도서관 서비스 품질은 특정 서비스에 대한 이용자의 주관적 의미를 기준으로 하기 때문에 개별 기대수준에 따라 만족과 불만족으로 구분할 수 있다. 따라서 공공도서관에서 시행하고 있는 도서관 서비스도 결국은 이용자의 기댓값에 따라 도서관서비스에 대한 평가도 좌우될 수 있다. 이 연구는 고양시 공공도서관을 대상으로 도서관 서비스에 대한 만족도 조사이다. 만족도의 조사 결과, 고양시민들의 공공도서관 서비스 만족의 선호순위는 1) 시설, 2) 문화프로그램 및 강좌, 3) 사서친절도, 4) 소장자료의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 선호순위의 내재된 의미를 파악하기 위해 1) 도서관 공간에 기대수준, 2) 도서관 사서에 대한 기대수준, 3) 이용자가 새롭게 희망하는 서비스, 4) 도서관에서 희망하는 강좌 등을 연령별, 직업별로 분석하였다. 전통적인 도서관 이용법에 대한 요구는 연령이 높아지면서 나타났다. 또한 외부 강사활용과 같은 도서관외부자원을 활용한 서비스는 취업이나 예술강좌 등이었으며, 도서관 내 자원을 활용하는 독서강좌 등에 대한 이용자 기댓값이 가장 높게 나타났다.

The purpose of this paper is to estimate the economic value of Multi-functionality Roles including landscape and so on, which traditional stone fences in Korea possess, using Dichotomous Choice Contingent Valuation Method (DC-CVM). The stone fences is life cultural heritance of regional residents. It has functions like Development of Favorable Landscapes, Maintenance of Cultural Heritage, and Recreation/Relaxation. Expectation from regional visitors shows that the existence and inheritance value of the stone wall is higher then we expected. According to the research that we had done from the people that had agreed to contribute the stone wall. moreover the public commercial value of regional tradition stone was not only 2,900 billion won but also it will increase an economic gain in every year. Therefore, preserving the stone wall that has Multi-functional Roles and values can lead to huge economic value in the future. But farmhouses in the stone wall conservation area are being supported 9 billion won in every year. This is only 0.03% of the income that farmhouse earns per year. Thus, stone wall preservation policy and plan can raise green-tour commercial value of inland area as a long-term inside measurement. Those will have to be propelled continuously.

The stone wall is life cultural heritance of Cheju islanders. It has functions like Development of Favorable Landscapes, Maintenance of Cultural Heritage, and Recreation/Relaxation. Expectation from Cheju visitors shows that the existence and inheritance value of the stone wall is higher then we expected. According to the research that we had done from the people that had agreed to contribute the stone wall, the result was that the public commercial value of Cheju tradition stone will increase every yew(2006: 367 billion won, 2011: 437.1 billion won). Therefore, preserving the stone wall that has Multi-functional Roles and values can lead to huge economic value in the future. But farmhouses in the stone wall conservation area are being supported 6 million won every year. This is only 10% of the income that farmhouse ems per year. Thus, stone wall preservation policy and plan that can raise green-tour commercial value of Cheju Island of long-term inside measurement will have to be propelled continuously.

Korean fisheries societies have had many difficulties for economic, social, and living circumstances. The government has tried many projects to improve these circumstances. But the results of the projects did not come up to his expectation. Recently, blue tourism is emerging as an alternative for improving these circumstances. So we applied a tourism value chain model for identifying what value activities and resources needed. According to the tourism value chain model, it was identified that there were six different value activities, i. e. advertising, reserving, moving, experiencing, returning, and after services of blue tourism. To identify which of the resources are sufficient or not in Korean blue tourism, we compared the required resources with actual ones. It was identified that Korean fisheries societies have so sufficient H/W related resources, but not IT related S/W resources, humanware-based resources, some industrial H/W resources and sociocultural resources. Therefore, Korean blue tourism will be activated, we have to concentrate our efforts on supplementing some scant blue tourism resources, i.e. S/W and humanware related resources and developing a variety of tourism programs to H/W resources. Generally, sustainable tourism needs all of S/W, H/W, and humanware resources. So we suggest several policies for the aspects of S/W, H/W, and humanware resources to activate blue tourism. But before carrying these policies out, they should be tested by field studies. And tourism motivations will be also studied because effective tourism marketing is impossible without an understanding of consumers' motivations.

文化的核心主旨凝結為其價值意涵, 「羽化登仙」集中反映道教文化的終極價值訴求。從文字學視閾探究「羽」, 「化」, 「登」, 「仙」, 有助於我們透視道教神仙信仰這層神秘面紗背後的生命理念, 體知功夫與境界追求, 以及生命修為與精神超越之間特有的內在理路。其中, 「神仙」可謂玄門修士的人生信念, 「羽化」指代其煉養功夫, 「登真」表徵生命能級攀越。「羽化登仙」寓道教文化價值目標, 煉養功夫與生命境界於一體, 乃玄門修士至上價值追求與生命終極鵠的之完美集結。与之相较, 「大巡」「道通真境」, 既主张道人「身心改造」「精神开辟」, 更强调个人修道服务, 服从于「地上天国建设」, 二者统一于「后天仙境」生命价值理想之中。

The transverse velocities of the gravitational lens system (galaxy plus a 'disturbing star') and their dependences on unkown properties of the source and the deflecting object are discussed. We have derived an analytic expression for the transverse velocity in terms of the velocities of the light source, the gravitational lensing galaxy and the 'disturbing star', and the observer. The results are then further applied to an estimate of the expectation value of the absolute transverse velocity and of the probable time scales of flux changes of the double QSO 0957+561A, B.

A plane-parallel model of the diffuse Galactic light (DGL) is calculated assuming exponential disks of interstellar dust and OB stars, by solving exactly the radiative transfer equation using an iterative method. We perform a radiative transfer calculation for a model with generally accepted scale heights of stellar and dust distribution and compare the results with those of van de Hulst & de Jong for a constant slab model. We also find that the intensity extrapolated to zero dust optical depth has a negative value, against to the usual expectation.

Generalized Pareto distribution play an important role in reliability, extreme value theory, and other branches of applied probability and statistics. This family of distribution includes exponential distribution, Pareto or Lomax distribution. In this paper, we established exact expressions and recurrence relations satised by the quotient moments of generalized order statistics for a generalized Pareto distribution. Further the results for quotient moments of order statistics and records are deduced from the relations obtained and a theorem for characterizing this distribution is presented.

본 논문은 여러 분야에서 활용될 수 있는 향상된 고속 Expectation-Maximization(FEM) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 첫째, EM의 초기값 설정의 방법으로 많이 사용되고 있는 클러스터링 기법인 K-means의 문제점을 해결하여 개선된 EM의 초기값 선정에 적용하였다. 이것은 기존 K-means 알고리즘에서 임의로 지정하던 랜덤한 초기값 선정을, 데이타 분포 특성을 이용한 균등 분할법을 사용하여 EM의 초기값 문제를 해결하였다. 둘째, EM 과정의 핵심을 이루는 후행 확률(Posterior)의 의미를 부각하여 최대 가능성 후행 확률(Maximum Likelihood Posterior: MLP)과정을 적용하였다. 최종적으로, 본 논문에서 제안한 고속 EM알고리즘(FEM)은 근본적으로 해결하기 못했던 기존의 EM 초기치 선정과 수렴에 대한 문제점을 개선함으로써, EM 알고리즘의 특성을 극대화하는 방향으로 상대적으로 마른 수렴과 향상된 결과를 가져온다. 제안된 알고리즘의 객관적 타당성을 위해 기존의 방법과 제안된 방법에 의한 시뮬레이션의 결과를 여러 데이타들을 가지고 비교 분석하여 제안한 알고리즘의 우수성을 입증하였다.
