The present study, first, reviews theoretically previous studies about the concept and quality of services as well as tools to measure the quality. Second, it reviews theoretically previous studies about the concept and quality of special services as well as tools to measure the quality. According to the results of reviewing previous studies on service quality, it is considered that the variance among several researchers concerning the measurements of service quality is affected significantly by factors such as the procedures of data collection and analyses utilized in the studies. In addition, the fact that dimensions are different, or some dimensions are not independent, is highly likely to be based on the unique characteristics of business categories, in addition to research procedures. Accordingly, when measuring service quality in future studies, it may be desirable to adapt measuring tools partially for the characteristics of each service category, and to generalize the adjusted tools over the specific category. Especially studies on the quality of special service have been carried out in limited scope so far. Thus, it is required to develop and refine comprehensive and appropriate criteria and detailed questions to measure the quality of fashion education service. Furthermore, studies are necessary with regard to relations among relevant factors such as customers' satisfaction and perception on education service quality after they experience the services.

Usability is one of the most important concepts regarding software quality. It can be interpreted as the goodness associated with using the software product. This paper distinguishes the goodness of an individual using experience and the goodness of a product for using. This paper proposes a software quality view model which classifies software quality views into two broad categories of end view and means view. End view includes long-term view and short-term view which is classified further into performer's view on software activity and third party's view on software activity. Means view includes intrinsic view and contingency view. The analysis of ISO 25000 Series SQuaRE demonstrates the necessity to decompose product quality model and quality in use model into five models corresponding to the software quality views respectively. The analysis on playability shows that the universal definition of usability may be an illusion. The results provide the theoretical basis to build a comprehensive and consistent body of knowledge regarding software quality, which is consisted with the set of quality models and the theories explaining the relationships among the elements of the models.

This study is to suggest plans that can make service quality and consumer satisfaction high in internet shopping mall , categorizing the determinants of service quality of Internet shopping mall and analysing determinants of service quality which can give much effect on consumer satisfaction. Using the survey method, the study gathered data from 115 consumers and students with purchasing experience on the web. The Cronbach alpha reliability coefficient was computed to assess the reliability of the responses to all instruments and factor analyses were performed to determine construct validity. Multiple regression was employed to test the hypotheses of this study. According to our findings, the determinants of service quality which influences consumer satisfaction are tangibles, responsiveness, problem solving and security. Several implications of the study are provided in the paper.

UHD Alliance는 UHD를 새로 정의하고 BT.709 (1990)[1]에서 정의된 HDTV 경험 대비 모든 관점에서 더 나은 프리미엄 사용자 경험을 가치로서 제공하기 위해 설립되었다. 특히 호환성 뿐만 아니라 품질을 정의하고, 그 품질이 컨텐트 저작자로부터 소비자에 이르는 Ecosystem의 흐름상 유지될 수 있도록하여, 의도된 화질을 즐길 수 있는데 중점을 두었다. 본 논문에서는 UHD Alliance 기술 규격의 대표적인 화질 요소인 HDR과 WCG의 품질 기준에 대해 소개한다.

Many studies reported that some organizations experience benefits of quality as well as the productivity due to the implementation of ISO9000. However, there are significant differences across countries, industries and organizations. This paper examines the current quality management practices in the Hong Kong construction industry under the ISO 9000 environment by a postal survey. It focuses on the success factors of ISO 9000 implementation in the industry. The findings support the views that changes in the organization are needed to realize the benefits brought by ISO 9000.

Purpose: This study aimed to perform a concept analysis of quality nursing care. Methods: Walker and Avant's concept analysis method was used to carry out this study. Results: The defining attributes identified were as follows: caring, the nurse-patient relationship, and patient needs. Antecedents included patient characteristics, individual factors (age, education, knowledge, competence, and experience), job position, and environmental factors. The consequences of quality nursing care have significant influence on both patients and nurses. Conclusion: The findings can aid researchers in obtaining a better understanding of quality nursing care, and stakeholders can consider the factors related to quality nursing care and its consequences to improve the nursing process.

We conducted this study to identify the components of H&B store app service quality and their effect on customer satisfaction. The survey was conducted through an online survey for teenagers or older with experience in using H&B store app. A total of 330 copies were distributed and a total of 282 copies were used for the final analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, eight factors such as ease of use & design, fulfillment, playfulness, responsiveness, personalization, security, contextual usefulness, interactivity were derived as service quality components of H&B store app. Second, as a result of regression analysis, the six service quality components, such as 'ease of use & design', 'fulfillment', 'playfulness', 'responsiveness', 'security', and 'interactivity' were found to have a significant positive (+) effect on customer satisfaction (p<0.05) and 'playfulness (β=.372)' had the greatest effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, we should strive to establish effective marketing strategies in the H&B industry.

High strength concrete(65MPa) was used for construction of the bulk cement storage silo by using sliding form. This paper presents mix design, production, quality control and experience with field application of high strength concrete under cold weather conditions. It is shown to be possible to produce high strength concrete of compressive strength of 50~60 MPa by using high-range water reducer to lower w/c ratio with appropriate quality control.

It is very important to rationally allocate manufacturing processes because customer's needs are being various, and product life cycle in the market Is being shortened. The process allocation is needed before making process control plan and is mostly being done by the field experience or intuition of machine operator, process engineer and/or maintenance technician. Therefore, a modified allocation method using the process variation is proposed. This paper presents the result of comparative studies between current method and the proposed one.

The purpose of this study is to develop an insurance system for product quality liability(PQL) by reviewing some legal issues concerning the product liability It is concluded that the purpose and the function of PQL insurance have to be considered with robust experience data for the life of product, quality system of the company, size of company, the number and amount of products produced by a company and the type of company etc. And this article reviews some problems of policy including the possibility of anti-selection and reverse selection.
