음악 스트리밍 서비스 사용자 경험 모델에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on the User Experience Model of Music Streaming Service)

  • 음악 스트리밍 서비스는 음악 소비 과정에서 사용자와의 다양한 상호작용이 발생한다는 점에서 사용자 경험(User Experience: UX)에 대한 이해가 중요하다. 본 연구는 사용자 경험의 '구조'(Structure)를 분석한 선행연구, 음악 서비스 사용자가 중요하게 생각하는 '품질 특성'(Quality Characteristics)에 관한 선행연구를 토대로 음악 스트리밍 서비스의 사용자 경험 모델을 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 음악 스트리밍 서비스 사용자를 대상으로 한 설문 데이터를 분석한 결과, 기능성(검색, 브라우징, 개인화된 추천), 유저 인터페이스 사용성, 콘텐츠 품질(현재성, 충분성, 관련성), 금전적 비용이 해당 서비스에 관한 사용자 경험 결과(사용자 만족)를 결정하는 주요 요인인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, 국내 서비스들과 글로벌 서비스를 비교한 결과, 기능성과 콘텐츠 품질에 대해서 사용자 경험의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제안한 음악 스트리밍 서비스 사용자 경험 모델은 관련 이론 기반 연구에 새로운 토대가 될 수 있으며, 실제 플랫폼들 간의 경쟁 구도 및 그들의 경쟁 전략에 대한 의미 있는 시사점을 제공한다.

혈액투석 환자의 증상 경험과 자가간호역량이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Symptom Experience and Self-Care Agency on Quality of Life in Patients with Hemodialysis)

  • Purpose: This was a descriptive study investigating the effect of symptom experience and self-care agency on quality of life among patients with stage 5 chronic kidney disease undergoing regular hemodialysis. Methods: The participants were recruited from one general hospital and two private hospitals located in J city. 154 participated and completed structured questionnaires from June 30 to July 18, 2022. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The mean symptom experience score was 0.91±0.67 (out of 5), self-care agency was 4.19±0.71 (out of 6), and quality of life was 3.02±0.49 (out of 5). A negative correlation was found between quality of life and physical symptom experience (r=-.39, p<.001) and emotional symptom experience (r=-.39, p<.001). A positive correlation was found between quality of life and self-care agency (r=.66, p<.001). The regression analysis showed self-care agency (β=.48, p<.001), emotional symptom experience (β=-.27, p=.001), and monthly family income (β=.19, p=.002) significantly influenced quality of life, and explained 54.0% of the quality of life. Conclusion: These results suggest to improve the quality of life among patients on hemodialysis, it is necessary to assess and intervene with emotional symptom experiences and develop effective programs with specific strategies to enhance self-care agency.

분만경험과 산후 우울이 출산 후 여성의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Childbirth Experience and Postpartum Depression on Quality of Life in Women after Birth)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify influence of childbirth experience and postpartum depression on quality of life in women after birth. Methods: Two hundred and eleven postpartum women were asked to complete the questionnaires on their childbirth experience during their admission and on their postpartum depression and quality of life between one to three weeks after birth. Initial data were collected from February 1 to May 30, 2011 at two obstetric hospitals in Busan, Korea. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: The women's childbirth experience and postpartum depression were identified as factors influencing quality of life after birth. The model explained 50% of the variables. Conclusion: Results suggest that childbirth educators should include strategies to increase a positive childbirth experience and to decrease postpartum depression in their education programs in order to improve women's quality of life.

탁아기관의 질, 탁아경험 및 가족특성과 아동의 사회성발달과의 관계 (Relationships between Children's Social Development and Day Care Quality, Child-care Experience and Family Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study was: (1) to examine relationships between social development and day care quality, child-care experience and family characteristics, and (2) to investigate the explainability of those related variables for social development. Subjects for this study were 252 4-year-old children and their mothers from 32 day care centers in Seoul. Harms & Clifford's Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale was used to measure the quality of day care. The main results were as follows: (1) Day care quality, child-care experience and family characteristics were significantly related to social development. (2) Child's gender, months of age, mother's child rearing attitude, the length of child-care experience, overall quality of day care, and group size significantly predicted social development. 33% of the variance of social development was explained by these variables. The relative influence of these variables to the prediction of social development was about the same.

신선식품 유통 사이트에서 제품 정보품질과 정보원천 신뢰성이 제품환기에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Information Quality and Source Credibility on Product Arousal in Fresh Food Website)

  • This study aims to analyze the effect of product information quality and source credibility on product arousal in fresh food website. Despite fresh food websites are selling products with various feature, prior studies have focused on consumer behavior for fresh food website characteristics or specific products without considering the feature of the products. Consumers' attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors vary depending on the feature of the product. In other words, depending on the category of product, the decision making process that consumers purchase products can be differ. So, we classify products considering the feature of these products to examine the effect of information quality and source credibility on product arousal into experience goods and search goods. We surveyed 288 consumers having experience of purchase in fresh food website and verified the hypothesis through One-way ANOVA by classifying the information quality and the source credibility as high level and low level. As a result, there was a difference in product arousal according to the product information quality level and the source credibility level for each product category exposed to the fresh food website. In experience goods, source credibility have a more important effect on product arousal than product information quality, and in search goods, product information quality have a more important effect on product arousal than source credibility.

  • Tourism has been widely regarded as a mentally and physically healthy pursuit. Emotional experience can increase the restoration effect of tourism. Thus, recent studies in tourism have paid more attention to the benefits of emotional experiences. This study provides and tests a model that examines the relationship emotional experience as mediating variable between perceived service quality and two outcomes (behavioral intention, subjective well-being). The results of a study with rural healing tourists provide support for the proposed model. Specifically, the results indicate that emotional experience partially mediate the relationship between perceived service quality and satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that emotional experience should be considered as important in rural healing tourism services. The study provides empirical validation that customers do, indeed, identify with service providers, and this, in-turn, provides positive consequences for both the service provider (i.e., behavioral intention) and the customer (i.e., subjective well-being).

A Study of Fashion Brand Experience and Consumer Behavior

  • The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate the relationship among fashion brand experience, brand loyalty, relationship quality, and repurchase intention. The 420 survey questionnaires were distributed among the consumers in their 30s and 40s who had experience buy fashion brands products through convenience sampling in Seoul. Due to the reliability of data, 120 samples were discarded and 300 samples were put to actual analysis. By using SAS 9.4, data were analyzed for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the fashion brand experience which is consist of sensory, affective, behavioral and intellectual experience had positive effects on brand satisfaction and brand trust. Second, brand trust and brand commitment and the relationship quality of brand satisfaction, only satisfaction and commitment affects brand loyalty significantly. Lastly, brand loyalty had significantly effect on repurchase intention. It presented the potential to use the brand as a strategic tool to build strong brand assets, along with providing specific ways to secure differentiated competitiveness in the fashion brand market. It is also thought to be meaningful in that we presented a practical strategy to build and strengthen a lasting bond with consumers by looking at the impact on the quality of the relationship.

The Effects of User Experience Factors on Satisfaction and Repurchase Intention at Online Food Market

  • Purpose: This study aims to empirically analyze the effects of user experience on satisfaction and repurchase in the online food market and to present implications. Online food markets have rapidly dominated the grocery market since their appearance, and online food purchases by middle and seniors as well as young people are increasing rapidly. Research design, data, and methodology: The survey was conducted on 268 consumers with experience in using online food markets, and the results of the survey were analyzed using SPSS statistical program to verify reliability and feasibility, and using structural equation modelling (SEM) using AMOS. This study positively analyzed the impact of satisfaction and repurchase intent by setting system quality, product quality, brand characteristics, and economics as user experience factors in online food markets. Results: The results showed that among online food market user experience factors, the quality of the product and brand characteristics have a significant impact on satisfaction. This means that consumers decide to purchase food through online food markets by considering high-quality products and brand value together. Conclusions: This study has broadened the horizon of recent research on online food market which has been rapidly increasing in the market triggered by Covid19, providing significant implications.

노인의 관광경험이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Tourism Experience on the Quality of Life of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구에서는 노인들의 관광경험이 삶에 질에 미치는 영향관계를 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 알아보았다. 연구의 조사대상은 제주지역에 거주하는 65세 이상으로 총 209부의 설문 내용이 분석에 활용되었다. 연구 결과, 관광경험은 '가족', '사회', '건강', '심리적', '물질적', '여가' 삶의 영역 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, '가족', '건강', '심리적', '여가' 삶의 영역에 만족은 전반적인 삶의 만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, '사회', '물질적' 삶의 영역 만족은 전반적 삶의 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

미술관 관람 동기와 지각된 체험의 질이 관람 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Art Gallery Visitors' Motivation and Perceived Quality of Experience on Satisfaction)

  • 이 연구는 미술관 관람객을 대상으로 실시한 설문 조사 분석을 통해 미술관의 관람 동기와 관람을 통해 지각된 체험의 질이 관람 만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 요인 분석을 통해 미술관 관람 동기가 '지식 추구', '휴식 추구', '문화 동경', '유대 결속'의 차원으로 구성됨을 밝혔으며, 지각된 체험의 질은 '심미/오락', '교육', '일상 탈출', '소속감의 4개 차원으로 구성됨을 확인하였다. 이어 회귀 분석을 통해 동기와 지각된 체험의 질이 만족에 미치고 있음을 발견하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 토대로 만족도 제고를 통한 박물관 운영의 개선을 위한 방안이 논의되었으며 후속 연구를 위한 아이디어가 제시되었다.
