distribution channels.

모바일 기기에서 Wi-Fi와 Bluetooth 연결이 일상화 되면서, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 등의 두 개 이상의 이기종 무선 라디오를 하나의 칩에 통합한 Wi-Fi 및 Bluetooth 콤보 모듈이 보편화 되었다. 콤보칩 기법의 핵심 요건은 통합칩 사용으로도 사용자 경험(QoE)의 품질을 저하되는 등의 성능저하가 있어서는 안되며, 따라서 다양한 환경에서 이 요건을 보장하기 위해서는 콤보모듈의 행동을 특성화하고 이해하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 Wi-Fi / Bluetooth 콤보 통신 모듈을 장착한 모바일 기기에서 모바일 스트리밍을 이용할 경우, Bluetooth 사용이 사용자 체감 품질(Qualty-of-Experience)에 미치는 영향을 조사한다. 실측을 통한 실험 결과, Wi-Fi와 블루투스를 동시에 사용하는 환경에서는 Wi-Fi만을 이용하는 환경에 비해 최대 55%의 성능 저하를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 이기종 통신 모듈의 사용에 따른 물리 및 링크 계층의 전송 스케쥴링이 최상위 사용자 계층의 성능에 미치는 영향을 밝혀냈다는 중요성을 갖는다.

본 연구는 영화의 원작의 존재 여부와 그 형태가 영화의 흥행 성적에 미치는 영향에 대해 초점을 맞춘다. 문화 상품은 실제로 소비하기 전에는 그 가치를 알기 힘든 경험재의 성격을 띠기 때문에 문화 상품의 소비자인 영화 관람객이 직면하는 불확실성을 감소시키기 위한 방법의 한 가지로서 기존에 존재하는 스토리를 이용하는 One Source Multi Use를 이용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 영화진흥위원회에서 제공하는 영화관 입장권 통합전산망(www.kobis.or.kr)에서 수집한 2010. 1. 1 - 2012. 9. 30 기간의 국내 개봉된 한국영화 381편의 데이터를 사용하여 영화의 원작이 영화 흥행에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석을 통하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 원작의 존재는 영화의 흥행에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 원작의 형태 중 소설 원작의 영화가 흥행에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 이러한 소설 원작의 영향력은 상업 영화에서 더욱 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 영화 흥행에 영향을 미치는 영화의 내부적 요인에 대한 기존 연구를 확장하여 영화 산업 외부에서 창작된 문화 콘텐츠도 영화의 흥행에 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 실증적으로 보여주었다.
