  • CEMTool is a command style design and analyzing package for scientific and technological algorithm and a matrix based computation language. In this paper, we present a compiler based approach to the implementation of the command mode generalized PDE solver in CEMTool. In contrast to the existing MATLAB PDE Toolbox, our proposed FEM package can deal with the combination of the reserved words such as "laplace" and "convect". Also, we can assign the border lines and the boundary conditions in a very easy way. With the introduction of the lexical analyzer and the parser, our FEM toolbox can handle the general boundary condition and the various PDEs represented by the combination of equations. That is why we need not classify PDE as elliptic, hyperbolic, parabolic equations. Consequently, with our new FEM toolbox, we can overcome some disadvantages of the existing MATLAB PDE Toolbox.

  • In this paper, a redesign of an existing computer case is Proposed by applying some guide lines of assembly and disassembly which have positive effects on environment. Some problems such as Increase of number of disassembly and vibration, and unfittable difficulty in assembly and disassembly of coy-ers are recognized through analysis of geometrical structure in view of both assembly and disassembly. A solution of these problems is proposed by ideas of positive environmental influence through ease of assembly and disassembly. Design for Environment Software is used to evaluate both redesigned and existing products. Time of assembly and disassemb]y and MET-point are especially calculated by the software, and these data give us a good guide for analysis of ease of assembly, ease of disassembly and environmental influence in both products.

  • We evaluated structured web site contents construct method. The method for construction web contents was considered. The construction procedure is as follows. Elicit "user requirement" and the web management side needs. Mark a check where each line and row corresponds to clarify the relation between both in the matrix by which user requirements and the purposes are arranged in lines and rows. To understand the systematic feature of the web site itself, "grasping information" and "structuring" are necessary. We actually constructed web site contents of a theatrical company using this method. and we got the construction of existing web site contents of another theatrical company. We compared our constructed web site contents with the existing web site contents. Finally, we evaluated this method and testified that this method is useful.

  • Tilting trains are now an established feature of railway operations throughout the world For intercity traffic, tilt provides operators with Increasing speeds, and therefore enhanced competitiveness, on existing routes where insufficient traffic or a lack of funds precludes the construction of a dedicated new high-speed railway. Appling the tilting train, we can expect 30% of speed up on existing lines, but the stability of the electric current would be low because of tilting the train. Also, the spark between the catenary and pantagraph cause environmental problems such as noise, radio wave malfunction. Therefore, the tilting on pantagraph for the Power suppling device is very essential for stable electric power supply.

  • Progress in the LCD industries has been very rapid. Therefore, their manufacturing lines require larger LCD glass-handling robots and more precise path control of the robots. In this paper, we present two practical advanced algorithms for high-precision path generation of an LCD glass-handling robot. One is high-precision path interpolation for continuous motion, which connects several single motions and is a reliable solution for a short robot cycle time. We demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can reduce path error by approximately 91% compared with existing algorithms without increasing cycle time. The second is real-time static deflection compensation, which can optimally compensate the static deflection of the handling robot without any additional sensors, measurement instruments or mechanical axes. This reduces vertical path error to approximately 60% of the existing system error. All of these algorithms have been commercialized and applied to a seventh-generation LCD glass-handling robot.
