Purpose The purpose of this study was to investigate the experience cues of chatbot services provided to existing customers familiar with the e-commerce environment, and to examine the effect of chatbot service's experience cues on customer experience and chatbot trust. Design/methodology/approach This study was conducted on consumers who experienced chatbot services in an e-commerce environment, the final 299 copies of valid data were obtained, and the research hypothesis was verified using PLS as a structural equation model. Findings As a result of the analysis, it was found that functional cues that cause customer experiences using chatbot services had a positive effect on cognitive and emotional experiences, human cues had a positive effect on cognitive, emotional and relational experiences, and customer experiences had a positive effect on chatbot trust.

This paper examines the conventional notion of natural beauty and its legacy on the aesthetic experience of nature and landscape architecture in terms of critical perspective. We can take its clue for discussion from the our routine convention of experiencing natural beauty from the picture-like nature. We often equate natural beauty with superficial representations of nature shown in pictures. However, it is no more than a by-stander's nature seen purely through the eyes of the outsider. Problems of the picture-like nature can be summarized as the contemplative and visual-oriented aesthetic experience of landscape, which has had its influence not only on the ways of seeing the natural beauty but also on the ways of making it. The tradition of the picture-like nature has been transplanted into the real world through the practice of landscape architecture. It has been mass-producing superficial beauty of nature, focused on visual form. Landscape architecture in such a form is just a static means of decoration devoid of meaning and content.

이 연구는 개념변화 맥락을 제공하는 개념생태의 상호작용에 관한 사례 연구이다. 사례 연구를 통해, 개념생태를 구성하는 세 가지 특징(개념, 과거 경험, 설명일관성)의 상호작용적 맥락을 구체적으로 제시하고 그 상호작용적 특정이 개념변화를 어렵게 하는데 공헌하고 있음을 밝힌다. 이 연구의 시사점은 크게 세 가지이다. 첫째, 개념 학습을 목표로 하는 교수(teaching)는 특정 과제에 대하여 학생들의 개념생태 내에 자리잡고 있는 관련된 장소에서 출발해야 한다. 둘째, 학생들의 비일관적인 설명은 개념변화의 단서로 이용될 수 있다. 셋째, 과거 경험은 학습자를 깊이 이해하기 위해 개념생태 연구가 지속적으로 탐구해야할 영역이다.

This study aims at the examination of the characteristics of sectional design by Raumplan through the analysis of his 12 houses in which his architectural design concept is clearly showed. The analysis proceeded through 12 sectional drawings, because of Raumplan is originated from the spatial concept which is dividing spaces with various differences of horizontal level. Through this investigation, three characteristics of sectional design by Raumplan which is to present : 1) Free horizontal variation by different level 2) Spatial division by splitted wall 3) Horizontal & vertical refraction of viewpoint & movement These characteristic seems like to including his intention to put into the various human behaviour in residence, it can be spatial clue to solve existential experience of 'homelessness' which is one of the biggest problems of modern times.

This paper is a study of the possibility of experience and expression in the architecture of Louis I. Kahn by focusing on the characters of entrance, court and window/wall of his public buildings. In the course of composition, Kahn defined the entrance, court and window/wall as an connecting elements and elements of boundary. The characters revealed by these elements or rooms give the clue to insight Kahn's thought of relation of interior and exterior space or inner and outer space. Following are the characters of these elements. First, a entrance reveals the fact that inner space separates from outer space by connecting these two space and giving the value to inner space as the entity and totality like outer space. The entrance gives its ontological being to human subjects not by vision but experience and expression which is the essence of commonness, that is, Silence. Kahn made the possibility of activity amplify in this common and silent space. Second, this entrance is connected with wide and huge central space not individual spaces of interior space. This extreme procedure of entering makes human subject feel sublime of intoner space. And the central spaces becomes another exterior or another world in the inner world of architecture by the lights from above and by having the boundary wall which shows same pattern of exterior wall. Third, Kahn regarded a window as the giver of lights not as the medium of vision connecting inner space with outer. He tried to connect interior with exterior through the being and character of the light expressed in the interior. And in his buildings, interior space is connected with exterior by expressing the purpose of building, composition of inner space, structural truth and construction facts through the Form, a pattern of wall, details and ornamental joints. By practicing this thoughts in the real buildings, Kahn tried to gave aura to both the interior space and entity of architecture which is regarded as micro universe like flowers, rocks and human beings.

본 연구는 중학교 기술교육에서 기술적 문제해결 체험활동을 통해 나타나는 학생들의 변화를 탐색하는 것에 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 연구 참여자는 경기 G시의 중학교 1학년 학생 12명을 유목적적 표집법으로 선정하였고, 자료 수집을 위해 자극 회상 질문법에 의한 심층면담, 집단토론을 실시하였다. 자료 분석 방법으로는 영역 분석, 분류분석, 성분분석 방법을 활용하였고, 연구 참여자들 간 검토 및 삼각검증을 통해 연구의 진실성을 확보하였다. 연구 결과 기술 교육에서 기술적 문제해결 체험 활동 수업은 학생들에게 '기술적 제작에 대한 부담과 흥분사이', '기술적 문제해결의 실마리와 발화점', '기술적 능력을 통한 자아의 발견'의 의미를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 '기술적 제작에 대한 부담과 흥분사이'는 평소 성적이 우수한 학생들은 수행평가에 대한 심리적 부담감을 많이 느꼈지만, 일반적인 '만들기'에 대한 선(先)경험과 흥미는 체험활동에 대한 흥분감을 느끼도록 하였음을 의미한다. '기술적 문제해결의 실마리와 발화점'은 생소한 체험활동 과제를 해결하는 과정에서 모둠원들과의 관계 이해 및 형성을 중요시 하게 되고, 지속적 문제 해결력을 갖도록 함을 의미한다. '기술적 능력을 통한 자아의 발견'은 체험활동 학습을 통해 스스로 '만들어가는' 학습 경험의 중요성을 깨닫게 되고, 내면의 조작적 욕구 충족의 기회가 될 수 있음을 의미한다. 이러한 결과는 향후 기술 교육에서의 기술적 문제해결 체험활동 교육을 보다 의미 있고 체계적으로 설계하는데 필요한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Corporations are pursuing maximum returns from their R&D investment. They are also interested in sound measures to quantify returns. In fact, they use various measures and criteria for measuring returns from the R&D investment. But the fundamental problem is that there is no generic and widely acceptable measures and criteria. To make things more complicated, measures are very powerful and influential to the people in the corporations. Herbert Simon already indicated that people do many things but people usually do their best for the only tasks which are measured. Many researchers, like Chester(1995), are interested in R&D productivity measures and risks because what the company measures really influence R&D people and output. This article present design concepts of the R&D project selection and evaluation system in POSCO(Pohang Iron & Steel Company). This is an output extract from the 6-month joint activities with POSRI(POSCO Research Institute) researchers and POSCO R&D personnel. Process changes, new organizations and new selection and evaluation criteria are developed to improve R&D performance and to enhance technology management of the POSCO. This article covers new selection and evaluation criteria only. We would like to share our experience about how we redesign the selection and evaluation of R&D projects. We also bring insights how we seamlessly integrate 4 different project selection and evaluation steps as a whole. We hope that this case will give you a clue to improve your R&D management.

본 논문에서는 사용자에게 보다 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위하여 개념의 활용분야에 따른 속성 분류 기법이라는 새로운 분류 기법을 제안하고, 이를 활용해 정답문서집합 지식베이스를 자동으로 구축하는 방안을 제시한다. 제안된 방법은 범주간의 구분이 유동적인 속성의 특성을 반영하기 위하여 속성 특징(clue)을 활용함으로써 분류 정확도를 높이고, 개념망에 정의된 개념들 사이의 관계를 참조함으로써 지식베이스를 구축하기 위한 노력과 비용을 최소화하여 점진적인 분류기 생성을 가능하게 한다. 실험을 통해 제안된 방법의 정확도와 효율성을 입증하였으며, 정답문서기반 정보검색 시스템을 위한 정답문서집합 구축과정에 적용시킨 결과를 제시함으로써 방법의 실제 효용성을 보였다.

$Ren{\acute{e}}$ Char and Yi Yuk-Sa have similarities to be accepted as representative poet of resistance in France and South Korea's history of literature. These similarities lead us to make a comparative study on two poets not having any positive influencing relationship. Their experiences as a independence fighter have a great effect on their whole works. This study applies concept of "Po-ethica" to compare features and values about their works. This concept anticipates ethical and existential throwbacks not an aesthetic throwback. Their poems are remarkable that they not only present a ethical perspectives surpassing the "lettrism" but also show the lyricism in poems of resistance surpassing patriotic and ideological appeal. This lyricism results from the pursuits of a true life not a confidence of the goodness. The similarities and differences in their works can be a clue for rediscovering the meaning and values of poems of resistance. Rilke said, "The Poem is the experience". Char's poems are more experiential than any other poet's poems. His poems of resistance show a personal life than deconstruction of discourse such as nationality and father land. On the other hand, Yuk-Sa's poems show a prospect of nature and the macrocosm. This naturalization of a resistance surpass a pastoral attitude of forgetting their phases of the times and reality. Therefore, their "Po-ethica" of resistance is valid today.

수학문제해결에서 직관은 문제해결의 실마리, 아이디어를 제공하는 중요한 인지로 논리와 함께 그 교육의 중요성이 강조되어왔다. Fischbein은 직관을 기원에 따라 일차적 직관과 이차적 직관으로 분류하고, 직관에 있어서 개인의 경험과 학교 교육의 역할에 대해 언급하고 있다. 이러한 선행 연구에서 직관이 사회적 영향을 받고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 직관의 사회적 성격을 표면적으로 드러낸 도덕 심리학자 Haidt의 사회적 직관주의 모델을 수학문제해결 측면에서 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 수학문제해결과 직관 교육에 있어서 다음과 같은 시사점을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 수학문제해결에서도 직관의 사회적 특성을 확인할 수 있다. 둘째, 사회적 직관주의 모델을 변형하여 직관이 작용하는 수학문제해결과정을 모델화할 수 있었다. 셋째, 수학문제해결에서 직관이 중요하고, 직관에 관한 의미 있는 경험이 교육적으로 제공되어야 한다. 넷째, 직관의 강건함과 전체성 등으로 인한 오류를 줄이기 위해 직관을 확인하는 교육, 즉 메타인지를 강조한 직관 교육이 요구된다.
