사다리꼴-분할 방식은 로봇 경로 계획 알고리즘 중 완전 셀-분할 방식중의 하나로서 장애물과 떨어진 경로를 제공하므로 안정성을 제공하는 방식이다. 사다리꼴-분할 방식은 다각형 환경으로 이루어진 형상공간에서 정의되며 자유공간을 볼록 다각형으로 이루어진 셀(cell)로 나누어 로봇 운동을 계획하는데, 원과 같은 비다각형 장애물이 존재하는 경우에 대해서는 이 성질을 만족하는 분할 방법이 알려져 있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 다각형 환경에서 정의된 사다리꼴-분할 방식을 분할의 완전성을 잃지 않고 원의 호를 포함하는 환경으로 확장하는 알고리즘을 소개하고 구현한다.

This paper proposes the enhanced rules for setting and coordination of the relays in the distance relaying. The developed new rules to diagnose the coordination based on the system information are expected to be very helpful in the system expansion planning stage. An expert system to adopt those rules have been developed using the hybrid AI tool, NEXPERT-OBJECT.

Heterogeneous cellular networks are gaining momentum in industry and the research community, and are attracting the attention of standard bodies such as 3GPP LTE and IEEE 802.16j, whose objectives are to increase the capacity and coverage of cellular networks. In this article, we provide an overview of expansion strategies, optimal locations of base stations with different characteristics, and radio-planning models.

Recently the power system consists of the more complicated structure, due to increase of power demands. In this circumstance, the congestion and loss capacity in transmission line is also increased. Accordingly, the investment planning of transmission system is required to reduce the congestion and loss of the transmission line. In study of the planning of domestic and international transmission expansion, the reliability of transmission planning and minimizing Investment cost is focused. However, the study has not been performed systematically in economic aspects. Typically, the congestion and loss costs have been individually calculated. It is not consider the mutual relationship between the congestion cost and the loss cost. This paper proposes a method to compute concurrently the congestion and loss costs. This purpose is to calculate the more exact value for economic assessment of the power system operation.

This study is including the independent project, "building children's library of the town" that is conducted by a local resident. The study object is the contents of the "design workshop for library planning" and the general process during one year since the opening. This study is delivering "information of children's library" through the work-shop and is conducting the role of a professional space planner by measuring the blueprint. Thus, the study could be conducted with synthetic viewpoint on each library. The followings are the results from the study. First, there were various space operations and a variety of programs in the case library that is independently managed. This is directing to "the constructive and active space usage" by the users and finally results in positive circulation. Secondly, there is a change through the process of execution and operation in the library construction plan. There are needs for the flexible space expansion and adjustment, modifiable furniture layout and design and various keeping areas because there is on-going tendency of corresponding space change. The third, the author could draw more practicable consideration points for space planning by looking at the trend of space change in Transactionist viewpoint. Thus, this study is very meaningful in terms of planning of sustainable public areas.

This study has presented construction planning data or material. which can maximize the efficiency of school facilities; in other words, to utilize school facilities as local continuing education facilities in terms of use rate, as well as to make school facilities to accommodate the 7th education curricula. This study has been carried out through questionnaire survey on currently executed various curricular operation types, targeting people in charge of drawing up and operation of the curricula in liberalarts high school. The questionnaire survey has also been conducted on ideal teaching-learning type by subject, targeting teachers in charge of individual subject. The expansion of specialized curricula rooms and classrooms, as well as classrooms by level and ICT-related rooms, are required to invigorate continuing education, which utilizes smooth operation of the 7th education curricula and school facilities. I also assume that implementation of school curricula and the role as local continuing education facilities can be fulfilled, through activated deployment type and operation programs with which management of the facilities becomes easy, in order to utilize those classrooms to be used for continuing education.

The new urbanization is one of prestige growth engines to lead the next generation of China economy, it promotes new sustainable urban development models guided by various planning polices to improve urban livability and sustainability in accommodation with economy, social, and environmental consideration. The expanding urban periphery to rural area should leverages existing assets, infrastructure, local context and plans as a showcase of environmental and economic balance in a responsibly high-density, green community designed to human development and ecological settlement. The Beijing Chaoyang District and Tianjin Binhai area are a strategic advancement in the policy of building one of the most powerful economic regions, the Bohai Rim. Recently released 'Jingjinji development plan' supports various urbanization policies and encourages sustainable developments including 2 significant city center projects which are under way in global attention. The study compared on the characters of development policies and the cutting-edge smart design strategies by which they are applied, the master plan of the Beijing Chaoyang District expansion plan and Tianjin Yujiapu CBD project embrace innovative sustainable technologies.

Now that importance of landscape planning unique to each area is emphasized, it is necessary to conduct landscape planning by taking advantage of natural environments unique to each ares, because its natural environments are regarded as one of the assets the area possesses. This study targets at Kawachinagano City, Osaka, one of the residential areas that I not only rich in natural and historical elements, but also has been rapidly growing. The purposes of this study are to evaluate change in landscape structure over time by analyzing relation between landform and pattern of expanding the built-up area at three time points of 1932, 1967, and 1994 with GIS (ARC/INFO 7.0.3, ARC/View 3.0 (ESRI)), as well as to make some suggestions for planning landscape unique to the area. Data on main ridges, sub ridges, main rivers, and other landform were read from the elevation map, and data on woodland, and parks and open spaces (having more than 3 ha area) were read from the existing land use map. The data were used to understand the natural structure of the city from topographic viewpoint. Next, the existing land use map prepared with data on the built-up area and urban axes consisting of roads and streets were overlaid on the elevation map in order to understand relation between pattern of expanding the built-up area and the natural structure.

In this study, we present the necessary measurements of establishment and expansion in social welfare elements, understand the social welfare approach and the reality of social welfare services to solve the physical accessibility problem of the rural center revitalization in the recent trend of various attempts. The measurements were categorized according to the nature and form of the projects through content analysis method by using a master plans and casebooks of the rural center revitalization leading districts. The results show that the social welfare project of the rural center revitalization leading districts were categorized them into three sections of job creation vitalization, lifelong education, hobby and leisure supports, visiting services, it was classified into 11 sub-types. We arrive at a conclusion through analysis results, establishment of cooperative system between related organizations, active gathering of opinions from residents, training of local workforce, convergence with existing social welfare systems and projects, building private governance, for social welfare project operate stably in the rural center revitalization.

Currently, brand apartment is positioning itself as one of the representative Korean housing. This allows to look into the planning side and cultural side of the Korean housing. The purpose of this study is to review the previous trend in apartment housing according to period, and to verify the trend of current Korean apartment housing by visiting the model houses in PanGyo, the new city. This study has chosen case study method of 11 cases which had been sorted out in different floor plan type and size. The findings of the study is as followed. In the aspect of spatial arrangement, it had been similar to the previous apartment plan but had a new attempt to break out from the old apartment structure by bring in round shaped living room. Also, due to the legalization of balcony expansion, various tries had been made to increase the level of function and to allow variety of usage. In the environmental aspect, the concept of wellbeing and health had been a great importance in apartment planning. In the digital aspect, various digital systems had been introduce for convenience and safety via home network system. Furthermore, based on the various lifestyle, the storytelling design concept applied in the interior design, which will have to effect the future model house design planning. Nonetheless, the current emphasis on universal design is expected to be treated one of the important concept in Korean apartment planning. This study has a significant meaning on readdressing current trend in Korean housing and to provide informations for future directions on Korean apartment planning.
