The aim of this study is to provide the conduct and development of the experience program according to recreating village project by the inhabitants participation on the culture and historical villages resources. The conduct and development of the experienced program according to recreating village project by the inhabitants participation is that should be developed step by step the experienced program. The result of this study are summarized as follows; firstly, the experienced program of the village is typical exchange program. secondly, the inhabitants participation is necessary on the experienced program, and the planning program that the improved residential quality life. thirdly, the experienced program will be represent to the attributes. lastly, the experienced program is the important that the village's leaders of all competences. Therefore, the experienced program must be able to take advantage of the residents and to develop of the better programs.

It is recommended that the villagers should organize their own council based on the resources which the village owns to manage the experience programs in the experience village, but it is criticized that there is no consideration about inhabitants abilities when the project is about to be constructed and the programs is developed. This research is purposed to develop the manual which is depending on urban-rural correlative experience programs conduct that is developed by the test to increase inhabitants abilities effectively. Therefore, the manual of the programs should be utilized as a early guide to help the village jump up to the standard level of program procedure, and the inhabitants should create ideas continually to develop better programs on the basis of the manual rather depending on the manual. And for another, the manual should often be upgraded to understand the process of historical changes of the village.

Rural Experiential Tourism is the medium that connect a town and country. Through the form of these Rural Experiential Tourism people live in country sell indigenous products and tourism services. Both people maintain friendly relations with their friendship based on mutual trust. The aim of space planing for experience and development of experience program is make visitors learn many valuable lessons in countryside. So, Two things must discussed closely related. Also it is necessary to mention people to conduct in there. Visitors who live in Gyonggi and Chungcheong province come to frequently Geumgang Nongbau village for a day. They enjoy going for a swimming and fishing in Geumgang. In order to activate specialized experience program, it is necessary to increase the number of those exclusively responsible for that experience program and organization visitors make stay overnight in village. Also to enhancing village people's income must have agricultural stand and activate village internet site.

Objectives We aimed to investigate the experience of Korean medicine use among elementary school students and their perception of Korean medicine and to determine whether the school doctor program improved the perception of Korean medicine. Methods This study was conducted as part of a school doctoral program in Korean medicine. A Korean medicine doctor was dispatched to the school to conduct a program that included career education in Korean medicine. Self-report surveys were conducted before and after the program. The pre-program questionnaire assessed the experience of using Korean medicine and the perception of Korean Medicine, whereas the post-program questionnaire measured the perception of Korean medicine and satisfaction with the program. Results A total of 82 students from an elementary school participated in this survey. Among them, 32 sudents (41.0%) reported having used Korean medicine in their lifetime, and 8 (10.4%) had used Korean medicine in the last three months. There was no statistically significant association between the experience of using Korean medicine and perception of Korean Medicine. However, perceptions significantly improved after the school doctorate program, and students who were more satisfied with the program evaluated Korean Medicine more positively.

The purpose of this study was to conduct a task-based field experience program for medical care support departments in hospitals for 1st medical students, and then to analyze the their experiences and its meanings phenomenologically. We selected the following department in hospital; nursing, medical records, pharmacy, diagnosis laboratory, radiology, administration, customer consulting center, organ transplant center, palliative medical ward, and international medical center. The students visited the department and used various methods such as interviewing, observation, and experience to solve the given task. As a result, in the program satisfaction, students rated the highest as having many department in the hospital and understanding their role. The essential structure of the experience of medical care support department in the reflection journal written by the students was the recognition of reality, respect and collaboration, and self-reflection from experience recognition.

The purpose of this study was to the real situation of the safety education in the kindergarten by investigating the actual condition of the safety education and kindergarten teachers' knowledge about it. Questionnaire was adopted to obtain data required for pertinent analysis. The subjects were 234 kindergarten teachers located in Choongnam and Daejeon province. SPSSWIN v10.0 was utilized to calculate percentage, mean and standard deviation and to conduct t-test, one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. The main results of this study were as follows. There was a significant difference between the actual condition of the safety education and kindergarten teachers' knowledge about it according to demographic variables. Especially, these differences were due to teachers' academic career, age, teaching experience, and the experience of bringing up children by themselves. The importance of the safety education must be emphasized. There were urgent needs to develop the way of teaching and the program about the safety education.

The purpose of this study was to examine how the relationship with grandparents and intergenerational integration program influences the children's attitudes toward elderly. Data for the study were collected from 132 elementary school students who attended the regional children's centers or social education centers that conduct intergenerational integration programs. The respondents reported positive attitudes toward elderly and perceived elderly as kind, likable, bright, clean and happy. A multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify the variables that affect children's attitudes toward elderly. While frequency of contact with grandparents, perceptions about grandparents, and frequency of intergenerational integration programs had strong effects on the children's attitudes toward elderly, experience of living with grandparents, perceptions about the intergenerational integration programs, and helpfulness of the intergenerational integration programs did not show significant effects on children's attitudes toward elderly.

In this study, a problem-centered learning based STEAM field experience learning program was developed and the effects of applying it were investigated. The program was composed of 8 sessions by using problem-centered learning education method and integrating STEAM elements between disciplines. The contents of program are as follow. In the step of sharing problems and making a problem-solving plan, they understood the various examples and meanings of endangered species, explored the project activities, and made an inquiry plan. In the search and re-exploration phase, a smart device was used to investigate the appearance, habitat environment and cause of extinction for Clithon retropictus, and a site inquiry plan was established for each group. Then, they moved to the field to explore brackish-headed gallops and discuss ways to protect endangered species. In the step of creating a solution, a web-based report was produced as the final product using smart devices based on the results of the inquiry. In the presentation and evaluation stage, the produced web-based report was used to present each group, conduct mutual evaluation, and organize project activities. The developed program was applied to 6th grade 29 students enrolled in the J University Gifted Education Center. In order to find out the effectiveness of the program, tests of science process skill, creative problem-solving ability, and scientific attitude were conducted before and after of program learning, and the results were statistically analyzed by t-test. In addition, a STEAM program satisfaction test was conducted after project in order to find out the satisfaction of the class. As a result of application of the program, the results were significantly improved in openness, criticism, and creativity among the sub-factors of creative problem-solving ability and scientific attitude. Satisfaction with the STEAM program was also high, but no significant result was found in science process skill. Therefore, the program of this study could be influenced on improvement of creative problem-solving ability and scientific attitude of gifted students in elementary science.

The Presidential Archives is a research institute that manages presidents' historical records and archives. It provides various education programs based on the presidential records and archives for teachers and students. The Ministry of Education introduced free-learning semester and has conducted test trials in 42 schools since 2013. All of the middle schools will conduct the free-learning semester from 2016. The $7^{th}$ educational curriculum includes creative experience activities. The Ministry of Education recommended that schools should cooperate with local public organizations for experience activities. But, It is difficult to cooperate with each other. This study proposed the experience education programs using the presidential records and archives for social studies education curriculum in order to do the meaningful education in the class of the creative experience activities. To do it, this study analyzes current situation, deducts the problems caused in domestic and foreign Archives experience education program, and adopts the cooperative learning models and components suited to experience activities.
