울산시 도심외곽지역 중형아파트 구매예정자의 주택선택 행동특성 (A Study on the Characteristics of Housing Choice Behavior of Expected Purchasers of the Medium Size Apartments at the Suburbs of Ulsan City)

  • The objective of this study is to find out demographic characteristics, motivation to move, housing values, and present housing satisfaction of expected purchasers, so that the results contribute to better planning of the medium size apartments at Guyoung in Ulsan city The field survey on 472 households has been carried out at suburbs of Ulsan. Major findings are as follows : 1) Demographic characteristics, motivation to move, housing values, and present housing satisfaction differ as the size expected purchasers live in at present. 2) To increase the motivation to move to Guyoung, well designed of planning common space, parking area, cultural and welfare facilities is essential. 3) To enhance the satisfaction level, better plan of dinning space and second bathroom is important for the apartments of 20py.s(~$m^2$), and that of family bathroom and utility space for the apartments of 30py.s(~$m^2$).

  • The objective of the study is to know demographic characteristics mobility motivation housing aspiration and housing values of expected purchasers of the small/medium size apartments located at 'H-area' in Ulsan to enhance their level of housing satisfaction through better planning. The result shows that moving motivation housing aspiration and housing values differ as what size respective expected purchasers want. As a regional characteristic the reality-oriented view of housing is apparent in that their interests are focused on the setups or facilities after-service and maintenance and that they think conveniency more important than the edifices' appearance or beauty.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine consumers' perceptions of eco-friendly children's-wear and their impact on the selection criteria for children's-wear and stores. A descriptive survey method using a self-administered questionnaire was employed. The sample consisted of mothers with children under the age of 13 residing in Seoul and the Gyeonggi area. Data were collected from September 2011 to October, 2011. The collected data were analyzed to find the differences between purchasers and non-purchasers of eco-friendly children's-wear in terms of their perceptions of eco-friendly children's-wear, as well as the influence of these perceptions on the consideration degree of criteria for the selection of children's wear and store. The results indicate that perceptions of eco-friendly children's-wear implied five key factors related to quality reliability, expected value, style, degree of recognition, and dissatisfaction with design and price. The results also revealed some differences between the group purchasing eco-friendly children's-wear and the group not purchasing eco-friendly children's-wear. These different perceptions were related to the aspects of quality reliability, expected value, style, degree of recognition. In general, the non-purchasing group displayed a lower mean score than the purchasing group. Both groups showed a low interest in aesthetic appreciation and the degree of recognition factor. The results showed that consumer's perceptions of eco-friendly children's-wear had an influence on the criteria for the selection of children's-wear and store type in both groups. Considering the findings of the study, it is clear that both purchasers and non-purchasers of eco-friendly children's-wear showed differences in their perceptions and purchasing behavior. Therefore, marketing strategies to appeal to the non-purchasing group should be differentiated from strategies used to ensure the loyalty of the purchasing group.

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate customer shopping orientations of non-store shoppers and identify differences shopping orientations among groups determined by amount and frequency of purchase by various direct marketing media. The subjects were male and female consumers who aged over twenty and resided in Seoul, Kungki or Masan area. A questionnaire was developed by the researchers, and distributed to 770 people. A sample of 747 consumers responded to the questionnaire, and 732 questionnaires were used for analysis. Frequency count and percentage, factor analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's test were used for statistical analysis. Consumer shopping orientations were classified into 4 factors: pleasure, economy/value, and convenience I & II. Among groups of heavy shoppers, light shoppers, and non-shoppers, there were significant differences in their shopping orientations. Also, within groups, there were significant differences among their shopping orientation factors. All three groups had significantly stronger orientation toward convenience I than pleasure and convenience II. Also, within other purchase groups (fashion-good purchasers, other-good purchasers, and non-purchasers) showed the same shopping orientations as the former groups. On the basis of the above results, this study is expected to be useful for catalog retailers to develope effective marketing strategies and provide their customers new buying motives.

온라인 구전 커뮤니케이션: 온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 소비자 사용후기 작성동기 (Online Word-of-Mouth: Motivation for Writing Product Reviews on Internet Shopping Sites)

  • The online shopping environment has radically changed consumer shopping behavior. Without the actual physical shopping experience in a brick-and-mortar store, consumers make purchasing decisions over the Internet. They make an effort to obtain product information not only from online merchants, but also from previous purchasers in order to make an informed decision. Accordingly, customer comments are expected to have a significant impact on decisions to purchase goods and services online. This paper focuses on one type of electronic word-of-mouth, the online consumer review. It derives several motivations why customers post product reviews on shopping mall sites. Customer motives were identified through an in depth one-on-one interview with twenty female respondents conducted twice from June $17^{th}$ to September $11^{th}$, 2009. The interviews lasted between 40 and 60 minutes. The results showed that consumers write product reviews based on six motivations: to receive a reward or remuneration for writing a product review, to share information with other customers, to improve the quality of goods and services, to reduce customer dissatisfaction, to recommend products and services, and to derive pleasure.

베이비붐 세대 여성의 재킷 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Jacket Design Preference of Korean Baby-Boom Generation Women)

  • This study aims to analyze the preference of jacket design, practical factors regarding jacket-wearing and purchasing behavior for korean baby- boom generation women. The results are as follows: 1. According to the outfit preference survey, the silhouette most preferred by female baby boomers is the "X-line Silhouette", "hip length", "slightly fitted and well fitted". The preferred jacket colors for different seasons were grey and beige for spring, white and light yellow for summer, khaki and brown for fall and black and dark grey for winter. 2. According to the survey on factors to consider when purchasing jackets, 52% indicated that they "almost never" or "occasionally" had their jackets repaired after purchasing them. When purchasing jackets, the highest expected effect of looking younger by wearing a jacket was "looking 4-5 years younger". 3. According to the survey on price demands, the average purchase price for jackets was 160,000~200,000 won (27.80%) followed by 210,000~350,000 won (25.64%) and a significant difference existed based on the purchasers' economic activities.

  • 본 연구는 코로나로 인해 언텍트 환경이 조성되면서 모바일 쇼핑환경에서 AR기술의 편의성이 사용자들의 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 구매만족도의 조절효과도 검증하였다. SPSS에 의한 가설점증 결과, 편리성은 구매의도와 구매만족도에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 구매만족도는 편리성과 구매의도 간에 부분적인 조절역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 연구 결과는 모바일 쇼핑에서 사용자에게 AR 기술을 이용한 다양한 정보를 신속하고 정확하게 제공하여 소비자들의 신뢰를 높이고, 즐거움을 제공해 사용자들이 구매의도를 유발할 수 있으며, 언택트 마케팅효과를 보다 구체적으로 구현할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

우리 나라 임산물무역(林産物貿易)에 대한 목재인증제(木材認證制)의 잠재적(潛在的) 영향(影響) (The Potential Impacts of Recent Developments in Timber Certification Schemes on the Korean Forest Products Trade)

  • 본 연구는 지구차원의 목재인증제(木材認證制)인 FSC인증(認證)과 ISO 환경경영체제(環境經營體制) 인증(認證)의 최근 동향을 검토하고 인증제(認證制)가 우리 나라의 임산물무역에 미치는 잠재적 영향을 분석하였다. 목재인증표준(木材認證標準), 인증절차(認證節次) 및 인증(認證) 산림면적(山林面積) 등에 대한 자료 및 정보는 관련문헌과 지역 및 국제기구의 보고서 등으로부터 수집하였다. 목재인증제(木材認證制)가 우리 나라의 임산물무역에 미치는 영향은 환경(環境)과 임산물무역과 관련된 주요어에 대한 인지도(認知度)와 환경친화적이며 지속 가능하게 경영된 산림에서 생산되는 라벨부착목재에 대한 추가지불의사(追加支拂意思)를 설문 조사하여 분석하였다. 지구, 지역 및 개별국가차원에서 다양한 인증제(認證制)가 개발되고 있고 인증제(認證制)에 대한 관심도 증가되고 있기 때문에 인증목재(認證木材)의 시장공급량은 증가될 것으로 예측되나, 인증목재(認證木材)의 수요는 현 단계에서 불확실하며 소비자의 인증목재(認證木材)에 대한 반응이 주요 결정인자(決定因子)가 될 것이다. 단기적으로 목재인증제(木材認證制)가 우리 나라 수업에 미치는 영향이 크지 않을 것이다. 왜냐하면 국내 목재소비자들이 환경관련(環境關聯) 무역조치(貿易措置)에 대한 관심이 낮고, 인증목재(認證木材)에 대한 추가지불의사(追加支拂意思)가 적기 때문이다. 그러나 목재인증(木材認證)이 선진국 시장에서는 임산물수입장벽(林産物輸入障壁)으로 활용되고 있어 마루판이나 합판 등 유럽시장에 수출하는 임산물은 목재인증(木材認證)에 의해 부정적인 영향을 받을 것으로 예상된다.

촉진과 억제 요인이 온라인 중고 거래 플랫폼에 대한 저항과 사용 의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 듀얼 팩터 이론을 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Enabler and Inhibitor on the Resistance and Use Intention of Online Used Trading Platform: Focusing on the Dual Factory Theory)

  • 정보 통신 기술과 함께 급격하게 발전한 플랫폼은 그 혁신성에서 전통 산업과 많은 차이를 보여주고 있다. 기술 수용 모델을 기반으로 플랫폼의 수용을 촉진하거나, 혁신성에 저항하는 요인을 개별적으로 연구하던 선행 연구를 보완하기 위해, 본 연구는 듀얼 팩터 이론을 적용하여 촉진과 억제 요인이 소비자의 저항에 동시에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구 대상으로 타 플랫폼과 차별적 특성을 보이는 온라인 중고 거래 플랫폼의 구매자를 선정했으며, 선행 연구를 기반으로 이들의 과거 구매 횟수가 플랫폼의 저항과 사용 의도의 관계에 미치는 조절 효과를 같이 살펴보았다. 연구 결과, 촉진 요인인 경제적 이익은 저항에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 사회적 영향은 영향을 미치지 못했다. 억제 요인의 경우, 인지된 복잡성과 인지된 위험이 모두 저항에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 저항은 사용 의도에 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 사용자들의 구매 횟수가 늘어날수록 그 영향력은 정(+)의 방향으로 조절되었다. 마지막으로 저항은 선행요인(경제적 이익과 인지된 복잡성)과 사용 의도 사이에서 매개 효과를 가졌다.
