Interevent Time Definition(IETD) is essential in CSOs(Combined Sewer Overflows) tank design for the treatment of non-point source pollution. However, existent rainfall analysis can not calculate total amout of non-point source pollution. For deviding continuous rainfall events, therre are several IETD calculating methods. In this research, After calculate IETD by existents methods, problem of results is identified as existents method. To supplement these problems, new method using exponential decay function is suggested. The confidence range of ${\lambda}$ is estimated.

This paper proposes the fuzzy logic-based fast gain scheduling(FFGS) controller for regulation problem in nonlinear systems. It utilizes which reflects the derivative information on the original scheduling variable in order to achieve better performance than the existents. Moreover, we apply the proposed control scheme to control active suspension systems with nonlinear components.

In this paper, we designed and proposed framework of extended user model to support student tailored learning in ubiquitous environment. For the purpose, existents model that is domain model, user model, adaptation model and interaction model connected to LMS(Learning Management System) and LCMS(Learning Contents Management System). Students information management process that is extended user model is in between LMS and adaptive learning system. And the process connected u-LMS to use u-learning. u-LMS and u-LCMS could support the learning contents through exchange the contents according to connect and request from the students.

In contemporary philosophy, the thinking subject became the dis-constructed subject and there was not left any one center in thinking. On the contrary of this trend, the philosopher Levinas stresses 'an ethics of Otherness' that requires the subject to be responsible for the Other. For Levinas, the Other is not knowable and cannot be made into an object of the self. For Levinas, the irreducible relation, the epiphany, of the face-to-face, the encounter with another, is a privileged phenomenon in which the other person's proximity and distance are both strongly felt. The face of the Other comes toward me with its infinite moral demands while emerging out of the trace. In the movie , when Sachie encounters them, she greets them. She provides them with food and shelter to protect from the dangers of elements. With the help of Sachia, the restaurant becomes a peaceful communal place for her and the Other.
